I have ordered Hamee Smartwatch from Amazon.in on 23 sept. 2016.

On 24 sept 2016 Amazon themselves cancelled my order without informing me.
I called their customer service Department, they told me that this is Amazon's fault, but refused to place my order and cancelled it.
Kindly help.
I want to get my order ASAP.

I was looked Alfa mart bluetooth reomte at Amazon.in and after see its pics immoderately placed order for same. but when i received parcel that Item is totally different which they shown to us. this is wrong.

I placed and order and cancelled it. I payed for it online. When i cancelled it, i got an email saying the refund with reflect in my account in 2-4 days whereas when i called to customer service today they said it will reflect in 7-10 days. It's 27, 999 that's a big amount. I placed the order on 19 september 2016 and cancelled on 22 september 2016. They are giving me different days when the refund will be credited to my account. I bought yu unicorn mobile from amazon i complain regarding replacement on 20th sept they giving delivery time on 21thsept but delivery boy ddnt come and again i complain to amazan customer care then they give to 23sept till 2 pm but still the delivery ddnt come i again complain but they are not giving satisfactory answer so please do necessary action against them and provide me compensation...

I would like to file a petition against this Amazon order for unlawful act.

Product: Purchases a samsung galaxy A3 for INR 9990.
Order was suppose to deliver on Sep3.
They tried to contact me on Sep3(but i didn't received any call).
Next delivery date was Sep6.
Until now i have not received...

I had raised the return request for above two defective products. I got the mail that they will be coming on 12 sep to collect the product.

Its been a 12 days nobody came to received it even though we have called 4 times to raise the concern. now i can see that the last day to return the product is 24 sept.

Its really surprising to check the incompetency level of account specialist / officials who are handling my query.

My queries are unanswered, as of which i resort to contact dtdtc customer-care myself realizing the fact that i can no longer rely on amazon team handling the case.

One incompetent and hopeless customer care team on this earth i have ever seen including the delivery team. For the order #[protected]Karizma tan color sandal for women's) i have been so clear to amazon from the beginning of the return policy started on this item that i wanted an online transfer to my bank account. 1st, a wrong item was delivered to me (Which either amzon's or seller's fault) on sept 10, 2016 and on which i raised...

Whenever the order in transit is attempted to be cancelled, there is no option for cancellation. So compulsorily we have to chose the option for return of the product though the product is not delivered. rescheduled pick ups are never on time. Refund is initiated but it takes around 20 days to get issued to us.
The courier services are miserable. Delivery persons do not answer the phone, reject the call or switch off their phones....
