Yesterday i got my delivery against order no[protected], product eluga turno mobile blue.
My wife received the packet and paid rupees 8953/- as cod.
We were shocked when we open the box that old samsung mobile was placed inside new box with partial accessories.
This was really unfortunate and breach of trust.
I am looking forward for support for this fraud and cheating.

    Hi, i am sudeep and has ordered a phone from amazon worth 19000 made the payment online and till today as of now 10-Oct-2016 the amazon customer care has no track of my item and they are ending up saying they will escalate and raise a ticket such a disgrace Amazon service is and when I am trying to go through the return policies they are abonduned in my app.
    What am i suppose to do now?

    If you are going to update me about return policies just let me know when will i get my money back and as i have used mu credit card for the purchase is there any interest ? Is this gonna cost me anything ?

    With regards to my previous complaint i have made against distressing AMAZON which is going horrible day by day marked my complaint as resolved as i have heard nothing and such a disgrace that they dont bother to mail or revert for the issue or the hassle they are causing to me. Please escalate this.
    Believe me bro! They are just boasting, crappy service ever from these guys. They'll just say escalated but it'll not be updated.

          This complaint is regarding my recent order for Haier Fully-automatic Top-loading Washing Machine order number[protected] from amazon.in which was placed on 2nd October 2016 and was about to get delivered on thursday i.e 6th October 2016 but i rescheduled it to get delivered on saturday ( 8th October 2016 ) between 8 am to 1 pm as i get weekend off from office. I waited till 5 pm that day, but i didnt get my product delivered and i decided to talk to amazon customer service. Customer service guy regretted for the delay and managed to convince me that i ll get my product delivered by 10 am next day morning and intentionally updating wrong status as delay delivery on customer request. Next day morning till 11.30 am no delivery nor any status update. I again called to amazon customer service and he assured me that i will get my product delivered by 3 pm and status immediately updated as out for delivery. Till 4:30 pm no delivery and i had to call customer service center again. After so much of high tones talk he assured me that he will make product delivered by 6 pm. I patiently waited till 7:30 but got really irritated when i received text sms on my cell that product cannot be delivered as customer was not available. This annoyed me so much and i again decided to talk to customer service. He talked to me and i request him to cancel my product and initiate refund asap and he transferred my call to the concerned department, there the guy told me that the product didnt reached mumbai as it got damaged while in transport and has already returned back to banglore on 6th of october ( making stories ) and saying that they have have informed me via email about the incident delay, (i have asked can u send me email screenshot but he ignored it) and he again transferred my call further and the next guy again making stories and informing me that they had attempted three times to get product delivered (they even didnt called me once and also we have cctv cameras installed in our society). And finally status is been updated as customer refused delivery. LOL. This is a serious issue and should be exposed highly and socially shared.

          1) Wasted my weekend waiting for product to get delivered staying at home continuously for 2 days during the festival.
          2) false commitment by customer care executives (all of them).
          3) intentionally updating wrong tracking status as "delay delivery on customer request", which i haven't.
          4) making false stories that product ll get delivered within one hour... product didnt reach mumbai only it got damaged while in transport and had to returned back to banglore, , , we have attempted thrice to get ur product delivered but u where not at home.
          5) updating false update that customer refused delivery.

          plz look into this matter seriously.

            Now i got a message could not deliver as customer not available to receive it.

            No body came and no one called me... how can you say not available.
            Dont fool customers.. you bloody amazon.

            This is my last order in amazon.

            You amazon dont fool customers simply... worst

              I ordered one plus 3 mobile phone (Rs. 27999)+ 1 year extended warranty (Rs 1399) on dated 1 oct 2016. I paid the whole money as a single transaction of amount rs. 29398/-. First payment got declined. Then insecond try. I received the message my money got deducted. As 1 year extended warranty did not include my city. So i had no benefit of it. So i cancelled it on dated 1 oct 2016. And i received the refund of it. But as my order was not being confirmed by amazon i cancelled the order and asked my money back on dated 2 oct 2016.
              From 2nd oct 2016 to till now. I have not received my money back. Everytime amazon is giving false statements.
              1) sometimes they say wait for 4 working days. Still no refund processed
              2) sometimes they said contact bank customer care by giving a reference number by email. Also they said my refund of rs. 27999/- is processed on dated 1 oct 2016. But i cancelled the order on dated 2nd oct. How can they process my refund one day before.
              3) later i got mail that my refund is stuck due to some technical issues on their own side.
              4) now they are saying that they have not received my money from hdfc bank so contact bank customer care.
              Everytime i am being said various misleading statements. No refund yet. I am felling very harassed, helpless, and insecure regarding my money.

              I ordered one plus 3 mobile and 1 year extended warranty of net worth Rs 29398 on 1 oct 2016. Due to some reason i cancelled the 1 year extended warranty on dated 1 oct 2016 the refund of which has been given to me of amount Rs. 1399 . But i also cancelled the order of One plus 3 on dated 2 oct 2016. But till now no refund. Sometime they say refund issued from our side contact bank customer care then later they say refund is stuck on our side due to technical problem. wait for another 5-7 days. Every time they are saying to wait . but i am not getting refund.
              Very frustrated by poor customer service and i am feeling insecure regarding my refund .

                I raised a return request for a product and it hasn't been picked for so long. They automatically reschedule the pickup and moreover when I contacted their agents on chat, they provide with wrong re-assurance that it will be picked.

