    I had a nightmare experience with amazon transportation service recently.

    I've ordered moto g4 plus in this website. when i was booking it, it showed me eta as 12th oct. when the product is shipped eta changed to 15th oct my friend birthday falls on oct 15th. so i contacted them asking for a delivery on oct 14th. i even said that i was ready to go to warehouse which is 10kms away from me. they said they would expedite the request. so i waited till 14th evening & called them up. again the same story, we are expediting it.

    And i've called them 6 to 7 times till today (19th oct). im still getting the same answer from these stupid people which dont even care to serve the customer.

    The product arrived on 13th oct to hyderabad. but it did not come out for delivery. what should i say guys?? im fed up. its a birthday gift to my friend & i missed it. these bloody people have a transport service that sucks to core.
    Which courier firm doesnt has an option of collecting it in the warehouse. im tired listening the same answers from these customer service people. neither do they help me in getting the product delivered nor they give the contactinfo of warehouse.

      Amazon approved the refund against order #[protected] on 29th September 2016. But as of now I am yet to my money refunded to my credit card account. Every time I contact customer care, they just keep telling that it is already processed and money will be credited to the account within 7 business days.

        I had purchased a micromax neo pqc lpq61407w 14.1 inch laptop through amazon. order no.[protected] dt. 16/10/2016.
        The product was delivered on 17/10/2016. on receiving, it was observed that some of the keyboard keys were not working. next day, 18/10/2016, the laptop was taken to micromax service center, shree swati manor, near plaza, dadar. here the service person told that it will take about 20 to 25 days to replace the keyboard, instead she suggested that as the product is new it can be replaced within seven days from purchase day and to contact back to amazon for replacement which can be done quickly.
        On contacting amazon customer service, the same day, they promised to take back the product next day, 19/10/2016, between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. and replace it with a fresh piece.
        On 19/10/2016 as no one from amazon reported to collect the product, at @ 4.00pm we called amazon service and surprised to know that they have denied any replacement from their side and that their policy has changed.
        I have audio recordings of both the calls with amazon representatives.
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My order No.#[protected] for Wonderchef 400 Watt Nutri-Blend Black. Material received is correct, but bill raised by Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, is in the name of Vivek Trivedi., Chattisgarh vide his order No.[protected]. Now I request you to raise the Bill in my name for the warranty.
        I Ordered Lancer shoe on 5th October 2016 in Amazon and the product deliver date is 13th October 2016, but i didn't receive the product, and there is no information via (SMS) regarding the product didn't deliver.

          Horrible Horrible company! Why give discounts when you don't want to deliver the order at all. Keep extending the delivery date without even telling the customer! After extending the dates, the item is yet to be dispatched. What rubbish is this! If you can't deliver, then we could have gone to flipkart or other sites and bought the product. The Sale is also over everywhere and you are not ready to deliver the product. Your call center says they will escalate the issue, and assure a call back frm your customer service, but nobody calls back!!! horrible horrible horrible!

              Hello

              An order was placed on 6th of october of acer aspire 5e 573g laptop (Order no[protected]. Price was 32, 990

              A cancellation request was made next day (7th oct) before the product was dispatched. Even after requesting twice for the cancellation the product was dispatched but the shipment stopped as per the courier tracking details and there was no further information from bluedart courier or amazon about the cancellation status, shipment status and the refund initiation process.

              Amazon customer representatives said to wait till 18th october and the refund will be initiated after that on 19th october.

              As per the conversation with amazon on 19th october there was still no information about the refund and they again informed to wait for 24 - 48 hours.

              It is highly requested to look into this matter and help the customer to get the legal refund back. The customer cancelled and did not receive any product but the amount was paid to amazon. Amazon is not refunding the money.

                Dear all,

                I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 (gold, 32gb) order #[protected].

                1) phone got delivered after a followup of 4 continuous days after the expected delivery date with the amazon customer care
                2) now the phone hangs alot and doesnt works properly. i called the customer care and asked for a replacement. customer care says it considered my request under a special case as if they are doing a favour to me. hell yes, you are a shopkeeper, its your responsibility.
                And they will take away my phone and deliver the new phone in 3-5 days.

                Now how can i keep my number on for those 5 days? i guess amazon should also answer this. also, what is the gaurantee that this time also the phone will be delivered on time?

                  I seriously don't understand what ur policy are for ur customers u guys have no sense of responsibility even ur agents are least bothered such a shame for amazon snapdeal and even paytm has better services than u. Guys pls justify ur salary for what purpose u are getting paid try and think u guys need to introspect and than come to ur respective offices i have been chasing for sports shoes which i ordered on 13 returned on 15 could have returned it back on 14 i[censored]r guys would have not been fallen ill now its 19 oct 2016 and suleka most unprofessional agent i ever spoke to is not able track the shipment

                    Hi I have ordered Moto g 4g mobile on 4th October 2016 with full payment using credit card.The product suppose to reach me on 12th october 2016.
                    When I called 12th customer service told me they are not sure about the courier since no tracking number.from then Iam trying to get this product/refund. Today is 19th I have not received any update on this.

                    I spoke to the customer service floor manager Bipin twice but no use I think he is having very little knowledge about the procedures.Iam trying to reach the amazon India regional manager. Called customer service almost 8 times no use at all

                    I got 2 calls based on this complaint. Both of them were not able to solve the problem.As per Anuj they can deliver the product after Deepavali festival, that is after 31st of October. How ever I could see the same product in amazon website available for delivery within 25th of this month. Looks like the pearson who called me is not aware about the availability of the product or just beating around the bush. Please resolve asap

                      I ordered One plus3 Phone( Order No.[protected] ) but it was damaged by courier company, and not delivered on time . While I was chatting with one of their representatives he said if I order another phone All the offers applicable to this order will be applicable to new order as well, But when I ordered another phone they are saying it wont be applicable now and not even responding properly to my complaints.
                      I even have chat transcription where that representative was making false promises

                      I trusted their representative but now I feel cheated .

