I wanted to express my pathetic experience with Amazon order ORDER #[protected] placed on Oct 6 2016.
Updates since then : -
1. Since the delivery of order was confirmed before Oct 12 2016 and I was not available to accept delivery, I called customer care and placed a request to deliver products on or after Oct 12th.
2. On Oct 11th, I received sms that the order is on Track
3. I also received a sms saying that the Order will be delivered on or before Oct 15th for 2 items from order.
a. Okayji Tong Da 3Pc Non-Stick Springform Cake Pan, Baking Tray, Round, 3 piece, Black
b. Bulfyss Silicone Spatula And Pastry Brush Set For Cake Mixer, Decorating, Cooking, Baking, Glazing
But still for third Item - The delivery date was Oct 12th

4. On Oct 12th, I received a sms saying that there a delay in delivery and expect a delay, without any information when the delivery will be made.
5. On Oct 13th I called cust care and asked for the status, but they assured me that the they will ensure to deliver my product by Oct 14th noon and other 2 items by Sat Oct 15th
6. On Oct 14th I have to again call Cust care and received a shoking feedback that - Prestige POTG 19 PCR 1380-Watt Oven Toaster Grill was out for delivery and the full lot got some damage and it went for inspection.
I haven't received any updates from Amazon about this, I had to call them again and again.
7. Also the company website old status is shown and on Oct 14th, it shows a delivery date of Oct 12th - this is PATHETIC.
8. I sincerely wanted to escalate this to senior management and express my displeasure with Amazon service,
Kindly let me know senior management(zonal manager) contact Email ID, Number to speak to them and forward my mail to them.
I will make sure me or my friends/family members not use Amazon for any orders next time and I will try to spread this pathetic experience with as many people as possible.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have the same exact issue with my Moto G4 mobile phones. The phone heats up excessively and the camera shows many problems such as blurred images and black and whie images.
The Amazon Customer Care is not helping me out at all. Do you wanna give your contact ? I will be talking to a lawyer tomorrow.
