I placed order for two products and at that time order was placed successfully and day after i got a message that you need to place your order again and later on order got cancelled.

I faced lots of issue when i ordered smartphone from Amazon and i had to chase with them to get my product delivered.That is why i am not interested anymore to deal with Amazon.

I made payment by gift coupons and my coupons are stuck with amazon. I requested them to refund that amount but they refused, citing that amounts can not be refund.

    DON'T U DARE TO BUY FROM AMAZON. On 5 of Oct I have ordered Samsung z 3 silver with the order number #[protected]. I was promised the delivery date as 8 Oct. On 8 of Oct I have received a message saying, " Arriving Today:Samsung Tizen Z3 (Silver) will be delivered by AmzAgent([protected]).Pay Rs.5, 790 by Cash or Debit/Credit Card. http://amzn.in/4mVfgB9" And within no time I received an another message saying, " Arriving late: Please expect a delay of 1-2 days in delivering your Amazon.in order#[protected]. We apologise for the inconvenience." And on the next day I received an another message, " We could not deliver your order with Samsung Tizen Z3 (Silver) as customer was not available. We'll attempt again on next working day. http://amzn.in/h2NkUmD"
    Then I have called up the customer care ppl and asked them what's happening., they said I would be receiving the product by 8 on the same day. I waited. I didn't get my product. I called up the customer care again. This time they said that I would be receiving the product by the next day. I waited. No use. No updates. I called again. This time they said I have to wait for another 24hrs. Why the hell I have wait for 24hrs when the product has come all the way from the seller within two days and is very much available in my place courier. Its been lying there for 6 days and today is Thursday and I haven't received the product yet. What's happening I don't understand.
    With this i have only come to know certain things.
    1. The courier team working for amazon is independent of amazon. Amazon has got no control over it. There's no proper co ordination. Maybe this could be because the courier team is not paid properly or might be they are working for free.
    2. The customer service is so weak and pathetic that they don't know the intensity of a problem and how to resolve it. Poor training.
    3. The courier team might have having a back end sales where they sell the products ordered by the customers if they find it a good deal. And simply after several persuasions by the customer they finally say sir you please cancel the product.
    So what I have come to know with my experience that amazon is not a proper platform to buy genuine products. There's no guarantee that you get 100% original products. So beware. Don't go in the trance of amazon is an international player. Don't invest your valuable money in the fraudster.

      I placed a pre-paid order (Order#[protected] on the 6th of October 2016 and did not get any update until 9th. There was no update about the whereabouts of the package. After multiple calls to customer service I was just left with disappointment and nothing more. On 9th I could see an update in the mobile application stating the package has package arrived at the courier facility (Hosakote Taluk Karnataka) by 6:58 PM IST and later left the facility by 11:45PM IST
      Later by 10th the package arrived at courier facility (Madhapur, Hyderabad) by 4:16AM IST, which is 10 mins drive from my place.

      Later the package was moved to nearing courier center for delivery at 5:28AM IST (Miyapur). Considering 11th to be a public holiday I was expecting the package to be delivered by 12th but to my surprise no updates post that. very time I reached customer service I get one constant monotonous reply stating “your package will reach in 24-48hrs from now. No matter when you call this will be the reply.

      Out of frustration I called customer service team to check for an update on 12th but same reply which aggravated my frustration and disappointment. I Spoke to multiple leadership team executives but made no difference to my experience.
      Finally got the delivery date as 13th and I called up to check if the same can be delivered by 12th as I’ll be out for a day due to personal work and this has been order to give someone on an occasion. I was promised the package will be delivered by 12th 7PM IST, just to realize that it was yet another false commitment from Amazon to fool the customer.

      The most amazing experience was on 13th when I kept calling back and forth just to hear that standard statement “your package will be delivered within 24-48hrs from NOW”. When I asked to cancel my order one of the executive initiated to priorities the delivery and make sure that the package is delivered by end of the day, 13th October. It was already little more than 8PM IST and I without knowing that I’m been fooled again trusted and waiting for the parcel just to experience yet another disappointment.

      This is not it, the amazing fact it that I receive an email by 9:21 PM IST stating I’ll receive the package by end of the day; which mean within less than 3 hrs. I ended up calling the customer service to check if that was a genuine commitment and as ever was informed that it isn’t and the parcel will reach me in next 24-48hours from NOW.
      By 9:50 PM IST I get another email stating the parcel will reach me by 14th October, I was at the peak of my frustration and mentally disturbed to the core. But this wasn’t the end of the Amazon game.

      I see an update on my mobile application stating a delivery attempt was made by 11:54PM IST on the 13th of October and that I did not respond. The fact is that there was no attempt made; not even a courtesy call was made to the deceived customer.

