Hi Friends. Maine 21-Aug-2016 ko ek UNIC UC 46 WI FI Projector amazon se Net banking se payment karke purchase. first to amazon ne mujhe 31 aug ki delivery date di lekin product mere paas 31 aug tak nhi aaya finally maine kaafi bar customer care no. par call kiya to unhone mujhe koi bhi sahi answer nhi diya sirf itna bta diya ki INDIAN POST se bheja hai maine indian post office jakar pta kiya to 03 sep ko mai khud waha se projector lekar aaya.. JAB maine apni location par aakar package open kiya to usme ek fake projector nikla jiski market price jyada se jyada 2000/- bhi nhi hai maine usi time amazon customer care ko call kiya to customer executive ne mujhe 24 hours me return karwane ka time diya lekin 24 hours kya 48 hours me bhi koi return lene nahi aaya uske baad maine amazon ke senior executive se baat ki to unhone bola ki within 7 days problem solve ho jayegi jiska evidence mere paas hai call ki recording aur mail. Lekin 7 days tak problem solve nhi huyi maine fir se call kiya to har baar mujhe amazon customer care executive ne nayi nayi story suna di lekin problem solve nahi ki maine sabhi ki voice call record ki huyi hai. 13 sep ko amazon ke ek customer executive se meri baat huyi uss bande ne mujhe bola ki 15 sep tak aapki problem solve ho jayegi aur mai khud aapko call karunga jiske regarding usne mujhe mail bhi bheja. 15 sep ko bhi mere paas koi call nahi aaya jab maine call kiya to fir se ek new customer executive ne call attend ki usne mujhe aur badi goli di. Wo bolta hai ki aap sirf 18 sep (Sunday) tak ka wait kijiye lekin jaisa har bar huya hai waisa hi huya FRAUD Amazon ki taraf se mujhe koi call nahi aaya. Mujhe bhi ab samajh aa gya hai ki ye website india me sirf fraud karne ki liye aayi hai. Iski complaint karna ab bahot jyada jaruri hai isiliye maine sari call recording aur mails apne advocate ke diye hai. Iske sath hi govt of India aur SEBI ko bhi mail kar diya hai ab mai FRAUD Amazon se koi bhi kaisa bhi contact nhi karna chahta. Sirf Indian Govt se ye kehna chahta hu ki Please Aisi Websites ko band karwao jo public ke sath fraud karke unka jeb kaat rahi hai. Isiliye friends iss FRAUD Amazon se koi bhi kaisi bhi purchasing mat karna. Aur finally mai amazon se kehna chahta hu ki mai aapko punish krwa kar hi rahunga sath hi unn sabhi persons ko jinhone voice call par har bar mujhe gumrah kiya hai. Mai sabhi ke against 420 ka case karunga. Aur koshish karunga ki jaldi se jaldi aap jaisi fraud company ko close karwa du. Aap na trust pay ki guideline ko mante hai na hi india ki law ko.
Maine ye review amazon ki web site par bhi post par kiya hai lekin wo har bar mera review post hi nahi hone dete hai.

    I was looking for sennheisar cx 275 s in ear earphones. When I googled it To find the cheapest price, the all results was showing Amazon.in
    When I decided to buy the product from a seller on Amazon named ' sure quality stores' who was offering the best price that is ₹999 where all other sites and sellers offered a price above 1350.
    However I proceeded to checkout and at delivery address I entered my delivery address and they replied that there is no delivery to my address, so I tried banglore, chennai, thane and many other addresses .
    And the seller offer delivery anywhere in India, he is fooling customers and wasted my time.
    In my opinion Amazon is fooling customers, amazon want all customers who search For cheapest price of a particular product redirected to Amazon.in for buying.
    You can also Google" sennheisar cx 275s cheapest price" to see the fooling by Amazon and their seller.
    Amazon and their seller are clearly fooling All the online shoppers. You can also have look on this seller at : 'http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/ol/B008V6T1IW/ref=mw_dp_olp?ie=UTF8&condition=new' to witness the fooling.
    I want you to take severe actions against Amazon.in and their sellers who fools customer.
    Between searching for cheapest price, I saw a deal for the Same product at ₹1220. But Amazon fooled me take Me there and I also lost the chance to buy on that Deal . Now because of Amazon.in I've to pay at least 1350 buy it. Amazon is a group of thieves and foolers of seller and their team . Please take severe actions against them.

