Today i receined the above said product from amazon india order no[protected]. The trouser code date is 4/15. By giving discount sending very old code dated stock and cheap quality products. They said its from from third party not able to replace product. When we are purchasing no manufacturing code date mentioning and not saying third party delivery will not be ablie to be replaced feel simply cheating the customers pl try to intiate some action

      Sir i ordered a printer of hp 2135 on 4th of oct. 2016 with one day delivery charged that i will receive that printer on 5th that is my son's birthday.
      I wanted to gift my son on 5th oct. That is why i ordered with one day delivery option and i paid the extra amount of one day delivery.
      I have not received my order on 5th oct. We all waited for that on the birthday party and i repeated tell my son that wait some more time you will receive your gift but all night my son was waiting for the gift.
      Ame night on 5th oct. I called your customer care person and told whole story he apologized and said that you will definitely receive your order tomorrow.
      But the result is same no one came to deliver my product. I called every day and talked to your customer care persons, but every time different person same answer that you will receive your product tomorrow so can you suggest me what should i do and how can you give back my moments to my son that he waited from 5th oct. Till date.
      I am very sorry to say that your commitment is very up to mark.

      Amazon is a big company and this type of work done non delivery of a product and non serious type of business i am sorry i have a bad experience with your company.

        Ordered on 3 October 2016 Order#[protected]

        above order which is supposed to be completed/delivered by 7th October 2016 is still not delivered. Made many complaints with customer care of Amazon but in-spite of repeated assurances of delivery the mobile has not been delivered. Since I have an exchange scheme I have closed my existing phone and kept ready for exchange. Resultantly I am practically with no mobile and feeling handicapped.

        Please look into this problem and resolve forthwith.

          Hi,

          I ordered one of the product (kingston 8gb ddr3 pc3l 1600mhz low voltage sodimm laptop ram (kcp3l16sd8/8) which is not delivered on time while order is in same city since 1or 2 days.

          They were giving so many fundas/excuses at last moment one of the customer care asked me why did you choose amazon and gave order on amazon.

          This kind of customer care are talking with customers.

            I have ordered asus zen max 32gb by paying amount of 13, 188 on oct 3 2016. My delivery date is 7th october but till now did not receive the order. I have called the delivery boy phone number which i got the message from amazon but that is not the correct number. When i called the customer service they are saying that it is out for dele very from 7th october. When asked about the mobile number of the delivery person they are not able to provide. I am frustrated with amazon. This would be my last booking from amazon.

              I had ordered product on amazon on 3rd oct, under prime, which was to be delivered on 5th oct. However till date i have not received the product. I spoke with ujjaraparveen, sujata, nagarajan, pugali, viknesh, bhaskar, sailaja, finally their manager dheeraj, and his manager rahul.
              They all have been giving me different information about my product.. Finally they admitted that the product is lost on its way. They are not willing to give me accurate information, one said it'll be delivered on 5th at 9.30 pm, while others have different time n dates. All empty promises. Finally rahul too came up with similar information n said that product will not be delivered today as well.. They are not even willing to compensate me for the days wasted waiting for the delivery guys. I need my product and compensation along wit some action taken against..

              Today is the 11th n still no product received. Manager Dheeraj said that product will be received today while exec support agent Riaz said that product is lost by courier company and they are going to refund.. this is not fair after spending 7 days waiting for the product due to the incompetence of their employees, after going through so much of stress and anxiety they are just saying that they are unable to

                  In the box there is only watch case and manual, not watch.
                  the cost of product is 3, 232 rs.
                  it is cheating of that seller, and the delivery of product is too late in ems speed post.

                    Sir order no.[protected], dt-03 oct 16,[protected], dt-03 oct 16,[protected], dt-04 oct 16,[protected], dt-04 oct 16, are placed successfully. but message are coming are like this your package with denim jeans, sandisk cruzer, red carpet sarees could not be delivered. earlier message came that your package with so and so items are despatched. why this type of messages are coming?. none of the items are arrived here on given address till date.

                      Dear amzon team,
                      I have order one car vaccum cleaner of black & decker brand but unfortunately i din't got this product the reason of a cancellation given was unavailablity of consumr but the fact is you guys have not attempted a delivery i dont know what went wrong to amazon but its such a bad experience for a consumer i have never ever expected this from amazon, from 4th of october i am constantly following up for this particular order every day your customer care executive give new reasons for not delivering the product unfortunately after 4days of follow up i recieved mail from amazon that this product cannot be delivered to me as this product is cancelled due to unavailability of consumer i mean what the hell is this the kind of fake services you guys provide please dont run such schemes,
                      I know its difficult to run a promotional schemes like you guys do but is it too difficult too handle then please dont run such schemes because it affects your brand name, i have never expected such incident from such a good brand i am a loyal consumer of amazon but unfortunately i ve have to stop buying anything from amazon after this incident

                        Amazon india refuses to initiate refunds on mobile phones, regardless of reason. They claim its due to a policy change that occurred in september. However, no intimation regarding the same was put forth to its consumers.in addition they still falsely advertise 100% consumer protection and an easy returns policy on their mobile phone pages (Refer photo). This is an unethical practice at least, if not unlawful on their part.

                          I order 3 items on 5th of oct 2016 on one day delivery basis i made a prepayment it should deliver on 6th but amazon customer told me due incorrect courier facilty ur product is'nt deliver on 6th promise me to deliver on y7th but there are no status show until today. status of product is on delhi 8am on 7th, but not deliver.
                          I told customer service 8 to10 times but he told me every time ur product deliver today i ma totally tired amazon service

                              Hi, i have ordered a washing machine on 2nd oct. The delivery is promised on 6th oct. I see the tracking details updated that 'delivery attempted but customer was not available' on 6th. Again on 7th same story. I am at home both the days, no one has come neither i got a call.

                              I am not sure how courier guy can put such a lie and amazon entertains it. Had a call with customer care 4 times in 2 days, every executive promised that he will take care personally and get this delivered on same day. But all nothing but a lie.

                                    Order #[protected] not delivered for 2.5 days though unpaid for one day guaranteed delivery. Amazon just updates the status as 'attempted for delivery' just to avoid the refund of deluvery charges for not keeping up the promises. Worst ever services seen.

                                        From last 2 days they are sending sms that product is delivered but no one is intimating me and as well as i hav not received the product and sms has been coming that product is delivered ...when customer care service is called they are telling to wait for 1 days again the next day wait for 2 more days...horrible experience...when im telling to cancel my products n refund money they r explaining its against policy...
