I did an order (No[protected] on 21st september 2016. They gave me an expected delivery time within 4th october. They showed they were to send the docket through gati courier service. On 4nd october i received a message from gati, it said my docket is out for delivery and i need to contact the delivery person nandita jana/[protected]. When i contacted the person he gave me two mobile numbers to contact both of them were switched off. So when i again contacted nandita jana/[protected] he said he does not know anything, i better need to contact gati courier service if i need any further update. So i contacted[protected], they gave me a complaint number 31207738 and told me within 4th october it will be delivered. But around 6:30pm i saw no sign of them so again contacted nandita jana/[protected]. This time he gave me another number [protected] which was luckily active, the boy told me, he can't deliver the docket that day, but nest day, 5th october it will be delivered. So i said okay. But on 5th october amazon sent me a message that the docket was tried to deliver but they couldn't get me, so it's re-scheduled, when i called the person [protected], on 10:00 am he said, i don't need to worry it will be delivered within 1 pm on 5th october. But when the clock crossed 1:30 pm i called him to know the status, but he again and again rejected my call just after receiving. So i contacted kharagpur gati office ([protected]), but they are same, no response. When i called gati care[protected] they told i will have it within next day. That means the delivery is going to be done on 6th october, 2 days more than the expected delivery date given by amazon. When i again contacted amazon care[protected], they told same, i need to wait for another day. May be they are not taking things seriously, or they already knew there is no law to punish them even if they do such late delivery. India post which is renowned for it's late delivery takes 4/ 5 days to deliver amazon dockets but only gati is the courier service that takes 16 days and even they don't know when they are going to finally deliver it.

    I had bought a mi max from amazon on oct 1 which was delivered to me on oct 2. After a day usage i found that the phone was heating too much and even the phone performance was slow in the terms it was lagging and rear camera has a very poor quality. I went to their returns page and followed the process till smartchk app. The app didn't go from step 2 to step 3 and prompted to contact amazon customer service. I had a chat will them and they said the specialty service team will call me but they didn't. Finally i called them and reported about this issue and they said me to go and contact mi service center for the issue. What's the point in buying a device with a return policy of 10 days and if the product isn't satisfactory you can't even return it and the service people ask you to go and contact makers straight away. I want to return this and need my money back. Being a frequent buyer at amazon and after this experience definitely no more buying from amazon here after.
    Additionally, even the battery isn't standing up for a day now though the phone is powered with 4850 mah battery.

    Highly disappointed.

      The product i received stopped working after 2 hours. If iam asking for replacement or refund they say me to go here or there. This is policy that is policy. If i dont have time how i would go. Even customer care executives are unprofessional and sup are rediculous. These people are behaving frustrated. No body provides resolution they provide us policy. No customer centric company.

        Before placing the order of Dish TV I confirmed the time for installation and the seller confirmed me 48 hour. But after order it is showing 10 days. When I contacted Amazon they told me delivery will take 10 days but installation after delivery is 48 hours. After 5 days the item is not even dispatched. I request amazon to stop fooling customers. None of the E-commerce site takes more than 5 days just to dispatch the item.

          Dear Amazon Team,

          Amazon claims that its Earth most customer centric company but its shameful for such a big multinational company using this type of cheap tricks to steal the hard money of a customer. I have ordered 4 items against order no.[protected] on 1st October 2016 in Great Indian Sale which total transaction value is Rs. 7246 By ordering this i am eligible for 15% cash back of Rs.1087 as i ordered the same from HDFC Bank credit card but due to mistake of Amazon team 1 item from my order delivered to wrong courier hub that is Jaipur instead of Raipur as shown in my Amazon mobile app account. After this amazon cancelled the order of 1 item without taking customer concern and due to which i will bear a loss of Rs 1087 (15% of Transaction amount Rs 7642 ) please compensate 100 percent of my losses. Amazon claims earth most customer centric company but the customer care Executive are the most unresponsive, terrible, unhelpful and cut the lines by saying that they are there only for giving information not for the solution.
          If its mistake from amazon than why should customer bear the loss.
          Please show cause with in 24 working hours otherwise i will go to consumer court for the mental harassment and monetary losses and claims the amount with compensation due to the mistake done from Amazon India Operations and for fake promises done by Amazon India.

