Dear Sir,

I shipped an order from Amazon India with Order[protected] and customer applied for the refund of the product. Amazon mailed me for the confirmation but as i was not available in my office during those days i couldnot reply to the mail. now amazon is telling me that since i didnt reply to the mail they have refunded the amount, untill here i had no issues but they have also given the product to the buyer free of cost!! and when i mailed them about the same they denied giving me any information of the same and told me to contact the buyer directly and amazon doesnot have any responsibility of the same.

Amazon india is doing fraud with the sellers and just not returning the products and may be selling it to some one else.

Please help me with this issue.

    An old Customer of Amazon...purchased few times. Recently Ordered Oneplus3 mobile as on 12th sept 2106...expected delivery 14 to 16 sept was provided. (Tracking #:[protected]
    i am based in outskirt of mumbai (mira bhayander), the delivery started at 6p.m on 12th sept 2016 and within 1 and half day it crossed 1000kms...i.e..from bangalore to mumbai. 11.30 a.m 14th sept 2016 the shipment was in mumbai.
    Now, mumbai courier facility is approximately within a range 0f 50km from my home. And finally i received it at 5 p.m 16th sept 2016.

    Point to be noted:
    1. it took more than a day (24 hours) to cover the shipment in mumbai which is really disappointing.
    2. There is no fast delivery option provided.
    3. The number which i received in a message from Amazon for the delivery person was switched off all day.
    4. the customer care did not have the contact information about the courier facility and the delivering guys too.
    5. After receiving the shipment, i asked the person, why your number is switched off, he said "My number is already change but hasn't been updated in system for a long time".

    i was all day at home sitting idle since i received the message from amazon because there was no one at my place to receive the shipment and i couldnt contact anyone to know where the shipment is.

    Thanks Amazon for such an adventurous day at my home.

      Respected sir,
      I bought Red mi note 3 mobile from Amazon on Date 27 April 2016 and after 4 month there are exchange offer come on flipkart but before exchange flipkart ask for enter IMEI number. so, i Entered my mobile's IMEI number but flipkart says that INVALID number. so, I go to XIOMI online validator website and i have also enter IMEI number on XIOMI standard website but still XIOMI(Company of Mobile) said invalid IMEI.So, I called to Amazon on date 11-sept-2016, they said you have to contact our Seller CLOUDTAIL . it is amazon's verified seller. so, i have done contact to cloudtail but they didn't gave proper response. I tried a lots of time to contact them but everytime they send different invoice. but According to me different invoice is not a solution because IMEI number is unique number of mobile and we can't change it. and even IMEI number must have on company's database but it said invalid IMEI. And i tried to contact amazon lot's of time but they don't give me proper replay. Please help me regarding this for Replacement of mobile or Refund of Mobile. Because due to fake IMEI i am not able to Exchange on flipkart or even sell on OLX due to fake IMEI number. Now consumer forums only hope for middle class family like me otherwise nobody is here to solve our problem. please help me regarding this. Here i have Attached the Screenshot of INVOICE sent by Cloudtail. And Screen Shot of My IMEI number and XIOMI website indicate that INVALID IMEI.

        Hi I recently faced an issue with the pickup that I requested with Amazon.. The delivery guy was being rude and cancelled the delivery without even listening... He wasn't even picking up the calls after this.

        This experience of being with Amazon has really disturbed me and I will make sure I tell this to everyone I know and reach to whoever I can through social media for the bad experience I faced today.

        This is not going to be smooth... I bet you that

          Dear Team, i ordered a saree from amazon and it was damaged. I have been running from pillar to post to return this item but i have received no proper response. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the product and the condition. Amazon has instructed me to return this item to the seller. the seller address is neither available on Amazon website nor in their database. Amazon has no idea how and where to return this item. The saree is not as per specification and too expensive and to top it all - DAMAGED

            I ordered a product which is lost by Amazon, I was told to wait for another 3 to 4 days. Again the product didnot come. I called Customar Care. The associate Harshal who claims to be from Maharashtra, Pune spoke rudely to me and denied me a refund and when I asked for compensation he was sarcastic and he just spoke more rudely. Is this your customer service? Where executive speaks to the customars the way they want to?

