    Hello team,

    This is to keep you posted that i have been facing lot of issues with one of your product which is lenovo zuk z1 and now i need replacement of it.

    I purchased this phone in the mid of june 2016 and started to get problems from the last week of july.

    Amazon's refused to replace it even if the fault is from their end.
    They didn't arrange the return pickup and phone went out of their return policy.

    Then i called amazon many times but the no one bother about my problems and their customer support representative kept on disconnecting my call.

    Then i visited lenovo service center but that made my life worst.

    The phone is just 3 months old and pcb, screen, battery & network antenna has been replaced already and software update many times, but the issue still exist.
    Double tap feature still not working and phone not hangs intermittently.

    This phone is really pain for me, as i already spent good amount of time and money on this.
    Kindly process the replacement or refund of this phone or ask amazon to do it.

    It seems you are a Fake site coz some one called me right after register toy your site and asking for my Debit card number, exp date and CVV number, as everybody know that to transfer fund CVV not required.

    When I asked him about his name and from where he is calling he simply disconnected the call.

      I have ordered moto g4 plus in great indian festival sale on 2nd october and they haven't shipped my phone yet.

      Expected delivery date is 17th oct and i don't understand why it would take them more than 2 weeks to deliever my phone.

      Expected shipping date is 7th oct and the sale ends on 5th oct so if they wont ship my phone then i will consider it a case of fraud because the sale is going to end on 5th oct and there won't be any offer after 5th oct.

      I trust amazon over any other online shopping site in india and i hope amazon deliver my phone fast.

        I Devendra Singh, I want 2qty yuphoria mobile phone, which was I have to buy in two seperate orders in Rs.6000/-schemes of 15% Cash back of HDFC Bank Debit/Credit Card.

        I had bought 1qty. yuphoria mobile along with 2 back cover and 2 pair socks in order no 1 is :[protected]-8317955) Order amount is Rs.6357/-and order date is:-01-Oct-2016, in HDFC Bank Debit Card Cash back scheme,

        and my order no 2 is :[protected]-1519552) Order amount is Rs.6398/- and order date is:- 01-Oct-2016, in HDFC Bank Credit Card Cash Back scheme,

        As per the discussion with amazon team the order of[protected]) Order amount is Rs.6357/-and order date is:-01-Oct-2016, in HDFC Bank Debit Card Cash back scheme, dated 01-oct-2016, and he is saying the payment was declined at your card, we have not received payment against this order, If your payment has been deducted in your account your balance will be credited 3 to 5 days automatically. he checked all availability of below mention items which was i have to buy me, he suggests me now you can place another same order,

        Now this time i have placed another same order another email ID, dated 02-oct-2016 order no is:[protected]-2269947) now this time order amount is Rs.100/-less. Total amount I have to pay (Rs.6257/-) in HDFC Bank Cash Back scheme.

        Sir my concern is today's morning I have to checked my both order, the both same order are placed in my delivery address, then I have to call amazon customer care, I request to customer care sir please cancel my order no:[protected]-8317955) he checked my both order and he is cancelled my both orders. Today's morning to till time I have already call Amazon's customer care 7-8times same concern but nobody person resolved my complaint. Finally today evening I talk to Mr Milind (Amazon Customer care assist) I pronounced all concerns, he help me long time, he saying sir I have to see your both orders this time your both order are cancelled so you are not elegeble for HDFC bank cash back scheme, I will suggest you now first you can place your 2qty yuphoria mobile phone in one order then you are eligible for HDFC bank cash back scheme also he is suggest me if you want to take a delivery in priority basis you can choose 1day paid delivery option, I have done all process as per the suggestion by Mr Milind :- on calling to mr milind I have placed fourth order along with bacca bucci shoes. My fourth order is my friend name the order no is:[protected]-3469135) Order amount is Rs.10477/-with delivery charge I have to paid, and order date is:-03-Oct-2016, in HDFC Bank Credit Card Cash back scheme, After 5minutes I got a mail your order is cancelled given below reason:-

          I have bought juicer mixer from Amazon for Rupees 2219/-. Your Sales man said that if you make payment from your card than there is a 10% cash back policy or refund amount will be come on 2 days but till date there is no cash refund to me.

            I have purchase water level indicator from amazon on 31 aug 2016 and they have given one year warranty on it. Now after one month it stop working, now they are not refunding my money
            Amazon peoples are cheating peoples by sharing there Spin Wheel Contest.actually its only for there ad purpose and they are lot from the advt.Its Cheating.Take neccessary action for the same.

