Hi,

I have given ORDER #[protected] on 3 October 2016 with next two day guarantee delivery.

Today i.e. [05/10/2016 10:00 PM] till this order is not delivered to me.
I called 15 times to delivery agent also I called 3 times to Amazon customer care.

I had made first call around 7:00 PM with Amazon customer care they told me Ii will be delivered to you on or before 8:00 PM

I had made second call around 8:00 PM with Amazon customer care they committed me this order will be delivered to you on or before 9:00 PM

I had made third call around 9:30 PM with Amazon customer care they told me wait another 1 to 2 hr

Whats going on here, Whats system, They waited me 5 hrs at my office and finally around 10:00 PM, told us wait for another 1 to 2 hr but I was not getting my item.

Even I followed amazon next two days i.e. 10/06, 10/07 but order not delivered.

I need double amount form Amazon as punishment because they dont delivered my order and waited me for 5 hr in my office its like mental harassment.

    I was trying to book a smartphone on Indian Festival Sale On Diwali 2016, but when i tried to order that phone. I found out that it is not showing the COD option. I was worried so I checked my friend's account where it was showing COD option. I contacted amazon india through mail [protected]@amazon.in where they gave me the BS answer that i have ordered many products on COD and rejected where in I just ordered One shoe in past 6 months . That clearly shows the lack of Cx Centric Policy of Amazon.

    Poor Response, Handling, Cx Service and with late deliveries.

      I bought Oneplus Three Mobile from Amazon on 17th Sep 2016, The phone is delivered on 26th Sep 2016.The phone is not working properly, I am facing below issue with mobile.

      1.Network is suddenly vanishing.
      2.Touch Keyboard is not working as it should be.
      3.Heat dissipation.
      4.Phone is crashing sometimes.

      With all these I am anyhow not interested to use this phone. So I called Amazon customer care for cancellation on 4th Oct 2016 to return phone, They are asking me to go to service center to get it repaired. I am not interested to go to service center. Why I am not interested to go to service center is it a brand new phone how can they ask customer to go behind service center with in week.

      So after all this, They are telling they wont accept return on this, But before purchasing this mobile I called customer care and asked what is return window for Oneplus Three, He sad there is 10days return policy on that phone. But now when I am asking for return they said there is no return on this, when I told that one guy from Amazon said there is return policy, she is telling that he had given wrong information, she is saying sorry for that. Saying sorry will solve my problem? Simple sorry will vanish the solve my problem? My demand is they should accept my cancellation because one of the executive said so. I am sending the mail which I received from Amazon and sending screen sheets how network in vanishing and keypad is not working. I hope Amazon care about the customer.

      I understand that one of our agents informed you that, you will be able to cancel your order within 10 days of delivery, which is incorrect.

      You can only return the Phone to us within 10 days if there is external damage. And if the phone is defective you will have to download the smart check app and visit the service center for further assistance.

      so we will take this as feedback and make sure it is not repeated. And action will be taken against that particular agent.

      I also understand how annoying this might be, Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused

        I was given wrong information after I bought the product even after confirming it with customer care executive.
        This lead to a loss to me and I have to cancel the order which I could have placed in a way which would have given me the benefit of the sale.
        I placed an order for a mobile phone on amazon india website with the cash back offer . The only doubt I had was I had previously used the same card to buy another product from amazon with cash back offer. Just to be sure that the second order was also eligible for cash back I contact customer care and they confirmed that it was eligible for cash back . Now when I check again after the sale and the offer is over they tell me you are not eligible now and will get cash back only for the first order.
        I have the transcript of the chat that I had with the customer care executive, where I did ask specifically more than once and she confirmed it.

        Date of incident : I bought the phone on 5th October and right after placing the order I checked with customer care executive over a chat.

        Desirable resolution : Need to get my cash back and the company should be fined and pay the fine to the court so that this is not repeated

            I have ordered a samsung galaxy a5 on 29th of sep 2016 & cancelled the same on 29th sep itself, initially i got an email that the refund will be given in 3-4 days but even after calling amazon multiple times there is no output yet.

              I ordered a motorola g4 plus on 7th of september, 2016 and it was supposed to be delivere by 15th of september. I made the payment through my credit card and converted the sale into emis of nine months. When i did not receive the order by 19th september, i contact the customer service. The first executive told me that we are unable to track your order, so i would advice you to cancel it and place it again and the call was disconnected. I called again and some other executive told me that the delay is due to chaos in karnataka and you will receive the order till 22nd of september, 2016 and requested me to not to cancel the order. Unfortunately, i trusted him and did not cancel the order.

              After waiting till 23rd of september, i called them again and asked the status. This time their executive told me that your order is lost during transit and i advice you to cancel it without any delay and we will process the refund. I got angry and asked them to cancel it. Thereafter, i received an email on my registered email (Image attached) which stated that your order has been cancelled and refund is processed. I was under an impression that finally it is over and will receive the refund on time. But, again i was wrong.

