On 4/10/16 I purchased one Redchief black leather chhapal of Rs.851/- which I paid by ICICi net banking.On 9/10/16 I got one message by amazon that my article succesfully delivered to me but actually article has not been delivered to me.So I have called several times to Amazon agent Sanjay on his cell no but he is not responding. I want to lodge complaint against Amazon & his office bearer/agent regarding misapropriation/cheating to me. I humbly request to take neccessary action against them as early as possible

      Hello sir/madam,

      I have ordered a cell phone with amazon. Day when i ordered it next day eta was showing as 10 oct 2016. I contacted amazon customer care multiple times requesting them to deliver my product before eta. Everytime they kept on telling that they have requested their courier service for high priority delivery. When i asked about what happened to my high priority shipment they kept me telling that it would be delivered on eta. Today being eta i called them and now they are saying that there is no guarantee material would be delivered to me today. Wait for more 24 o 48 hours. Few customer agents assured me that i would get my product delivered by 5 pm today. But still i have not received my shipment. Even i have escalated this matter to their leadership team but they are also saying that wait more. Wait wait and wait, this is just what they are saying. They are bluffing customers like anything. Please can this be escalated to amazon higher management and please ensure delivery today and if not today what is the action taken against their false commitments.

      Please help me!

        I have ordered mobile worth 19500 on 6th Oct 2016 along with prime one year membership. At the time it showed one day guaranteed delivery and showed me the date as 7th Oct 2016 by 8.00 PM. But On the next day i didn't get any message so i have contacted the customer care. As they spoke they confirmed that on the next day i will get the package. But to my surprise mid night at 10.30 they attempted delivery with out any notice and not a single call from the delivery guy at that time. And next day again I have contacted the customer care but they told the same story again and by 9th morning i will get the package. but same thing happen with the amazon again when i ask them about the package they told that due to the courier error it got delayed and confirmed me that on 10th morning it will delivered but for my surprise i didn't get any notification or message form amazon about my package.
        On 9th Oct the package got out for delivery and even by the next it didnt get any update on the delivery. When I contacted the customer care again they told that by 11th will deliver. By paying extra money to get deliver by one day delivery what is issue with amazon. they just rob the customers by falsely showing the one day delivery and two day delivery
        I didn't expect this from amazon. I have really surprised how they are making false stories. When first they attempted the delivery at that time my office still opened. But they told that office was closed and due to that they didn't deliver on that day.
        and for this I wasted my whole weekend
        customer care falsely attempted to convince me.
        updating false updates that my office s closed.
        Intentionally they delayed the delivery.

          I ordered skullcandy uproar about 1, 799 it came on 9 oct but it was sunday. The address was of shop it was close. The deliverboy ce and didn't called us that 'sir your oder has came but the shop is close what should i do???' he should have done pls be fast this is the disadvantage you are very slow very very slow didn't accepted from you amazon shame of shame

            Hi,

            Manish kumar jha here, i am writing a complaint against amazon.com seller because of "on the time of product purchase they are showing the delivery time of normal 3-4 working days, but after the making the payment suddenly have changed the delivery date almost 2 week.

            And the are making fool to costumers to update the wrong status on tracking channels, in my case amazon are showing that your product have been shipped on 6th of oct'16 from bangluru but its not reached to gurgaon on 10th oct'16 till 10 am.

            And have to deliver it in gurgaon but they have been shifted the product in the delhi location, don know why...

            Amazon is doing fraud with the costumers...

              I bought this handset moto g4 plus from amazon india online shopping.
              After 3-4 days o[censored]se the phone started malfunctioning (Ghost touch/started opening and closing lots of apps, deleting important mails from my mail). I called the amazon customer care and asked them for the replacement or refund, they told me as per their policy the phone can't be replaced. The problem stopped happening that day but after 2 more days it happened again then i called them to please provide me the appropriate solution then they told me that i have to go to service center and do some process and collect some form and then they will provide me the return. This solution they are providing me when only 1 day is left for me to claim the return/refund and previously they were misguiding me with wrong information.
              Amazon is selling the defective products and addition to that they are trying all possible ways to not to take the product back even if the issue raised in their policy time frame.

