I bought (through App) some items in Amazon under cashback offer of 15% in the month of August 2016(independence Day sale). The total amount was around Rs 5800. I was told that the cash back of Rs. 854 will be credited to my account in mid of October 2016. But i got a credit of only Rs. 427 on 10th October. This is amount is only half the amount of that Amazon promised already. Actually they have given only 7.5% cash back.

I had thought of buying few expensive products in Amazon under Diwali Cashback sale. On seeing this fraud activity of crediting only 7.5% cashback instead of the promised 15%, i have not ordered anything in Diwali Cashback sale.

First time facing a bad experience with Amazon

    I hv ordered this product on 7th of this month, and i will gift it to my frnd, who is leaving india on 16th October, for that reason i contacted ur helpline several times, and i told them if there are any possible way to get my item before Sunday, and if i hv to pay any fast delivery charges, then it is ok for me.. Bt ur exicutive always told me they will arrange it before Sunday, bt till today it was nt delivered, , .
    After all this, when my estimated delivery date expired, now ur executives started to say i hv to wait, bt till today ur all commitments are failed, . This is 19th today, but no possibility i found to get my product delivered.
    And i also don't know how it's taking so long time to deliver this, item from ahamedabad to kolkata, .. And in ur tracking section, there only i see my product is traveling from office to other. Really it's been very much painful for me.
    Hope u will do some need full, . To get me out from this horrible situation.

      I m pradeep singh from lucknow.

      L ordered micromax 43t7670fhd amazon fulfilled led tv on 8-10-16 and recived the tv in morning of 16-10-16 of rs. 21990, whose screen was totally broken on 16-10-16. i made complaint immediately to amazon they said for replacement;

      Five days gone daily i call them 5-6 times to get tv pickedup, every time i call they say it will be done in next 24 hours, but it never got done.

      Now they are neither realising my replacement tv nor giving refund, they say it will be given only after picking up defective tv, which they are not picking up.

      I asked them to give me the number of the courier which will come to pickup they say they dont have. asked for self dropping centre they say they dont have them.

      Please help me.

        I purchase online bluetooth headset from amazon and i got on time. But the product is not connective with any bluetooth mobile phone i request for return of this product on 15/10/2016 and they confirmed me one of their pick up boy will come and pick the product in 24 hrs but still date no response and no msg has received for the delay in pick up. I speak with customer care three time but no further action from their end.
        Kindly advice me for further action from my end.

          I searched bluetooth head phone of sonu company. I found it and place order for same. But amazon sold me local chines product in place of sony. Then i contact to customer care, he say sorry and all. I raised a return request for it. The seller came and take product and he gave me the return sleep. Every thing is done smoothly. Now it's time for refund. I call amazon customer care, send lot of email with scan of refund sleep. But still i didn't get positive reply. I have refund item before 22 days but refund is still pending...

            Kindly please solve my following issues listed below,
            1. i received my order on 18th october 2016 at around 5 pm, and i received the product. and i received the order with invoice sticked to it.
            2. i can note that another courier person called for to receive same order and with same order no.
            [protected] at around 7 pm., and i told him i have already received the item at around 5 pm. so the courier boy said ill cancel order so i said ok.
            3. now noted that order which i received, i can see the different imei on moblie and on invoice.
            Imei number on invoive: [protected].
            1. imei1 number on mobile: [protected]
            2. imei2 number on mobile: [protected].

            4. i can see different sellers on invoice and on website available invoice.
            Seller details on invoice: pnr retail llp.
            Seller details on website invoice: gabbardeals.

            Kindly request you to solve this issue mentioned above to change invoice or mobile with correct product and invoice, at earliest., if so kindly please provide further info to replace or return the product.

              Hello dear ceo,

              I purchased one plus 2 mobile from snap deal on oct 13 2016, after looking it i don't like that device and immediately i raised return/ refund, but after 2 days i got mail, we are unable to contact you.

              I called your customer care but there in no response from you guys, calls are not connecting seems they are blocking the customers phone numbers once they raise the return request.

              Dear ceo, what the wort service you people are doing no response to mail.

              After seeing this mail please call me or mail me and take your product and refuted my money back.