              I saw my credit card statement and came to know that i have't receive the refund yet and emi for the same has been generated for which interest, service tax has been added to my credit card bill. After looking at my statement, i was shocked and called the customer care again. This time the executive told me that your order was not cancelled as the amount of rs. 13, 499/- is big and we have to take permission for that, which the prior executive did not. So, till october 5th i. E. Almost a month from which i ordered the phone, i have not receive the phone, my order was not cancelled and refund was not processed, i have dues on my credit card with added interest and service tax.

              I asked the executive that who is going to bear the cost for the negligence of your executive who did not duly cancelled my order. To which he said that we are sorry for that as the order was cancelled on your part, so it is going to be only you. I reminded him that the order was not cancelled on my part, it is amazon who asked me to cancel the order and i have ordered the same phone on 4th october from amazon.

              It is really disgusting to hear different responses every time you call the executives. This shows either the careless work of their executives or lack of management where there is no system to redress the issue and keep the executives on the same page regarding a particular issue.

              I have faced enough harassment and feel cheated and demands the compensation along with the interest and service tax which has been added to my credit card.

                Hi all, be aware of amzon india,
                I got faulty product spike guard ... i wanted return or refund... no one was coming for pick up ..so i insist to refund or replace with amazon associate ..after half an hour .. account is closed permanently ... not only my account but all the account of 12 family member ... we bought lot of purchasing since 2014 ... the reason they give is ..too many returns .. and amazon think that we buy things for re -selling ... all they stated is false .. i can give my adhar no. etc. for proof .. but they close all our family member .. for no reason ..problem is what about the warranty on the product ..and gift card amount ...they do not reply now ..what to do ..??
                learn from experience ..i faced ..

                  Product delivery date is over but still product not delivered. when i call for product then he reply don't know where it is. Payment is already done by me.

                  Please case against these lawyers and charge for these type activity. why he is promise date? i am very irritate. currently i have no mobile.

                  i am also attaching the invoice copy of it.
                  now, what i am doing. i do not understand. please do the needful as soon as possible.

                      Dear team,
                      I want to lodge a ticket against amzagent ([protected]). actually the matter is i don't remember the amount of this product, and today when i'm sleeping the agent came to my home for delivering the product and ask me to pay rs 1, 999 and that time i'm in sleep mode so didn't seen the amount. after realizing about incident, i called amzagent but he not answering my call. so i want to take action against him, and i want my money back also. otherwise i'll not buy any product from amazon onwards and ask my friend to never buy product from amazon.. its worst product i ever buy from amazon.
                      Please fix this issues asap.

                        I am writing this email with great displeasure that Amazon provides the worst delivery services. My experience with your delivery services as on 06-oct-2016 has been very bad and shocking. I was being abused and threatened by Mr. Raj Kumar, whose number was given to me on my registered mobile number, after being asked with simple questions about the possibility of my order to be timely delivered.

                        Mr. Raj Kumar threatened me with my life on phone and used abusive, insulting and vulgar language and left me in a very mentally unstable state. I am very well aware of Amazons poor customer services but this behavior was shocking and not expected from a company as big as Amazon.

                        Please take necessary actions on this matter and issue me a formal apology from Amazon and Mr. Raj Kumar. If no action is taken by tomorrow I will compelled to go to consumer court and file a police complaint against Mr. Raj Kumar for threatening me.

                          I have booked a Redmi Mi Note 3 on 2nd October 2016 through 'Amazon India'. They had shown the message that the product will be delivered by 10th of October. But while I was checking the tracking details the product history is not being displayed on my list. It's showing that the product is saved in "My Cart" . Being a customer it's a harassment from their side.
                          We tried to co-operate with all other formalities. but they didn't. This type o[censored]nsocial behavior is not expected. We are very sorry to complain against this company.

                            My phone screen goes black while I am calling someone and no keys work. Even I m getting a call but I can't pick the call because touch screen doesn't work at that time.
                            I had went to Lenovo service centre but they said they don't have the O's of that phone or any equipment to handle that phone.
                            Amazon is also not replacing or refunding me against that faulty phone.
                            They have written I can refund before 11/10/2016 but not ready to replace or refund.
                            Amazon India is the biggest cheater . They don't serve their customers. Just making money by cheating their customer.

                            If I say then you should do that or don't fool your customers.
                            I just want my handset replaced or refunded.

                            I m facing d same problem in my LENOVO z2 plus which I bought just 3 days ago and Amazon is d biggest cheater coz at least it should give us a replace optio. Ppl r asking my phone for 11k n I got it for 20k.. 9k less in 3 days..I request ppl to boycott LENOVO phone n Amazon for selling it... N I regret for not choosing flip cart coz it has10 days replacement warranty n it doesn't sells LENOVO phone

                              I placed an order with Amazon for JBL Bluetooth Speaker on 3 October 2016, committed delivery was 5th Oct. Still I have not Received my Product, and on Amazon Website, Product Status is showing delivered. I try to reach Amazon Customer Care Many Times but I have not receive any positive feedback neither the delivery status. I am really very frustrated.Please help me in this regards.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                We have purchased MOTO G PLUS, 4TH GEN ON 2/06/2016 vide order no.[protected] Invoice no. KA-BLRS[protected] which was delivered on 5/6/2016.