                Customer agents told me that it will be picked on saturday, but no one came. When I contacted them on sunday, they said pickup will happen on sunday, but again no one came. I am really upset and no one seems to understand my concern. I request to take serious action against them. I feel scammed. My money is hanging in the pipeline.

                    I have been dealing with Amazon Support Team for an issue with regard to the ORDER #[protected]

                    I completely understand that Amazon has some policies and they stick to it; however, upon customers request it should be more flexible.

                    I place the above mentioned order on 4th of October. I forgot to opt for the one day delivery option as I was in urge to place the order(it is my mistake). I then contacted your support and informed them about the mistake i've done and requested them to deliver the product on or before 8th of October which is 4 days from the ordered date and I was ready to pay the one day delivery amount for the same.

                    I have contacted support team and have spoke to almost 8 representatives, and each one of them sounded so different( no team work, no uniqueness), but the only thing which made them all unique was their skill of copying and pasting the same template. Each of them just used the same template, they just copied and pasted the same template without even understanding the actual concern and did not even check the case history.

                    I have wasted most of my time with your support team and at last it ended up with a huge disappointment and it was not only a disappointment, also annoyed me by each one of them.

                    The main reason why I am writing up this complaint email is that because of the last representative with whom I had chat.

                    He brutally ended the chat after being tried to chase me. He initially tried to chase me and when I asked him directly whether he was trying to chase me, he then disconnected the chat brutally.

                    I am attaching the screenshot of the same and the chat history too.

                    See, as I am being a customer there is nothing wrong in showing my emotions as the criticality of the order is so high and yes the support must be capable of handling the frustration of any customer. Why am I showing my frustration?? because, none of the support representative took my request with high priority and did not help me at all, so I had to show my frustration.

                    The name of the representative was Satyam, who abruptly disconnected my chat.

                    I want you to take severe action on the person who sounded so much rude and abruptly disconnected my chat.

                    I do not mind them not being helpful, but at least should have not sounded rude and not disconnected the chat abruptly.

                      I have ordered a Bosch WAK24168IN Fully-automatic Front-loading Washing Machine (7 Kg, Grey) on sale. They have shipped via blue dart and in between they have returned the product to seller. I have contacted the customer care and they initially assured that product will be delivered.                         I have ordered a dell inspiron 3558 notebook (5th gen intel core i3- 4gb ram - 1tb hdd - 39.62 cm (15.6)- ubuntu) (Black) on 3rd october 2016 and still it is not delivered. I have called customer care service 5 times bt they have been saying your product is on ur way or dispatched, wait at home shall recieve by 8pm but still it is not recived.. Dont knw wat yo do..                               I have purchased this product from Amazon India on 24 sept 2016. And from the first day onward the phone is heating too much and the charger which come with it also heating too much. Even i use or download any video from internet its temperature is beyond to normal or any video i play it is heating like boiling egg. And within 10 day the phone is not charging at all. I dont know what should i do with this phone. They gave me defective phone even the brand Amazon India selling defective phone. I trust a lot on Amazon India before this incident.

                                My husband bought iphone 6 from amazon for me as a gift, but when i opened the seal, the phone was broken, i didn't even switched it on. The company is fraud with no exchange and return policy. What should i do with this broken phone. As i've spent huge amount for this phone, i want my money back. And from now, we should never buy anything from this fraud company.

                                  I had ordered for HP USB 3 Button Wired Optical Mouse (Grey) with model no: KZ248AA. But amazon sent me a totally different product of model HP MODGUO available at amazon.in at Rs.348 through this link: http://www.amazon.in/HP-Optical-Buttons-windows-supported/dp/B00HYWW9CO?tag=goog... Amazon charged me Rs.390 for the product, ie; higher than the MRP, plus delivery Rs.40. The product sent to me was of a different model no. which even looked different (that means these guys didn't even compare the damned product with the item ordered look wise). So, they charged me more than the MRP for the wrong product. I sincerely think that if these guys cannot deal with product specification such as model no., etc then these guys should stop selling products to us. This was customer service at its nadir. When I called up to complain about this I was kept on hold by the executive for 12 minutes who later transferred the call to his senior. She came on the call on the 17th minute to just sweetly tell me to initiate a replacement. I feel cursed that I had to waste so much time and go through the whole ordeal to open a product and see it is the wrong product. And now to top that, I need to initiate a refund. All in all, the worst experience. Charged above the MRP for a completely different model that even looked different from what I had ordered for. And then waiting for 17 minutes to be guided to a "how to initiate a refund" story. Bravo, keep up the dismal job!

                                    I received my moto g 4 plus defective.
                                    The first one had the power button stuck inside and the second one has ghost touch issues while charging.

                                    . Amazon n moto doesn't care of their customers at all.
                                    Amazon wale phone wapis nhi le rahe mujhe bas 2 days hue h use krte hue aur etni sari prob arhi h. Amazon wale bolte service centre jao and waha se likha wa ke leke ao. Motorola wale bolte h ki phone me koi problm nhi h charging ke time phone mt use kro etc. Koi bhi zimedari nhi le raha.                                       Sir amazon has blocked my account i hv received the product but not able to get the bill because account is blocked. These are the details of my amazon account.                                         Ordered Phillips speaker during the diwali offer, I was supposed to get it by 6th October.. Guaranteed.. But its been 2 days, I still didn't receive yet. If I call the customer care, they promise to delivery the same day but they are useless.. What's more frustrating is that they goo[censored]p somewhere and give false reasons like the owner was not present at home everyday..