      I create a returned request for TP-Link TD-W8961ND 300Mbps on amazon in 13th September 2016 but still it's been a five days and i didn't get any results, no one comes to pick up a product I called and complain thrice but still not getting any results about it, so i need to returned this product and want it do please help sir.

        I ordered MotoG4plus through amazon site Order#[protected] on dated 15.09.2016 after one day it hangs, overheating . i am eleigible for returnable until 25th spetember, but customer care not ready for return my defective product. and provide their own suggestion like if overheating i must place a back cover so on. but why .? i dont need motog4plus beacause it is not perfect as mentioned before i ordered. Amazon Mention Return policy on motog4plus page but they can't return my product. i am not using this overheated defective phone right now.

          I ordered one plus 3 mobile and reached 2days back to chennai. I requested to delivery my mobile on emergency basis with high priority before ETA date. I called to customer care and requested to privide the details of ATS couries or contact my mobile. At least they should have updated the status of product properly. Unless and until courier boy call us, we cannot reach them or we need to wait.

          Based on surerity from customer care, I have changed my address to home from office since they told that the mobile will be delivered to me within Sunday before ETA monday. Till now mobile is not delivered even after providing very kind request to customer care as mobile is still available in chennai itself for 3 days. In case if they don't deliver my mobile within today-sunday itself, then probably j need to change my address to office again from home as i will be available in office during weekend. Hence definitely it will cross the ETA they given. still I don't hope on their delivery. I didn't face any issue with flipkart and snapdeal so far I hv done lot of order reached on the requested time. They were very supportive. Don't buy any product in Amazon as they have very worst delivery service. This is my first order with Amazon really very frustrated with this.

            Issue facing -

            I place this order seeing the posted image and description off the product. By posted images we can clearly see that Its a three door Wardrobe.
            Even on the description seller(HomeTown) clearly mentioned "External doors are lockable". Means they are trying to match description with advertised images.
            But yesterday(15/07/2016) I got the call from seller(HomeTown) for delivery, at that time he mentioned that it is two door Wardrobe.
            So I suspected that the product which seller is going to deliver is different from placed order.
            So I contacted Amazon india customer service and they just dropped a mail to seller(HomeTown). Then asked the image of product which seller(HomeTown) was about to deliver.
            Which were totally differnt from the ordered product. Today(16/07/2016) again I called amazon india customer care, and i was asked for images, which seller(HomeTown) has sent me earlier.
            Then I was told that we initiated a A-to-z Guarantee claim and i was asked for refund. When I decline to take the refund then customer support promised me that ordered product will
            be delivered to me. But without my consent refund is initiated and now it will take several more days.
            So for me it look like Amazon A -to - Z Guarantee is a scam.I was shocked with how i was treated and how the claim was handled,
            mismanaged and u resolved in the end without my consent and without any proper action to seller(HomeTown).Who is misguiding customers through amazon.
            Looks like this is just a scam or marketing tactic to get people to feel comfortable doing business with Amazon vendors.
            I was also told that we initiated an inquiry and strict action will be taken against seller(HomeTown). But still that seller(HomeTown) is using false images and false description.
            So how you people are justifying that you will take proper action against the seller(HomeTown). For me it looks like amazon is only taking care of their seller, and for them their customer are
            useless, because you people will loose one customer then lots of other customers are there.
            I waited for 2 weeks to get this order and now refund process will take another week. Then again new order will take another one month.
            So will you please tell me who will be responsible for my time loss, and my hard earned money which other kept for one month.
            I think this is you liability to verify all the details of the advertisement done by seller. Because most of the times sellers are cheating us and amazon doesn't care about any thing.
            If you can't keep your promise then why you people are making those false promises.
            Till now I was thinking only other E-commerce sites are doing these things in India but i think now amazon is also joining their group.
            I was a regular customer of amazon but now i think after this experience it will be my last interaction with amazon.
            The service and resolution provided by the amazon is totally pathetic and unethical.
            Amazon India and its logistics team seem to have gone to the does recently. They delay deliveries,
            misplace them and blame the customers for their mistakes.
            I was promised that amazon will take strict action on seller(HomeTown) but till not after 3 days seller is using false images and false description.
            So I thought of posting a review on amazon regarding product, seller(HomeTown) and amazon, but amazon is not allowing to post review.
            Looks like amazon and seller(HomeTown) is doing this fraud together and if customer wants to post any negative review for amazon and seller(HomeTown) then amazon will not allow you post negative review.