                                Since 9/9/2016, the phone suddenly stopped working. After numerous calls to Amazon and Motorola help line no [protected], they have given addresses of service centers which have stopped servicing Motorola products and today finally I could locate their service center, after I received an email dated 22/09/2016 from their help line no.

                                After wasting half day with their stupid system of accepting mobiles for repairs, they refused to accept and return the instrument, just saying Battery Cover Damage, phone liquid damage.

                                The instrument is in absolutely in good condition and there is no external damage nor is it badly handled. That's a faulty instrument, hence they were not ready to give me a detail report which I was insisting from them and later after a heated argument, they just gave me a report which I am attaching herewith for your perusal which itself talks about there service.

                                My Son, Naushad Bodhanwala has gifted me this instrument which I was very much attached too. His Name appears on your Invoice. His email ID is [protected]@hotmail.com. His mobile no is [protected] in your records.

                                Now, I would request AMAZON to look into the above matter and request once again to replace the above product or refund our money. Your action will help lots o[censored]s who are buying products from your company as it is a reputed one.

                                Sir, I have complained on Amazon complain [email protected]. I have called up help line no 1800 3000 9009. I have called up Moto rolla help line no. 1800 102 2344, they have given me 4 places address and tele no. Out of which 3 places have stopped providing service to Motorolla. The fourth one which is the only service center Kavya Enterprises Address: Shop-3/4, C Wing, Shrinath Plaza, Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chauk, F.C.Road, Shivajinagar, Pune.411005. They have requested me to visit BM GADGET SERVICE PVT LTD ON 23/09/2016 AS THEY HAVE STARTED NEW BRANCH ON THAT DAY ITSELF AS THEIR WAS LOTS OF RUSH IN THEIR OFFICE. They just refused to accept and repair nor they give any certificate for not attending our complain. Later after heated argument they just mentioned battery cover damage phone liquid damage. The copies are attached and sent to AMazon, yet they refuse to accept it. Sir, Amazon refuses to accept and Motorolla refuses to give service report than where will the customer go?

                                  Hi i have purchased vivo v3 under order order #[protected], sold by: piyush telecom, on 5/9/2016 spending rs 14190 from amazon website. I did not find the product adequate or the expected quality measure. So i have raised a return request for the product on 22/9/2016 which falls under the return policy. Now it is 15 days i have raised the request no response from seller. Seller is not accepted the return request. I have talked to amazon customer care they are not helping me for the same by saying that they are not able to help. I am putting every effort to return the item back and getting my amount back.

[protected]) he told me pick your phone from my area when i am visit which palace he told me i am waiting more than one hours but he not come then i am call delivery boy he's not pick my phoneits totally my mistakes because iam buying goods from amazon what a jokes. i am surprise

                                      I was supposed to receive the order yesterday i.e 5 Oct.when I didn't receive the product, I called up customer care, they informed it will be delivered today.Today, I didn't get any update from Amazon, the seller or Blue Dart.I called Amazon, and the executuive Rakesh said it will be delivered "NOW'.I asked him what does now mean??He couldnot give me a time frame.He had no solution to my issue.I asked to connect the call to his senior, which he couldnot do.No resolution or effort of resolution was seen.Pathetic experience.Looks like the seller review on the site was even fake.If I donot recive my product within today, I would like refund of money and compensation for the harassment and unprofessional behaviour.If they cannot deliver on time, due to unavoidable circumstances, they should atleast inform the customer.Pathetic experience.

                                      Amazon have contacted the seller, I have contacted the seller but the seller only did send a tracking id to me which has no update about the product.It just shows in transit.There is no information when the product will be delivered.I want refund of my money.Amazon dissappointed me thorougly.No official bothered to contact customer and update or apologise.

                                      Very unprofessional attitude and no proper response by seller.I was supposed to receive the item on 6 oct but received it on 13 Oct.I didnot get any update.When I contacted the seller they only sent me the tracking id and the link of the courrier, which I already had and it was of no use, because there was no update apart from it showing "in transit".They didnot bother to contact the courrier people to get it delivered at the earliest.Amazon people were also very unhelpful and didnot cooperate.The executives donot have a resolution oriented approach neither do they have the correct information.When asked to connect the call to supervisor, they simply refuse.Nobody from Amazon bothered to contact me and update.I had to escalate a complaint.It was a meagre harassment.Only when I raised the complaint with blue dart, things moved and finally I received the product.I didnot expect such unprofessionalism from Amazon.They should have compensated for their negligence, which they didnot bother to.
