I bought skull candy ink'd 2.0 earphones from amazon from seller AtoZ. Those product were fake and I bought then during the amazon sale and paid online. I received the item also late from the expected delivery date of 13th Oct on 16th Oct. Now when I contacted amazon regarding the issue to replace the product they refused to do so and said replacement was not possible. The only option is to get refund since the same seller is not available for the product and hence cannot be replaced. Now the price of the product is high since I got discount during the amazon sale. Now is this not tactic to sell fake products to customers by luring them into shopping by showing great discounts? And if they figure out they have been cheated then give them the money back and then ask them to pay full amount again for the genuine product, and not to mention the high money they make just by the interest generated by our money they keep till this process completes.

    I bought HTC Desire 626 from amazon and i recieved the product on 12th of october and the product was defective. Since then i am trying to resolve this issue. They said me to run smart check application for return i did that but that application was not running on my new device so they asked me to go to HTC service center and get DOA certificate from them and i did that. I sent them the DOA certificate yesterday but am not getting any reply accept i am only calling them. They refused to return my product saying they can only do the replacement. Being a customer i have the full right to decide whether i want refund or replacement because i am paying and buying something. They are doing customer harassment and inconvenience to me. From last 6 days they are making to suffer through the worse then how they can expect i should again buy anything from amazon in future, They are giving me reason to stop online shopping and to spread this awareness among other people.
    And also customer care cut my call twice without listening to what i am saying to them when they are not authorized to cut the call from there side till customer say. what kind of service they are providing to the customer.
    I want you to place help me with the return of my product its my sincere request to you.

      I have placed an order no.[protected] dated 04th October 2016 for 43 inch led tv. The delivery was scheduled on 12th October and I got a message on 12th October regarding delivery as "out for delivery" and I waited full day but the delivery did not happen. Subsequently, I contacted customer care almost daily but till date there is no delivery of the item. I got frustrated in follow up with amazon customer care, finally no I have decided to cancel the item eventhogh I have bougjt it when there was heavy festival discont offers were running in most of the websites. This is the worst experience and mental torture I had experienced with amazon.in and I have decided not to buy any item from the amazon website now onwards.

          I have placed an order on 2nd October 2016 for a Kenstar refrigerator under their sales. It has not been delivered even after 15 days of continuous follow-up with their customer service. Every day they have promised to deliver it and still unable to do so.

          Moreover we can't track the shipment of our product on their app and the status shows that it has been delivered on 7th Oct.

          Also, if Amazon can't clear it's backlog delivery then why is it starting with yet another sales on 17th Oct.

            I have gone through a high delay in delivery of products purchased from Amazon. Purchased quite a lot of items on 2nd Oct 2016, some were expected to be delivered on 7th, and 8th of Oct, but not yet delivered (16th Oct). Unfortunately, the brand (Amazon) I was trusting the most has become nothing in short span. I have requested a return for the products which have long passed the expected-date-of-delivery. Further, one of the product (Yepme Jacket for women "White-Blue") that I purchased came wrong (Yepme Jacket for men "Grey-orange"), which I am even more dissatisfied with. The customer care representatives keep calming us down by giving assurances, which even after taking follow-up's for four days product is not received. Thus, I would like to share my experience to people who are planning to purchase products online (specially from Amazon), be careful, and if you are strict on your timeline, please avoid purchasing the products online.

              I ordered for Moto G plus handset via order no[protected]..
              The product was delivered some one week ago at my residence and on verification I found one technical feature was not working.. Phone screen was getting blank during the call and user is unable to perform any function during the call due to this problem.. I approach the local authorized service center of the manufacturer and they informed me that mother board of the phone is having some issue due to which sensor is not working properly.
              Post that I approach amazon for replacement of the product since product was under replacement warranty.. Now CC office is not responding properly and suggesting to get DOA letter from service center which the service center has refused. I paid 100% money in advance and now in trouble that defective handset is handed over to me.. wants replacement immediately.

              Amazon is not owning responsibility of the product sold by them and washing the hands completely and passing the buck on manufacturer without resolving the customer issue.

