I have purchase a saree from amazon, after i ordered i sent a mail to the amazon customer care about the verification of the quality and they told me that they will make sure that product should be good quality. But when i received the product. It's is defective state so many cuts are present on sarre. I told to customer care about the quality of product. She told why you ordered this product. Why are you ordering for non amazon fulfilled product. Her behavior was very rude.

    I had pre-ordered Chetan Bhagat's book "One Indian Girl" from amazon.in. My address has already been fed into my profile, and thats usually where i get my orders delivered. As expected it reached my apartment, but the delivery boy gave it to another resident of completely another flat in my apartment. He did not bother to call before coming, and didnt even ask them their name before giving the book. And I was at home during this, its not like I was out. What if it had been something expensive and the person receiving it would not have given it to me? Its just pure luck the neighbour is my friend. I want action to be taken, and make sure this doesnt happen again.

      i purchased a mobile moto g costing me rs. 15000. There was a defect in the mobile in earphone jack so i made a replacement request. And the replacement was done with handelling me the replacement slip with the same replacement order. After a month of no response of getting my phone back. I called and mail amazon but they given me reason that my phone replacement has been cancelled if my phone replacement has been cancelled then how can one come with amazon replacement slip and take my mobile phone for replacement. After a much number of tries with amazon i am complaining to u about this. Please help me. Proofs i am attaching with this.

          I had bought Sony Power bank from Amazon with order id[protected] on 18 Sept. which was scheduled to be delivered between 21- 24 September. On the final date of delivery, I contacted Amazon for asking for my product. They assured me of delivery of the same either by that evening or on the next day. Since then I called them several times but of no effect. On 29 September, a person from Blue Dart courier called me to deliver the product in an hour. After an hr or so, I called him for the same but found his number unreachable. On that very day I made a number of calls to Amazon and they did nothing but mere false assurances.
          I have lost much of my time in contacting them. I am n humble need of power bank but due to unsuccessful delivery, I have suffered much problem. My expectations got ruined. I am mentally harassed by them. They, not only retained my money but made me fool also. My studies are highly disturbed.

          Therefore I have come to your shelter with a hope for justice.

            I placed order for two Moto G 4+ mobiles, black colour vide Amazon Order No.[protected] Dtd[protected] and received the same on[protected].Both pieces seems to be refurnished and got hanged time and again.Batteries got hot and warning sign appeared .Within 3hours I contacted Amazon Cus Care.No solution.I have no option except to complain in Consumer Forum against Amazon if my payment of Rs 30000 is not returned urgently.Please reply.I want to return the defective and refurnished products and wants my money back.

            I think no one should order any product through this fraud and cheat company.They advertise to return the product and agree for cash back but infact they dont do so.Cust Care is for brain washing.They politely deny and smartly cheat this nation.It is really very shocking .

            I ordered for two mobiles through amazon.Received defective pieces both.Batteries got heated up.Warning sign appeared showing abnormal bsttery condition .Contacted Cust Care number of times No solution.Not ready to collect defective items.I want my money back.I feel cheated.If not, I will go to Consumer Forum.Please return my money.i am very upset, please do not cheat your customers like this.You have sent fabricated mobiles and it was not expected out you.

                Purchased gionee marathon m4 grey phone from amazon.in through seller telicart on 18.10.2015 via order #[protected].

                I approached gionee's service center (Gc[protected]) in bangalore jayanagar and they issued on 19.09.2016 me a doa letter through which i would be able to return my faulty handset to the seller and get a new handset. Sameday i had approached amazon for the same on 19.09.2016 itself and on 25.09.2016, i was told that i should contact the manufacturer (Gionee) and not amazon.in between i was in constant touch with amazon and different promises were made to me but neither refund nor new handset was provided.

                    My name is harpreet kaur. I am from vill-shahpur. I have placed an order of bms lifestyle wonder pro portable electric sewing machine from amazon india worth rs 2249 on 16 sep. Its estimated delivey date was 22 sep to 27 sep. When i called after this date they ask me to wait for two days. Then i again complaint they said wait for 24 hours. After that when i called and asked refund my money they said wait for one week.
                    They are not delivering the product, nor refunding the money.

                          They wrongly delivered the product to some other place and claimed the product was delivered to me.

                          When i submitted the proof of delivery boy number. +[protected]. They realized it was delivered to some other address.

                          They took more than 10 days to say "investigating" and all of a sudden wrote to me saying "redund issued".

                          Now, it is how giants like amazon wanted us to be! Like salves so they can take on for ride without worrying about constitutional as they think we just shut our mouth when refund is issued.

                          They didn't worry about making the customer wait for no reason and putting the blame of lieing. They simply said now the case is closed as we issued the refund.

                          So they can get away with all the mental pressure they cause to customer.

                          When i wrote and spoke to amazon escalation team, the lady was not able to answer and simply saying "refund was issue so why are you worrying now?".

                          Amazon listen to this, before you call everyone as "valued customer" start "valuing" things.

                          Change your mindset of "we can keep the customer wait for endless days and he will shut his mouth if he give him/her refund".

                          Customer deserves respect and answers. During the interaction, each time i had to call cs team and you never bothers about dates and you kept the customer waiting all the time.

                            I have ordered one plus 3 on 22nd september 2016 from you and i have received product which is not working because of poor condition of delivery (The box seems damage and product looks fine if you look at it or i don’t know why it is not working. Either because received in damage condition box or due to some issue with phone. But only resolution i see as new device replaced and i will not accept a purchase of new repaired device.