            There is no cod option available on any product nor accepting cards
            Very disappointed to see that.
            Further if order any product they dont give specific time and date

              This is the worst experience ever ordering from Amazon and be behind them forever. I bought a mobile and it was a new mobile, however the new mobile was not working properly so I called them and asked for a replacement and this has been going on since 4th Sep'16. I dont understand as why the replacement pick up cancels the pick uo and I get a message. When I call Amazon they dont give me a clear picture as why the pick up was canceled. Now about a long fight of 10days back and forth. My mobile was picked up and then when I call to check on the status after 2days of the pick up they tell me it will take 3-4days for the return mobile to reach Bangalore and only then will thet despatch the replacement. I dont understand as why are they maing the mobile to walk all the way from chennai to Bangalore. When I called them and asked why so much delay they dont have a proper answer. Then I asked for a compensation and Amazon said they could give me 150/- gift coupon When I asked them if they were serious they then offered me Rs 200/-. I was shocked and asked the agent if he was kidding, he said he will check and get back to me. When he came back he asked me as what was I looking for so I told him I need a tempered screen guard with a mobile case, he place me on hold and came back and told me that he can offer only Rs 200/- gift card and if there was anything else i could help him with. It seemed that he wanted to get rid off me. I never expected such a poor customer service from Amazon. Again I connected with another agent she too gave flase promise that she would help me and then she comes back to tell me that she too would get me a Rs 200/- gift card and I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor the agent tells me that it wouldnt matter whom ever I speak to they too will offer the same. So my question is if they are offering the same then why do you need supervisor and SMEs you have all agents isnt it. it does not make sense at all. I spoke to a supervisor and she asks me to keep clam and she also ended up the call. This is not how you deal with a customer. This is really atrocious.

                I ordered a phone (xifo v6) and they gave me a small phone .. they said that return the phone through indian post but after 13 days postman says that the address that is given by seller is wrong..now there is no information. they told me that they will give me a correct address in 24hours but there is no any information. and now it is going to about 2 months..i want my refund ...

                  On WebSite, i found 5% cashback when i use HDFC Debit card. I used it for the payment of my xiaomi Mi Max gold 32 gb but cashback is not receiving from Amazon or HDFC account.

                      I have paid rs12000 for booking xiomi redmi note 3 from abroad using debit card to indian address on 12th sep 2016 and the dispatching date shown for the order was 14th.today it is 15, i didnt get even the tracking no to the account associated mobile number and also i cant get sign in to the account.it has been shown several times that the password is incorrect.and i reset the password several times then also i couldnt sign in and now i can sign in but it is showing that there is no order in my account but i paid.

                      I noticed 2 different charges to my visa card from amazon mktplace and amazon, com on 9/8/16. i have not ordered anything since may, so what are these charges?? please take these charges off, or i will be expecting an explaination.

                        Hello Team,

                        I have tried confirm Netboot screen for my mobile on Amzon.com through Netbanking which got failed on Amazon but got debited from my Axis account.

                        Advised the same to Amazon to check who advises to contact bank, as the payment stucked in bank gateway and when contacted the bank who advised that the Payment (PNR GUTI[protected]) was successful requesting an email conversation from the merchant who is Amazon. contacted merchant to send me an email stating that the payment got failed stucked or what ever the executive said with the bank gateway but said its not possible as its not pending with merchant. asked if the executive have sent any email to resolve but replied no email will be sent.
                        Funny part is spoken to couple executives when i say u know this call is recorded in my mobile so please be sure what u saying n reply comes like this, don't worry all calls are recorded here as well and if i miss guide i will get "SCREWED" Lol.

                        m not worried about the amount which i have lost on Amazon as it was just 299 RS. i am writing this complaint just make everyone aware with the online purchases above 2000 as may be u purchase this to gift someone special or for your daily need and end up wasting time on calls and money.

