I have ordered Moto G4 plus on 4 oct and my registered phone number is- [protected]. at that time it was showing it will be delivered by tomorrow 8PM that's why only i placed my order because last month my phone was lost. After that on Sunday it was out for delivery but my office is closed as it was sunday. After that the item was expected to reach on Monday but on monday there was no action taken by the delivery agent and also i didn't get any update regarding my order. After that on Tuesday morning i got a sms by IM-Amazon that my phone will be delivered by AmzAgent([protected]). When i called this number it was telling this number is not in service. And in evening at 7:30Pm again i got a sms that we could not deliver your order because as customer was not available. But i didn't get any call regarding that. After that on Wednesday morning i chat with the Amazon customer care and he told me that my item will be deliver today and he forwarded high priority mail to the agent. After that again i chat in afternoon again they told me the same thing. So after that at last i called the customer care in the evening. He also assured me that my item will be deliver by Wednesday only as it was last expected date for delivery. And also i told him to give a call by delivery agent why he is late or unable to deliver my product. For this reason i also scold by my Manager. I was concentrating on this order because right now i don't have phone.
Again i called the customer care in the night. But i didn't get my answer that why today my order was not delivered.

I was harassed so much and my lots of work was not completed because of this order only. i want compensation for my losses otherwise i'll make complaint to consumer court.

    I have received a package from Amazon that was of someone else and I have paid for it since it has my name over it.
    Not only I am suffering but the person who has ordered would he suffering too.
    I talked to your executives and they say they can't arrange a pick up nor they could refund me since it's not ordered from my account.
    Is this the service Amazon provides.
    Should I go to consumer forum or should I give Amazon another chance to solve the problem.
    It's my third post and more than 20 calls in 1.5 weeks.
    I want a solution and you guys are really lowering down your repo

      I placed an order 23-sep-2016. (xolo era 4g mobile). order #[protected].
      The product received was defective. the led back light did not work. after talking to amazon customer service, they finally accepted to send a replacement.

      Replacement order was created on 06-oct-2016. order #[protected]. the replacement product also was defective. it had the exact same problem as the earlier one.

      When i contact customer care for refund or replacement, their response was not satisfactory. they were asking me to goto xolo care on my own and resolve the issue or get a letter of approval to process my request. this is really bad service and they have disconnected my call. i want proper action against them.

        I had ordered the above mentioned laptop from amazon. I received this product on 5th OCT, 2016. I called amazon customer service that the product they have sent is not functional and i need to return this. They said that I can return a product only after 3 days of delivery. I called in again after 3 days and they said that I cannot return the product as they can only replace. I said that this product is eligible under your return policy. Still the executive denied it and said that he will replace the product. I agreed to this as there was no other option. Now it has been three days and still there is not update on the replacement process. It has become a nightmare contacting amazon and being fooled by them every time you call them. I would say that i have never experienced such low business ethics by a e commerce company. Amazon has really lowered its standard. I hope never to buy any product from them.

        Hi,

        Finally amazon agreed to refund the amount but they have adopted a new way to harass the customers. The amazon representative said that they have initiated the return authorization and i need to send the product back to them. They said that the shipping amount will be reimbursed by them. Now finally i thought that my issue will be resolved. But yet amazon played another of its unethical business methods. They said that only an amount of Rs. 250 to Rs. 300 will be reimbursed. Now the fact is that DTDC charges Rs 3000 to ship a product to the address provided by amazon and INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE do not ship electronics product. These are the two agencies that have tie-up with Amazon as told by Amazon customer service.
        Now this are the cheap tricks used by amazon so that they donot have to refund the amount spend by customers. I don't understand that amazon does not take complaints seriously because what i felt about their customer service is that they are just not interested in providing the services that is expected of them. And customer satisfaction is not a concern for them.