      I did call the customer service back in the morning just to understand that no dispatch is initiated post 9:30PM IST per Amazon standard. The next day that’s today (14th October) post multiple calls to customer service I get a message on my registered mobile number stating the package is out for delivery and to contact the executive at [protected].

      I really trusted this to be true just to find later that it was another deceiving game from Amazon. The executive tells me that he has been assigned to a different location and that he does not have my package and to contact customer service for further assistance.

      I somehow googled and found the Amazon transportation service location at Miyapur and reached there to check the status of my package just to be treated like a stray dog. The in-charge person refused to even come out and speak to be and conveyed he message through security to contact customer service.

      Called in with no other option left just to stay on hold for 28mins to hear someone say that all the leadership team is busy and he’ll arrange a call back in an hour or you can choice to wait for 24-48hrs to receive the parcel.
      Out of extreme frustration called in customer service again and requested for a leadership team member and spoke with Ghani. It was really frustrating to see him requesting me to wait again for hrs for the parcel to get delivered. Upon requesting he initiated a refund however could not commit when it’ll be credited into my account.

      Have some unanswered questions;
      1) Why shouldn’t I file a case against you under section 420-406?
      a. For taking the payment and not delivering the product as promised and for giving incorrect information to the customer just with an intention to fool the customer.
      2) For 9 days until today; who will pay the interest for having my money without rendering and service?
      3) The order was placed through EMI option, who will bear the per-closure charges?
      4) Now that the refund is initiated, when will I get the money credited into my CC account ?
      5) For the emotional stress and mental agony I went through due to you service how am I going to be compensated?
      6) How am I going to be compensated for the harassment I went through every time I spoke to you guys over the call?
      7) How am I going to be compensated for the self-esteem that I lost by not gifting someone whom I promised to get this phone? Etc..

          I recently purchased a Moto G4 Plus (Order No#[protected] Dated 4 Oct 16) from Amazon. Right from second day i had started facing issues with the device. 1.The device gets heated up excessively and the same had been recorded through the SmartChk App that was recommended by Amazon Customer care executive and the overheating issue acknowledged by Amazon customer care. 2.The phone performance is unpredictable, the touch gets irresponsive, buttons do not respond and the various apps toggle on their own. Photos open up on their own and zoom in and out without my touch. 3.The camera performance is unsatisfactory, on clicking a photo a one inch black band is developed on top and bottom part of the photo. Now after all these issues i contacted the Amazon customer care executive for return of the device. I was advised to approach Moto rola service center for obtaining a DOA(Dead on Arrival) certificate. As advised, i approached the service center and the manager declined to provide the necessary certificate. Now i made my efforts to establish communication between the Amazon Executive and Moto Service center manager. Amazon executive spoke to the Motorola service center manager(through my phone) and recorded the Service center address and manager details. Amazon executive also acknowledged to me in regard of DOA certificate denial by Moto Service center. Now the problem is that Amazon customer care executive referred me to Moto Service center and the service center is not ready to provide the necessary certificate required to return the device to Amazon.This is the whole lot of ordeal that i have been through since i got Moto g4 plus.Now, neither i have the time nor energy to run around, i would just demand Amazon to approve my RETURN, i no longer want to continue with the device and moreover i am placing the request within the return period.Once again i called back the Amazon customer care on 14 Oct 16 to find out the status of my problem. The executive advised me to send the contact details of the Moto service center that i approached by mail to [protected]@amazon.in, i have mailed the details but did not get any information from Amazon till now.Let me wait and see what would be the outcome

          I have the same exact issue with my Moto G4 mobile phones. The phone heats up excessively and the camera shows many problems such as blurred images and black and whie images.

          The Amazon Customer Care is not helping me out at all. Do you wanna give your contact ? I will be talking to a lawyer tomorrow.

            I have opted delivery period between 14 to 15th Oct 16. Your person attempted to deliver on 12th and since no one was available at home that time asked him to deliver on 14th but there is no further communication from your side.

            Now product got delivered on 15th Oct 16 and struggling to connect with Micromax for installation.

            Looks like sales and service of Micromax not up to the mark.

              Amazon's one day delivery guarantee is pathetic. I was charged 100 Rs for one day delivery guarantee. the package was delivered after 3 days. I got a message on the 2nd day that the package cannot be delivered as customer was not at home. Actually I was at home the whole day. When i contacted the amazon delivery agent at 8 pm on 2nd day, he was just half km from my house but refused to deliver it on same day.
              I was charged 100 Rs more by Amazon for nothing. Their delivery guarantee is crap.