              In august i had created my amazon.in account by the amazon.in mobile android app, since there is an option of creating account only with a mobile number, so i followed same and didn't entered my email address. The account was by mobile number : [protected] and name of account holder was shobhit gnagwar

              Than around 30th of august i ordered a coolpad mega 2.5d on my delhi addresss by cod, my order id was[protected]. The order was delivered and there was no problem, than on around 14th of september i placed an order for coolpad mega 2.5d back cover on my bareilly address and paid online, payment was successfull and order was placed, but after sometime it was cancelled and money was refunded.

              From that day all my orders were automatically cancelling than on 21st september i recieved a gift voucher of amazon of rs 200 from a gaming site, i tried placing order on 21st september using that gift voucher but again cancelled and after 3 tries i was unable to access my account.

              I called amazon.in customer service for more than 30 times but all waste as they said that they are not having access to blocked account database.

              So i kindly request that either amazon.in refund my gift voucher of rs 200 or simply unblock my account.

                I have purchased a car tracker from amazon.in in july 19 2016 but that product is totally damaged beacuse that product have software issues.
                Then i contact to the amazon about the products's complaint. First they said they will send my money back but now sometimes they said we have already transfered to your accout or sometime they said we will never gave you your amount.
                I have proper proof of this whole matter.

                  I was searching to buy a phone on amazon on 03/10/2016 as i got through this add of "iphone 6s-16gb" that was selling at Rs.29, 999/-. The add said that this offer is only applicable for prime users. I got so happy, that I immediately bought the prime membership for Rs.499/- and started with my shopping but as soon as I selected that particular offer, it showed wait-list is full, I tried for 1 to 2 hours checking for the availability but all the time it displayed the same message. After reading the reviews of the product, I felt cheated by amazon, just to sell their prime membership they displayed a fake deal and this got confirmed when I saw that it only didn't happen with me only but it happened with all the rest customers who were trying to buy that deal. This is my worst experience on amazon, they totally spoiled my day and I also lost my trust on amazon.

                    Today an add came in the newspaper that apple iphone 6s is available at 29990 at amazon. I opened the website to place an order. It was displaying 29990 whne the search options came. Then I clicked on it to placr an order and the figure changed to 37000. I tired it 4 -5 times but nothing happened. It was showing 39990 in the dearch options and 37000 inside. I called the coustomer care exrcutive and he said the deal is still available. He can see it on his scrren. I checked ot again while talking to him still I couldnt find it. He saod no it is there but it wasnt. He was just fooling me. Then later he said that now the deal is over. It just got over while we were still on call. They are just fooling me. The deal was actually not present to be avail. I have the screenshots of the same with me. I asked then to tranfer the call to a senior. So they put my call on hold for 10 mims and then cut it. I request you to please look into this matter because as a coustomer I have a right to purchase and this action was not justified.. then after wasting my 45 mintues they told me that the offer was not ment for genral public. It was only ment for the prime coustomers. It was not memtiomed anywhere on the website amd neither the coustomer care excutime who wasted my half hour informed me regarding the same.

                      I've been using amazon since for my shopping purpose since ive gone thru many products that the price they show are so much high. I came across a product (No marks from bajaj 25g) that actually costs ₹65 rupees but what amazon india mentioned its price as ₹3, 439 rupees. It clearly cheating customers. I dont know like this how much i buyed from them. I have attached the photograph for reference.

                        Instead of screen guard for swipe elite plus, i was given screen guard for gionee m6+. I immediately placed refund order being fully aware of the fact that i will not get complete refund because of shipping charges. I gave a poor feedback to the seller. The seller called me and asked me to remove the negative feedback and promised me that he will give replacement. I believed the seller representative and removed the feedback. But, the replacement never took place and i was not given complete refund. This is injustice!! It is the seller's mistake for which i am at a loss.

                          Despite of paying extra for one day delivery to amazon, the delivery boy is asking for extra charges to deliver the product. My order id is:[protected]. I also called customer care and saima was of no help, she said we would get back to you in 48hours (It's extremely stupid as my product was supposed to get delivered tonight max by 8) horrible service and absolutely unethical customer service

                            I am not able to understand why Amazon provide 'Edit Address' button even after payment also if they are not agreeing to ship the product on another address.

                            I called to the customer care and she told directly for cancelling the order. Then why are you proving that 'Edit Address' button even after made the payment.