        I am really tensed and do not know what to do now. Amazon doesn't seem to interested in resolving my issue. I have spent Rs 31700 on this product and don't know how much more I have to spend to send this product. I had bought this laptop beacuse I needed it for my exams but now there seems to be no ending to this issue. I cant really tell the state of mental tension and worry Amazon has caused to me. I have lost hope of getting my money back and I really dont know what to do next. Can someone advice me what action can be taken so that I can get my money back and this product returned. I will try my best to reach out to people so that I can tell them about the unethical ways adopted by amazon to harass their customers.

        I don't know how many times I have to mention that customer service of amazon is very very poor. Tried calling amazon but the representative disconnects the call every time when I ask him to transfer the call to his supervisor. It has happened several times and yet the customer service did not call back. They send an email ( which is system generated I guess ) apologizing for the inconvenience but they never actually call back or get in touch.

            Amazon india order #[protected]

            This is to inform you that i have ordered oneplus 3 phone on oct 1 2016 with one day delivery which was to be delivered on 3 oct but delivered on 2nd oct by the delivery boy mobile no. [protected].
            When i checked the imei no. on the phone it is not matching with the online bill.

            I ordered a phone from amazon on 1st oct 2016, with one day delivery, while tracking information showing that the phone will reach to me on 3rd oct 2016, but in the morning of 2nd oct 2016 i got a call from amazon delivery boy having mobile no. [protected] asking me if i was home to take the delivery. he came to my house opened the package on his own, i checked the phone on that time it was ok, i made the payment and went inside my room, within 2 mins he was gone, later that night i was looking for the bill but it wasnt there, i checked the box and everything. then i called amazon customer care early morning around 2 -3 am telling them about the incident. till now no one has resolved the issue not even 1%.

                  I bought a motorola g4 plus from amazon.in shopping portal and received the product[protected]. On opening the box, in first use I realized flash is not working.

                  I tried contacting amazon customer care who asked me to install and run some app. After that, they realized it's a hardware issue and asked me to contact Motorola customer care and get a DOI certificate for Amazon to process return.

                  When i contacted Motorola, they said they don't issue any such certificate which shows it's an open lie on part of Amazon to customers.

                  Finally I called amazon customer care again and asked them to process my return. They are asking me to go to service Center and get it fixed. When I told them i am not going to pay full and buy a defective piece which I myself have to get rectified, the call was disconnected. This behavior is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.

                  Amazon has to take full responsibility of defective piece and get it resolved with Motorola themselves instead of asking me to go to Motorola service center which is other part and known for its bad customer service.

                    I had booked sketchers walking shoe at 50% discount during sale on 4 th Oct 2016. It was informed that the product will be delivered by 15th Oct 2016. Again I was informed that it will reach you on 13 th. Day before yesterday I got message that product isbeing returned. I contacted customer care on 12 as well as today. they failed to reply the reason for returning.

                    I presume that the changed their mind to sale the product @ dicounted rate. It can be said that It is a FAKE SALE.

                      Had placed an order for a OnePlus 3 Mobile on 5th Oct'16 arnd 10:30 am. This order was fully prepaid along with the delivery charges for same day delivery.
                      Got the confirmation from Amazon.in immediately that the order is confirmed & would be delivered the same day & then the agony started.
                      Today is 13th Oct'16 and I am yet to get the phone delivered. This is in spite of the fact that the delivery is supposed to be dispatched from one of their fulfillment center in Bangalore & it is to be delivered in the same city.
                      I have tried contacting them infinite number of times through all possible
                      channels - Customer Care phone, Customer care chat, social media (facebook) but I have been getting a standard response that the shipment is delayed due to some technical glitch, that it has been escalated and that they will get in touch as soon as they have an update. This has been ongoing for the last 8 days & causing me immense mental agony, distress & depression.

                      Would sincerely request for an expert advice here to understand what should be my next steps & how can I get the product for which I have already paid thousands of rupees but am yet to receive it.