                        Amazon left me amazed.

                        I had placed an order (No.[protected] with amazon on 08.10.2016 for “Sujata Powermatic 810 Juicer Mixer Grunder (with 2 jars)” paying Rs.43000/- online instantly. I was shocked to receive a message (e-mail) from Amazon on 18.10.2016 stating as given below:-

                        This is to inform you that your order[protected] was cancelled as the seller DEVTA ELECTRICALS failed to confirm the shipment.

                        I could not understand as to why was my order accepted while Amazon had a seller who cancelled/rejected my order and FAILED TO CONFIRM THE SHIPMENT – on what ground?

                        Why had amazon, such a renowned online shopping retailer, kept a seller listed who denies to ship an order like this.

                        This is enough to leave a customer shockingly surprised and no one could understand the denial on such a ground. If the seller was not in a position to deliver the desired item, then the seller should not show its availability and accept payment against the same.

                        People would certainly get discouraged upon knowing this. I would never again shop with Amazon any more after this experience.

                        I had now ordered the same product with another online store.

                          My oredr# ORDER #[protected]
                          for Prestige Fry Pan shows its delivered to me and signed by me but I have not received it yet. It is already 7 days delayed from the promised date.
                          The tracking also says that I requested a reschedule, I did not get any calls asking me this. contacted customer care 4 times, and every time same reply that wait for 24 hours.

                            I had ordered Safire nano explorer copter (order no.[protected] I have received this product on 8th October 2016. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied when I got actual product. It was not as per image shown on website, it was smaller than a credit card.
                            So I requested a return on 09th October 2016. I had selected immediate available date and time i.e. 10th October 2016 14:00-17:00 but to vain no one came for pick up.
                            Till 17th there were no reply from Amazon about return and pickup, so again I cancelled return and requested a return/pick up again on 17th and selected date on 18th October 2016 14:00-17:00. Still no one turned up.
                            How pathetic and worst is your services I have ordered atleast 15 products on 5th October 2016. When there's a sale Amazon is prompt and when there is after sales service then you Amazon shows up real picture of your management.
                            My last date of return as per policy is 22nd October 2016. You deliberately extending this period so you show up your end date.
                            Disgusting service rendered.

                            After this complaint they have emailed me for pickup on 20th October 2016 but whole day passed no phone no email or no call
                            Just vacuum promises are been done.
                            I don't care whether the pick up their product or not. I just want my refund or I'll take social media approach.

                              Amazon announced Great Indian Festival sale From 17th -19th October.

                              So i searched deals and found a deal showing that the mobile price was RS.0.64 .
                              So i placed an order and paid with Debit card.
                              After that i got your order is confirmed, preparing to dispatch.
                              But at 2:16 pm i got mail from amazon that it is cancelled.

                              Message as follows

                              "Hello,

                              Nowadays Amazon cancelling orders and simply saying sorry. They are hurting customers very much.

                                I bought woodland scandals online on amazon after using for few weeks i FOUND FROM MY FRIENDS THAT THE product i got was duplicate found that the scandals were not as they were to be after only few weeks o[censored]se that too a branded product of woodland that I found that the product is duplicate now who is going to fulfill my loss i had not expected this type of service from amazon

                                  [protected] sir i initiated the replacement process on 12 oct 2016 but its a matter of shame no body came to pick up my order further courier service is rescheduling and cancelling my pick up on their own. They have cancelled my pick for 2 times. I have been contacting you executive for a week they are saying they have escalated my issue but their futile effort bore no fruit.
                                  Day before yesterday they said that if my package will not get picked up in 24 hour they will ship replacement and i can return my defective product while receiving new but sad part is that they backed off and now they again demanded 24 hour and denied to share any information regarding that.
                                  I feel frustrated now i dont know what to do they are paying no heed
                                  Even the phone number of agent given to me is always switched off.

                                    Horrible treatment from Amazon, initially they took 100 rupees for next day delivery by 8pm but they delivered product after 3 days, making lot of calls and always there were fake promises and false hopes.
                                    It was a gift to someone, ultimately gifted the product and then it turned out to be faulty.
                                    Again called them to pick the product and false promises they have not picked up the shipment nor there is feedback. They have put me on hold for 1Hour 9 Minutes and yet no resolution.
                                    They absolutely do not care for our money because we have paid and waiting like idiots. Have made 6 calls

                                    I do not think they are even bothered, am seeing so many complaints here and they are worst.
                                    Because have never faced issues from Flipkart, Snap deal or Myntra. Atleast they respond and revert with queries...

                                      Actually i ordered one dslr from amazon but some carry case was missing in that order but i cant replace the product as i was using it in my daily use.so i asled for any compensation but they directly refused and then even after that i asked for seller information that too they didnt provide me.

                                      Even i begged the customer support service amazon to help me but they didnt.
                                      Poor service from amazon.
                                      Didnt expect that.

                                        I had placed a order after spent my time to select shoe's (ORDER #[protected].
                                        But Amazon did not deliver it. i sent to many mail to get status of my Oder.
                                        Amazon has replied that, your order has canceled because product get damaged during shipping.
                                        You need to place another order for same.

                                        As per replied. I was ready to place another order. But now same product is showing with increasing price.
                                        This is directly lost of my time and money. As i was not expected to Amazon.

                                        This is humbly request to Amazon, please send my order.