            As expected, no response from amazon. Even after 3 weeks, seller is still using the false images and false description. I was told by amazon customer care that we will take serious action to seller, but it has been 3 week seller is using the same(false) images and description.

              Dear Concerned,
              I had bought a mobile in the month of July16. The name of the mobile is "CoolPad".
              After a month the mobile got a fault and it was given to service centre located at chandigarh on 20th July with an assurance to return on 4th Aug.
              But despite after a long follow up the mobile was neither repaired nor returned.
              Now when we are asking for handset the reply is that it has been submitted to the company so you have to wait.
              Its been almost 2 months but nothing has happened.
              I urge and request your intervention to get our issue resolved.

                i have ordered kemei 3580 trimmer and they deliverer me a used kemei -3560 product, i received it on 12 sep 2016, complained immediately for return and called on their customer care till today minimum 60 times, but no courier coming to pick up my product,
                on 14 sep 2016 one customer service executive told me that because you calling again and again and no one coming to pick up your product, as an one time exception we providing you advance refund and we initiated it, when any courier comes you just deliver the product to him, then i received mail by them, but after that till today i not received my refund on account, i called customer service of amazon they changing their statement, but i managed to get 2 more mails with same information, but no refund till today, i dont know what is going on their, i first time seeing this type of delay in refund, they told me 2-4 days wait today 4 working days completed and no refund

                today i complaint on jago granhak jago and send the complain id, so they replied that my payment stuck because of technical problem i gave them notice period 5 days, their customer care senior mujahid talk me very badly on phone and disconnect my call, so i think i have to go consumer court

                      The Amazon agent (ph no:[protected]) is keeping his network busy. I'm not able to contact and make arrangements for the delivery.its evenings now, till now no calls came, I'm confused .. why Amazon providing such irresponsible agents?
                      I will be leaving my place tonight and I don't know if I'm ever gonna get the package..waste of time and money..

                        Recently i ordered(Order#[protected] one of the item from Amazon India on 5th September 2016 even i paid online. On 7th September 2016 i received message that it has been delivered since till now i have not received the product.
                        I contacted the Amazon India customer service on 8th September 2016 and raised the complaint regarding this. They asked me to wait till 14th September.
                        In between i again contacted customer care of amazon, they asked me to contact ATS(Amazon Transportation Service care).
                        When i called them they told yes, they can see customer sign is not there for receiving the product. So escalated this issue for refunding the item amount(Rs. 1045).
                        Yesterday i received email saying that they can't refund money since item is delivered to me.
                        I am really fade up with this cheating with customer.

                          I brought a Motorola mobile on amazon.in order id[protected] and i received on Wednesday but the mobile i received was very poor in quality on that issue only i talk with customer care executive of amazon.in but no good response from their end about return policy, even all other online sellers like flip kart, e bay ...they providing return goods facility and also i want the better product from amazon even higher cost mobile i want to purchase but i am not comfortable with the present Motorola mobile which i received. i am attaching my invoice of the product.

                            I purchased ONE ASSIST phone insurance plan with LENOVO VIBE K5 phone from Amazon.in. Activated the plan and got it registered. Accidently, the phone was dropped and got screen crack. The phone is working perfectly fine but the screen is having this crack in the corner.

                            I called ONE ASSIST as the phone was under insurance. The company said that we dont provide insurance upto 50 days of the purchase. I was surprised that while doing the purchase AMAZON never told about this.

                            I tried reaching to ONE Assist but no help. I see a big scam going on here with this insurance thing. When I have paid for the insurance how can company just reject it. The insurance should be applied right from the next day of the activation. Why 50 days term was not highlighted in AMAZON.

