I have bought juicer mixer from Amazon for Rupees 2219/-. Your Sales man said that if you make payment from your card than there is a 10% cash back policy or refund amount will be come on 2 days but till date there is no cash refund to me.
Kindly as soon as possible please refund the amount.

    They have banned my account for cod when I call them they say you should order with debit card or online banking otherwise you can't order I waited for 4 to 5 month I used my brother account I created a another account and it's saying enter another mobile number once we given a number for delivery details the number won't work for another account already my primary banned account was linked with my mother one so they say either you order with debit card or don't shop in Amazon many problems facing with Amazon before 1 month ordered a redmi note 3 they given refund for 1 month and talked in a abused manner I have given a complaint in consumer also please take serious action and mainly they are cutting our calls when we are talking Flipkart many other shopping sites don't do this kind of things really we are done with Amazon

      Yes I have 3 charges on my credit card that I don't understand if I bought some thing from yall please tell me what it was I have charges of 5100, 49.22, 10.81 I don't think I made these so please check and let me know .Well I really don't understand what I am leaving out. I thought it was pretty plain that I have 3 charges on my credit card from AMZN.com/bill that to the best of my knowledge I did not buy ars did I receive any thing from them to justify these charges so I would appreciate you looking in to this and let me know what you find. I called them but never could understand what the lady I was talking to said. Any help will again be appreciated DRR

          I just realized my credit card kept going up in amount owed instead of less as i have made large payments each month. I have never used amazonmarketplace nor did i know that it even existed. I just discovered i have been getting charges at least clear back to 6-02-16, sometimes two or three a month. I have no knowledge of these charges or what they are for. I hope we can resolve this matter and have these taken off my account and no further charges applied.             I have ordered 4 ticket compliments gift cards of Rs.10000 each via Order ID[protected]. The order was delivered on 7th of August 2016 but unfortunately the stuff that was delivered by Amazon courier services was not containing any gift card in it. Then I registered a complaint with Amazon regarding this and on 25th August 2016 Amazon accepted A to Z Guarantee claim was accepted according to which Amazon told me that with in 2 weeks whole money of Rs.40000 will be refunded to me. On 4th September 2016 Amazon blocked my account and thereby they were not listening to my query. On 9th September 2016 I recieved a stuff by Bluedart courier on which Amazon sticker was placed and was containing 2 gift cards only and when I talked regarding this to amazon they were not aware about these 2 gift cards. So I talked to Gift card company regarding this so they told me the 2 gift cards that was delivered having a balance of Rs. 3200 in one card and Rs.200 on the other card. The gift card company told me that these 2 gift cards that was delivered to me had been used on 6th August 2016.
            And as I mentioned earlier the delivery of blank envelopes took place on 7th August 2016 and card had already been used on 6th September. It totally indicates that there is involvement of gift card company's employees.

              And you are not returning it. The only option i have its replace. But i don't want to replace it. I need other product or need my money back.

                I ordered beats speaker worth rs 14000 in offer at 1099 rs . but after that company sent duplicate and when i called amazon they said it is origional i have recording of the same . so company is cheating by sending duplicate products and saying fully origional products in tv adsbt sending duplicate items and after that while contacting saying it is geninue product . cheaters fake amazon . will go in consumer court and file a case for this with all proofs like as bill speaker recording of amazon etc. also i will contact media and will tell about truth of this amazon website so can help people before getting cheated beore diwali .

                  In august i had created my amazon.in account by the amazon.in mobile android app, since there is an option of creating account only with a mobile number, so i followed same and didn't entered my email address. The account was by mobile number : [protected] and name of account holder was shobhit gnagwar

                  Than around 30th of august i ordered a coolpad mega 2.5d on my delhi addresss by cod, my order id was[protected]. The order was delivered and there was no problem, than on around 14th of september i placed an order for coolpad mega 2.5d back cover on my bareilly address and paid online, payment was successfull and order was placed, but after sometime it was cancelled and money was refunded.

                  From that day all my orders were automatically cancelling than on 21st september i recieved a gift voucher of amazon of rs 200 from a gaming site, i tried placing order on 21st september using that gift voucher but again cancelled and after 3 tries i was unable to access my account.

                  I called amazon.in customer service for more than 30 times but all waste as they said that they are not having access to blocked account database.

                  So i kindly request that either amazon.in refund my gift voucher of rs 200 or simply unblock my account.

                    This is very angryfull moment sir I am a nit Agartala student sir I ordered a t-shirt on the Amazon at 6 September 2016 but my delivery is very very late today is 27 September sir your delivery is very slow next time I and my friends didn't order Amazon site because this have careless behaviour for his customer this is wrong for a customer thanku sir.

