I have purchased a micromax bolt q381 on 31/08/2016 from amazon.In, i had noticed the battery of that phone is not working properly. It takes more than four hours to be full charged but immediately drain out the charge within next half an hour.

This is really pathetic and worst thing happened on any e commerce portal.
We have a seller account with amazon.in
A new idea has come on all e commerce portal i.e ad campaigns.
according to this every seller has an opportunity to boost his sale
by investing a certain amount of money.
Its like a paid promotion, where you pay something and your products get more visibility on amazon.

I have cancelled my order on 22nd of August of priced 14999. But still I have not yet received my refund. It's only 2 days short to 1 month . It's not fair . Disappointed by amazon. I had ordered a Samsung Duos Battery from Amazon. While doing payment my first transaction was failed then I had to do second transaction. But my first failed transaction amount was not credited back to me. Then I contacted to the Amazon executives. They told me that they have refunded me my amount to my Credit card and they to be in touch with my Card Holding Bank (HDFC Bank).

Its been 18 days I returned my phone redmi note 3 rs 9999 but no response from Amazon when ever I call them saying we will give within 1 or 2 days with stupid reason better help me with this issue they are not responding to us...