              As it is a online service you should have exchange or return policy since we are not directly checking the goods, once the product reached to customer you guys are not at all taking responsibility.

              I suppose to file a case against you, its waste of my time, more your office is not there in hyderabad. other wise i trowed the device on your face.

              Please kindly return my money back and take your device.

              My humble to customers/buyers, please don't purchase any thing from online sites either snapdeal/amazon, all they are big scam business in online as there is no customer support/no return/no exchang.

              In festival season all the online e-commerce companies are doing big scam by attracting innocent people. i request you please go to respective offline store and buy the product there you get genuine products.

                Hello all,

                Please don't buy any product in amazon.in with exchange offer. They are keeping are those offers only to attract the people, but all are fake. They will not deliver the product and keep on postponing the delivery date. I have ordered moto g 4 plus mobile on 5th october with mobile exchange offer in amazon.in. I have paid the money through online. Esimated delivery was 14th october 2016. Till now i did not receive the product though i have raised the complaint trice. Its already delayed by 5 days, still customer service saying the same response from staring day onwards. Very worst delivery in amazon.in website. They are not even tracking the delivery agent person for the delay. My registered order number is[protected]. If you won't deliver the product within 24 hrs, i will take the legal action on you. Please don't loose the customer trust on your website.

                Dear citizens, don't buy any product from Amazon/ snap deal as they are selling all Chaina product. Be proud to be an Indian and use Indian made product and save the Indian economy
                I had order a selfi stick mini monopod it was not working when I click the botton suddenly music on what I do give me solution plzzz I had follow all the instruction then also it is not working my phone is android 4.4 OK plzz held me out of his plz reply me as soon as u can

                    I had a nightmare experience with amazon transportation service recently.

                    I've ordered moto g4 plus in this website. when i was booking it, it showed me eta as 12th oct. when the product is shipped eta changed to 15th oct my friend birthday falls on oct 15th. so i contacted them asking for a delivery on oct 14th. i even said that i was ready to go to warehouse which is 10kms away from me. they said they would expedite the request. so i waited till 14th evening & called them up. again the same story, we are expediting it.

                    And i've called them 6 to 7 times till today (19th oct). im still getting the same answer from these stupid people which dont even care to serve the customer.

                    The product arrived on 13th oct to hyderabad. but it did not come out for delivery. what should i say guys?? im fed up. its a birthday gift to my friend & i missed it. these bloody people have a transport service that sucks to core.
                    Which courier firm doesnt has an option of collecting it in the warehouse. im tired listening the same answers from these customer service people. neither do they help me in getting the product delivered nor they give the contactinfo of warehouse.

                      Amazon approved the refund against order #[protected] on 29th September 2016. But as of now I am yet to my money refunded to my credit card account. Every time I contact customer care, they just keep telling that it is already processed and money will be credited to the account within 7 business days.

                        I had purchased a micromax neo pqc lpq61407w 14.1 inch laptop through amazon. order no.[protected] dt. 16/10/2016.
                        The product was delivered on 17/10/2016. on receiving, it was observed that some of the keyboard keys were not working. next day, 18/10/2016, the laptop was taken to micromax service center, shree swati manor, near plaza, dadar. here the service person told that it will take about 20 to 25 days to replace the keyboard, instead she suggested that as the product is new it can be replaced within seven days from purchase day and to contact back to amazon for replacement which can be done quickly.
                        On contacting amazon customer service, the same day, they promised to take back the product next day, 19/10/2016, between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. and replace it with a fresh piece.
                        On 19/10/2016 as no one from amazon reported to collect the product, at @ 4.00pm we called amazon service and surprised to know that they have denied any replacement from their side and that their policy has changed.
                        I have audio recordings of both the calls with amazon representatives.

                        I Ordered Lancer shoe on 5th October 2016 in Amazon and the product deliver date is 13th October 2016, but i didn't receive the product, and there is no information via (SMS) regarding the product didn't deliver.

                          Horrible Horrible company! Why give discounts when you don't want to deliver the order at all. Keep extending the delivery date without even telling the customer! After extending the dates, the item is yet to be dispatched. What rubbish is this! If you can't deliver, then we could have gone to flipkart or other sites and bought the product. The Sale is also over everywhere and you are not ready to deliver the product. Your call center says they will escalate the issue, and assure a call back frm your customer service, but nobody calls back!!! horrible horrible horrible!

