Hi,

I ordered for a Fonixa Hello Kitty Back Cover for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 G355 (Red color). I received in 10 days and the delivered item is different from the ordered item. I got a pink plain back cover (not the kitty one I ordered).

Highly disappointed with the service....

I submitted my order return application on 2nd day of delivery but no one carry parcel from my addressed, then i call at help line number but no help i get from there. I am very unhappy for this performance by a big company.This is very swag personality of well known company.

Due to oversight error on part of me as well as amazon, my cash on delivery (Cod) shipment landed in wrong city and could not be redirected to updated address. It returned to the seller unpaid & undelivered. Now when i try to place a new order, amazon says that such users (Who some way or other have rejected cod order earlier) shall not be eligible for cod on orders and must prepay upfront.

This is not documented by amazon.in...

I had ordered jbl xtreme worth rs.17, 158.. I had paid cod for it..
On the date of delivery, the delivery guy didn't come to deliver the product.. Even after calling many times, he didn't come.. Then i went to the carrier department and paid the price of 17, 158 and they kept the box in the dicky of my vehicle.. When i returned to my office and when i lifted the box, i found the box to be less in weight.. I opened it and was shocked...

I have ordered biotique shampoo and my Order Id:[protected] .The problem is i have not yet received the product but have received the sms and email alert as the product is directly handed over to the customer and the receipt was signed by me....

I ordered the product on 29 june and was delivered on july 12. The supplier was anjana trading company. The battery did not function well since the beginning. Finally i took it to company showroom in nehru place new delhi. The showroom assistant informed me that the battery was a defective piece and unlikely to perform as desired. Regarding order xxx-xxxxxxx-0969957. Seller name is "shop your world" had cancelled the product with an excuse that they received it in damaged condition but the fact is same seller is selling same product at higher price which clearly amount to opportunism, cheating and unethical practice on which amazon seems to be having no control.
Despite couple of reminder from amazon, seller hasn't bothered to contact me even one and amazon...

I purchased product "attache 1021r climate proof 75ltrs blue & grey rucksack"
From amazon india. After purchasing the product i see that it will deliver after the date at which i needed so 10 minutes after purchasing the product i called to amazon customer care and ask them to cancel the product, they confirmed that they will cancel the product.
Next day morning i got call from amazon seller to...

This complaint is regarding the fake promises that are made by the costumer care executives and higher authority and the bad time management of deliverying the product...

We are waiting for meizu m3 note gold phone from last 3 months, each and every day we are searching amazon site for meizu m3 note, but it is not available, in that case why you took meizu m3 note exclusively ''it is ashamed of you amazon'' bull amazon. If it available on other site flipkart we are eager to buy but it is exclusively on bull amazon and not there fron 3 months...

Amazon please refund back my money... All the details i fill are absoluetely correct... U are taking so many days to refund the money and on other hand promise the customer to give back their money in 5 buisness days... I did booked a air ticket from paytm vide order no # [protected] on 7th august from delhi to munbai, travell date - 8th aug 2016 and i missed that flight as got delayed in reaching the airport. That time only i spoke to paytm customer care to refund the tax amont of inr 1266 /-.
