I think this charge is for a dehumidifier that i am having a problem with. Frigidaire will not honor the warrantee without a copy of the sale. Therefore i need a copy of the sale. Thanks in order for them to honor the warrantee. It has been within a year of the purchase and should be replace according to the manufacturers warrantee. I am quite sure that this is the sale for the dehumidifier that is in question.

    I have Ordered TCL TV(40 inch Full HD), from AMAZON. On 7th it is said that it was out for delivery, but as it was updated that there is some address issue they cannot deliver the order. So for that i have called amazon customer care on 7th itself and updated the address through phone and they promised that it will be delivered on 8th of Oct 2016. Though i am following up daily they are telling me to wait for another 24-48 hours as already escalation is raised from their end. I gave them an option to provide me the address of the delivery center, so that i can go and collect directly if they are unable to delivery the address. But as per the amazon policy they will not provide and making me wait for another 24-48 hours. Now they are saying if this will not get delivered they will refund or replace the order. All these they kept the prepaid money and tell us, transport team is having issues at last and throwing ball in their court and not allowing us to speak to them with their policies.
    I actually dont know whether the product i placed in Hyderabad or not, or they are just playing tricks with the customer.
    I know that they made their 6months business in just 6 days, but they should have tell me that they have some transportation issue, but inspite they are giving us false promises. So giving us false promises are their policies ?

    Kindly help me in resolving this issue

      We recently ordered a headphone and a bag. This evening i got got a message saying that my order is cancelled as no one recived it. No one delivered the package. I am gonna report about this issue. we were waiting for the package the whole day and delivery was not not done. We didn't even receive a single phone call. This is a strict warning to Amazon that giving stupid offers and not delivering the package is and issues. I'm gonna have to report against this.we were at the home the whole day

        I was ordered one mobile phone mi note 3 (32gb gold) & phone received as date on 10-oct-2016. order id is[protected], there is some network issue. this phone has not support proper 4g connection. i called customer care & attend my mr. prashant. as per him, he told me mi company is instructed don't replace mi phone except damage condition. amazon is giving warranty only on damage condition. if customer facing another problem so they have to go mobile company for replacement.

        But once again i humble request to him, kindly process my replacement my phone but he didn't understand my problem. if i have to to mobile company for replacement so why amazon is giving replacement warranty.

        My Brother was ordered one mobile phone MI Note 3 (32GB Gold) for me & Phone received as date on 10-Oct-2016. Order ID is 171-1166638-2994739, There is some network issue. This phone has not support proper 4G Connection. I called customer care & attend my Mr. Prashant. As per him, he told me MI Company is instructed Don't replace MI phone except damage condition. Amazon is giving Warranty only on damage condition. if customer facing another problem so they have to go Mobile Company for replacement. But once again I humble request to him, Kindly process my replacement my phone but he didn't understand my problem. If i have to to Mobile company for replacement so why amazon is giving replacement warranty. If I am facing problem with in 2-3 days. so why i have to go service centre ? Please give me reply. I am waiting your favourable response.

          Such a pathetic customer service by Amazon India. i had ordered Micromax Canvas E481 which was delivered on the 4th of October 2016 which turned to be a faulty piece. The apps on the phone works slows, games are not functioning properly, you tube and other app gets stuck. I tried returning the piece via Amazon India app but failed because their smart check app doesn't function properly. i called the customer service team, they said to visit the service center which is far from my home. and none of the associate over the phone from Amazon India were helpful. i told the Amazon India representative that its not possible for me to go there for which he replied saying that he can't help and denied to transfer the call to the leadership team the associate name was Pravin. i some how reached the service center for which they said that its a faulty piece and will get it repaired, i said i don't want it repaired i want a new piece they said as it has passed the 7 days policy of the company they cannot give a new piece. and nothing in writing. Now i am stuck with a faulty piece and no one is replying. I AM STILL IN THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF 10 DAYS WITH AMAZON INDIA. I WANT MY REFUND AND DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH AMAZON INDIA ANY MORE.

