    I had ordered a mobile phone of micromax but at the time of pickup I saw that it was without a charger so on that day itself I filed a return request in amazon but they told me that return cannot be made for this mobile so I will have to refuse the delivery boy at the time of replacement that I don't want this phone then my refund could be facilitated( this was a suggestion given to me by amazon customer care service) . IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK THAT I HAD DONE AS SUGGESTED BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND. THEY HAVE A VERY DIRTY POLICY OF harassing THE CUSTOMER . I WOULD REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP FROM AMAZON . FLIPKART AND OTHERS ARE BETTER BECAUSE ATLEAST THEY DONT CHEAT PEOPLE . IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

      I had ordered an item (Puma Men's Running Shoes) on the 1st of October. Blue Dart sent an sms on my number saying that it will be delivered on 6th October. They also provided a track link to track the package, as seen in the attached screenshot of my mobile. The item didn't reach me on the 6th and I kept tracking the package in the url provided. The screenshot of track record is also attached.

      When the package reached Kolkata and was't moving further, I call Blue Dart and they said the package is near me and they would deliver the package by 17th October. The person also said that the package could not be delivered during Durga Puja due to the rush and will be done after that.

      But then, on 16th, Amazon sends me an sms (also attached) saying that the package will be delayed by 2 more days and reach on 19th, due to "inclement weather conditions". This term "inclement weather conditions" is something that disappointed me a lot. This is because when I saw the track, it said the package is in Kolkata (Ccu bda warehouse) and I, living in Kolkata for all these days, did not find any "inclemency" in Kolkata weather.

      I don't know who is at fault here - whether Amazon or Blue Dart, but such wrong information should not be provided to a customer.

      Please see to it that something is done about it. I know I will receive the product sometime this week, but this is a fraudulent activity from one side (maybe amazon or blue dart) and they should be truthful to their customer.

        I ordered Nikon Cam and is suppose to be delivered by 13th October. I called Customer Care and requested if it can delivered early. Customer Service responded positively and said the at they will although its not guaranteed. I waited till 13th and on 13th around 9 pm got a message saying that Couldn't deliver as Customer not available. I immediately called Customer Service and informed about this. They said they will escalate this but the product will be delivered on next day. I didn't receive it even in next two days. Today I called Customer service and they said it will be delivered today. To my surprise I again got the same message saying "Couldn't deliver as Customer not Available"
        I clearly requested the Customer service Team to make a call to me before the delivery boy start for delivery.
        To summarize,
        Two times the delivery boy ( who mobile switching off) wrongly updated that Customer not available.
        I called Customer Service 6 times but nothing really happened.

        Instead of false promises, they should have updated the real status.

          Hello, My name is Abhishek Surve, I have placed 1 order (Product Description - Sanyo 124 cm (49 inches) XT-49S7100F Full HD LED IPS TV (Black) (Transaction Mode - Online Payment Done), which was ordered on 03-Oct-2016 (Order#[protected], the expected delivery was on 12-Oct-2016 which is not yet delivered to me & today is 17-Oct-2016.
          I have been calling the customer service from last 4 days they kept me promising that the TV is on it's way in the next 24-48 Hrs which i waited for 96 Hrs and yet the TV hasn't reached to me.
          I'm very much tired of calling the customer care and keep on telling the problem repeatedly.
          Everytime i call i get a new person to attend my problem and answers the same to wait for 24 Hrs more.
          Please let me know where my TV is, I am not interested to get the money refunded as i've already waited for 15days and still waiting for it.

          Please let me know if any other details required.

            On 2nd of Oct'16 I have ordered 2 water purifiers through Amazon where there was a offers are going on, the product what I have orders has a 63% discount. I have ordered 2 water purifier at the rate of 5, 999.00 Indian rupees and the Actual price in Amazon is 15999.00 Indian Rupees. The appropriate delivery date was 12th of Oct'16. I thought the product will reach to me little early, however 1 water purifier reached to me on 12th Wednesday. When I opened the product on 13th in the morning, I saw that the purifier is used one and purifier is with water and mud and also the quality is not at all good when I compare with showroom piece. We have same product available in show rooms and the quality and other parts are much better than this and its a new product not used one. Even the purifier is also broken not is used condition.
            The 2nd product did not reach on time even though have ordered same products with quantity 2, it reached to my door step on 15th night and when I open the product its same USED product again Amazon has delivered. This is the second product they sent the USED one and I have take a picture and started escalating the issue to Amazon and not yet received any response still. The second product is with full of mud and I can easily make out that the product is USED one, you can also see the picture which I am going to attach.
            I have also ordered two extra water purifier worth of 598/- rupees, One is totally broken in that and both of them are not so useful.

            I have raised a return request today to return the products as I have not got any response from Amazon after sending many reminders, I feel there is no use of doing follow up wasting my time.

            Please find the pictures o[censored]sed products and if you can please help me at the earliest. I have added 2 picture under videos due to size consumption.

