I have placed an order for One Plus 2 but the product is not yet delivered.expected delivery date was 21 October 2016 by 8 PM. This Product Reached Hyderabad on 18th October, The Product is Out of Delivery for 2 times in these 4 days and interestingly they delivery attempt has not been made, they actually updating the status as insufficient address . More than 30+ products are delivered to the same address from amazon itself from last 2 Years. I called multiple times to the customer support, all are giving the false statements.
I want my product to be delivered ASAP, at least tomorrow.
Delivery Unit is blindly updating the status, if they are not able to delivered. and the customer support people are acting and giving all the false statements to cover those delivery people.
Losing complete trust on AMAZON. I can know openly say that, i will not trust amazon at all..
I am now complaining that this product is with the contract Amazon delivery person for more than 2 days, Can i know trust the quality of the product .. will he deliver the brand new one .. or he will deliver the tampered one.. As an end user, we cannot open the product and see all parts .. Correct ? Can you people comment on this...

False...False ...False statements again and again... So Frustrating...

one customer person is asking to cancel the product.
Second Lead customer person is saying, he wont trust buying the products online..

I ordered product under 2 days priority delivery and paid extra for it. Now the delivery is 4 days late and every time I call customer care they say "within 24 hours product will be delivered". It's hopeless experience for a loyal amazon customer.
People liked this american company and made it number 1 online e-commerce site because of it's brand and service and reputation. With this year's festival sale, amazon has relied on cheap techniques and lost all the reputation and customers too.
