      Sir,
      I have ordered a mobile in amazon.in on[protected]. Before making payment it showed that delivery will be with in 2-4 working days. But after payment it showed that delivery date 12-10-16. On 6-10-16 i made a call to amazon coustmercare, i requested for the fast delivery on 10-10-16. Again i got confirmed by them on 7-10-16. They told me that i will get my product on 10-10-16. After the conformation i booked train ticket kakinada. On 10-10-16 i called 3 times. They told me that i will get the by evening 6:00 clock. But they havent delivered on 10 again same situation on 11-10-16, 12-10-16. I cancelled ticket and stayed in hotel for 4 days in mumbai. I spent 3000 rupees by their mistake. How can i get compensation and put a complaint on them. Thankyou

        Sir i have buyed a Tv in the offer which u were giving on credit card and debit card i have shop from my HDFC card but i didnt received any cashback of RS 1500 which i should get. I want it as the offer was pls look into the matter.

          Dear Sir,

          I ordered for a Lenovo G50-80 80E502Q8IH 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i3-5005U/4GB/1TB/DOS/Integrated Graphics), Black, 6 battery cells on 3rd October 2016 with Order #[protected] amounting Rs.25527(after discount).

          The delivery guy provided me the laptop on 7th October 2016. i was surprised to see a product with 4 battery cells. During the sale the price of that product was around Rs 23000 (after discount). Immediately i contact with customer care for replacement. She assured me that the replacement will be done next day b/n 3PM to 5 PM. The next day customer car asked to share the photograph. i provide them as they requested. on 12 october i communicate again customer care for replacement but she refused for the replacement as they don't have the product as ordered.

          Since the product is not available, i asked them for the refund the amount difference of the products. i will retain the product. but she refused stating that the product was purchased during sale and refund can't be done. I told that the product i received was cheaper during the sale. Then why should i bear the cost.

          Since Amazon is no doubt a world class best online retailer. but do they business in this way ???

          1) During the sale AMAZON shows some thing on their websites and makes fools of customer.
          2) When Customer ordered, AMAZON delivers a inferior product @ original product rates.
          3) When a customer complain about the mistake, Amazon customer care executives makes sure to confuse the customer and misguide him.
          4) If customer asked for the remit the price difference the Amazon pretends and offers for full refund against return of product.
          5) During sales every customer spends a lot of time and energy in identifying and selecting a product according to his need. But AMAZON has no respect for his customer. It was my first experience with AMAZON and i felt cheated.

          After overall this pain full experience I would like to say AMAZON is a cheater company and cheats the customers. i will never purchase anything from AMAZON and advised everyone not to go to AMAZON.

            This festival seasons i have orders following things.

            1. Ifb washing machine
            2. 2 lenovo mobiles
            3. Hand grinder

            I have received ifb washing machine and hand grinder after 4 follow ups. But i am waiting for my 2 lenovo mobiles. I have done 19 calls to various customer people and so many mails but each time reply is same to wait for 24 hours. Even they mentioned that they tried to deliver product, what a lie. Nobody has contacted me yet.

              On 15 september i ordered cambridege official ielts book, twice the payment has been completed. But iam not received any responce from the company regarding my order. Several times i given complaint against my payment to company but i didnt get any response from the company even i try to engage several times about my problem, so please try to resolve my problem.                 Oh what a surprise i never knew “amazon.in” sopping site moves at snail speed. Amazingly "snail".
                I booked a flip cover for my mobile order #[protected] on 8th oct, and after placing order i realised the delivery is 21st oct, i. E. After 13th day!!!
                I wanted to mail, call or some how contact the amazon, alas again amazingly, the help on their site is of no help for my cause.
                I wanted to call up and instruct to speed up the snail speed to normal which should not be more than 7-10 days.
                Amazingly "amazon" is only online shopping site with no access to customer care calls.
                Recently bought some item on another popular shopping site and after 3 days, i requested their customer care on phone to deliver earlier then promised and they preponed the delivered as desired.