                          I ordered a book nemd "Engineering Mathematics" by Kratryx from amazon and recieved it well within 4 days. Although i didnt liked the condition of the book and decided to return on the very next day. They notified me that my refund will be done by 15th Sept.. but i still didnt recieve it yet. It is showing that the return is still under transit.. This is the worst experience of online shoping i got from amazon.

                            The company has very poor delivery services . i have ordered a product and made payment for it ..but neither my product is delivered nor i got any update regarding the same . Every time they are making false promises that product will be delivered asap. seriously it was not expected .Such a bad experience ..

                                We ordered shoes of rebook men's zstrike runing shoes shoe size 8 amazon.in order number:[protected] dt[protected] for gift to my brother on his birthday. On receipt the size 8 seems to be big. So immedieatly on next day of receipt we intitated exchange for size 7 which was available as the availability criteria need to be selected fot exhcnage can be initiated and same was picked from us on aug 3rd, 2016 and they received the return package on aug 7, 2016. When w e did not receive the exchange we contact them thru chat helpline and they assured us that they will send soon, but it didnt happen and we started to chat on the help line every week for our exhcnage status. At lat they started informing thatyou take refund as the vendor cloudtail do not have the exchange size available. Today sept 14 we checked on their website the size 7 is available and we asked on their help line chat to send us the exchanges size., but they refused statng that they have closed our exchange period and we have to take the refund and also that another rs 200 will be offered for the acceptance of refund as compensation.

                                Though this company have the main roots in usa where they have one of the strictest consumer law and class suits can be filed against them by the american citizen. But this very same company take the indian consumer for ride and cheat us by not supplying the confirmed orders.

                                I am interested to file case againts this company so that they should have ethics and proper system in place so that our indian citizens are not cheated by this so called mnc

                                  I placed two orders,[protected] and[protected] on 29th June 2016. The contents were a Behringer Studio Condenser microphone and a studio microphone mic windscreen pop filter worth Rs. 5, 543 and 820 respectively. Both the orders were delivered to me.

                                  I raised a return request for order number[protected] containing a Behringer Studio Condenser microphone as the product didn't meet my expectations. I raised the request through telephonic customer care representative and the product was picked up on 11 July 2016 vide tracking number[protected].

                                  I called up the customer care on 25th July to inquire about the status of my refund and it came to my knowledge that the representative on the previous call raised a return request for the second order (pop filter) instead of the condenser mic.

                                  Unfortunately, I have already delivered the product back to their representative as the mistake committed by their representative was not in my knowledge.

                                  I haven't received a single penny so far and all mails and other communication are still waiting for a resolution.even after several complaints.

                                  I am seeking a refund of Rs. 5, 543 and have already returned the product. Kindly help me to get it solved ASAP.

                                  PS: I am attaching a screenshot of one of the messages sent by their representative in which he has mentioned about the misunderstanding happened at their end.

                                    I purchased a videocon dth from amazon.in in the month of april, 2016 with 6 months platinum hd free but the said pack has been expired before one and half month earlier to its validity. When i contact customer care of videocon dth, they told me that my pack is not "platinum hd", it is only "platinum" pack. Secondly, it expired before its validity. I made many efforts to solve my issue by contacting amazon and the seller but they have not solved my problem. Hence, it is requested to solve my issue.

                                      I purchased 2 products of rs. 677/- and the payment was failed but amount is deducted from the debit card o[censored]co bank than i again made the payment again of 677/- from axis bank debit card and
                                      Returned the catwalk footwear. So in total i paid 677+677= 1345/-
                                      I received 677 and kept the footwear of 159 so i have the right to have the
                                      Remaining amount.
                                      But on asking they are saying one thing again and again "we have returned your 677/-"
                                      They are not tracking the order and making fool out of me.

                                        I booked above order on 4th september and was given delivery date of 9th september, than after made approx 25 calls to customer care team but my product couldn't get delivered till 14th september 16.

                                        I found that without having inventory availability this order was booked and delivery status was keep on postponing date and finally they asked me to cancel the order since they were not having product available with them.

                                        Amazon india should have been penalised for this fraud with me, for giving me fake information and finally keeping my payment / money with them and not delivering the product.
