Ordered moto g4 plus on 22 september 2016
Order#[protected].

It reached on the next day.

As i opened the box, i found it to be a used/repaired mobile. From that moment on i have been trying for refund through amazon.
Mailed the dealer about the issue. They replied to me saying contact amazon for refund.
I had previously brought mi phone and returned the next day as the quality is really bad.
Re-ordered the moto g4 plus, which was worst.

Just want my 14, 999/- refunded back. Please help me get my money back.

    The item has not reached so far and no whereabouts and failed to give any concrete answer and keep on fooling with one or the other reason that too when peruse. Their communication methodology is they talk from the hidden remote place and feel handicapped and left to explain the same concern with multiple useless executives every time.These companies are making money on bank interest on customer paid principal amount and manage to sell their product slightly cheaper price but has no ethics in business terms other than doing kind chummy talks.

    on 20/9/16 one criminal hacked my mail and got my card detils . I came to know were orders placed in amazon at 13.23 [ Rs.9850 and Rs 16590] Idid not place any orders. I have blocked the card and gave complaint in police commissioner office C 4219 dtd 21/9/16/c no, 3032 dtd24/9/16 . I request you to stop delivery of the items.     I had ordered wrist watches they told that it will come on 23/9/16 there agent come here said that on phone I am not able to find your home and says they I will come tomorrow we said that we are come to find you he said that i am near Havmor we go at that place he was not there after sometime he says in very rudely way that I will come tomorrow

      My name is rahul das i have ordered a nokia black 105 dual sim phone from amazon in the dated 22/9/2016 and the same was been delivered on 26/9/2016 but after opening the box it was the same phone labeled as dual sim 105 nokia but it was not the same the phone i received was single sim phone nokia 105 have then only complaint against this and has initiated for return/ replacement and for the same i have received the confirmation sms also along with the executive number who will initiate the pick up on 27/9/2016 but no one has came for the pick up for my wrong product and executive who was supposed to pick up my order executive number ( ([protected]) has repeatedly disconnecting my call and also post this he blocked my number too post this have complaint regarding this at amazon customer care executive name (Mustafa s) he has not informed me as why the pick up was been cancelled without my confirmation he then requested a pick up for the next day between (2 pm to 5 pm) on the dated (28/9/2016) but again the result was same as no one has came for the pick up, post this have to call again at your customer care today 28/9/2016.. And the executive has confirmed that no pick up request was been initiated by the previous customer care executive he then initate another pick up for the dated 29/9/2016... Kindly resolve this issue

        The below mention specification mention in amazon web site, but this model mobile at same time dual sim and sd card not able use, sd card slot not available seperatly in this particular model, so i decide to return this product to amazon, but the are refusing my request, also amazon executives not response properly, 3 times i contact amazon customer service[protected], three time the mention executives attend my call and not given the proper response (Kavya, manoj, silambarasan) and also i communicate with coolpad service centre, madurai, (+91-[protected]), he’s also not response properly, now i’m not happy with purchase this model coolpad mobile, so kindly bring the justice to my suffered problem.

            This is inform you that my self shubham pathak and i am using amazon.in from last two years and i have purchased lots of products from amazon.in, now i am totally suffered & disappointed.

            Before three month on 25th of june16 i was purchased eureka forbes aquasure crystal uv water purifier but some critical problem shows in product therefore i had return this product on probably 27th of july16 and after in a few days i received the notification from dtdc courier your product is successfully delievered on 11.08.2016 (16:37:29) case no. 02870325. But the amazon and seller is not ready to accept about successfully return and many times i complained about this problem but still i am suffering for refund.

            So its my humbly request to you sir pls take some action against and leave your message sir.

              I had place a order on amazon on 22-sep and i was track it was showing will be delivered 26-sep but still not delivered 27-sep i was registered many complaint on amazon by chat or customer number they was said it will surely delivered within 24hrs but not delivered pathetic service from amazon..

                  It doesn't matter how it invest in indian market if amazon can't improve its services to minimum acceptable level.
                  Amazon guarantee delivery time for this product with 'prime' feature with one day i. E 24 hrs at the time of placing order. It guaranteed delivery at 8pm on 27th sept. I. E today, which has been passed. And now it requires 4 more 'prime' delivery time for this single product.. Now next estimated and this time not guarenteed.. Time for delivery is 1st october just 4times the initial delivery time. Well i am not sure it is failure of this amazon prime feature or just usual.. But it has cost me inconvenience and i would expect favour.