                I really had a bad experience with amazon customer care and amazon transport courier guys. I have been following up from three days about the status of my order and i was assured that the product will be delivered but when i check the online status i see false comments in the order status that the customer was not avaliable but i was at home, even my parents were at home. I emailed customer support for three days everytime i saw the false update on the status but no change. I even called customer support twice and everytime they kept me hold for one hour and nobody came back on the call until i disconnected the call. It was a bad, pathetic experience. Please let me know what is the process for customer forum. I want to file a case at consumer forum to take this seriously. Amazon has lost the creditibity with all the ruppes they earn.

                  I ordered a product on 1st of Oct 2016 with order #[protected].
                  it was suppose to be delivered on 8th oct. After few days I got an sms saying that my order will be delayed. No issues in that, I can understand. But on 11th Oct evening around 9PM I got message saying "we are unable to deliver your product due to customer not available" where as i was waiting for the product . They didn't even called me once. After that I got another message saying that they will reattempt tomorrow. So I again waited on next day, they called me and I was in meeting. after sometime I called him back at least 20 times but he didn't pick the call. So I called customer care.

                  I explained full story to their executive, they promised me to deliver the same on next day, we waited one more day and a big surprise to me that when I show the status "it says customer refused delivery".

                  So I again called customer care and explained not they are saying Apologies but they cant do any thing more as product returned. WOW this was not expected at least from Amazon. Then I asked to give the phone to superior but he said even he cant do anything.

                  I have spent at least 2 hrs for talking to customer care, 3 days waited for my product being at home. and Amazon still says they cant do anything about it.

                    Hi,

                    I wanted to express my pathetic experience with Amazon order ORDER #[protected] placed on Oct 6 2016.

                    Updates since then : -

                    1. Since the delivery of order was confirmed before Oct 12 2016 and I was not available to accept delivery, I called customer care and placed a request to deliver products on or after Oct 12th.

                    2. On Oct 11th, I received sms that the order is on Track

                    3. I also received a sms saying that the Order will be delivered on or before Oct 15th for 2 items from order.

                    a. Okayji Tong Da 3Pc Non-Stick Springform Cake Pan, Baking Tray, Round, 3 piece, Black
                    b. Bulfyss Silicone Spatula And Pastry Brush Set For Cake Mixer, Decorating, Cooking, Baking, Glazing

                    But still for third Item - The delivery date was Oct 12th
                    Prestige POTG 19 PCR 1380-Watt Oven Toaster Grill

                    4. On Oct 12th, I received a sms saying that there a delay in delivery and expect a delay, without any information when the delivery will be made.

                    5. On Oct 13th I called cust care and asked for the status, but they assured me that the they will ensure to deliver my product by Oct 14th noon and other 2 items by Sat Oct 15th

                    6. On Oct 14th I have to again call Cust care and received a shoking feedback that - Prestige POTG 19 PCR 1380-Watt Oven Toaster Grill was out for delivery and the full lot got some damage and it went for inspection.

                    I haven't received any updates from Amazon about this, I had to call them again and again.

                    7. Also the company website old status is shown and on Oct 14th, it shows a delivery date of Oct 12th - this is PATHETIC.

                    8. I sincerely wanted to escalate this to senior management and express my displeasure with Amazon service,

                    Kindly let me know senior management(zonal manager) contact Email ID, Number to speak to them and forward my mail to them.

                    I will make sure me or my friends/family members not use Amazon for any orders next time and I will try to spread this pathetic experience with as many people as possible.

                      Amazon India has been marketing Kindle readers. It does not provide Service Support in India.
                      I have a Kindle Fire model and the battery has packed up. On contacting the authorized distributors such as Reddington and many others listed in their advertisements I find that they are all RESELLERS. There is no service facility in India.

                      This is a mockery of India and Indians. Amazon is able to ge away with high pressure sales & advertising.

                        I ordered products on 2 Oct 2016 and after 14 days products not delivered.Costumer care is not responding.
                        I have called them several times in past 4 days and they have been giving lame excuses why thr products have nit been delivered.
                        I have already paid for one of the order and I am scared that they may take away my money.
                        The delivery service has not called me even once to deliver the product.
                        Wrong status is updated on the website against the order.
                        No one is calling me to give me update about my order.
                        Plesse help ASAP before they take away my money.

                          I have reserved product Moto G4 on 4th Oct 2016 with Order ID:[protected] and I have opt for the Prime delivery. So shows 6th Oct 2016 is my expected delivery date. On 6th morning I got a message says your product is out for delivery. But till now I didn't get my product.