                      It is not ethical to send an apology letter when a promise can't be kept on Order#[protected]. Due to delay in delivery huge losses have been incurred to me. I couldn't attend my online classes because of I trusted amazon company over flipkart. It has hurted and hurted like hell. One thing i realised that customer service executives have been given scripts and according to the scripts they are playing their roles. I'm really disappointed with amazon's services. Many times I have contacted though no positive responses from their side. Weird services indeed..How can it be possible"Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company"! If customers are deceived.
                      This is not expected from a company like amazon.
                      Worst services i've ever seen till date. Beware of amazon ...

                        I havent received the said mail and post raising the issue with Amazon, they responded saying that the mail gift card would be sent by Amex (the bank). I have reached out to Amex and they responded that it is a campaign by Amazon and the gift card would be sent by Amazon.

                        Post this i have raised this issue multiple times with Amazon, they still stick with the same line that they are not responsible for sending the gift card. If I state the amex response, then there is no response from them.

                        Need your help to get my entitled cash back (in the form of gift card as proposed).

                          I bought moto g4 plus mobile on sept 07 from amazon. But on sept 20 my mobile was dead. It's not even charging. I want refund my money back. Please provide better solution for me. And customer service also not taking proper action. I am fed up with this mobile. I need my money back. The problem with the mobile is, mother board problem. Within 15 days i am getting this problem. Please refund my money or replace with new mobile.

                            I had ordered a book in amazon.in based on amazon fulfilled label on it which is been told genuine products. But the product is not genuine. It is having worst paper quality i ever experienced. I ordered only because it was fulfilled product by amazon. But i was completely cheated on this. Very worst service by amazon. Unfortunately i can't return the product. But i am not placing an order again in amazon.

                              My name is debdas debnath. Regarding about my courier charges not refund by amazon.

                              I am send my canon e510 colour multifunction inkjet printer by courier on 24/08/2016 and amazon recived it 01/09/2106.

                              After so much time finally i received my refund rs 4900 from amazon for canon e510 colour multifunction inkjet printer (Refund received on 16/09/2016). And courier charge rs 100 partly recived by check (Total courier charge rs 1120).

                              But till now i not get my total courier charge rs 1120 refund. Already request for this but no one care my refund.

                              For this i am send my courier charge bill photo copy.
                              So i complaint about this. So request to amazon arrange my courier refund.

                                I have purchased a speedlink xeox controller for pc in july but it was not working well and it has warranty of 1 year. I have asked for my refund but i have not received any reply from the company or the seller. Although the company replied and they asked for copy of the invoice. Even thoigh i have given them the invoice copy they haven't solved my issue and haven't replied yet. Please solve this issue as soon as possible and provided my refund for the defective product which i have received.

                                  I order redmi note 3 from amazon.in order #[protected] and it was defected so i returned it. i self shipped the product as pickup service is not available in my city through aramex international and the product already delivered to them on 10th august 2016. now around 1 and half month passed but i didn't get my refund. i also send them the proof of delivery of my shipment but no response from them yet. i want my refund back as soon as possible. i have to buy another phone. i am facing difficulties due to their poor service.

                                    my self tushar bhole and I have ordered Samsung on 7 pro(mobile) on 21 july 2016 order no Order #[protected], #[protected] and when i was not satisfied with this phone I have ordered a request for the refund. As per the process of amazon 1st they picked the Samsung on 7 pro (mobile) and then they will provide me the refund. When amazon came for picking my Samsung phone by mistake I have given my My phone Trio Superfone - T5000 (white colour phone) on 3/8/2016 and I did not get my phone till now. I have return the Samsung 0n7 pro gold and i had also received the amount for that but the concern is when i will get my old phone back which i have given on 3/8/2016 it has been now 2 month when i will get my old phone back?amazon told me that they lost my phone and unable to provide refund.my phone cost is rs 1599 and I want refund last time when I spoke with amazon they told me that they will provide me the refund but I did not get n now amazon is not replying to my mails and calls. Please help me

Now they are denying for the same .. I am totally mentally frustrated from this guys.

                                        I sent the mail to [protected]@amazon.in for making my Gift Card Balance Rs.0.00 ( It was their Technical Problem)..But I Did not Got the Reply from them...When I Talked To Them ...They are not giving the satisfy reply..I also ask for Compensation( For Wasting My Time) of Rs.50 ..Their Agent ( Name - : Loheswari ) agreed to provide me the compensation of Rs.50 Within 24 Hours But I did not got they compensation amount yet..I also Chat With Their One More Agent ( Name - : Vishaka) For the this Matter.. She also Did not gave me satisfy Reply...