                            Now after having 30 minutes of my call with amazon customer care, they asked me to contact one plus 3 and the said they will repair the device and my question is why should i buy new repaired device from amazon (If new phone needs repair), will you personally buy new phone from shop which is not working (Looking at the device it looks fine but box condition was damaged and i thought that’s fine and now the phone is not working at all and it is getting switched on and switched off on its own. I will not accept this order and need new phone in replacement from amazon.

                            The current resolution provided by team over the call is to get this device repaired from oneplus customer care and which is not acceptable as nobody will buy new repaired device. They will buy a device which is at least working and on. I don’t know if phone is not working due to damaged condition of box it was delivered or due to some issue in phone. However. This is unacceptable and need a replacement.

                            Request you to take this up on high priority and replace the device.

                            I need new phone to be delivered and wanted to return this item, looking forward for your positive response.

                                  I ordered a phone of inr 8, 190 from amazon online shopping site on 8/7/2016. I paid the payment via my credit card on installment basis. The expected date of delivery was 13/7/2016. I didn't get any message or updation from their side till 13/07/2016. I called amazon cc center and they told me to wait for 3-4 days more. After 3-4 days, i called them again for any updation of phone, they told me that this item might be lost somewhere and they also don't have any updation of it. After calling them so many times, i got tired to heard their worst excuses and i finally decide to cancel the order. I cancelled and i requested for refund of the amount paid by me in starting. Even for the refund also, i called them about 4-5 times. Finally they refund me the money after about 20 days of cancellation. As my card details were registered there with them, they again withdraw the amount from my hdfc credit card. On discussion with hdfc cc center for credit card statement, i get to know that amazon is withdrawing the monthly installments as well from my card even after cancelling the phone. This is worst situation i experienced with the online site. Being a working lady, i am very busy with my job and other household works. It is not possible for me call the customer cares again and again and complaining for the things every time. I always choose online methods just because of the lack of the time. I really got frustrated out of this matter.
                                  Nowadays what i am doing is just wasting my time to complain for these things..

                                    I made a purchase of 2 ceiling fans on 14th september 2016 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th september 2016 but till date it is not delivered. i called up amazon on 24th and surprised to note that they don't have any track available for the delivery. they promised me that it will be delivered by 27th september but again there was no delivery. on 27th i again called up them, they still didn't have a clue about the shipment. they promised me delivery in 2 days now which was again a false promise. now they are saying that they will settle this transaction in 2 weeks time and i will get back money by 11th october. have i paid them money for taking the claim or for fans. seems they have created fictitious sellers and they simply cheat people and utilize their money. please help me if possible and i want to create a movement against amazon and stop them from playing around with people sentiment and money. it's a big harassment for me and i am sure they will be cheating lacs of people like me everyday.

                                        I purchased a motorola moto g4+ mobile phone from amazone (Order id #
                                        [protected] this month. After using few days, i found it is a defective product as it is malfunction some time when it is connected to charger. I try to replace it from amazon accountas it is under 10 days replacement terms, but there was no return option, so i contacted with amazone customer service. They told me they will run some software on my mobile to optimize it and it will be fix, and also told if it will not fix they will strightly take the return and replace it or will give the money back. After there optimisations the problem was still there, so i contacted with them. They told me to wait for 24 hrs and it may be fix autometically. I have done that. Next day it was the same problem, i contacted again, they told me to send video to them to prove that it is problematic. I sent that also, next day i again call them to return that. They again check the device by there software and agreed that there product is defective and told me that they will take it back and will give me the refund. So they scedule the return pickup on 17th of this month (I. E 17.09.2016). That day morning i got message "your return pickup for[protected] has been scheduled for 17-sep between 8:00am-11:00am. Details: http://amzn.in/4OpEItE". After sometime got another message "your return pickup of moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32... Has been rescheduled. Details: www.amazon.in/orders". After 11.30 am got another message "your return pickup is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 5:00pm-8:00pm by amzagent ([protected]). Details http://amzn.in/iOXXYLV". After 5.30 pm i got message "your return pickup of moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32... Was cancelled at the time of pickup. If you still want to return, please contact amazon.". Then i tried to contact on that number, but when i called to that number at 8 pm, i just heard that the guy was abusing me without any reason, i just dropped the call and contacted to amazon customer care, they told me that they will take action against the courier boy and they will re schedule my pickup. Next day same thing happend, got message of schedule, reschedule and cancel, again and again i contacted with them and they are just gave me assurance to solve my problem, but has done nothing. The strange thing is that every time i got the schedule pickup message, the same mobile number was there and every time it has been cancelled autometically. I contacted with them over the phone and through email, but no result. They are just doing the same mistake again and again. One of there floor maneger took that courier boy number to contact with him, and told me that the number is unreachable, he will contact within one hour and will inform me, but i have not got any information about that, so contacted with them again, honestly speaking i was rude that time, so anaother floor maneger blamed me that i am cancelling the pickup from my side, i am not attending there call from courier. So this is the thing happening with me, i am paying bank emi for the unusable phone, they are harassing me when i am calling, i requested many time to call me back to solve the issue, but i have not received a single phone call from amazon. Now i don't understand how i can handle this situation. Even today 29.09.16 i contacted with them, they assured me that they will solve the issue, but same messages with same number came and pickup cancelled autometically. If there is any suggestions to get rid of these situation please let me know.
