Hello,

i have ordered mobile phone worth Rs. 11, 999(discounted price is Rs. 10, 200) through Amezone and made online payment through credit card while placing order.

on the day of delivery, courier boy has not arrived at my mailing address and refused the order without consulting me. then after i have tried to call him multiple time but call was not connected hence i have sent him text message to deliver the same but i did not get any response from him.

After waiting one day, i have called Amezone and describe entire issue so its representative has assured me to sent same product with in one day.

After waiting for one day i did not get my product hence again i called to Amezone and this time they said that they are unable to deliver the product and it was not in stock with them.

Now they are not ready to deliver the product and asking to put fresh order with current market price (Rs.13, 999).

Please look into this.

    Hi, I had ordered on 17th October
    Vanguard Alta CA 203AGH Aluminum Tripod, ORDER #[protected]. I had opted for 1 day fast delivery option for which i paid extra 100Rs. But its been 23rd October and still to get my package.
    I had already called Amazon customer care 3 times.. but no use.
    I have incurred great loss bcz of this delay. so i want to know is Amazon going to take care of my loss?

      AMAZON ORDER NO:[protected]

      MOTO G4 PLUS was delivered on october 11th.

      I started to use it a few days back and observed there was over heating when I record a video for a few minutes.
      I tried to initiate a return, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the SmartChk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. I did that and the app gave a result that "the mobile needs further inspection and I need to contact AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE". (I have sent the snapshot of this through email).
      The app worked just the one time and after that I always get the error - INVALID PIN.

      I have contacted amazon customer service executives multiple times in the past few days.
      Each time I'm told that I will be connected to their MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM. I'm put on hold for 10 - 15 mins each time, but never connected to the moto specialist team.
      Then I'm told that the MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM will call me back, but I NEVER GOT A CALL. (I now doubt if they even have a moto specialist team ?? )

      When I contacted amazon again to say that I did not receive a call, I'm again put on hold saying that I will be connected to the moto specialist team and the cycle of events continue.

      From yesterday evening the mobile doesnt detect the WiFi router at home. I have sent snapshots showing the issue through email to amazon.

      When I call the motorola customer service I'm given some options and at the end I'm asked to do a FACTORY DATA RESET of the mobile to see if the issue is resolved.
      I have sent the transcript of the chat with motorola customer service also through email to amazon.

      The product has a return by date of october 23rd.
      I just want to return a product that has issues and get a refund.

      I feel amazon is intentionally delaying the process so that I will not be able to return the product by 23rd oct.

      Tired of the usual replies that I get from their customer service executives.

      I contacted amazon customer service again - and they accepted to take a return and give a replacement. The customer service executive said that he contacted the moto specialist team and they instructed to initiate the return. Not sure what was checked by them at that time.

      I recently ordered the newly launched nokia 6 phone from Amazon and it got delivered on 27 August 2017. Initially the phone was working fine but after some days that is on 11 September 2017 it's microphone stopped working. I tried to return it but the return window has already been closed on 7 September 2017 . As it comes under 1 year warranty i contacted the nearest nokia service center. But they told me that as it is a new phone we cannot do anything please return it on Amazon only.
      Then i contacted the customer care associates of Amazon but they told me that as it is against their return policy they cannot take my product back and refund my money as return window has been closed already. I am sick and tired of this phone. As it cannot do the basic function of a phone that is calling . How is this even a smartphone then.
      I order so many things from Amazon but this time i am really unsatisfied with the customer service . I am not going to order anything from Amazon in the near future from now onwards. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever from Amazon.

        I have placed an order for One Plus 2 but the product is not yet delivered.expected delivery date was 21 October 2016 by 8 PM. This Product Reached Hyderabad on 18th October, The Product is Out of Delivery for 2 times in these 4 days and interestingly they delivery attempt has not been made, they actually updating the status as insufficient address . More than 30+ products are delivered to the same address from amazon itself from last 2 Years. I called multiple times to the customer support, all are giving the false statements.
        I want my product to be delivered ASAP, at least tomorrow.

        Delivery Unit is blindly updating the status, if they are not able to delivered. and the customer support people are acting and giving all the false statements to cover those delivery people.

        Losing complete trust on AMAZON. I can know openly say that, i will not trust amazon at all..

        I am now complaining that this product is with the contract Amazon delivery person for more than 2 days, Can i know trust the quality of the product .. will he deliver the brand new one .. or he will deliver the tampered one.. As an end user, we cannot open the product and see all parts .. Correct ? Can you people comment on this...

        Again... After so many calls, Delivery boy as updated just now that, Delivery not made because no one is there at home...