                Please refere the details given in below complaint which i have already filed-

                Seller has got both the couriers on friday (7th oct, 2016) but still they have not started the refund process. When i called him up today he said he is in his village and he will initiate my refund on wednesday. Not sure that they will do that on wednesday. They are just making excuses. Amazon should take care of my refund. Why do i need to take follow up everytime. The order was placed through amazon site so this is their responsibility to take care of it, but they are just not doing anything. Unprofessional people. And why do you tie up with such sellers who doesnt care of their customers. This is more than 1.5 month now. I have all email communication as a proof since when i am taking follow up.

                Amazon do something or else just stop doing these fake promises and unprofessional behavior. (Tambda home furnishing) seller stop making excuses. Still giving you a chance if you dont want to refund my money. Atleast replace it. I have paid total rs.2500/- for the products (Which includes 08 pieces window curtain and 02 pieces door curtains). This is big amount. So refund or replace your choice but atleast reply. This was the last shopping with amazon. Seller contact number [protected]/ [protected].                 Hi,

                I had ordered 3 set of window curtains and 1 set of door curtains on 31st aug, 2016 and i received the same on 8th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected]
                I realised that i need 1 more set of window curtain of the same design for my home so all curtain should look same. So again i ordered 1 more set of window curatin on 9th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected]. I got a call from seller after 1-2 days (10th or 11th sep) that he (Seller) is not having the same design curtains. I told them that i need same design curtains for my home if they are not able to accept my second order then i have to cancel my first order too because i wanted all curtains in same design. When i told this to him, he said they will manufacture the same design curtain for me. And i got may second order on 21st sep, 2016, when i opened my packet it was different from what was order by me. Seller sent wrong order. Next day (22nd sep, 2016) i placed the return request for my both the orders and i called amazon and informed them everything what was happend, they have promised me that they will talk to seller and refund my money. I told them if they are not ready for refund i am okay with replacement but i want same design. Since then i am just taking follow ups. I have called them 12-15 times and i have email communication but everytime i need to expain them everything everytime. Why dont you make a note/ comment when customer inform you about something. Why customers have to explain everything to everybody. These people are so confused. It was a prepaid booking by my credit card. Now they have told me to courier both the packets and i have to pay for these couriers. Today around 1 pm i spoke to utkarsh from amazon it was half n hour call and i told him everything i requested him to please drop me a email whatever the communication was so i should have something in written. He promised me that he will send me a email but still i am waiting for his email. He told me that when call will disconnect i will get some link where i have to give him some good ratings but i told them if you solve my problem then only i will give a good ratings/ feedback. I think they are more concerned about their ratings instead of solving customers problem. I also spoke to pukita from amazon today but she has not done anything. Just false promises. I am a regular customer of amazon and i ordered this product for navratri which is already started but i have not got the product i wanted. You have spoiled my festival. This was my last shopping with amazon. I will make sure that i will tell this incidence to my collegues and freinds so they will be careful. Amazon guys you really need good training. Your services are just going down day by day.

                  I purchase motorola moto g4 plus mobile from amazon.in with in two days i have problem there is over heating issue.
                  Then i call amazon care for replacement or refund but they can't do any thing for me they simply ask me go motorola service center and take the service from them but according to amazon policies it provides 10 days replacement/refund guarantee.

                      I ordered my new phone from amzon.in on 3rd of October on "Great india sale". i opted for 1 day delivery on this site (as i'm a prime customer). when it delivered to me on the next day (4th oct) its seal was torn & package was already open, thus i rejected its product keeping in mind about those online frauds.

                      than i ordered it again on 5th of oct. this time again it was on sale price(7999/-). this time i ordered it on my corporate address ( as this option for delivery is available in amazon, which they say it will get delivered between 9 to 5 pm) but i received the call at 8pm. i mean how unprofessional their delivery team is(first ur taking order to deliver in a particular time bound and than you yourself dont follow it, atleast they should not make fool of their customers). than next day when i called on delivery boy's phone no. he said he cant deliver the package coz his bike is not working well. after 2 days when i checked online its status showed the package is delivered, but i did'nt received it. after calling to amazon customer care several times i got to know that the package is not going to deliver to me, & i'll have to place a fresh order for it(let me remind u that now i can place this order at 1000/-, which is 2000/- higher than the price at which amzon.in have promised me the delivery).

                      if i'd already be aware of this than i definitely wont placed my order wid the amazon.in.

                      (and now i'm able to download my invoice which clearly says the product is delivered to me but in actual i dont received my product.)