              I ordered product from u r site through net banking payment system but it deliver without vessel and hand of product damaged cooking from this cookware is not possible.
              When I talk to customer care they reply purchase from shop not from site .
              If we purchase from shop then why r u sale on site
              U have to pay damage charges to me for my inconvenience
              Customer care services is too poor

                I wanted to return a book purchased from Amazon. I called amazon customer care 7-8 times. But they have not initiated pick up for my return. They make false promise of hassle free returns. My order id is #[protected]
                Even after calling them so many times they are scheduling pick of the given item and henceforth I am not able to get refund of the product.

                    I have purchsed a panasonic p55, novo from you, which was delivered on 6th of october to me, while checking the same i got to know the same is 3g mobile phone, as i need the 4g mobile.

                    From the same day the product was delivered the same was lying packed with me, and regularly i am follow the process to return the same but no response was coming from your end. Finally i called customer care today and ms. Aakriti on customer desk inform me the the product i purchased is non-returnable / replaced which was mentioned on the page where product is displayed. But i have not seen the same (Image attached) where the product details are mentioned.

                    Since the product is returnable till 18th, but they are not accepting the return.

                    As per the discussion held with you, i had send the final letter to Amazon through Speed Post (Which was delivered to them on 08th of Nov) to return the Panasonic Mobile P55. Till date i have not received any call / reply from there end regarding my query, hence you are requested to take the further action in this regard and resolve my issue at the earliest.

                        I had to pay the amazon delivary guy 120 but since i dint have i payed 150 and he said to deduct it from the other parcel that was supposed to come on the same day. and when i tried calling him he is cutting the call and switched off the phone.. how can amazon hire such fraud delivery people

                          I ordered some items through Amazon India on 2nd of October (Order #[protected]-- tile today 17th I did not receive the items -- I wonder are we worse than Ghana or Nigeria where it takes more than 15 days to receive any item -- Amazon India is the worthless hypocrite e-commerce company who claimed to be number 1 by themselves. They gave a period of 18 days span for delivering items, annd that d i wondered where on earth it takes so much time to deliver items and that too in one of the metropolitan city -- if I ask the customer service they said please have patience -- patience is my foot - who want to so long for readily available items - it is not as if the ordered items were out of stock --- I will never go with Amazon India and would request people to stop ordering through them to teach a lesson

                            I have placed order on 4 th october. It has dispatched on 7 oct, it supposed to deliverd on 12 oct it has extend delivery date by 16 th oct, i was following up with customer care executives from 11 th of oct they didnt provided me the proper details. On 17 th oct they registerd my complain and take action of replacement and again taking 9 days for delivery. Is customer there for waiting for there parcels for 1 month. Amazon is the worst online portal till i have seen. Amazon not have any cortasy to provide as early as possible delivery. Customer care exicutives only give sympathy but zero problem solution. Still they never dispatched the good & after 3 days they are dispatching.

                            I have ordered redmi note 3 from amazon on 1 oct 2016 but didn't receive delivery yet(12 oct 2016).They also made fake status of delivery attempt on 7 oct 2016 but no body contact me regarding this.I am contionously contacting amazon customer service regularly from 8 oct but no positive response from there.I want compulsation for this.

                                  The ref. no. of complain is order no.[protected]. the thermous flask was to be delivered on 15 th. oct. the delivery man came early in the morning and i gave him my debit card . my bank gave me a sms that rs. 525/ has been deducted. but your delivery man says that the money has not been credited. i told him to come back after some time so that i could arrange money but he did not come. in the evening i got a sms that the address is not located . how stange. to day i enquired at my bank and got the information that rs. 525/ has been deducted from my a/c. now i do not under stand this kind of behaviour from a co. like amazon.

                                    I had ordered a mobile phone on 8th October 2016. Amazon promised to deliver on 13th October 2016. They inform me on 13th October that it was delayed and will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours. Today it is 17th October and again they are saying 24-48 hours.

                                    No one from Amazon Customer Service was able to help with exact problem and status of my order. My loan against the mobile was approved already and I have started paying EMI.

                                    Though if they refund, I am not sure to which account they will and they cannot tell me even when asked. Pathetic Service

                                      I ordered Skullcandy Ink'd 2.0 mint green from Amazon for Rs 799/-. I received a duplicate product in a different colour which is not listed in Ink'd 2.0 category. I contacted Amazon customer care and spoke to David to get the product replaced as per the policy. But customer care denied a replacement. When I look at the same product now in Amazon, it shows 3200/-. The actual price for the product is 1699/- on Skullcandy website irrespective of the colour variance. Here, a Stalwart company like Amazon is selling duplicate products at double the cost of maximum retail price and cheating the customers. This sort of approach was not expected from Amazon which has set it's own standards.

                                        The delivery guy did not delivery my product and have updated as delivery not done, because the customer was not available. I have already spoke with your customer service and I have not received my order. If this is the service from Amazon. I would like to cancel my prime subscription. And also cancel the orders, if your customer service is not able to do anything.
