I have complained on Amazon complain
[email protected]. I have called up help line no 1800 3000 9009. I have called up Moto rolla help line no. 1800 102 2344, they have given me 4 places address and tele no. Out of which 3 places have stopped providing service to Motorolla. The fourth one which is the only service center Kavya Enterprises Address: Shop-3/4, C Wing, Shrinath Plaza, Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chauk, F.C.Road, Shivajinagar, Pune.411005. They have requested me to visit BM GADGET SERVICE PVT LTD ON 23/09/2016 AS THEY HAVE STARTED NEW BRANCH ON THAT DAY ITSELF AS THEIR WAS LOTS OF RUSH IN THEIR OFFICE.
They just refused to accept and repair nor they give any certificate for not attending our complain. Later after heated argument they just mentioned battery cover damage phone liquid damage.
The copies are attached and sent to AMazon, yet they refuse to accept it.
Sir, Amazon refuses to accept and Motorolla refuses to give service report than where will the customer go?
