I had ordered a mobile phone from amazon india. On the scheduled date of delivery (10th october), i tried contacting amazon customer representatives multiple times to track the product. The company's customer service representatives kept asking me to wait till 8:00pm for the product to be delivered. Though i waited till 8:30pm at the delivery location, i got a message from the company around 8:15pm that the product could not be delivered as i wasn't available at my location. However, i can ensure that i was available at my location all the time and no attempt was made by amazon's courier service to reach me during that time period. I think consumer forum should enforce rules to penalize amazon for misleading its customers.

    I have placed an order for "Hoya 77mm Alpha UV (Ultra Violet) Multi Coated Glass Filter" from amazon.in on 15th August 2016. My friend has received the order on my behalf as I am not available that time. But, when I came back and open the package, I am surprised to see that the product is damaged. The filter glass is coming out as the metal ring to fix that was not properly installed (This is a manufacturing defect). Picture is attached with this complain. But when I request for replacement of the product, amazon replied me - "Reason for the closure of your request: Return period has expired. Seller comments: As per amazon return policy the product can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Since, it is already more than 10 days, we would like to inform you that we are unable to take the product back." This device has 1 year warranty, but I cannot find out the location for Hoya service center. Even the seller didn't mention it in their reply. So all my Rs. 3147/- gone into total waste.

    Hi, Thanks to deliver a concrete brick instead of laptop. I have paid you full amount for a laptop now I want that if I will not receive my laptop in next few days then believe me your mothers, kids & family members will be paying for this as I will be cursing them for whole of my life.

      Your amazon.in order[protected] has been cancelled

      Ordered silka papayasoap with free new nokia 130 dual sim phone in amazon on 9oct2016.. But now today[protected] my order was cancelled.. Why my order cancelled so say some chilly reasons like there is no product available.. You're wasted my precious time.. I want compensation for this order. I'm waiting for your response

        I have order for 10th oct. Gifting purchase and received order 8th oct. 2016 and give a customer care complaint instant once i open parcel and customer care executive told me he raised complaint for pick-up and replacement but now till 10th oct. Not one come for pick-up and now i was called again too customer care he's saying first you need to return product than we'll replace your product...

        I am very unsatisfied customer from amazon

          I got the fridge from amazon through bluedart which is damaged during transits.. I requested a return... Then bluedart person called me regard ing pickup... They said we are coming.
          They are not came today yet.. I called them and they are telling we are on the way.. I am calling daily from past week.. And still they are not coming yet all... I got call on[protected].. And still no improvement till[protected].. Every day they are saying on the way... I got call from the number [protected].
          . Every time he saying on the way... Wait 2 mins.
          . Dear bluedart management.. Remove him immediately before harm

            I have ordered moto g plus, 4th gen on 1st oct through amazon app, during the great indian festival, they said product will be delivered on 6th oct, but so far i haven't get any proper details reg my delivery, 3 times i raised a concern, but no proper reply, very poor vendor "aramex" courier service, the same was happened last festive season with flipkart.

              On 5th Oct 16 I have booked 1 mobile phone of Asus Zenfone 2 . I checked tracking shipment it shows will be deliverd by 10th Oct 16. On 10th oct16 around 10.40 pm I received a msg from Amazon website your shipment has been deliverd to in the name of Mr. A. John sundaram. The problem is we still have not received any type of packet from your agent but it mentioned in your tracking details it's already deliverd to Mr.john sundaram. No one had not contact me relating to the packet.How could be it possible. Pls make a complaint and take necessary action of this issue. This is a first time I received a this type of problem faced by you. In future I can be fear to make shop on your website. In the below complaint I mentioned all the details of order number tracking shipment number for your necessary action.pls do the needful as soon as possible. And I want my mobile by today itself.                 Order number #[protected].I had ordered Lacie hard disk worth 15k which was to be delivered within 2 days. Neither product was delivered nor have received any update what so ever. The customer care is not even aware of the courier company or have their contact details neither the delivery person has contacted me till date.Have been following up for my product since past 5 days with worst ever experience from customer care. Each day I have been wasting my calls and time with no output. Attended by Kamal Kumar on 11th for the 5th time and he mentioned there is problem with my address if this is so why hasn't contacted me since past 5 days and even after calling repeatedly amazon has not even attempted to give me a status update on my phone or by mail. As per Kamal Kumar there is no process at Amazon to register an official complaint or provide customer a complaint number or ticket Id. The executive doesn't send any email communication if a call has been made trying to test customers patience or put supervisor on in call. I am not sure if customer care is handled by 3rd party as there is no customer empathy leave alone the resolution to the initial problem. I want mhantr money back. If you cannot deliver good services to your customers and keep fooling around. I have no interest in doing business with Amazon. Worst service ever.

