Dear Concerned,
I had bought a mobile in the month of July16. The name of the mobile is "CoolPad".
After a month the mobile got a fault and it was given to service centre located at chandigarh on 20th July with an assurance to return on 4th Aug.
But despite after a long follow up the mobile was neither repaired nor returned.
Now when we are asking for handset the reply is that it has been submitted to the company...

I have ordered a mobile cover bt after 10-12 days I still didn't get it. Instead of delivery my product has been returned by courier.

I had purchased Smart Watch with SIM, 16GB memory card in July'16 and and by September'16 the watch stopped working. Since it is a USB charging watch it stopped chaging and the watch is in a complete DEAD situation.
