I ordered xolo era 4g phone through amazon few days back and got the delivery today...

This is the first time i ordered a mobile through amazon.. Usually i prefer n trust flipkart only...

Well.. Issue is... That the phone is having lot of problems... Like... Heating, camera quality, touch not working properly, hangs alot... Network not detected... 4g net not working... Whereas same sim's 4g is used in another handset of motorola very well...

I am under return and refund policy within 15 days... But customer are is denying for refund... Can only go for replacement...

The issues are with the company. Software... Do not wish to go for the same handset...

I am disappointed with the reply... Where i am unable to use my right of refund...

Kindly help

    Payment declined by amazon, but sbi bank not crediting back the amount
    An online purchase of rs.17965/- placed at amazon.in on oct 11, 2016, payment made through sbi credit card. Money got deducted from credit card account. Wrote to both sbi customer care and amazon customer care. Amazon says they have not received the fund from the bank. Bank says that the transaction was successful!!. Bank asks me to contact amazon and amazon says to contact sbi.

    Kindly help me with this as both are not resolving my problem

        Hi,

        I am sending this email with great disappointment and a lost of trust towards amazon after this pathetic shopping/customer care experience.

        I had placed the above order almost 3 weeks back, which was attempted for delivery on 9th Oct. As I was not at home, the order was asked to be delivered next day. However the account has been updated for delivery attempt on 10th, but I did not receive any call or sms for the same day.

        Also, my account has been falsely updated from your backend for delivery reschedule on 12th Oct and 14th Oct, which I never asked for. I have been calling 2-3 times everyday with an assurance given to me that order will be delivered same day or next day before 12pm, but unfortunately it was never delivered and I was given all false hopes by your customer executives.

        I was told that issue has been escalated twice or thrice but to my surprise no action has been taken yet by the amazon leadership team. You have lost a customer today and I shall make sure I circulate this bad experience on social media so other people can refrain from shopping at amazon.

        Your executives and logistics have destroyed the customer trust today and it is really sad for your image. I am sure no action will be taken and this email will also go unanswered but I had to do my bit as a customer to pass on my feedback on this terrible shopping experience.

        Please train your executives not to give false hopes to customers and not to cheat them by falsely updating the reschedules on customer's account, this is the least you can do to save amazon's falling image. I would like to cancel this order and request you to process my refund as you have terribly failed to deliver my order but definitely succeeded in making a customer unhappy.

          Instead of beige colour amazon has supplied black colour item, after several complaints now they are asking me to self ship the item, I dont understand why ??

          The fault completely lies with Amazon and they are now harassing a customer by asking to self ship the item back . I dont understand if amazon is able ship an item to a particular location then why dont it has a reverse courier facility on the same location, even if it is at complete fault .

          Instead of compensating the customer by shipping a wrong item, Amazon is harassing a customer, , , , , very pathetic and extremely poor customer service .

                I purchased raspberry pi 3 on 3rd October 2016 and the expected delivery date was 12th oct .
                Amazon missed that date and on contacting the customer service they told me that they will deliver within in 24 hrs .
                The next again the same thing, no product delivery and again 24hrs . I was promised that it will be delivered today but they again have asked for 24hrs.
                Really frustrated from amazon

Finally I cancelled the ordered on 3rd Oct but till now I haven't got my money refunded. Wen I Cal them they give me false promise we will refund u money within 2 days. The msg came at 10-50 Hrs. and I am trying your AmzAgent's no [protected] and [protected] since then and getting the msg that " the number you are calling is either switched off or not reachable" . It is more than 3 hrs he ( Ccus Raja Superviser ) is not reachable. This is how you plan to carry on your customer services and unfair trade practices.

                          I ordered a headphone from amazon and the model (Sony mdr-xb450) on october 1, 2016. I got the product on october 9, 2016 and surprisingly it was a different model (Sony mdr-xb450ap). After receiving the product i realized that the packaging is from askmebazaar.com. Then after unboxing i found that the build quality is very cheap. Even the sound quality is also not good. I looked on the sony website and found that the headphone is fake. Even the bar code serial number given in the sony site for the fake headphone matches with mine. This is the site: - http://www.sony.co.in/microsite/mdrcaution/index.html. i immediately request for a refund on the amazon site and they approved it. The pickup time was scheduled on october 10, 2016 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. No one had come to pick up the headphone that day. I called up the amazon customer service that evening and they said that it was rescheduled to october 11, 2016 because the sale was ended. On october 11, 2016 the same thing happened no one has come to pick the headphone. I received a text on the same afternoon that pickup will be done from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and a phone number was given. I called that number and till date i found it switched off. I again called the customer service and this time i had to call twice, first time the executive disconnected the call and 2nd time i got the same response from the executive that pick up will be done next day on october 12, 2016. Still no one has come to pick the product. On october 14, 2016 i again called the customer service and again got the same response. I did not expected this from amazon. Its been 6 days that the headphone is still with me and no one is coming to take it back and process my refund. I am feeling cheated and scared of loosing my hard earned money as well.                             which is about to deliver on 14.10.2016, i got the msg, then according to that i have called delivery boy at around 535 pm, he told me i am away from your area, you have to came here to take a product otherwise i will take 2 hrs to deliver at home, i said ok no problm you can came, he replied very rudely, i neglected him, and again called up after an hr, he said i am in ravet area you came here, when i called him, he doesn't receive the phone, i called him till 9 pm, but then phone switched off,
                            but today morng when i saw a msg that your order could no deliverd as no one available to receive the shipment,
                            why, , we were at home only, ,
                            please look into the matter and take proper action against that delivery boy, so that people will trust, otherwise other many options available online,