        Frustrated, i am sitting @home just to take this product...

        False...False ...False statements again and again... So Frustrating...

        Che..che...che... What a Shame AMAZON... I am a loyal customer to you from last 2 Years...

        You made me to speak like this...

        one customer person is asking to cancel the product.
        Second Lead customer person is saying, he wont trust buying the products online..

        What a shame AMAZON..

          After returning a product Amazon had initiated refund but after 3-5 days the website says that the refund has been processed but I have not received anything in my bank account. Contacting Amazon they said to contact bank customer care SBI, while SBI customer care said to contact Amazon. After chatting with their live chat officials no results came out. The order id is #[protected].

            I have placed an order for Xiaomi Redmi note 3 but the product is not yet delivered.expected delivery date was 13 October 2016 but today it's 21 October 2016.we have contacted hundred times but they have given false promises n replies.online payment done.the shipping is also done and the product is shipped in Delhi but not at my home. .they say they have attempted delivery but it was unsuccessful n the delivery time it shows is 3:35 AM.worst service Amazon.not expected from you .pls deliver it as soon as possible.

              I placed the order on 5th oct 2016 at 11:59pm for SEIKO watch for 27722.35Rs
              through HDFC Credit Card & it was successfully placed & i received confirmation SMS and the email as well . But later on i cancelled the order & the status updated as Cancelled from Customer. Now when i asked for the reversal of the amount i was told by various CRE of Amazon to wait for some time to get it reversed. I was misled by Amazon on times without number pertaining to this issue, later on 19th i was shamelessly asked by amzon to send the screen shot of credit card statement as the payment was not reflecting to them & was told blatantly that there is no such transaction & if i can furnish hard evidence then they can process my refund/reversal.
              lastly when i furnished the proof of my statement where on 6th Oct 2016 Amount of 27722.35 debited to AMAZON SELLER
              firstly a CRE replied to me invariably to draw me in mirth of nitty-grittys instead of replying pointedly
              they asked me to sendthe pic in jpegs instead of pdf
              then a CRE named Mohana wrote shockingly to me that the statement which i had provided is of 7th oct 7 later but factually the Credit Card statement is from 15th Sep till 15th Oct 2016
              then another CRE pointed to me that there wasn't any transaction held on 5th OCT 2016
              then again i pleaded to him & explained that this transaction is reflecting on 6th Oct as it was done late in the night inarguably at 11:59pm which means almost 00:00 HRS on 6th Oct
              Amazon first asked me to wait for some time for which i almost waited patiently till 18th Oct then i was asked to give the proofs to get it reversed now they are again saying they havent received the payment so they will not help me further whcich is nothing less than cheating& fraud malpractices

              i was cheated & harrased by amazon in a big way by not admitting thier mischieve & not disclosing what happened to my money which was debited from my bank, for which i furnished the proofs as well. i was clueless even after writing mails to escalation team to various other team & lastly to the CEO also but even after follow ups of several weeks with them i got nothing. i was dishearten but luckily when i posted my grievances on ur portal i got my money on 27th Nov 2016 although being SUNDAY!!!

                User not avaialable..no money kept for COD all false updates..already returned products being chased for return..manager and leadership lead in lying more then call agents..agents are trained to lie..my supervisor and I share same resource he want be able to help you ..to avoid escalation..despite of payment product held for payment not made and showing as COD...
                Many more I'm tired of listing..
                How pathetic can it get..scam..lies..Misinformation..etc etc..Amazon.in total scam..

                      What is this today i was delivered face creame rounded in plastic bubbles sheet tied with amazon tape in a torn ed cardboard box seemed to be tempered before delivery in place of samsung s7 ordered in order[protected].

                      This is very anguishing to me and i am very upset with the incidence i called the delivery boy also he said that he is coming but he didnot come even after 20-30 minutes of my waiting i request you to take action for my amount reversal.

                      I am sending pics of the tempered box, creme i got and the delivery box with stickers on it.

                      I request refund my valued and high amount 43400/- in 2-3 days immediately.

                      Pls take urgent action against the one involved and give my money back.

                        The services of amazon are RIDICULOUS. if i had to rate i will mark it in negative.[protected] is one order no. and the other is[protected]. it has been more than 25 days that i complaimed for the two. one cover the seller never picked it up and the other had to be couriered to the seller which i did. i sent all the details of courier slip etc.
                        i have been writing to customer care plenty of times and all they have to say is we are looking into it. this is DISGUSTING. very very pised off. what kind of a company is this? do u think your customers are free to keep mailing you to check what is happening about the refund. would not recommend anybody to buy from Amazon.
                        you are not the only site who provides these products. there are many others from where i can do online shopping. but never again will I choose amazon or let my family or close friends order from Amazon. it is the WORST service provider i have experienced.
                        Super pissed off. finally i had to put this here because it is of no use to keep emailing the customer care . they do not have a solution to anything .

