There were 6 products that were picked and i have received refund for 5 products.
on 17th of October 6 products were picked, for which i have a receipt.
This product in question, was the wrong product and was promsed to be replaced as per my conversation on the 10th of october.
This product was picked, with all the other products on 17th of october.
I have been writing and calling since 10th of october, then 12th of october, 17th of october, 20th of october telling you that i have received the wrong product.
i have written e-mails and i have had chats explaining the issue again and again. And one one is even reading.
someone has has taken my return, and have conveniently not updated it. This is unethical and unprofessional. Keeping someones money like this and product like this is theft.
I have the proof of the product sent.
It has six products, and the courier guy checked these products.
Also refer to the chat that i had yesterday with haripriya r.V. Where i had written about the issue and the chat was disconnected and the person said i cant help you.
If Amazon have taken my money, and taken the product!!! They are responsible!!!
the product was picked, but i have neither received the refund nor i have received the right product.
This is the diwali month, and no-one seems to care.
My money is stuck, and and this i think my n’th mail.
Can someone please intervene!!! and help in resolving this!!!
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I recently ordered the newly launched nokia 6 phone from Amazon and it got delivered on 27 August 2017. Initially the phone was working fine but after some days that is on 11 September 2017 it's microphone stopped working. I tried to return it but the return window has already been closed on 7 September 2017 . As it comes under 1 year warranty i contacted the nearest nokia service center. But they told me that as it is a new phone we cannot do anything please return it on Amazon only.
Then i contacted the customer care associates of Amazon but they told me that as it is against their return policy they cannot take my product back and refund my money as return window has been closed already. I am sick and tired of this phone. As it cannot do the basic function of a phone that is calling . How is this even a smartphone then.
I order so many things from Amazon but this time i am really unsatisfied with the customer service . I am not going to order anything from Amazon in the near future from now onwards. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever from Amazon.
Really unsatisfied.
