I ordered 1 mobile phone (Asus) in july 2016 n the pc was defected. So i opt for return. Order no is[protected]. Next day a person came n took away the phone for return as i was inniciated by message from amazon. But since than im waitin for refund. Everytime i call n ask customer care but no solution except killing time. This is really shameful for such a company taking mre than 2 months time to return 20000. Please give the solution...

I bought the phone from amazon. I was not satisfied with the performance as it heated very fast and camera was not upto the mark. I requested for refund but now the amazon customer service executive says i can't get refund because policy has changed. But the product display page doesn't show till now any change in policy that this product is not returnable....

I ordered jbl t150a earphone from amazon. When i got my order, i filed return of order within few hour. I found every reason to doubt about originality of product. Sound quality was very bad. Worst than cheapest earphone of its range. Package of product were opened, inside package of amazon. Accessories were missing.

They did tell about reason why i will got such low refund amount. I found no place to register complain on amazon....

I have ordered prestige Induction on 26 Sept. Amazon portal showing wrong shipment details as it is showing me 1 oct though item neither received nor contacted by any courier service agent. I had been calling to Amazon Customer care and they are promising me to get it delivered within 24 hours but in actuality it was not happened. My item got rescheduled to get it delivered on 6th of October that I feel very disappointing....

I bought the product on 9th september 2016 15, 000, and now the price has dropped by 1500 i. E 13500 and they are also offering 20% extra discount with hdfc card, that gives me a loss of 3200.
I have contacted the amazon service centre and they declined to give refund.
This is totally a case of cheating as the product previously priced at 15000 is now available for just rs 11800,...

I brought a product form Amazon.in and it was not as per my wish.So, I decided to return it and thus placed the return request.The next day an Amazon agent came and took away the product.Now it has been 10 days and I still didn't receive the refund money.

I ordered Sony TV, which is undelivered to any pincode. They priced it for Rs. 4 initially and then revised the price. They replied me its a glitch. My issue here is when they can sell products like Microsoft surface 3 pro at Re.1 then why cant this at Rs. 4? How can they cancel my order? How are they dealing with Re. 1/- products? If this is fishy.? Then app treasure hunt must be fishy too.
