      What is this today i was delivered face creame rounded in plastic bubbles sheet tied with amazon tape in a torn ed cardboard box seemed to be tempered before delivery in place of samsung s7 ordered in order[protected].

      This is very anguishing to me and i am very upset with the incidence i called the delivery boy also he said that he is coming but he didnot come even after 20-30 minutes of my waiting i request you to take action for my amount reversal.

      I am sending pics of the tempered box, creme i got and the delivery box with stickers on it.

      I request refund my valued and high amount 43400/- in 2-3 days immediately.

      Pls take urgent action against the one involved and give my money back.

        The services of amazon are RIDICULOUS. if i had to rate i will mark it in negative.[protected] is one order no. and the other is[protected]. it has been more than 25 days that i complaimed for the two. one cover the seller never picked it up and the other had to be couriered to the seller which i did. i sent all the details of courier slip etc.
        i have been writing to customer care plenty of times and all they have to say is we are looking into it. this is DISGUSTING. very very pised off. what kind of a company is this? do u think your customers are free to keep mailing you to check what is happening about the refund. would not recommend anybody to buy from Amazon.
        you are not the only site who provides these products. there are many others from where i can do online shopping. but never again will I choose amazon or let my family or close friends order from Amazon. it is the WORST service provider i have experienced.
        Super pissed off. finally i had to put this here because it is of no use to keep emailing the customer care . they do not have a solution to anything .

            I placed an order of Moto g4 plus (32 gb) from amazon.in on date 5 October 2016, Order #:[protected]big billion sale) form seller "Gabbardeals ", when the delivery boy came for delivery on 16th of Oct i was not present at the given address(because of my tight schedule) i told delivery boy to deliver the product again, after that delivery boy never came to deliver the product to me and he sent the shipment back to the seller without taking confirmation form me. I spoke to their customer support team three time but none of them can resolve my issue and now they are asking me to order it again. The cost of product was 13499 at the time when i order it and now it's price is 14999. Now i seek your help please solve the issue as soon as possible.

              There were 6 products that were picked and i have received refund for 5 products.
              on 17th of October 6 products were picked, for which i have a receipt.
              This product in question, was the wrong product and was promsed to be replaced as per my conversation on the 10th of october.
              This product was picked, with all the other products on 17th of october.
              I have been writing and calling since 10th of october, then 12th of october, 17th of october, 20th of october telling you that i have received the wrong product.
              i have written e-mails and i have had chats explaining the issue again and again. And one one is even reading.
              someone has has taken my return, and have conveniently not updated it. This is unethical and unprofessional. Keeping someones money like this and product like this is theft.
              I have the proof of the product sent.
              It has six products, and the courier guy checked these products.
              Also refer to the chat that i had yesterday with haripriya r.V. Where i had written about the issue and the chat was disconnected and the person said i cant help you.
              If Amazon have taken my money, and taken the product!!! They are responsible!!!
              the product was picked, but i have neither received the refund nor i have received the right product.
              This is the diwali month, and no-one seems to care.
              My money is stuck, and and this i think my n’th mail.
              Can someone please intervene!!! and help in resolving this!!!

                I have placed an order (moto g turbo and jbl ear phones) in amazon.in on 5th october 2016 and it was expected to deliver on 13th october 2016. but still i have not received order till date.

                Have called amazon many times and they were saying "wait for 24 hours and you will be getting your product". this is happening almost every day from 13th october 2016 and they are saying same thing everyday. still i did not get any update on this product, almost everyday getting messages saying "your product is out for delivery" but at the end of the day getting one more message saying "product could not be delivered due to customer unavailability". as i am not getting any calls from amazon delivery agent how the reason becomes "customer unavailability", was calling amazon delivery agent many time and most of the times agents were not reachable or not responding properly.

