I placed an order with amazon datawind tablet tracking id[protected] & order #[protected] of rs. 3636 but the problem is that they are delaying the delivery called amazon's customer care no. But no executive is helping they don't know about the package where is it located. They are unable to trace the package. Kindly help in this matter. Thanks....

Amazon gave me cheque of inr 399 for a product return. I submitted the cheque in sbi and today i got to know that cheque was not processed and sbi has deducted inr 172 also for cheque returning
I lost many classes for this purpose and each class costs around inr 1000 and also i have spent on transportation as well
As it is amazon gave me refund for the order 4months after i applied for it and on top of that even after i asked...

I bought accuchek active sugar testing machine from amazon. The seal of box was broken. Bubble packing had no air in it. Being a verified purchaser i tried to post review mentioning above, giving only one star but they didn't allow. I rated amazon one star in google play store even that was not allowed. Does anybody care? Amazon only likes good rating?...

I ordered iball wing tablet (8 inch, 2gb ram+16 gb internal) from amazon.in through credit and it got delivered on 22.08.16 but once i opened the sealed pack i found display with damage. i want to replace it with good one but amazon only have money refund option... please do the needful. my details given below

I had booked our mobile (Lenovo vibe k5 (Grey, 16gb) on 8 th august 2016 it dispatched through the indian post tracking no. Is aw[protected]in according to tracking no. Material already reach at sitamahari but actually when i inquire over this post office they were told till now material had not reached.
O please take care about this material and send me its current status by today. Its payment mode by credit card,...

Product estimated delivery date was 20th to 22nd august 2016 but i haven't received it till today[protected].
Inspite of receiving the item i have received a message that your product has
Been delivered which is not true. I have talked to customer care but didn't got

Even though the product was not delivered i was asked by the agent to pay for the product. After opening the parcel i realised there is only one bottle (Argan oil) but had paid for rose hip oil also (Total amount 7154). Had informed the same on 3 june 2016 but the money has not been refunded till date.

I was asked to save my bank details so that it can be directly refunded to my account....

Very very worst amazon site. Dont buy in amzon.

I ordered dell inspiron 5559 15.6-inch laptop (Core-i7-6500u/16gb/2tb/windows 10), silver - aug15. Ordered, payment success. Delivery date they mention 20th. But still they not dispatched. Now the date is 23.

I speak with customer care. Very very worst response. 4times i speak. 2 times they told out of stock. Another 2times technical issue told..