                            Or else give instruction clearly that updating address is possible only for the current locality

                            Pathetic application of Amazon. I don't know what developer are making web application. They should understand before giving any functionality to the application.

                              Highly concerned how amazon deals with returned mobile. Not safe at all. I had returned micromax mobile. Seems amazon has sold the returned mobile phone without formatting and someone still has my google access as i can see that mobile has my access and recently being synced.

                              Despite of following up with amazon from last 8 days; to delete the data from mobile; amazon is just not doing anything. If amazon can not keep the user data safe then it is better they should not promise of doing so.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered 3 set of window curtains and 1 set of door curtains on 31st aug, 2016 and i received the same on 8th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected]
                                I realised that i need 1 more set of window curtain of the same design for my home so all curtain should look same. So again i ordered 1 more set of window curatin on 9th sep, 2016 (Order no. Order #[protected]. I got a call from seller after 1-2 days (10th or 11th sep) that he (Seller) is not having the same design curtains. I told them that i need same design curtains for my home if they are not able to accept my second order then i have to cancel my first order too because i wanted all curtains in same design. When i told this to him, he said they will manufacture the same design curtain for me. And i got may second order on 21st sep, 2016, when i opened my packet it was different from what was order by me. Seller sent wrong order. Next day (22nd sep, 2016) i placed the return request for my both the orders and i called amazon and informed them everything what was happend, they have promised me that they will talk to seller and refund my money. I told them if they are not ready for refund i am okay with replacement but i want same design. Since then i am just taking follow ups. I have called them 12-15 times and i have email communication but everytime i need to expain them everything everytime. Why dont you make a note/ comment when customer inform you about something. Why customers have to explain everything to everybody. These people are so confused. It was a prepaid booking by my credit card. Now they have told me to courier both the packets and i have to pay for these couriers. Today around 1 pm i spoke to utkarsh from amazon it was half n hour call and i told him everything i requested him to please drop me a email whatever the communication was so i should have something in written. He promised me that he will send me a email but still i am waiting for his email. He told me that when call will disconnect i will get some link where i have to give him some good ratings but i told them if you solve my problem then only i will give a good ratings/ feedback. I think they are more concerned about their ratings instead of solving customers problem. I also spoke to pukita from amazon today but she has not done anything. Just false promises. I am a regular customer of amazon and i ordered this product for navratri which is already started but i have not got the product i wanted. You have spoiled my festival. This was my last shopping with amazon. I will make sure that i will tell this incidence to my collegues and freinds so they will be careful. Amazon guys you really need good training. Your services are just going down day by day.

                                Please refere the details given in above complaint which i have already filed-

                                Seller has got both the couriers on friday (7th Oct, 2016) but still they have not started the refund process. When i called him up today he said he is in his village and he will initiate my refund on wednesday. Not sure that they will do that on wednesday.They are just making excuses. Amazon should take care of my refund. Why do i need to take follow up everytime. The order was placed through Amazon site so this is their responsibility to take care of it, But they are just not doing anything. Unprofessional people. And why do you tie up with such sellers who doesnt care of their customers. This is more than 1.5 month now. I have all email communication as a proof since when i am taking follow up.

                                Amazon do something or else just stop doing these fake promises and unprofessional behaviour and (Tambda home furnishing) Seller stop making excuses. Still giving you a chance if you dont want to refund my money. atleast replace it. I have paid total Rs.2500/- for the products (which includes 08 pieces window curtain and 02 pieces door curtains). This is big amount. So refund or replace your choice but atlease reply. This was the last shopping with Amazon.

                                    I ordered 1 mobile phone (Asus) in july 2016 n the pc was defected. So i opt for return. Order no is[protected]. Next day a person came n took away the phone for return as i was inniciated by message from amazon. But since than im waitin for refund. Everytime i call n ask customer care but no solution except killing time. This is really shameful for such a company taking mre than 2 months time to return 20000. Please give the solution asap.

I requested for refund but now the amazon customer service executive says i can't get refund because policy has changed. But the product display page doesn't show till now any change in policy that this product is not returnable.

                                        I ordered jbl t150a earphone from amazon. When i got my order, i filed return of order within few hour. I found every reason to doubt about originality of product. Sound quality was very bad. Worst than cheapest earphone of its range. Package of product were opened, inside package of amazon. Accessories were missing.

                                        They did tell about reason why i will got such low refund amount. I found no place to register complain on amazon.
