On 1st of August 2016 I ordered 11 products from Amazon... 4 days prior to that I got a message/email from them that 3 products will be delivered today.. At E.O.D I again got a message/email that "Order was not delivered because receiver was not available" though I never received a call from any of the delivery agent or any unknown number... I happened to call, email them but no positive response was provided to me... And same thing continued...

I have got a damaged selfie stick and nobody is there to take the product back. I have sent the product using courier facilities after discussing with customer service team. now they are not reversing the courier charges and product refund is still pending.

can someone look into the issue and reverse the complete amount I have paid amazon for returning the product.

I purchased a mac book air from amazon 13 - Oct - 2015 . I requested to amazon to provide me the serial number of the machine at my invoice . My request is hanging between seller and amazon . I paid money to amazon to provide me the genuine and legally authenticated product .

As per law Amazon should mention the serial number at each and every invoice .