                Its been more than 8 days from expected delivery date and i can not wait more than this.

                  i could not resolve with the apple support website Instructions, please help me in finding out the service center in secunderabad telangana

                  I have purchased from amazon iphone 4s serial no DX3PK7SOFML6, it is less than a year ( November 2015)

                  but suddenly the screen showing noisy, i cant read anything, where do i get it rectified in Hyderabad/secunderabad

                  Its quite strange, Companies Like Apple selling the products through AMAZON and do not care for the customer problems, please respond

                    Please be advised that the return pick up for[protected] for jumping jack -the growing baby . is lying at our house at Metro heights, flat 12 D
                    114, Dr.lal mohan bhattacharjee road, kolkata 700014.
                    The supplied car seat won't fit in our small car as such it was requested to take it back.
                    Accordingly AMAZON IN haad arranged for return pick up.
                    Regret to inform younthat since 27th of september 2016, the package has not been picked up. Everyday I am getting SMS that jumping jack has been scheduled to pick up between 5pm to 8pm... but nothing happens. It is again rescheduled for next business... and this is going on and on..never ending.
                    My son Saikat das had ordered the material from USA to deliver to our home address as mentioned above.
                    May I therefore request you to kindly take up the matter SERIOUSLY and fix up a genuine good COURIER SERVICE WITH ALL OF YOUR PAPERS so that the material is PICKED UP SOONEST.
                    Further please be advised that Package remains as it is and not broken.

                      I received email that my account is closed permanently because amazon.in thinks that i buy things for resale purpose ..it is really funny ... i dont understand anything ..all gift card gone...prime fee gone ...it is really awful to know that all warranty on the product is gone because my account is closed... they not only closed my account but all the 7 family member ..because shipping address is same ...my concern is about the warranty of product i bought .

                        I am writing this mail because I got faulty phone xiomi note 3.
                        I will tell you about phone problem:
                        1) Phone getting heated every time. 2) Battery draining very fast . Very poor battery backup. They mentioned battery 4050Mhz but its not even giving 12hours battery backup. I recharged mobile 100%in night and when i woke up after 9hours battery showing 60%. No internet is working at that time. 3) Phone getting restarted automatically. While transferring data from phone memory to SD card and while calling.
                        I purchase 2 phone and both of them are having same problem 1 is from my brother account. if it was for one then it was acceptable but for 2 phone. This is BS and this people say that amazon is reliable. Jeff Bezos (CEO amazon)might be thinking that these ppl are doing good business in India. However they folling here to customers with very lethargic response.
                        I would recommend not to buy from here. They have sale for clearance, this was told to me by my friend who is working in Amazon. Very bad experience with Amazon customer care exicutive Name:Shweta & Prasanna.
                        Refund and return policy is fake.
                        I need my money back or replace my product asap.

                          Ordered MotoG4Plus 2GB on 2ndOct, estimated deliver date 10thOCt. I have still not received my order despite paying online using a credit card. I have been in contact with the customer care executives on call since 14thOct everyday but they have been making false promises regarding the delivery & asking me to wait for the package and not to cancel my order. on 20thOct they have asked me to finally cancel my order & ask a replacement for the same. Again the expected delivery date is 2nd Nov. This careless & fraudulent attitude of amazon has caused me immense agony & humiliation. There are email correspondences where all they have done is keep on asking me to wait for 24hrs for the package to get delivered.

                          The customer care executives at amazon are not helpful as they do not resolve the issue rather they prolong the matter so that customer withdraws the order. They do not give the correct options at the first instance & also fabricate customer statements to their own advantage.

                            I ordered a pair of shoes Force 10 (liberty) from Amazon online shopping on 29 September 2016 for Rs. 1199, Order #[protected]. I got at least 3 messages telling that the packet with the luggage has been delivered. The local courier boy with mobile no. [protected] has never delivered the luggage. I called him many times but he did not pick my phone up. Kindly look into this matter and help deliver the packet of shoes. I shall be very thankful to you.

