    I order one plus 3 mobile on 3rd oct and i haven't received my mobile yet, and the worst part is that i could see the status in their app as "delivery attempted but customer not available", even though i have called to the delivery guy and he said he is not responsible for my package delivery. I tried calling amazon customer care like 20 times form my personal number but i haven't got any solution yet also the customer care people have cut the call in the middle while we were talking. This is the worst customer care experience i ever had.

    Hi my order# is[protected] booked on 3rd Oct and I haven't received my product yet, also the Amazon app is showing very improper status as customer requested for delay in delivery. Also the customer care service is the worst part in Amazon, I tried contacting them for more than 10 times and they don't have any solution other than asking me to wait for 24 more Hrs. Also one time the executive asked me to cancel the order and he cuts the call. "Amazon you lost our faith on you". Now they have changed the stauts to customer not available but hey haven't even tried contacting me. And when I tried contacting the delivery guy's n number he told me he is not the right person and asked me to check with custom care again. This is not why we come to Amazon. We can get our things from anywhere. Ur losing your valuable customers because of this cheap attitude towards your customers. in other mail from customer care he has accepted it's fault from their courier.
    I have ordered 2 baby product. I have been following since last 4 days but the delivery schedule is already crossed. The tracking status shows the "delivery held up due to non payment". This is very pathetic update from amazon. Also while contacting the amazon all representative have given the wrong / false commitment of delivery date and time.

      Date of delivery of my order was 15-oct-2016. according to the status, the product was out for delivery on 15th oct and status is showing as 'delivery attempted' though delivery was not attempted.

      I have called amazon customer service and asked to delivery my product. they said that wrong status was updated and delivery was not attempted and promised me that it will be delivered on sunday upon request but it was not delivered.

      Today is monday, delivery status is not updated yet.

      The delivery guy phone is switched off..
      Such a pathetic service from amazon, never expected this kind of service.

      This will be my last product from amazon

          Hi,

          The #GreatIndianFestival is back courtesy #Amazon...but the promised best shopping experience actually sucks. It is really pathetic that an order no.[protected] dated 2nd Oct'16 is yet to be delivered. The expected date was anytime between 7th to 13th Oct'16 and the occasion is also over ...but the stuff that you paid for is yet to arrive. How great is that #Amazon. ...it's really disgusting that even after filling complaints at the customer service nothing is done to redress a basic issue...Really #GreatIndianFestival way to go..Pls mend ur ways else I'm sure more customers like me would start walking the other way coz for us...ur really an option...😠
          Also now the status shows the consignment as delivered whereas the shipment tracker still shows the massive delay and wants me to cancel. I do not want a refund I want the order. Pls do something other than client Harassment.

              I ordered two products together on 8th October whose order ID is given. One was delivered but after one failed attempt to deliver. The second one hasn't been delivered till now which is 16th October. The reason I'm complaining is that the tracking on Amazon app says that delivery attempt was made two times and I haven't been contacted about it till now and the status it is showing now is that the customer requested the appointment to be rescheduled. I haven't been contacted even once and it's showing that the customer has done that. How can that be. This also happened with the first order saying that the delivery was attempted but the customer was not available at the given location. The problem was that I haven't been contacted about that even ONCE! Is this how all the delivery takes place?

                Hope you at least will not disappoint me. This is about the below order. I have placed this order on 6th and then they it will delivered on the weekend. However this is the 2nd weekend and my product is still not delivered. Situation 1st time it was not delivered because courier team said my address is not full. However courier man who contacted me did not said anything like this. So i called to your customer service they confirmed that the product will be delivered but no go. Then i called again and customer service and they said they will escalate the issue nothing happened. Another week started i waited and then i contacted the customer service and they said they said that they will make sure that its gets delivered this weekend for sure I even spoke to supervisor Om and he assured the same. I waited and then the courier company did not call so i called them and they siad they were busy that why they could not deliver it. Hence i contacted customer service again and again I manage to spoke with the supervisor. He said that he will escalate this matter to the highest authority but call dropped in between and nobody called back. Name of the supervisor is Karan New Delhi. I am sitting without the product for more than 2 weeks. My product is getting damaged being in transit for 10 days. Courier company dont care. And customer service do not have any thing to offer for help. And now when I checked my order status its says on the way back. Its truly shocking and terrible service provided by amazon. I just dont understand how a world top online shopping website and a fortune 5 hundred company work like this.

                This is unacceptable. I shall be much obliged if you kindly intervene and help not only me but other customer who is suffering like me because of this careless attitude of the courier company especially in Hyderabad

                  Due to problem with product w.r.t. Order No.[protected] the request for return was made on 11.10.2016 and Amazon confirm to pick up the return by 12.10.2016 but after multiple request the return was not pick up and every time saying sorry it will pick up tomorrow. When requested for return of money and pick up of product anytime. They had not agree for the same resulted my money has been blocked and I am suffering only due to Amazon.in non professional attitude.

                    Hi,

                    This is a complain regarding the purchase i have done on the Amazon.in. During the online sales 1st o october, i have ordered LG refrigerator but the product is not yet dispatched.

                    I have talked to the escalation team and they told me that your product will be delivered to to you. If i call customer care they said to me that you can cancel the order and we will issue the refund.

                    But now everywhere sale is gone, i can not find the such deals anywhere online. I was getting the same product on Flipkart on the same price during the sale.

                    Here Amazon.in can not say that we are outstocked becauae i have order this product on the very first day of sale. This product was showing in their list for at least days of sale.

                    Either they published the cheap price for attracting the costomers or they are misleading the customers.