                      Got the confirmation from Amazon.in immediately that the order is confirmed & would be delivered the same day but then the agony started.
                      On 5th Oct’16, I had spoken with Amazon India several times to enquire the status of my product delivery. Their customer care stated that even though the delivery address is that of a commercial building, since it is the same day delivery, the delivery cannot happen by 6 pm which is their standard deadline for deliveries to commercial addresses. I was made to wait till 9 pm stating that it will “Guaranteed” be delivered by then but then no delivery happened & they then started hanging up on me stating that it is delayed & that they cannot do anything to help me.
                      Today is 13th Oct'16 and I am yet to get the phone delivered. This is in spite of the fact that the delivery is supposed to be dispatched from one of their fulfillment center in Bangalore & it is to be delivered in the same city.

                        I had two orders placed with Amazon on 6th of October 2016:
                        [protected] Optimum Nutrition (ON) Whey - 1.85 lbs (Chocolate)
                        [protected] Optimum Nutrition (ON) Amino Energy - 30 Servings (Orange Cooler)

                        Both of the orders were scheduled to deliver withing 24 hours. But both of them are not delivered for nearly a week now.

                        The delivery agents behaviour was rude. Twice they went to some wrong address and lied to that package not delivered as customer was not available.

                        I have called three times to customer care and even after them promising me to deliver the product within 24 hours there was no delivery.

                          I think this charge is for a dehumidifier that i am having a problem with. Frigidaire will not honor the warrantee without a copy of the sale. Therefore i need a copy of the sale. Thanks in order for them to honor the warrantee. It has been within a year of the purchase and should be replace according to the manufacturers warrantee. I am quite sure that this is the sale for the dehumidifier that is in question.

                            I have Ordered TCL TV(40 inch Full HD), from AMAZON. On 7th it is said that it was out for delivery, but as it was updated that there is some address issue they cannot deliver the order. So for that i have called amazon customer care on 7th itself and updated the address through phone and they promised that it will be delivered on 8th of Oct 2016. Though i am following up daily they are telling me to wait for another 24-48 hours as already escalation is raised from their end. I gave them an option to provide me the address of the delivery center, so that i can go and collect directly if they are unable to delivery the address. But as per the amazon policy they will not provide and making me wait for another 24-48 hours. Now they are saying if this will not get delivered they will refund or replace the order. All these they kept the prepaid money and tell us, transport team is having issues at last and throwing ball in their court and not allowing us to speak to them with their policies.
                            I actually dont know whether the product i placed in Hyderabad or not, or they are just playing tricks with the customer.
                            I know that they made their 6months business in just 6 days, but they should have tell me that they have some transportation issue, but inspite they are giving us false promises. So giving us false promises are their policies ?

                            Kindly help me in resolving this issue

                              We recently ordered a headphone and a bag. This evening i got got a message saying that my order is cancelled as no one recived it. No one delivered the package. I am gonna report about this issue. we were waiting for the package the whole day and delivery was not not done. We didn't even receive a single phone call. This is a strict warning to Amazon that giving stupid offers and not delivering the package is and issues. I'm gonna have to report against this.we were at the home the whole day

                                I was ordered one mobile phone mi note 3 (32gb gold) & phone received as date on 10-oct-2016. order id is[protected], there is some network issue. this phone has not support proper 4g connection. i called customer care & attend my mr. prashant. as per him, he told me mi company is instructed don't replace mi phone except damage condition. amazon is giving warranty only on damage condition. if customer facing another problem so they have to go mobile company for replacement.

                                But once again i humble request to him, kindly process my replacement my phone but he didn't understand my problem. if i have to to mobile company for replacement so why amazon is giving replacement warranty.