                    We purchased lenovo phab plus tablet (6.8 inches) from amazon.in on
                    13th september 2016 and delivered on 16th september 2016. The piece
                    That we got is defective as image quality is very poor. As per your
                    Website policy, if customer is not satisfied with the product, he or
                    He can request the refund within 10 days. We contacted the customer
                    Care on 4th or 5th day for the refund, as there is some error while
                    Requesting the refund through the portal. So every time customer
                    Representative told us to make a refund request next day as there is
                    Ome issue with the system. But today, when we called again, they told
                    Us that your 10 days window got over and you are not entitled for the
                    Refund. As a customer, i am really very dissatisfied with the service
                    As i was talking to the customer care from last 4-5 days. I am also
                    Attaching the phone conversation between customer care and myself. So
                    Request you to please process my refund.

                      It is almost 2weak i want update or call me.                           They have banned my account for cod when I call them they say you should order with debit card or online banking otherwise you can't order I waited for 4 to 5 month I used my brother account I created a another account and it's saying enter another mobile number once we given a number for delivery details the number won't work for another account already my primary banned account was linked with my mother one so they say either you order with debit card or don't shop in Amazon many problems facing with Amazon before 1 month ordered a redmi note 3 they given refund for 1 month and talked in a abused manner I have given a complaint in consumer also please take serious action and mainly they are cutting our calls when we are talking Flipkart many other shopping sites don't do this kind of things really we are done with Amazon

                                I just realized my credit card kept going up in amount owed instead of less as i have made large payments each month. I have never used amazonmarketplace nor did i know that it even existed. I just discovered i have been getting charges at least clear back to 6-02-16, sometimes two or three a month. I have no knowledge of these charges or what they are for. I hope we can resolve this matter and have these taken off my account and no further charges applied.                                 I do not know how to answer most of your questions because i don't know what was purchased. All my card shows is this web site, amazonmarketplace

                                  I have ordered 4 ticket compliments gift cards of Rs.10000 each via Order ID[protected]. The order was delivered on 7th of August 2016 but unfortunately the stuff that was delivered by Amazon courier services was not containing any gift card in it. Then I registered a complaint with Amazon regarding this and on 25th August 2016 Amazon accepted A to Z Guarantee claim was accepted according to which Amazon told me that with in 2 weeks whole money of Rs.40000 will be refunded to me. On 4th September 2016 Amazon blocked my account and thereby they were not listening to my query. On 9th September 2016 I recieved a stuff by Bluedart courier on which Amazon sticker was placed and was containing 2 gift cards only and when I talked regarding this to amazon they were not aware about these 2 gift cards. So I talked to Gift card company regarding this so they told me the 2 gift cards that was delivered having a balance of Rs. 3200 in one card and Rs.200 on the other card. The gift card company told me that these 2 gift cards that was delivered to me had been used on 6th August 2016.
                                  And as I mentioned earlier the delivery of blank envelopes took place on 7th August 2016 and card had already been used on 6th September. It totally indicates that there is involvement of gift card company's employees.

                                      I ordered beats speaker worth rs 14000 in offer at 1099 rs . but after that company sent duplicate and when i called amazon they said it is origional i have recording of the same . so company is cheating by sending duplicate products and saying fully origional products in tv adsbt sending duplicate items and after that while contacting saying it is geninue product . cheaters fake amazon . will go in consumer court and file a case for this with all proofs like as bill speaker recording of amazon etc. also i will contact media and will tell about truth of this amazon website so can help people before getting cheated beore diwali .

                                        In august i had created my amazon.in account by the amazon.in mobile android app, since there is an option of creating account only with a mobile number, so i followed same and didn't entered my email address. The account was by mobile number : [protected] and name of account holder was shobhit gnagwar

                                        Than around 30th of august i ordered a coolpad mega 2.5d on my delhi addresss by cod, my order id was[protected]. The order was delivered and there was no problem, than on around 14th of september i placed an order for coolpad mega 2.5d back cover on my bareilly address and paid online, payment was successfull and order was placed, but after sometime it was cancelled and money was refunded.

                                        From that day all my orders were automatically cancelling than on 21st september i recieved a gift voucher of amazon of rs 200 from a gaming site, i tried placing order on 21st september using that gift voucher but again cancelled and after 3 tries i was unable to access my account.

                                        I called amazon.in customer service for more than 30 times but all waste as they said that they are not having access to blocked account database.

                                        So i kindly request that either amazon.in refund my gift voucher of rs 200 or simply unblock my account.