            Bought product on January and got useless product and returned the same and I am having the return summary in hand. return pick up actually done on January Month it almost completed 10 month but the Amazon people says we are not responsible for your refund and said to contact the seller directly and the person cut the call while talking. Is this is the way to respond customer . I am having the call record of the same surely I will share this in social network . worst Amazon products and worst Amazon experience.

              Have placed one order in amazon and the order had 2 packages to be delivered. Only one package was delivered and amazon site displays the order in delivered state. Upon contacting the seller, the seller says that it was delivered. If you track it via fedex website the website shows that one package was delivered and the other was returned to the seller. Upon calling customer care executives once they filed a complaint and upon calling second time they say we are investigating and it will take two weeks more. It has been 22 days since i order the product and amazon is showing order status as delivered without which is wrong.
              The order was never received hence never signed for receipt. But the seller says it was signed. If so then this is an act of forgery also.

                I have placed one order in Amazon and the order had 2 packages to be delivered.                   Hi, This is Sushil Contact- [protected] email address - sushil.[protected]@gmail.com. I have bought a Samsung Led with Order No.[protected].in the month of May 2016. It is really surprising that within few month o[censored]se only the screen developed spot & lines on it.Since yesterday it stopped working. I bought the Samsung product thats also with Amazon for quality assurance. I am really shocked with the experience and expect a good assistance from Amazon as it is reputed as Customer oriented company along e-commerce companies.

                  Above mentioned complaint is still not attended by Amazon. If the customer service of the largest e-commerce do require more than 24 hours to atleast reply on their Customers. Just surprising.

                    I ordered a mobile in amazon, and they promised to deliver on 28th September. I received a message on 26th september that product is delivered, without delivering the product to me. I raised a complaint and they asked me to wait till October 1 st for the next action. When i contacted the amazon team, they are not responding and is not ready to refund the money. Am out of station and not in a position to receive the product any more and am mentally effected badly that am even losing my sleep because of this fear of loosing money and i dont want to have any business relation of product purchase with Amazon. Such is their response, i need the refund and compensation for the mental stress they created which is impacting my mental health. Order ID reference[protected]

                    Without delivering the product they say that there is policy of only replacement and am out of the ordered city to receive a replacement.

                      I got faulty product spike guard ... i wanted return or refund... no one was coming for pick up ..so i insist to refund or replace with amazon associate ..after half an hour .. account is closed permanently ... not only my account but all the account of 12 family member ... we bought lot of purchasing since 2014 ... the reason they give is ..too many returns .. and amazon think that we buy things for re -selling ... all they stated is false .. i can give my adhar no. etc. for proof .. but they close all our family member .. for no reason ..problem is what about the warranty on the product ..and gift card amount ...they do not reply jow ..what to do ..

                        I purchased a smartphone from amazon on 2nd October and paid 100 Rs. extra for the fast delivery the product within a day. I got the notification that the product will be delivered by 4th October (today). Now, it's 7 pm, and I have not received the product.
                        I am leaving Delhi for a 15 days toor to Chennai tomorrow morning, that is why I paid 100 Rs. extra for a fast delivery. I received a text message about the phone number of the courier boy who will deliver the product. I called him many times, but his phone is switched off from hours.

                        If I am not getting my product today, then the extra 100 rs. paid by me is a waste, plus I will have to cancel my order, and I will not be available to receive it next day.

                        My concerns are:
                        1. Why I was charged 100 Rs. extra for a false commitment of timely delivery?
                        2. Will that 100 Rs. will be refunded to me if I am not getting my order today?
                        3. Why am I getting the number of such an unprofessional courier boy whose phone number is switched off?

                        I hope I will get a fast solution without suffering.

                              Hi team,

                              I would like to inform you that i have received a defected product form amazon.in, which sounds to be a very reputed e-commerce giant. Besides that i am purchasing goods from amazon since last three years.