                  Ordered swag mobile cover in white and something like blue color but did not received it as received other one.
                  Moreover as per company customer has to suffer from the refund process which is quite harassed to fulfill.
                  A company is making blunders and user is taking pain to make arrangements to return the faulty product.
                  On company mistake why user has to suffer and taking all the pain?
                  Why company do not have user friendly process to provide requtested product or get their money refund?
                  If they do not have required back cover why they are not informing customer proactively?
                  These activities surely making customer to think on online portals work etiquettes.

                    Hi,

                    I orders lg washing machine on 2nd oct and delivery was supposed to be on 8th oct. I was in constant touch with amazon customer care, and they assured of delivery by 8th oct. Till now product not delivered.

                    Also, the delivery people simply update in portal as delivery attempted without even coming.

                    Had done multiple escalations to large applicances team but nothing is working.

                    Want amazon india to get penalized for this breach of trust and service deficiency.

                      I have purchased xiaomi mi max (silver, 32gb) with order no #[protected].

                      Received a mail confirmation for the same.

                      Your amazon.in order (#[protected] of "xiaomi mi max (silver, 32gb)" has been dispatched!

                      Rs. 80 was paid more for fast delivery.

                      But today on delivery day they say "your order #[protected] was returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable on october 10, 2016"

                      Now they are saying to keep our godwill we will give you rs. 50 gift card.

                      Please help me.

                        I had ordered yu yuphoria mobile from amazon orderid[protected]
                        ...
                        Amd d deadline date provieded to me was 10 oct 2016...but it didnt happened...and the prodct is still not delivered to me..evem after two days after deadline datr...this is so dissapointing frim part of such big business entity...and also mt taking any actions agaimst it is also very disgusting...so i request compensation to me

                          I was looking to buy fastrack oversized sunglass (P253pr2f). I found this product at amazon and flipkart at rs. 940.00. At amazon this product is available in prime deal and they gives guarantee of fast delivery of selected product as prime deal. So i ordered fastrack sunglasses from amazon on dtd. 02.10.2016 which is biggest sale period of amazon. Accordingly i got confirmation that product will be delivered on 04.10.2016.
                          I didn’t received product from on 04.10.16. So i called amazon customer care service and they assured that product will delivered on same day. But didn’t received product on 6 th oct and same time both flipkart and amazon sale was closed. Then again i repeatedly called amazon’s customer care service. My followup with customer care is as below.
                          5th oct – customer care told me that product will be delivered before 8 pm. It is already dispatch from their end and package received by courier
                          6th oct – they told that possible delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect courier facility this massage received at 12.52 pm. Again i called at 3.30 pm to customer care and they replied that product will delivered within 24 hours as they raised ticket to transportation service regarding delivery of product and request me to wait for 24 hrs. After at 9.10 pm i got message package arrived at courier facility. So i didn’t cancelled my order otherwise i was thinking to buy same product from flipkart at 940 rs. Because of assurance given by amazon i didn’t cancelled my order.
                          7th oct - they reply me product is out for delivery
                          8th - even after 24 hr didn’t received product so, i again called customer care and they reply that possible delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect courier facility.
                          9th - they reply product is out for delivery and will received shortly
                          10th - i requested to customer that to give me exact status of my product and resolve my issues. But no one gives reliable answer. Even they didn’t give me any details about courier company and they continuously blamed that this issue is occurred because of courier company and courier company is responsible for that not amazon.
                          11th - in 11th oct. Cusetoer care told that we can’t delivery your product at 940 rs. You have to pay 1625 rs.
                          I got worst experience from amazons customer care service and delivery system.
                          If it is not possible to deliver product from your side then 1. Why should you accept my order? 2. Why should you not inform me on 4th oct that it not possible to deliver product? Why your customer service told that product will be deliver shortly? Why should you hold me from last 7 days?

                          If you told me before 6th oct then i will buy this product from flipkart at same price (940 rs.).

                          Why i should pay higher price for same product by placing another order? Who is responsible my mental harassment for that?