                  I booked one xiaomi redmi note 3 on 03-oct'16 through amazon with order #[protected] and my product was supposed to be delivered on 10-oct, but i haven't my product yet. i was following up with amazon through emails and calls since last 3 days, but nothing happen. customer's service team is so pathetic and they don't know, how to speak to customers.

                  I never see this type of services from any other company like amazon. amazon is worst company in terms of services and specially their customer care executive.

                  I am still waiting for my product.

                  Please help in sort out as i am completely lost with the services of amazon

                    Please find these email complain as highest level of frustration received from amazon executives specially - lokesh, mel, and ashwini. They simply run away from my queries and i have received one of the worst experience from call center support. Amazon should consider this feedback in more appropriate way for such individuals.
                    I keep chasing these guys about my xiaomi redmi note 3 (Dark grey, 32gb) status product which shows product delivered but it' not yest. I received messages as well stating product delivered.
                    Meanwhile, after so many call disconnected by amazon executives the only assurance they give us to wait till 13. Why should i wait till 13 oct as product eta shows as 10 oct and delivered which means there must be some misplacement by amazon and no resolution i received till yet.
                    I was looking forward to get this delivered by today 12:00pm.
                    If you are unable to do so i will necessary action accordingly.

                    Who has changed the status as delivered. If product not reached to me. Amazon send eta as 10th oct delivery date but failed to deliver the product and failed in customer satisfaction measurement.

                    I want to lodge complaint against amazon & his office bearer/agent regarding misappropriation/cheating to me. I humbly request to take necessary action against them as early as possible

                      I had purchased 5bottles of perfume from amazon.in costing 5668 from the seller amazingly fab. When i receive the product the 2 bottles where half filled means half empty. I registered complaint in amazon they contact seller, seller contacted me and asked me to send the pics, i had sent them pictures. They said send us the product we will refund u i had sent the product front dtdc in same package which i received but know they are complaining that one of the bottle is leaking i asked which bottle they don't know which bottle is leaking and also they are complaining about package please take action.

                        I ordered an induction from bajaj company from amazon.in on 1st october 2016. I have an account also in the said site. On 9th oct 2016, i received the item from amazon. But the problem was with delivery boy. My aged mother received such a rude behaviour from him that now i am thinking to discontinue with amazon.

                        This is my humble request to amazon to look after this matter, so that like my mother no one can face such a bad experience through a delivery boy from amazon india.

                          I had bought a mobile (Moto g4+) on 2nd oct on amazon with extra cost 100 rs for speed delivery. They said the product will be delivered by 3rd oct pm... After 3 rd oct i used to call daily to customer care. All the executive are in same path, they said that the mobile will be delivered with in 24 -48 hours. On 8 th oct one of the executive rescheduled my product. On 10 th oct another executive told that ur mobile my mistake went to delhi and after some time he called me again and told that ur mobile is out of stock... Please dont book ur product from amazon... Till now their is no response...

                                I have made an order on 3-Oct-2016.The actual delivery date is 7-Oct-2016.But till now i did not get the order and if i check the status, it is showing invalid updates like
                                1.Customer requested for the appointment to be rescheduled.
                                2.Delivery attempted but no one was available to receive it.

                                Above updates are invalid and i was never contacted.

                                I called the customer care, sevaral times but my problem was not resolved.

                                Please look in to this issue ASAP and help me out with the issue.

                                  I have been shopping with amazon since the last 2 years and i received worst ever experience during the sale from 1st oct to 5th oct. The mrp of the product on the website was rs 959/- and after discount of approximately 60% the product cost was rs 389/-. This was very reasonable discount and i went ahead with the purchase. After delivery, i was totally surprised that the mrp of the product was rs 400/- (Manufacturer product label) and i had paid rs 390/- (Cod, change of rs 1 not returned). I have brought this up with customer care department over two days and they have not responded which really confirms the quality of service they provide during this season.

                                      Till date, the product is not delivered and everytime i call on customer care, they say that it will take 24-48 more hrs, everytime.
                                      This is such a shame as it has already been more than 8 days since the order was placed, and that too when it was ordered through amazon prime, which promises guaranteed delivery.

                                        Sir i ordered a laptop on 15th october 2016 through order #[protected]. At the time of delivery amazon india not able to deliver the material on reasonable time. They said that the material has been damaged so it has been not deliverd. After that when i ask him for refund my money. They said it has been initiated b/w 4-5 working days, now it has been over by more than 20 days but still i am suffering for my refund. I also try to contacted with customer care team more than 10 times, but they are unable to resolve my issue, i am going to take a legal action against amazon india or i need a satisfactory compensation for that.