                              Ordered 2 of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Dark Grey, 32GB) on 13th October 2016 and used Prime service for delivery which guaranteed to be delivered by October 14th 8pm. Talked to the customer care several times first they said to me that my product will be delivered to me by 8pm and guess what it did not.

                              Again called at 8:30pm and guess what got a news from that guy that the product will be delivered by 9pm.

                              Again called at 9:15pm and guess what i got the news from the amazon service guys that the product will be delivered by 10pm.

                              Again called at 10:15pm and guess what i got the news from the amazon service guys that the product will be delivered by 10:45.

                              Again called at 11pm and guess what i got the news from the amazon service guys that the they will not delivered to me today by 10am. As it was friday night i have given them my office address for delivery and told them to change my delivery address to my home address and again I asked them when it will be delivered they said it will be delivered to me by 10am tomorrow.

                              Again called at 8am on 15 October and guess what i got the news from the amazon service guys that the product will be delivered by end of 16th October 2016.

                              So they have lied to me repeatedly.

                              Amazon India not only has broken the guaranteed delivery time provided by them but also given me wrong information time after time. Only way Amazon India can make it up to me is to give me my product as soon as possible and I want a compensation regarding this. The compensation what i want is that a formal apology in mail by a manager level employee and I want my product delivered as today (15th October) and i want the entire money as refund.

                                I bought some items worth of 10000 rs on 9th aug 2016 and amazon offer me 10% cash back on sbi debit card. The date of cash back was 10th oct 2016 but the cash back not returned till now.

                                    Hi amazon is sending defective products through its sellers and cheating people.
                                    Problems with my motog4 on use for the first time-

                                    1. Excessively and dangerously heating up
                                    2. Camera gives balck and white images and black blurred video.
                                    3. The battery drains 1% in every minute.

                                    Amazon told me to call motorola customer care who are not ready to return/replace the product.
                                    I want my money back.

                                      I placed tcl tv order (Ref order#[protected] on 05/10/2016 and till now i am not got order. I tried so many times for cancel but it won't cancel by email/ mobile app or web site login. I did so many email to customer care and also share different screenshots for different shipping date provided to me. I am frustrated by their false reply and argument. I like to do payment back to my bank asap. I don't need this product anymore.

                                        This is regarding the pathetic service of Amazon during month of Oct 2016 when they had the great indian sale. It was actually a fake indian sale. The order numbers were
                                        1.Order #[protected] Dove Intense Repair Conditioner, 170ml
                                        It was ordered on 1-Oct-2016. Out for delivery on 2-Oct-2016 and day end it was emailed saying package was lost in trasit and processed refund without asking me if i wanted replacement or refund. I had to chase to demand for replacement. Very Wrong Policies.
                                        2. Order #[protected] Gritstones Men'S Hooded Cotton Zipper Jacket-GS60217JKTNBLU-XL.
                                        It was ordered along with first on 1-Oct-2016. Dispatched on 2-Oct-2016 and out for delivery on 7-Oct-2016 and delivered as on same day as per Amazon tracking, but truth is it was never reached me. When asked for details 8 Oct, it was asked to wait for 2 days till 11 Oct. No order received no proactive response from Amazon till I asked myself on
                                        14 Oct. Pathetic Service.

                                        Red Chief Men's Leather Formal Shoes-8
                                        It was ordered on 1Oct 2016, dispatched on 2 Oct, informed about delayed delivery by1-2 days on 5 Oct. No proactive communication on this till I asked status on 9-Oct then status updated for out for delivery in 3 hours and end of the day it was mentioned package couldnt be delivered as there was no one at address though my family was there full day. They also processed refund without checking with me if I need refund or replacement. When requested for replacement it was mentioned that package was lost in trasit by one representative and it is being worked upon and asked to wait as he was positive by second representative. The process was too complex and Amazon absolutely made it confusing. Finally they provided refund with a status of order as it was cancelled by customer. Really Pathetic Service.

                                        These great indian sale offers were never there as I heard similar experiences from office friends.

                                        Hats off to Amazon. They must work for customer wishes and satisfaction, as customers are not fool.

                                        I request you take necessary actions. I am ready to share all email communications in these regards.