                              Regarding order no[protected]

                              The last conversation I had with your Leadership team Mukesh really awful, He said its his company policy that they don't provide their Last names... Anyways
                              Oct 3rd i purchased a few things on your website...like every other individual your sees your ad Amazon apka apna shopping wagera ...
                              Got a few deliveries on time felt really good.
                              Then the blunder starts
                              1) delivery 08th oct - one pair of sneaker's with different No's one 8 and other 9.
                              I really felt funny but 2 days to dushera!!! no shoes feels awful, still i let it go, wanted it replaced tried their website but only option was too get refund. So i spoke with their customer service some Debanshu, said sir tom only i will arrange pick up..
                              Nothing happened..
                              Then i myself requested for a refund on the website. on the same evening, got MSG someone will pick it up.. no one turned up..
                              Following day the same thing..On 12th again the same msg.. All these days i was doing a night shift..The slot given to me was between 11-2 ..til one i didn't get any call, so i called on the Number.. the most dreadful person i ever spoke too .
                              Conversation in Hindi.. hi this is anthony i had a pick up for one product today, reply mein waha se nikal gaya, Me-- tune muje call kiya tha kya, reply ek kaam kar gali gali marke subway ke waha aa, which is a km far.. me- bhai i mein night karke aaya hoon i cant come till der, reply tera ghar chawl mein hai building nahi, aur muje kya karna hai tu night karke aaya hai toh. Me- dont come over hyper disconnected. Then he calls me again and tells me im coming, and he makes me wait till 30 mins but didnt turn up,
                              I got very pissed it was a disaster, I just realized i should have stay in a building to purchase something from Amazon.
                              2) 12 OCt- That day i receive my another pair of shoes with wrong color, My mother said son take it you have no choice, i got so pissed i pissed i posted on face book, My friends said, try amazon customer service... I see ad The most customer oriented team..My god
                              I tried again after experiencing the bad Once, I finally arranged for a pick up and it was K.
                              3) Had a hoodie a blue Hoodie which i liked the most and i wanted it anyhow, Had to wait for 10days to get it delivered, I was tracking it all these days coz i wanted it the most.
                              It reached bhwindi on 07th, which is just a hour and half drive from place, but had to wait till 11th to reach local courier, I got a text confirming it will be delivered by this day and is out for delivery and It didn't arrive the next day..
                              When you buy something and the wait it kills you, didn't arrive the next day either, So i happened to call up the customer service, too long wait so i decided their thing chat service which is much easier, Ganesh a rep i believe said sir i will arrange it for tom for sure.Assurance given... accepted, It didn't arrive the next day.
                              The next day Sunday the 16th of Oct after my shift early morning at around 7 I spoke to rep again on chat, he said SIr you will surely get it today again Again Assurance...by 3 i spoke to someone again He was very adamant on me receiving it today, Claiming that he has spoken with the local Courier team, I will surely get it by this evening. The person also had the courage to tell me that i will email you the chat script i[censored] don't trust me..
                              ( This all things im not faking it out, if you say your chats and phone calls are recorded for Quality Monitoring Purposes)
                              Then finally by 06.30pm i spoke again to a guy, who said sir by 8 u will receive it..
                              Waited didn't arrive by 8, then i said i better call up and speak to someone as chats not helping,
                              Amazon customer service again, Happened to learn that my product was been misplaced from the local courier, These guys were stretching on the word we rely on our courier and we have received a lot of orders, till now in the conversation i thought that its some local courier and then i happened to learn from Hari R a rep who the girl transferred me to said that its Amazon's own courier team and the delivery was given to same guy, so now things were different all this my entire Sunday these guys (mohammed ziya, ganesh, susmith and so on made me sit at home like a fool and waste my time even with the extended delivery period.)
                              Hari on the call promised me that he will send in an replacement request, which i accepted coz i wanted that Sweat shirt like anyhow, these were actually available on Amazon website for 300 rupees less than for what i purchased, He said it will reach you at the earliest, I agreed to it and hung up the call.
                              I was just surfing the amazon page i purchased a book and one more hoodie, with extra money paid for delivery so that it comes to me quicker, coz it was prime delivery which amazon claims so much.. got delivery date by 19th for those too products.
                              I got a confirmation email for the same hoodie for which Hari requested and was out for delivery
                              That day i get a msg from Amazon stating that i refused to collect my order that was really strange that i never refused any order, and then i called up again, The girl said she will arrange it for the next day, nothing came the next day.
                              It was 19th the day the other two items delivery date, so i called and told the specific time and told him that i want it all delivered in the evening she assured to do the same, What happens next it didn't arrive that day either, and then so on to the next day.
                              Today i get msg for other delivery that it was not delivered due to insufficient address, I wonder how the other three arrived, the Indian post office mails comes to my address, my packages come to my address, telephone bills bank statements, company letters, everything.
                              I called up and i spoke to rep and said i want to speak to a sup, he said sir please tell me your problem, i had to go through all this every day, with every one after work..
                              I myself work in a call center i take calls for 9 hours i dont have any interest in talking with someone on the phone, i very well know the pains of taking calls, and then after shift last few days were like overtime for me... I finally told him every thing MR akshay
                              He told me sir i will connect you to my senior staff, He connects me too MR mukesh, he claims to be from the highest escalation team, who is from the Amazon leadership team, as he says, i loved the word, he said i will look into this, and then he finally said sir arranging delivery for tomorrow and then, I asked him will it be all three Items.
                              I get a new story that Mr hari R didn't process any replacement and i got a shock again was that email incorrect Whom should i trust, fake customer services, false promises. I wonder if calls are really recorded i asked him. He said sir i cant do anything, we will give u refund and the thing is no more in stock and its been sent back to the dealer,
                              What should i make of this when i asked him i want to speak with someone higher, he claimed he is the last contact and ( Sir you got one hoodie ryt the black one forget the other one now)
                              Did he paid for it, the way he said it.
                              I mean what should i make of this company, he was blunt enough to tell me to put this on social media or anywhere he cares a damn and nothing can be done about this.