                Hi,
                I M Santosh Kumar regular trader of Amazon.in and as usual have booked an order for tempered glass for my iphone 6s on 8th of Oct through Amazon vide Order id:[protected]. Since the product needs to be delivered by 14th of Oct as expected delivery they couldn't and on 15th it was updated as out for delivery, still the delivery didn't happen. When i have left feedback that the service is pathetic on 16th i.e., today they have updated the tracking details as due to "delay delivery as per customer request" which is annoying. And when i called up customer care saying that what is the point in paying delivery charges for an item not getting delivered on time...they say that they can help me in getting delivery today at any cost for a question of compensation required raised by me for this forging customer on their web. And they are seriously irresponsible for the issue happened. Please do take an action and get me compensation.

                  The same was delivered me on 10 October 2016 but the handset was defective. it is heating up too much. I have purchased it for my wife but afraid to use it. it can be blast any time. I am not using the same and packed it as it is. Secondly, The ringer volume of the same is too low. it is very difficult to hear the ring tone of the handset.

                  while i am approaching to customer care/website for return the handset and refund the amount to me. They say for repairing the same at Authorized service center. i dont want to repair the New handset and want to return and refund for the same.

                    It was my first order and really surprised with the Amazon courier service and poor customer service.

                      Amazon is added vendor without verifing the vendor detail of services . Due to which customer are facing lot of issues . I have purchased a Panasonic LED TV, where the dealer was not provided the wall mount, it's was ok I order it. When the enginerer came for installation he is asking 1500 K for installation . If this is the process kindly mention that at ur website . You can't fool customer by doing this.

                        Ref my profile with you .as i observed that cod from your side stopped.fine that is your internal matter .now i wish why my cod has stopped 1 its not mistake from my side. 14 month old code dated stock sent to me and that was returned. it was cheating from your side that is why i stopped all orders from your side 2 and when i ordered lotto shoe from your side offer was around 1100 and includes transportation charges of 150. company may good but the system is deviating.now i request you cancel all my orders and pl sent mail why my cod fesility stopped.until its revoked saying good bye to your site and the balance may be transferred to gift card you may enjoy with the card regards.

                            I have purchased MicroMax Canvas 4G from Amazon. On the same day of product receipt I tried to return it because of not meet quality experienceof product.

                            Today is third day from receipt date and after trying very hay wired process to return a product I reached their customer service department their I was told that they don't have any policy to return this product and refund the amount.

                            I really feel I have been cheated in name of advertising they show aap ki dukaan hamari dukan, I really feel they are nothing but thieve. Instead o[censored]sing knife they are using policies because in both scenarios common man like us becomes help less.

                            I do not support any promotional thing online. Please suggest a way to get my hard earned money back.

                                Support Service & Product Delivery - BOTH ARE HORRIBLE!
                                Check my Calls regarding Order#[protected].

                                I spoke to Payal from customer service team and Anurup & Nagesh from Amazon Leadership Team. Terrible support attitude with no help provided at all! My ordered product was returned without contacting me and your support service & leadership team is so helpless in doing anything to make up for the blunder they did with my order!.

                                Also, callback assured by Anurup from Amazon Leadership team but i never received a call - I am not surprised on this unprofessionalism anymore though.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I had made an order on 2 oct 2016, named as mototrance blaze helmet, order no[protected], amazon made a promiseto delivered the item by 12 oct 2016, while automatically increased the date limit and at 13th they send a mesg on my registered no regarding delivery person name and contact while during contact that person not entertaining the issue, while without visit that delivery person directly provide that coustmer was not at home, during two days continue follow up with coustemer care executive, they were not able to provide any answer and time completely helpless guys and one member was always sitting ideal at home to receive the product.
                                    Now got frustrated with amazon services who claimed himself no 1 organisation
                                    Please do needful and necessary action on this type of organization who are not providing any answer and fraudly acting in market.

                                      After waiting 1/2 a month delivery is still not arrived. Tried to contact 5-6 times they were keep telling to wait for 24 hr and then no response. After 15 days when I forced for inquiry they told the order is disconnected. Pathetic service.
                                      Now I was told to take your money back or reorder and it will gonna again 12-15 days.
                                      I am highly disappointed with amazon service. Not a good customer any more.