                    I want the product and i don't want to cancel my order.

                        Ordered the package on Oct 4 still hasn't received the package but daily I'll get a gift from amazon, a false promise -that the package it will be delivered today. After so much of frustration i am writing this review.
                        I have provided my office address for the delivery And i received a call a week back for a delivery from the person at 7.30 in the night. Asked him to bring it tomorrow because most of the office work till 7 . Once after that the product is missing and the delivery guy. On Friday I have decided to receive The product to my residence because its weekend. Office n residence is just 7 kms away and the customer care person confirmed the product delivery will not be delayed due to change of address . Hence carried away with his words now i am suffering. On Saturday received a confirmation that it will be delivered today. Now its Sunday i got a promise its today . Now i am very sure it will not be delivered even today . Now I need to change the delivery to my office address. Only god knows when i will receive the package . But one thing i know for sure. This will be my last purchase in Amazon . Good bye Amazon and to its quick delivery. Haha..

                          I bought skull candy ink'd 2.0 earphones from amazon from seller AtoZ. Those product were fake and I bought then during the amazon sale and paid online. I received the item also late from the expected delivery date of 13th Oct on 16th Oct. Now when I contacted amazon regarding the issue to replace the product they refused to do so and said replacement was not possible. The only option is to get refund since the same seller is not available for the product and hence cannot be replaced. Now the price of the product is high since I got discount during the amazon sale. Now is this not tactic to sell fake products to customers by luring them into shopping by showing great discounts? And if they figure out they have been cheated then give them the money back and then ask them to pay full amount again for the genuine product, and not to mention the high money they make just by the interest generated by our money they keep till this process completes.

                            I bought HTC Desire 626 from amazon and i recieved the product on 12th of october and the product was defective. Since then i am trying to resolve this issue. They said me to run smart check application for return i did that but that application was not running on my new device so they asked me to go to HTC service center and get DOA certificate from them and i did that. I sent them the DOA certificate yesterday but am not getting any reply accept i am only calling them. They refused to return my product saying they can only do the replacement. Being a customer i have the full right to decide whether i want refund or replacement because i am paying and buying something. They are doing customer harassment and inconvenience to me. From last 6 days they are making to suffer through the worse then how they can expect i should again buy anything from amazon in future, They are giving me reason to stop online shopping and to spread this awareness among other people.
                            And also customer care cut my call twice without listening to what i am saying to them when they are not authorized to cut the call from there side till customer say. what kind of service they are providing to the customer.
                            I want you to place help me with the return of my product its my sincere request to you.

                              I have placed an order no.[protected] dated 04th October 2016 for 43 inch led tv. The delivery was scheduled on 12th October and I got a message on 12th October regarding delivery as "out for delivery" and I waited full day but the delivery did not happen. Subsequently, I contacted customer care almost daily but till date there is no delivery of the item. I got frustrated in follow up with amazon customer care, finally no I have decided to cancel the item eventhogh I have bougjt it when there was heavy festival discont offers were running in most of the websites. This is the worst experience and mental torture I had experienced with amazon.in and I have decided not to buy any item from the amazon website now onwards.

                                  I have placed an order on 2nd October 2016 for a Kenstar refrigerator under their sales. It has not been delivered even after 15 days of continuous follow-up with their customer service. Every day they have promised to deliver it and still unable to do so.

                                  Moreover we can't track the shipment of our product on their app and the status shows that it has been delivered on 7th Oct.

                                  Also, if Amazon can't clear it's backlog delivery then why is it starting with yet another sales on 17th Oct.

Purchased quite a lot of items on 2nd Oct 2016, some were expected to be delivered on 7th, and 8th of Oct, but not yet delivered (16th Oct). Unfortunately, the brand (Amazon) I was trusting the most has become nothing in short span. I have requested a return for the products which have long passed the expected-date-of-delivery. Further, one of the product (Yepme Jacket for women "White-Blue") that I purchased came wrong (Yepme Jacket for men "Grey-orange"), which I am even more dissatisfied with. The customer care representatives keep calming us down by giving assurances, which even after taking follow-up's for four days product is not received. Thus, I would like to share my experience to people who are planning to purchase products online (specially from Amazon), be careful, and if you are strict on your timeline, please avoid purchasing the products online.

                                      I ordered for Moto G plus handset via order no[protected]..
                                      The product was delivered some one week ago at my residence and on verification I found one technical feature was not working.. Phone screen was getting blank during the call and user is unable to perform any function during the call due to this problem.. I approach the local authorized service center of the manufacturer and they informed me that mother board of the phone is having some issue due to which sensor is not working properly.
                                      Post that I approach amazon for replacement of the product since product was under replacement warranty.. Now CC office is not responding properly and suggesting to get DOA letter from service center which the service center has refused. I paid 100% money in advance and now in trouble that defective handset is handed over to me.. wants replacement immediately.

                                        I M Santosh Kumar regular trader of Amazon.in and as usual have booked an order for tempered glass for my iphone 6s on 8th of Oct through Amazon vide Order id:[protected]. Since the product needs to be delivered by 14th of Oct as expected delivery they couldn't and on 15th it was updated as out for delivery, still the delivery didn't happen. When i have left feedback that the service is pathetic on 16th i.e., today they have updated the tracking details as due to "delay delivery as per customer request" which is annoying. And when i called up customer care saying that what is the point in paying delivery charges for an item not getting delivered on time...they say that they can help me in getting delivery today at any cost for a question of compensation required raised by me for this forging customer on their web. And they are seriously irresponsible for the issue happened. Please do take an action and get me compensation.