                              Please help

                              what should i do for the above mentions false and misleading promises and assurance???

                                Despite placing a prepaid order on Amazon and confirming delivery by 12th October 2016. I am yet to receive my order that was placed on 4th October 2016. I have written several emails to Amazon but no-one has bothered to escalate the matter as was told to me during telephone call to Amazon by the Manager Mr. Percy. Mr. Amrish the executive had the audacity to cancel the order and said he couldn't comment on anything when I threatened to cancel my order and I need the refund in my account the next day. He didn't have any updates... Why is he there? I need to put on record the harrowed experience with Amazon... Never will I shop on Amazon.

                                  I had bought a phone on date[protected] but the phone is dumy piece . I have some touch pad issues and i went to gallery they said me that the phone is not maniifacture by MICROMAX this is a dumy piece.

                                    they and not providing the refund and explaining me any wrong thing and even they don't talk properly with customers.

                                    I will also approach consumer forum for the following complain..

                                      Hello, I had bought one Wonderchef Granite Cookware Set, 3-Pieces + (Free Dosa Tawa 26cm) from amazon.in. After I received the item I found it in damaged condition. So I requested amazon.in for return and refund on 9th October, 2016. Again, on the very next day (i.e., on 10th October) I even had a conversation with amazon.in on phone and requested to pick up the item as soon as possible but no action was taken. Again, I had a chat on 12th October still no action was taken. Including this, I even had chat with them twice and mailed them once but still no one came to pick up the item and initiate return and refund. Now, when the last date of returning is over how am I going to have return of money because it is a case of cheating if you take money for a damaged product.

                                      So, I request for compensation and relieve and also, a strict action against them for this.

                                        I purchased a logitech mouse (Order no.[protected]. After receiving it, i requested for return on 09.10.16 & amazon promise me to collect it within 48 hrs but same was not collected. I again requested two times but it is not done till yet from my premises.
                                        A company like amazon not fulfilling his promises is very strange.
                                        It is requested that kindly look in to the matter & resolve it as soon as possible.