                                My Brother was ordered one mobile phone MI Note 3 (32GB Gold) for me & Phone received as date on 10-Oct-2016. Order ID is 171-1166638-2994739, There is some network issue. This phone has not support proper 4G Connection. I called customer care & attend my Mr. Prashant. As per him, he told me MI Company is instructed Don't replace MI phone except damage condition. Amazon is giving Warranty only on damage condition. if customer facing another problem so they have to go Mobile Company for replacement. But once again I humble request to him, Kindly process my replacement my phone but he didn't understand my problem. If i have to to Mobile company for replacement so why amazon is giving replacement warranty. If I am facing problem with in 2-3 days. so why i have to go service centre ? Please give me reply. I am waiting your favourable response.

                                  Such a pathetic customer service by Amazon India. i had ordered Micromax Canvas E481 which was delivered on the 4th of October 2016 which turned to be a faulty piece. The apps on the phone works slows, games are not functioning properly, you tube and other app gets stuck. I tried returning the piece via Amazon India app but failed because their smart check app doesn't function properly. i called the customer service team, they said to visit the service center which is far from my home. and none of the associate over the phone from Amazon India were helpful. i told the Amazon India representative that its not possible for me to go there for which he replied saying that he can't help and denied to transfer the call to the leadership team the associate name was Pravin. i some how reached the service center for which they said that its a faulty piece and will get it repaired, i said i don't want it repaired i want a new piece they said as it has passed the 7 days policy of the company they cannot give a new piece. and nothing in writing. Now i am stuck with a faulty piece and no one is replying. I AM STILL IN THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF 10 DAYS WITH AMAZON INDIA. I WANT MY REFUND AND DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH AMAZON INDIA ANY MORE.

                                    I ordered xiaomi Redmi Note 3(32gb) and was expecting to get within one week. Initially It took so long to be shipped.After shipping Amazon Transportation did good job. After reaching Kolkata courier team started work inertly.I contacted customer care several times but they just brainwashed and didn't resolve problem.After so long courier sent me msg at 7:45 AM that I will be getting my product by a particular day[protected] but they didn't deliver.I tried to contact the referred mobile no. of that amazant but his Mobile was switched off...Again I contacted cust care, Cust care told me that he has complained against that courier boy (she was mentioning some ATS)...But in stead of that I am victim..This is nothing but ARROGANCE OF AMAZON courier boy...and definitely I cannot bear any kind of arrogance...If I shall not get satisfactory result then...nothing...again I shall be helpless...Actually no delivery was attempted...

                                    i was place an order moto g play( mobile) on 23-JAN-2017 but till date i am not receive the product, after 3-FEB-2017 they automatically generate replacement of order, after 3 days on 07-FEb-2017 they give me delivery date 11-Feb-2017 but now date automatically changed with 16-Feb-2017.

                                      I ordered the back cover of Samsung galaxy j7 but it doesn't fit my Mobile so
                                      I filed the return request on Amazon
                                      Firstly they are showing that your item will be picked on 05 October but they didn't pick the item when I call to Amazon they said to me to send the screenshot of back cover as I send it to the seller they didn't responding to me and
                                      Amazon keep telling me that we will sort the problem as it is not Amazon prime product so the refund should be made by seller only..
                                      It's 13 days now and
                                      Neither Amazon nor seller responding me
                                      And even they didn't send me single email
                                      Regarding my refund ..

                                        I had order my phone on 4 Oct which was guaranteed delivery on 7 Oct the delivery person came but unfortunately he was not having our product but he told I will back in half an hour with our product but since 7 October still the product has not delivered. Making 10 times complaint to customer service but no query has been resolved just they are making false promises that you wait 48 hrs since 7 oct the same promises is made but no query resolved

                                        I need the contact person of the delivery courier service or address near by area. so that we can easily contact them. we can sit week long at home and wait for the product.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had order my phone on 2 Oct which is not delivered till now. May I know the reason for so much delayed because maximum expected time of delivery should be 3 to 4 days at least for the metro city Kolkata but very disappointing by Amazon which is really bad experince with Amazon because this is my first and last order.