                          I think it is responsibility of amazon’s to delivered product to customer. We are placing order to amazon not to courier service or seller so, it’s a duty of amazon, that's why i am asking question to you.

                            Hi amazon,

                            It is very bad on you part to fool your prime customers with wrong promise delivery dates on your amazon india app.

                            Order details are below

                            Order date 4th oct 2016
                            Order no:[protected]

                            Amazon customer care informed me that it will be delivered on[protected] and did not deliver.

                            When called customer care they mentioned[protected] later again date changed to[protected].

                            When talked to customer care on[protected] the delivery date is again changed to 18th oct 2016. I can neither cancel order from the app now.

                            Every time i have to call the customer care to know the status of the order.

                            Amazon need to wave off prime member ship fees and also provide discounts on the order.

                              I ordered a Moto G4 16 Gb mobile phone on 7 october 2016. i paid for guaranteed one day delivery I haven't received my mobile phone yet. I contacted their customer care many time, they are telling it will be delivered in 24 hours. I waited for three days, even if I am getting my phone on next day i need a genuine compensation for that, i waited for 3 days. Its cheating. Iam getting poor customer support.

                              I contacted them via chat as well I am not getting guaranteed delivery date. My phone costs 12499rs.

                              They are offering me coupons for 250rs as a part of compensation

                                    I placed a return request for an order done through amazon. That return is done successfully. But the refund is given in the mode of gift card, where i paid by cash for the purchase. I contacted amazon customer care support those people said that once the amount added as gift card means can't be transferred to bank account. Where i want that amount back into my bank account.

                                      My order no #[protected] is not delivered after 10 days now they are saying that your money will be refunded to your account but i have paid the money for product not for refund after 10 days. I need the product within 24 hr otherwise i will complain to consumer court. I have followed up with your customer care serval time but issues not resolve. Every time i told them i want the product not refund. You have not delivered the product within time you have confirmed at time of purchase and now you have canceled the same. What is consumers rights here.

                                        Pathetic delivery services ever!!

                                        As per the sms from amazon, product was supposed to be delivered on 9th oct.2016. However, this being weekend i had to go out for household stuff. Hence understanding the situation proactively tried reaching the delivery agent to advise about the same.

                                        After myriad attempts to reach this fellow, he didn't pick up the call. Later, i informed the customer care, where i was ensured same will be communicated to the agent.

                                        However, on same day around 7:50 pm, delivery agent calls me up and asking to collect the product in person and that too some 1 km away from my house. When i asked him has amazon stopped doorstep delivery, he replied its raining and could not deliver same. So better i should come out to a place of his convenience and collect it. Later on when i refused his tone started rising high.

                                        Immediately same night i informed the incident to customer care rep, where i was ensured some action will be taken. Post which i spoke to them multiple time, all in vain.

                                        I was promised that the same product will be delivered on 10th oct which never happened. And in night i received text message from amazon that delivery attempt was done but not delivered due to unavailability of customer.

                                        Surprising to know that i was not available!!

                                        Another hallelujah moment, when i re-connected with this agent on monday (10th oct) asking he why didn't deliver and made false claim about my unavailability. He mentioned as i was not ready to collect it, he sent the product back to the seller!!!

                                        Conclusions:
                                        1. Multiple times i have been treated this way by amazon delivery agents. No body cares.
                                        2. Delivery agent not adhering to any process. They don't update the exact status of product's delivery.
                                        3. Agents speak in a very unprofessional manner to the customer.
                                        4. If its raining for the agent, isn't it raining for the customer as well. Then why does amazon claim providing doorstep delivery service.
                                        5. This or any other buy was never cod. This means amount was paid already. So why this kind of treatment to the end customer.
                                        6. I were told as i didn't collect on his terms and conditions, my product was sent back to the seller!! Professionalism is on its peak!!

                                        Dear amazon, please don't forget to check the phone or email records between us!!
                                        This was the last transaction i had with you guys. Believe its never going to happen again as i am refusing to be your customer.!!

                                        Thanks for amazing experiences so far.