                        My problem: on 4th oct, 2016, this order is delivered (Wrongly updated on site as 5th oct) but because of having some defects in it i called to the amazon customer executive and apple customer executive for the replacement of the order. So after long discussion on 5th oct, amazon agreed for the return and replacement over the call and told me that on 6th amazon guy will come to pick it up. So on 6th amazon guy comes and picked the item from my place and gave me one slip (Find in the attachment). After that i called amazon customer executives for the the status of the replacement because on site and application, it is no where mentioned when i will get the replacement. Now they are saying there is no pickup created for this item then how come it was picked from my place. Now they are not helping me with this matter that's why i am writing to you please help me! With this. I have spent my hard earned money here and the indifferent attitude of customer care people is very discouraging to say the least.
                        All voice call are recorded in amazon you can check the recording of 5th oct 2016 time between 12 to 1pm that executive girl clearly told me to return that product. May be both the executive and courier pick up person did all this mutually.

                          I have bought a product online from amazon. But, they have sent me the wrong item. When i complaint about this they have taken back the item and promised to deliver the correct item. But again they have sent me the wrong item. This time i have again complaint about the wrong item. Initially even they do not agree that they have delivered a wrong item. After making a lot of arguments and i supplied evidence about the wrong item, they have agreed that they have delivered wrong item. Now it has been around one month, i am regularly calling them on alternate day and every time they told me that my refund has initiated and arranged a pick up from my home. What is more disgusting every time i get a call, and the courier boy tell that i am standing at the address. But, actually there were nobody in front of my home.
                          The biggest fraud is that amazon has not provided any higher official contact number or email address. The customer support service just talks to people and do not take any further action. They just console customers with big-big attractive sentences.

                          What is more disgusting is that these companies offer large amount of money to media channels to show that they are providing jobs to lots of indians just to obtain faith of the government. But actually they are deliberately diluting the issue that how big fraud they are doing with indians. The government and the media channels are not able to see this backdrop story.

                            I have got a bone to pick with amazon's fake deal.
                            A misrepresentation of cheat discount in period of big sale proves that amazon is turning into counterfeit playground.

                            Look how amazon has ridiculously marked up a product's list price by twice. Oh my god so much savings. Seriously, there's no need to inflate the list price by this much. We know retailers mark up stuff all the time to make you think you're saving more than you actually are but the lengths that amazon and its third party sellers goes is truly unbelievable. For example:

                            I was excited to buy the product and just find out the week later that i would have paid twice as much it's worth. I have added the screenshots for reference.

                            Please take the proper action regarding this and i am looking forward for positive response from your side.

                                I had ordered mi pad on 28th october 2015. Order id:[protected]
                                As per the offer, the cashback was supposed to recieve before 15th jan 2016. I have provided last 3 month bank statement as well. Have written emails kindly as well with giving warnings. Still no response from amazon. Now amazon should pay the cashback along with interest. If amazon is not able to provide cashback then it should stop fooling customers by giving such offers. There are so many better options in market now. I have not ordered single item after this order through amazon. Please take actions towards amazon.

                                      Non delivery of cello ultra casserole giftset 3 pa was ordered and the same was supposed to be delivered on th e8th of october 2015 by the agent whose mobile no being [protected] (which by the way is switched off) now this said agent never came for delivery on both 8 or 9 th of october 2016 andthe message we get is that the buyer wasnot at home. thisisnot possible because it is aplay school and theschoolwasnot shut for holiday even onsundaydue to celebration at the school it was open.

I haven't received any order nor the communication from the team. And today all of a sudden at 6am the order status changes to delivered. The customer people states it's a wrong scan of code. Some states its escalated wait for 72 hours. No is calling me despite multiple contacts and promised follow ups.

                                        This is such a worse service ever.

                                        This is what I've been through since 7th October
                                        7/10 -- Called 17 times including chat and Phone. Out for delivery but no delivery agent contacted me and his mobile is off till this very second.
                                        8/10 -- Called 13 times and been informed and promised that the product will be delivered, multiple promises crap service. Again out for delivery but not delivered.
                                        9/10 -- 6.27AM the order status is changed to delivered. The policies my butt.. I'll have to wait again for more than 72 hours.

                                        The supervisors and the escalation team are so rude that they are simply ending the chat including the agents.

                                        So in total I have to wait for 144 hours.. Where is this mentioned on your website AMA**** team?