                            I placed an order of Moto g4 plus (32 gb) from amazon.in on date 5 October 2016, Order #:[protected]big billion sale) form seller "Gabbardeals ", when the delivery boy came for delivery on 16th of Oct i was not present at the given address(because of my tight schedule) i told delivery boy to deliver the product again, after that delivery boy never came to deliver the product to me and he sent the shipment back to the seller without taking confirmation form me. I spoke to their customer support team three time but none of them can resolve my issue and now they are asking me to order it again. The cost of product was 13499 at the time when i order it and now it's price is 14999. Now i seek your help please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                              There were 6 products that were picked and i have received refund for 5 products.
                              on 17th of October 6 products were picked, for which i have a receipt.
                              This product in question, was the wrong product and was promsed to be replaced as per my conversation on the 10th of october.
                              This product was picked, with all the other products on 17th of october.
                              I have been writing and calling since 10th of october, then 12th of october, 17th of october, 20th of october telling you that i have received the wrong product.
                              i have written e-mails and i have had chats explaining the issue again and again. And one one is even reading.
                              someone has has taken my return, and have conveniently not updated it. This is unethical and unprofessional. Keeping someones money like this and product like this is theft.
                              I have the proof of the product sent.
                              It has six products, and the courier guy checked these products.
                              Also refer to the chat that i had yesterday with haripriya r.V. Where i had written about the issue and the chat was disconnected and the person said i cant help you.
                              If Amazon have taken my money, and taken the product!!! They are responsible!!!
                              the product was picked, but i have neither received the refund nor i have received the right product.
                              This is the diwali month, and no-one seems to care.
                              My money is stuck, and and this i think my n’th mail.
                              Can someone please intervene!!! and help in resolving this!!!

                                I have placed an order (moto g turbo and jbl ear phones) in amazon.in on 5th october 2016 and it was expected to deliver on 13th october 2016. but still i have not received order till date.

                                Have called amazon many times and they were saying "wait for 24 hours and you will be getting your product". this is happening almost every day from 13th october 2016 and they are saying same thing everyday. still i did not get any update on this product, almost everyday getting messages saying "your product is out for delivery" but at the end of the day getting one more message saying "product could not be delivered due to customer unavailability". as i am not getting any calls from amazon delivery agent how the reason becomes "customer unavailability", was calling amazon delivery agent many time and most of the times agents were not reachable or not responding properly.

                                Its been more than 8 days from expected delivery date and i can not wait more than this.

                                    The supplied car seat won't fit in our small car as such it was requested to take it back.

Everyday I am getting SMS that jumping jack has been scheduled to pick up between 5pm to 8pm... but nothing happens. It is again rescheduled for next business... and this is going on and on..never ending.
                                    My son Saikat das had ordered the material from USA to deliver to our home address as mentioned above.
                                    May I therefore request you to kindly take up the matter SERIOUSLY and fix up a genuine good COURIER SERVICE WITH ALL OF YOUR PAPERS so that the material is PICKED UP SOONEST.

                                      I received email that my account is closed permanently because amazon.in thinks that i buy things for resale purpose ..it is really funny ... i dont understand anything ..all gift card gone...prime fee gone ...it is really awful to know that all warranty on the product is gone because my account is closed... they not only closed my account but all the 7 family member ..because shipping address is same ...my concern is about the warranty of product i bought .
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am writing this mail because I got faulty phone xiomi note 3.
                                        I will tell you about phone problem:
                                        1) Phone getting heated every time. 2) Battery draining very fast . Very poor battery backup. They mentioned battery 4050Mhz but its not even giving 12hours battery backup. I recharged mobile 100%in night and when i woke up after 9hours battery showing 60%. No internet is working at that time. 3) Phone getting restarted automatically. While transferring data from phone memory to SD card and while calling.
                                        I purchase 2 phone and both of them are having same problem 1 is from my brother account. if it was for one then it was acceptable but for 2 phone. This is BS and this people say that amazon is reliable. Jeff Bezos (CEO amazon)might be thinking that these ppl are doing good business in India. However they folling here to customers with very lethargic response.
                                        I would recommend not to buy from here. They have sale for clearance, this was told to me by my friend who is working in Amazon. Very bad experience with Amazon customer care exicutive Name:Shweta & Prasanna.
                                        Refund and return policy is fake.
                                        I need my money back or replace my product asap.
