    I have been dealing with Amazon Support Team for an issue with regard to the ORDER #[protected]

    I completely understand that Amazon has some policies and they stick to it; however, upon customers request it should be more flexible.

    I place the above mentioned order on 4th of October. I forgot to opt for the one day delivery option as I was in urge to place the order(it is my mistake). I then contacted your support and informed them about the mistake i've done and requested them to deliver the product on or before 8th of October which is 4 days from the ordered date and I was ready to pay the one day delivery amount for the same.

    I have contacted support team and have spoke to almost 8 representatives, and each one of them sounded so different( no team work, no uniqueness), but the only thing which made them all unique was their skill of copying and pasting the same template. Each of them just used the same template, they just copied and pasted the same template without even understanding the actual concern and did not even check the case history.

    I have wasted most of my time with your support team and at last it ended up with a huge disappointment and it was not only a disappointment, also annoyed me by each one of them.

    The main reason why I am writing up this complaint email is that because of the last representative with whom I had chat.

    He brutally ended the chat after being tried to chase me. He initially tried to chase me and when I asked him directly whether he was trying to chase me, he then disconnected the chat brutally.

    I am attaching the screenshot of the same and the chat history too.

    See, as I am being a customer there is nothing wrong in showing my emotions as the criticality of the order is so high and yes the support must be capable of handling the frustration of any customer. Why am I showing my frustration?? because, none of the support representative took my request with high priority and did not help me at all, so I had to show my frustration.

    The name of the representative was Satyam, who abruptly disconnected my chat.

    I want you to take severe action on the person who sounded so much rude and abruptly disconnected my chat.

    I do not mind them not being helpful, but at least should have not sounded rude and not disconnected the chat abruptly.

I have contacted the customer care and they initially assured that product will be delivered. But now it showing it as undeliverable. So I want my product as early as possible.

              I have purchased this product from Amazon India on 24 sept 2016. And from the first day onward the phone is heating too much and the charger which come with it also heating too much. Even i use or download any video from internet its temperature is beyond to normal or any video i play it is heating like boiling egg. And within 10 day the phone is not charging at all. I dont know what should i do with this phone. They gave me defective phone even the brand Amazon India selling defective phone. I trust a lot on Amazon India before this incident.

                My husband bought iphone 6 from amazon for me as a gift, but when i opened the seal, the phone was broken, i didn't even switched it on. The company is fraud with no exchange and return policy. What should i do with this broken phone. As i've spent huge amount for this phone, i want my money back. And from now, we should never buy anything from this fraud company.

                  I had ordered for HP USB 3 Button Wired Optical Mouse (Grey) with model no: KZ248AA. But amazon sent me a totally different product of model HP MODGUO available at amazon.in at Rs.348 through this link: http://www.amazon.in/HP-Optical-Buttons-windows-supported/dp/B00HYWW9CO?tag=goog... Amazon charged me Rs.390 for the product, ie; higher than the MRP, plus delivery Rs.40. The product sent to me was of a different model no. which even looked different (that means these guys didn't even compare the damned product with the item ordered look wise). So, they charged me more than the MRP for the wrong product. I sincerely think that if these guys cannot deal with product specification such as model no., etc then these guys should stop selling products to us. This was customer service at its nadir. When I called up to complain about this I was kept on hold by the executive for 12 minutes who later transferred the call to his senior. She came on the call on the 17th minute to just sweetly tell me to initiate a replacement. I feel cursed that I had to waste so much time and go through the whole ordeal to open a product and see it is the wrong product. And now to top that, I need to initiate a refund. All in all, the worst experience. Charged above the MRP for a completely different model that even looked different from what I had ordered for. And then waiting for 17 minutes to be guided to a "how to initiate a refund" story. Bravo, keep up the dismal job!

                    I received my moto g 4 plus defective.
                    The first one had the power button stuck inside and the second one has ghost touch issues while charging.

                    . Amazon n moto doesn't care of their customers at all.
                    Amazon wale phone wapis nhi le rahe mujhe bas 2 days hue h use krte hue aur etni sari prob arhi h. Amazon wale bolte service centre jao and waha se likha wa ke leke ao.                         Ordered Phillips speaker during the diwali offer, I was supposed to get it by 6th October.. Guaranteed.. But its been 2 days, I still didn't receive yet. If I call the customer care, they promise to delivery the same day but they are useless.. What's more frustrating is that they goo[censored]p somewhere and give false reasons like the owner was not present at home everyday..

By giving discount sending very old code dated stock and cheap quality products. They said its from from third party not able to replace product.                               Sir i ordered a printer of hp 2135 on 4th of oct. 2016 with one day delivery charged that i will receive that printer on 5th that is my son's birthday.
                              I wanted to gift my son on 5th oct. That is why i ordered with one day delivery option and i paid the extra amount of one day delivery.
                              I have not received my order on 5th oct. We all waited for that on the birthday party and i repeated tell my son that wait some more time you will receive your gift but all night my son was waiting for the gift.
                              Ame night on 5th oct. I called your customer care person and told whole story he apologized and said that you will definitely receive your order tomorrow.
                              But the result is same no one came to deliver my product. I called every day and talked to your customer care persons, but every time different person same answer that you will receive your product tomorrow so can you suggest me what should i do and how can you give back my moments to my son that he waited from 5th oct. Till date.
                              I am very sorry to say that your commitment is very up to mark.

                              Amazon is a big company and this type of work done non delivery of a product and non serious type of business i am sorry i have a bad experience with your company.

                                Ordered on 3 October 2016 Order#[protected]

                                above order which is supposed to be completed/delivered by 7th October 2016 is still not delivered. Made many complaints with customer care of Amazon but in-spite of repeated assurances of delivery the mobile has not been delivered. Since I have an exchange scheme I have closed my existing phone and kept ready for exchange. Resultantly I am practically with no mobile and feeling handicapped.

                                Please look into this problem and resolve forthwith.

                                  I ordered one of the product (kingston 8gb ddr3 pc3l 1600mhz low voltage sodimm laptop ram (kcp3l16sd8/8) which is not delivered on time while order is in same city since 1or 2 days.

                                  They were giving so many fundas/excuses at last moment one of the customer care asked me why did you choose amazon and gave order on amazon.

                                    I have ordered asus zen max 32gb by paying amount of 13, 188 on oct 3 2016. My delivery date is 7th october but till now did not receive the order.                                       I had ordered product on amazon on 3rd oct, under prime, which was to be delivered on 5th oct. However till date i have not received the product. I spoke with ujjaraparveen, sujata, nagarajan, pugali, viknesh, bhaskar, sailaja, finally their manager dheeraj, and his manager rahul.
                                      They all have been giving me different information about my product.. Finally they admitted that the product is lost on its way. They are not willing to give me accurate information, one said it'll be delivered on 5th at 9.30 pm, while others have different time n dates. All empty promises. Finally rahul too came up with similar information n said that product will not be delivered today as well.. They are not even willing to compensate me for the days wasted waiting for the delivery guys. I need my product and compensation along wit some action taken against..