                              An order was placed on 6th of october of acer aspire 5e 573g laptop (Order no[protected]. Price was 32, 990

                              A cancellation request was made next day (7th oct) before the product was dispatched. Even after requesting twice for the cancellation the product was dispatched but the shipment stopped as per the courier tracking details and there was no further information from bluedart courier or amazon about the cancellation status, shipment status and the refund initiation process.

                              Amazon customer representatives said to wait till 18th october and the refund will be initiated after that on 19th october.

                              As per the conversation with amazon on 19th october there was still no information about the refund and they again informed to wait for 24 - 48 hours.

                              It is highly requested to look into this matter and help the customer to get the legal refund back. The customer cancelled and did not receive any product but the amount was paid to amazon. Amazon is not refunding the money.

                                Dear all,

                                I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 (gold, 32gb) order #[protected].

                                1) phone got delivered after a followup of 4 continuous days after the expected delivery date with the amazon customer care
                                2) now the phone hangs alot and doesnt works properly. i called the customer care and asked for a replacement. customer care says it considered my request under a special case as if they are doing a favour to me. hell yes, you are a shopkeeper, its your responsibility.
                                And they will take away my phone and deliver the new phone in 3-5 days.

                                Now how can i keep my number on for those 5 days? i guess amazon should also answer this. also, what is the gaurantee that this time also the phone will be delivered on time?

                                  I seriously don't understand what ur policy are for ur customers u guys have no sense of responsibility even ur agents are least bothered such a shame for amazon snapdeal and even paytm has better services than u. Guys pls justify ur salary for what purpose u are getting paid try and think u guys need to introspect and than come to ur respective offices i have been chasing for sports shoes which i ordered on 13 returned on 15 could have returned it back on 14 i[censored]r guys would have not been fallen ill now its 19 oct 2016 and suleka most unprofessional agent i ever spoke to is not able track the shipment

                                    Hi I have ordered Moto g 4g mobile on 4th October 2016 with full payment using credit card.The product suppose to reach me on 12th october 2016.
                                    When I called 12th customer service told me they are not sure about the courier since no tracking number.from then Iam trying to get this product/refund. Today is 19th I have not received any update on this.

                                    I spoke to the customer service floor manager Bipin twice but no use I think he is having very little knowledge about the procedures.Iam trying to reach the amazon India regional manager. Called customer service almost 8 times no use at all

                                    I got 2 calls based on this complaint. Both of them were not able to solve the problem.As per Anuj they can deliver the product after Deepavali festival, that is after 31st of October. How ever I could see the same product in amazon website available for delivery within 25th of this month. Looks like the pearson who called me is not aware about the availability of the product or just beating around the bush. Please resolve asap

                                      I ordered One plus3 Phone( Order No.[protected] ) but it was damaged by courier company, and not delivered on time . While I was chatting with one of their representatives he said if I order another phone All the offers applicable to this order will be applicable to new order as well, But when I ordered another phone they are saying it wont be applicable now and not even responding properly to my complaints.

                                        Amazon left me amazed.

                                        I had placed an order (No.[protected] with amazon on 08.10.2016 for “Sujata Powermatic 810 Juicer Mixer Grunder (with 2 jars)” paying Rs.43000/- online instantly. I was shocked to receive a message (e-mail) from Amazon on 18.10.2016 stating as given below:-

                                        This is to inform you that your order[protected] was cancelled as the seller DEVTA ELECTRICALS failed to confirm the shipment.

                                        I could not understand as to why was my order accepted while Amazon had a seller who cancelled/rejected my order and FAILED TO CONFIRM THE SHIPMENT – on what ground?

                                        Why had amazon, such a renowned online shopping retailer, kept a seller listed who denies to ship an order like this.

                                        This is enough to leave a customer shockingly surprised and no one could understand the denial on such a ground. If the seller was not in a position to deliver the desired item, then the seller should not show its availability and accept payment against the same.

                                        People would certainly get discouraged upon knowing this. I would never again shop with Amazon any more after this experience.

                                        I had now ordered the same product with another online store.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