            I ordered xiaomi Redmi Note 3(32gb) and was expecting to get within one week. Initially It took so long to be shipped.After shipping Amazon Transportation did good job. After reaching Kolkata courier team started work inertly.I contacted customer care several times but they just brainwashed and didn't resolve problem.After so long courier sent me msg at 7:45 AM that I will be getting my product by a particular day[protected] but they didn't deliver.I tried to contact the referred mobile no. of that amazant but his Mobile was switched off...Again I contacted cust care, Cust care told me that he has complained against that courier boy (she was mentioning some ATS)...But in stead of that I am victim..This is nothing but ARROGANCE OF AMAZON courier boy...and definitely I cannot bear any kind of arrogance...If I shall not get satisfactory result then...nothing...again I shall be helpless...Actually no delivery was attempted...

            i was place an order moto g play( mobile) on 23-JAN-2017 but till date i am not receive the product, after 3-FEB-2017 they automatically generate replacement of order, after 3 days on 07-FEb-2017 they give me delivery date 11-Feb-2017 but now date automatically changed with 16-Feb-2017.

            Please, suggest me what i can do now...

              I ordered the back cover of Samsung galaxy j7 but it doesn't fit my Mobile so
              I filed the return request on Amazon
              Firstly they are showing that your item will be picked on 05 October but they didn't pick the item when I call to Amazon they said to me to send the screenshot of back cover as I send it to the seller they didn't responding to me and
              Amazon keep telling me that we will sort the problem as it is not Amazon prime product so the refund should be made by seller only..
              It's 13 days now and
              Neither Amazon nor seller responding me
              And even they didn't send me single email
              Regarding my refund ..
              Totally poor service..

                I had order my phone on 4 Oct which was guaranteed delivery on 7 Oct the delivery person came but unfortunately he was not having our product but he told I will back in half an hour with our product but since 7 October still the product has not delivered. Making 10 times complaint to customer service but no query has been resolved just they are making false promises that you wait 48 hrs since 7 oct the same promises is made but no query resolved

                I need the contact person of the delivery courier service or address near by area. so that we can easily contact them. we can sit week long at home and wait for the product.

                I had order my phone on 2 Oct which is not delivered till now. May I know the reason for so much delayed because maximum expected time of delivery should be 3 to 4 days at least for the metro city Kolkata but very disappointing by Amazon which is really bad experince with Amazon because this is my first and last order.

                  Dear team I am your old customer applied for whey gold standard proton yesterday and got the mail confirmation that I will get the delivery today guarantee paid 100 extra
                  Without delivery attempt got mail that customer is out so goods return
                  Call centre after taking 20 mins asked me to. Wait for another 24 hrs
                  I will really take this to all social media n media as possible if I not got the delivery today

                    I have ordered washing machine on 2nd Oct 2016. Which was supposed to deliver on 6th. But it got rescheduled on 8th and again on 8 evening it got rescheduled on 10. When i saw tracking records i found that it was saying Customer requested delay. lol! What a foolish scheme. On 10th i complain regarding this false and fake tracking records. Then after record stopped updating but even on 12th i didn't got delivery.
                    I am calling customer care from 7th. Whenever i call or mail Amazon team they says it is out for delivery and today you will be getting your product.

                      I had ordered a Coolpad Mobile Cover. As per tracking & sms received from Amazon, its delivered directly to security. However we come to know its incorrect, we have other things getting delivered properly except this particular item.

                      Its a false message. I have a doubt that the delivery boy has never come here.
                      Why is the guy not calling my number before delivery ?
                      Who has given authority to delivery guy to leave the item with the security ?

                      This is completely incorrect & cheating by Amazon company.

                      I had a exact case 4 months back & I never get back my money or the replacement product.

                      I am totally frustrated with AMAZON and feel very helpless with this company. Just because our laws are not so strong for these kind of company, these people can cheat our hard earn money.. :(

                        I have ordered 1+3 mobile on 5th october 2016 which is costs around 27999 with a guaranteed delivery on 7th October 2016, due to Amazon agent fault he mentioned like additional address details required, on the same day i got another package from same amazon then why cant the other agents cant delivery the items when the address is clear, it is almost 4 days, till now i didn't receive my product, when am calling to the customer service they are answering like wait for 24 to 48 hours, now the 24 to 48 hours also gone and still i didn't receive the product, almost 14 times i have called and mailed about the concern at last they are asking me cancel the order, these many days am waited and money also stucked and they are telling to cancel the order, here if we order through card payment means it will take other 4 to 5 business days to return, again i have to wait for return then why should i cancel. Amzon is holding money with out delivering the product. on time ans saying to wait wait wait.

                          I asked my caller to tell me the delivery today. He asked me to wait till 8pm in the office and if its undelivered then it will be delivered tomorrow.