                            I seen a resolution on this matter only by receiving call from ONE ASSIST team or AMAZON to replace the phone screen as per the insurance plan.

                              Delivery Assured on - 14th - 17th Sep

                              Ordered a mobile last week which had a delivery date of 16th Sept. Used the chat facility and had to undergo sad experience with 3 different reps bcos ur chat windows kept disconnecting. I had a question or request that please check if I will receive my order by 4 pm on 16th Sep. I didn't get a straight forward reply from anyone in the first go, I had to struggle to make them understand that I was requesting them to just let me know if it was possible to speed up the delivery and ensure that I get it before 4pm.

                              They kept me on hold for long and gave me a confirmation that I will get the product by 4pm. I even requested for the number of the delivery person or company so that I can coordinate, I was told that they are coordinating with the courier company and again gave me a confirmation.
                              At 8:05 pm I spoke to Sushant (I guess) and informed him about the entire episode, he also confirms that I will get the delivery by Sat 17th Sept now. I insist on speaking to a supervisor and get transferred to the Leadership Team as I wanted to speak to someone right then.

                              This person I spoke from the Leadership team is one set example o[censored]nprofessional people in the world, Worst Customer service skills and Very Very Bad listening skills. He first tells me that the order has not reached Pune due to curfew in Bangalore, when I ask him why is the delivery tracker misguiding people he refused to accept. My tracker clearly shows that the product reached Pune at 4 am on 16th and left within an hour from the Pune courier facility.. He says that it will take more 2-3 days before I get my product as it has not reached Pune & then straight forward denies telling me this when I asked him to confirm the statement again.

                              This rude n weird person on the so called Leadership Team keeps on giving me logistical jargon's about Courier facility and sub courier facility... When asked for a correction on his answers he blankly said that he doesn't have any other answers and that he will disconnect the call, which he did. NOT ONCE ON THE CALL DID I ABUSE OR SHOUT, WHICH IS THE IDEAL THUMB RULE TO DISCONNECT CALLS EVEN THOUGH THE CLIENT IS ONLINE.

                              The joke of the century is that when I asked the earlier rep as to how will they compensate for a day's loss and the feeling of not being able to gift my friend at the direct date n time, I get a reply that a gift voucher of Rs 50 will be credited to.my account.. C'mon guys I pick a product worth 30k, do u think your gift vouchers appease me... All I was looking was a responsible answer and ownership of the misleading tracking details and reps misleading clients even though I was courteous on the chat as well on the call. The chat transcripts and call recordings are proof to that...

                              Ohh one more big joke when I check my email, there is one from Amazon chat survey with a line " Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company"... Pls get the basics right...

                                It was wrongly claimed that "This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services, could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it" for two of the products supposed to be delivered yesterday ID[protected] and[protected]. This is not true . We were at home. ...please check your supply chain and verify. Please give us evidence. I am regular customer of Amazon and this happened for the 6th time...I am disappointed...

                                    I have ordered a mobile cover bt after 10-12 days I still didn't get it. Instead of delivery my product has been returned by courier.
                                    The same thing happened with my earlier product, which was also returned without any reason. When I called amazon they say, sir you will get it. But I'm not satisfied. And it's not fair. And really very disgusting. Please kindly help me sir.

                                      I had purchased Smart Watch with SIM, 16GB memory card in July'16 and and by September'16 the watch stopped working. Since it is a USB charging watch it stopped chaging and the watch is in a complete DEAD situation. Tried to contact Amazon who refused to help me as they had no clue who was the seller nor if there was any service center in Pune to repair it. The watch stopped working within 2 months and Amazon has refused to take ownership of getting it replaced or fixed, have been doing a lot of run around but in vain. Please help in getting this sorted out as Amazon is declining every request raised form my end and there has been a pathetic service from them

                                        I placed an order for a TERASHOPEE WB-20 all copper bottle on 16 SEP. through a citibank card. My bank through mail & sms intimated that Rs500 was paid to AMAZON.IN vide the said card. But you had intimated that the payment for the said product failed.These contradictory statements are confusing for me.Please confirm me the actual picture. In case of payment failure I want to assured that the money would not be debited from my account for the product which hadn't been delivered to me.