                              But this time on september 9, i ordered a one plus brand phone worth rs. 28000, which got delivered to me on september 13.
                              I just un-boxed the device and started it for the very first time, it worked well for 30 min. Post which the product never worked and within same date of delivery i raised my concern with amazon.in highlighting the issues with the product.
                              Further to which, they asked me to take the phone to nearest one plus service center. Then i went to one plus service center. Where the executives advised me to get the product repaired.

                              Now, just imagine how awesome it this : to get the phone repaired, instead of replacement, when the product has not been for for an hour.

                              Since, september 13 : amazon.in and one plus team is just making me to go back and forth and i am roaming among them two with no concrete resolution for replacement or refund up till now.

                              On september 19, they mentioned in one of their email that amazon.in has the policy to refund or replace a product within 10 days or purchase.
                              This is again a very generous step from them, if i got the product on september 13 and same day i raised the complaint for the product being defected.
                              Then where is an issue with my act, since they only wasted my 10 days by misguiding me at each and every step, and when those 10 day time passed they simply started about advertising their policy of refund and replacement. This is really a fraud amazon.in doing with their customers; even their cc executives are so rude ; they don't even listen to the requests which a customer is making.
                              I am really feeling depressed since my rs 28000 is on stake.

                              Hence, requesting you team to kindly take a serious action against amazon.in to help me and kindly do the needful.

                                  I had successfully completed the quiz questions and as per your instruction i had made a payment of rs. 250.00 from my airtel mobile number ([protected]) a/c dated 04/09/2016 with txn id : 84992602 but till date i have yet not received any confirmation from your end. Hence either send the confirmation along with the i phone 7 or else i want my amount refunded at the earliest. Other wise i will take the necessary legal action against this company.

                                    I was sold an used phone fraudulently through amazon. I spent 15000 for the Moto 3 on Sep 14 2016. When it was delivered on Sep 18 i immediately notified amazon of the fraud and the package was collected on Sep 19 with a promise for refund / replacement within 6 - 9 days. It is now 15 days amazon is refusing to refund me. I am exploring my legal options as well. Not sure of the best way to resolve this. Multiple attempts to reach amazon via email has yielded no response. I had a chat with a customer rep who was rather rude.

                                      This is to inform you that i am a customer of amazon far very long period and i always recommend your website to my friends also. i gifted some product to one of my female friend in himachal nadaun place and the delivery agency did not delivered that product at home and compelled my friend to pick that product from there address and they were three delivery boys kidding with the customer and asking for the payment and extra charges.whereas i already paid that amount by debit card and miss behave with her i am sorry to say if this kind of behavior will be continued then i will not shop from amazon anymore.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I had ordered a moto g play, 4th gen (Black) with free power bank on 1st october and selected paid delivery so as to receive it in 1 day. I did avail for the paid delivery option as i would be travelling on wednesday evening to meet my parents and this was gift for my father. I did receive the phone on same day (2nd october evening) but the power bank was missing.

                                        So immediately i called customer care and asked for the free power bank. Representative name prachi attended and she confirmed that the package will be picked from my billing address (My office address) as in day time i am in office (As i had requested her). But i got a message that my order will be picked up from the shipping address (My home address).

                                        I again called the customer care and then another representative by name vikram confirmed that package will be pickup in evening from by shipping address and a new will be delivered to me by wednesday. He had also sent a mail for that to me.
                                        But till evening i didn't receive any message and so i called the customer care again. I spoke to azar who later transferred the call to vidya from the escallation department (As told by her). She said that the package can only be picked up tomorrow (Tuesday 4/10/16) but she can't assure that the package will be redelivered to me by wednesday or even by thursday.

                                        Now i feel to be cheated and frustrated. I had bought this product from my father as a gift for the festive season. Now i need to keep this package without the power bank, which in fact is cheating. It is such a shame on my side that i trusted on your reputed customer care representatives.

                                        So please can you look into it. It will be really nice. I saw a lot about you in the net and keeping faith on you.