                          I told him that since it is my office address can it be done little early. then he asked me to wait till 8pm and also told me that if it is undelivered then it will be done by tomorrow which means that i am stupid to wait till 8pm in the office without any commitments from Amazon delivery. I asked to provide me the contact number of the near by delivery boy/ amazon location on which refused to tell.
                          Then i also requested to tell me his full name to register the complaint against him o[censored]nsatisfactory answer on which he again refused.
                          I asked him to make to talk his senior the also he told me stories.

                          Honestly i didnot expected this type of (rude & pathetic) customer service from amazon.
                          I am switching to Flip-kart from now onward.

                            Firstly, please stay away from amazon india.

                            With reference to my order id:[protected].

                            I have order a xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 03-oct-2016 which was expected to be delivered by 10-oct-2016. After numerous call and chat with their csa's, till date this has not been delivered.

                            Every time you have a conversation with them they have a static answer to all your grievance that we are sorry to hear about your problem and will surely find a resolutionin next 24 hours.

                            I was made to wait till 10pm in my office as the shipping address given was of my office.

                            Now nobody in amazon knows about my shipment and they seems to be least bothered to even call back customer and update them about the status.

                            This is high time. They cannot take us for granted if they are professional with other part of the world, we indian's also expected them to treat us as well with same ethics and professionalism.

                              I have received a defective and used product. Front camera is not working properly and also an used product with some scratches on the screen has been supplied.

                              I want to return the product immediately and want a refund but no much assistance has been provided from amazon regarding the same.

                                I ordered an HP 15-BE002TX 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i5 6th Gen/8GB/1TB/Windows 10 Home/2GB Graphics), Turbo Silver LAPTOP on the 3rd October from AMAZON.IN, paying extra for a delivery that could be done the next day (4th Oct) as I required it urgently. The next day I got a message from Amazon that my product was out for delivery, however the ph.no. of the delivery boy was always switched off and he never contacted us. At 9.30 pm on 4th Oct I received a message saying that delivery could not be made because of address could not be located (which was very lame because my address is very easily locatable and if there was a difficulty he should have contacted me). When I called the customer service that night they said my delivery would be made the next day before 10 am. The next day (5th Oct) I again get a message around 1.30 pm, that delivery could not be made because no one was available and I never got a call from the delivery boy. After that I made innumerable calls and wrote feedbacks to customer care AMAZON, but they were least helpful, hardly cooperative and infact sometimes even rude in their use of language. They kept saying two more days, and I have waited till 12th Oct and still there's no intimation or message about where my product is and never responded to my emails. On the complaints forum I see many people have written down against AMAZON lapses on delivery during these past two weeks which was also their sale period. It is ghastly exploitation of consumer's money and taking undue advantage of this virtual medium, so that no one can hold them by collar. Everytime I am made to speak to different people on customer care, who make false promises and false apologies but never guarantee or confirm the delivery of my product in any way.

                                    I ordered this product on 18 may 2016 (price rs.799) from amazon.in.
                                    The product worked ok for a month and then suddenly one day it got malfunctioned, the one channel of headphone stopped working. now only single side produces sound.

                                    The product was under warrenty so i contacted the customer care executive (cce), and told the whole story, but they told me that the item was sold by a third party so we can not provide you any help. i requested them to give me the contact number of the seller, but again they told me that they do not keep contact number. i told them that the product is still in warrenty, but all went vein. the cce asked me to go to the amazon.in and send a mail to the seller. i also did that, but no response from their side. after a few days, i mailed again, again no response.. each time i sent e-mail, i got a notification that our team will contact you. but no one did. i feel cheated by the company. they are looters. the product is still under warranty.

                                      I have placed order for moto g4 plus gen4 and following are order information:

                                      This suppose to deliver on 10th oct 2016 but when we track the order then we got shocked and it says delivery was attempted. But fact is delivery was not attempted and neither we have received any call from delivery agent.

                                      I was so upset with amazon services, i contacted amazon customer services to find location of my order but they are also not aware.

                                      Please help me to get this issue resolved.

                                        Delivery Guy without attempting to deliver or contacting me updated the status the he attempted trice, and this is not just the 1 case it is done for all the product which i had ordered. for two of the product i myself went to the courier dispatch and collected the product.

                                        This is a kind of service provided by Amazon! pay the delivery charge and collect the product by self.

                                        contacted customer care that is useless effort, they don't provide you with any escalations nor solve your problem they are there just to listen and fool you that they would call you back with the solution.

                                        I have recorded all the phone conversation had between all the customer service agent, floor supervisor and floor manager, the best reply i received was sorry you won't receive the product do order it again.