                          The number you have given in the message not lift my call at all if i am doing from my mobile. If I am doing from any other mobile only once he made a call and said your product is not with me call to customer, he very irresponsible.

                          When I made call to customer care, those guys says only one thing "Your product is out for delivery we make sure you will get by end of the today" since last 9 days. few of the guys says we can't do any thing do what ever you want to do.

                          I never expected this kind of experience from the Amazon. No one from the team ready to help to the customer. And also you guys misleading customer.

                          When I made a call at the morning they said by 1 PM you will get Product. when I made call he said by 3 PM you will get Product, when I made a call at 3PM they said 5 PM, when I made a call 5 PM they said 8 PM. when I made a call 8 PM they said I am sorry sir, we couldn't deliver product, make we will deliver tomorrow. The same thing happen since last 7 days, I am very sorry to I lost trust on Amazon,

                          Now you customer care guys start lying, says your product is damaged. We will deliver a new product you need to wait 6 more days.

                          I am requesting you one thing, if your busy or unable to deliver the product on time. Please make sure share to the customer care with correct information. PLEASE DON'T PLAY WITH CUSOTMER TIME.

                          And finally I am requesting you one thing, share Hyderabad store address, I will personally went to store and collect my product with proof what ever he want to show.

                          Still now I didn't get my product.

                            Amazon's delivery boy is very rude..they dont know how to talk with customers. They think that we must stay at home on products delievery date caz they have other work to do...and we havent.

                            I feel very disappointing to choose amazon for online shopping.

                              My prepaid order no[protected] was not delivered.false msg generated that delivery could not be done because nobody was there at address to recieve it.i completely deny this and told anazon executives about this and everytime i was assured tht
                              The courier will be delivered in time and finally they blocked my number and now i cannot contact themon phone or chat.no reply of mails.its just one sided affair since i already paid for it..kindly help

                                I have placed an order of LG Automatic Washing Machine from Amazon and they delivered through Blue Dart Service. My house is on 1st floor, so the blue dart said they won't carry the item inside the home and they will deliver it in front door which is nothing but main road/street. So I immediately called amazon customer service and they said, blue dart supposed to deliver the item inside the house and they hold me for 10 mins and said, they will deliver it next day as they don't have enough members to carry the item as it is heavy and with in 10 -15 mins, the item status got updated as 'Item Refused by Customer', when I called back to amazon, said it's a mistake for sure they will deliver next day. Next day we got a call from courier saying they are sending back the item, and I again called Amazon CS and they repeated same story as before and never deliver the item till date. So I got frustrated and placed two reviews about amazon service and both reviews were not posted at amazon.in as it's bad about amazon and they are suggesting us to write bad about seller not about amazon which is ridiculous, people buy he items based on impression and amazon not on seller.

                                  On 5th of oct'2016 i have placed an order for moto 4th gen mobile phone through amazon app, it was suppose to be delivered on 13th oct, to my surprise i got an message saying "we are unable to deliver your product due to customer not available" where as i was waiting for the product to be delivered so that the same can be gifted to some one special, with out reaching at my place how the delivery person can mention that customer is not available, when i communicated the same to amazon toll free customer care they said it happens due to heavy orders, after making the payment & waiting for 8-10 days if the product won't delivered & customer care people also showing excuses than what is the use of ordering through amazon, its just waste of money & time as well.

                                    I placed an order on 28.09.2016 for a curtain. It was delivered on 03.10.2016. It was not matched for me and I returned it on 04.10.2016 vide ref tracking #A[protected]. But till date the amount has not been credited in my account. Please help me. My Order no is[protected]. I can't contact anybody of the company authorised person. Please let me know how I get my refund at earliest.

                                      I purchased a product from Amazon online, a Philips viva collection electric induction stove and when i first received the product, it came with no or almost zero packing apart from the manufacturer's box and a cheap third grade 0.2 micron plastic was wrapped around it and the box was utterly in a bad shape and since there was no additional protection for the induction as well, so i guess the plate must have taken quite a jerks and shocks during the transit. After opening the box, i found the ceramic plate not in place and was shifted from it's place. I firstly, initiated for a replacement and then, spoke to the customer care on phone and asked them to double check the product while sending and to definitely make sure for a thorough packaging of the product so it shall remain in a good shape. Also, email was written to them for which they apologised for the bad delivery standard and assured on the coming replacement.
                                      5 days later, i received the product again, and intelligently, what was done is that the exactly same piece(with rectifications and changes in it) and in exactly the same way, with the cardboard box and thin plastic with no protection.
                                      I'm not sure whether i'll be going for amazon again ever for any of its products but firstly, i want the amazon to respond to this complaint and to see what they have to say for it!
