They wrongly delivered the product to some other place and claimed the product was delivered to me.

When i submitted the proof of delivery boy number. +[protected]. They realized it was delivered to some other address.

They took more than 10 days to say "investigating" and all of a sudden wrote to me saying "redund issued".

Now, it is how giants like amazon wanted us to be! Like salves so they can take on for ride without worrying about constitutional as they think we just shut our mouth when refund is issued.

They didn't worry about making the customer wait for no reason and putting the blame of lieing. They simply said now the case is closed as we issued the refund.

So they can get away with all the mental pressure they cause to customer.

When i wrote and spoke to amazon escalation team, the lady was not able to answer and simply saying "refund was issue so why are you worrying now?".

Amazon listen to this, before you call everyone as "valued customer" start "valuing" things.

Change your mindset of "we can keep the customer wait for endless days and he will shut his mouth if he give him/her refund".

Customer deserves respect and answers. During the interaction, each time i had to call cs team and you never bothers about dates and you kept the customer waiting all the time.

    I can understand your concern that you've placed the order for "oneplus 3 (Graphite, 64gb)" on 15 september 2016 but now the phone is not working properly.

    In this case i request you to contact the manufacturer - oneplus to claim the warranty, as the product has one year manufacturer warranty.

    I have ordered one plus 3 on 22nd september 2016 from you and i have received product which is not working because of poor condition of delivery (The box seems damage and product looks fine if you look at it or i don’t know why it is not working. Either because received in damage condition box or due to some issue with phone. But only resolution i see as new device replaced and i will not accept a purchase of new repaired device.

    Now after having 30 minutes of my call with amazon customer care, they asked me to contact one plus 3 and the said they will repair the device and my question is why should i buy new repaired device from amazon (If new phone needs repair), will you personally buy new phone from shop which is not working (Looking at the device it looks fine but box condition was damaged and i thought that’s fine and now the phone is not working at all and it is getting switched on and switched off on its own. I will not accept this order and need new phone in replacement from amazon.

    The current resolution provided by team over the call is to get this device repaired from oneplus customer care and which is not acceptable as nobody will buy new repaired device. They will buy a device which is at least working and on. I don’t know if phone is not working due to damaged condition of box it was delivered or due to some issue in phone. However. This is unacceptable and need a replacement.

    Request you to take this up on high priority and replace the device.

    I need new phone to be delivered and wanted to return this item, looking forward for your positive response.

          I ordered a phone of inr 8, 190 from amazon online shopping site on 8/7/2016. I paid the payment via my credit card on installment basis. The expected date of delivery was 13/7/2016. I didn't get any message or updation from their side till 13/07/2016. I called amazon cc center and they told me to wait for 3-4 days more. After 3-4 days, i called them again for any updation of phone, they told me that this item might be lost somewhere and they also don't have any updation of it. After calling them so many times, i got tired to heard their worst excuses and i finally decide to cancel the order. I cancelled and i requested for refund of the amount paid by me in starting. Even for the refund also, i called them about 4-5 times. Finally they refund me the money after about 20 days of cancellation. As my card details were registered there with them, they again withdraw the amount from my hdfc credit card. On discussion with hdfc cc center for credit card statement, i get to know that amazon is withdrawing the monthly installments as well from my card even after cancelling the phone. This is worst situation i experienced with the online site. Being a working lady, i am very busy with my job and other household works. It is not possible for me call the customer cares again and again and complaining for the things every time. I always choose online methods just because of the lack of the time. I really got frustrated out of this matter.
          Nowadays what i am doing is just wasting my time to complain for these things..

            I made a purchase of 2 ceiling fans on 14th september 2016 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th september 2016 but till date it is not delivered. i called up amazon on 24th and surprised to note that they don't have any track available for the delivery. they promised me that it will be delivered by 27th september but again there was no delivery. on 27th i again called up them, they still didn't have a clue about the shipment. they promised me delivery in 2 days now which was again a false promise. now they are saying that they will settle this transaction in 2 weeks time and i will get back money by 11th october. have i paid them money for taking the claim or for fans. seems they have created fictitious sellers and they simply cheat people and utilize their money. please help me if possible and i want to create a movement against amazon and stop them from playing around with people sentiment and money. it's a big harassment for me and i am sure they will be cheating lacs of people like me everyday.

                I purchased a motorola moto g4+ mobile phone from amazone (Order id #
                [protected] this month. After using few days, i found it is a defective product as it is malfunction some time when it is connected to charger. I try to replace it from amazon accountas it is under 10 days replacement terms, but there was no return option, so i contacted with amazone customer service. They told me they will run some software on my mobile to optimize it and it will be fix, and also told if it will not fix they will strightly take the return and replace it or will give the money back. After there optimisations the problem was still there, so i contacted with them. They told me to wait for 24 hrs and it may be fix autometically. I have done that. Next day it was the same problem, i contacted again, they told me to send video to them to prove that it is problematic. I sent that also, next day i again call them to return that. They again check the device by there software and agreed that there product is defective and told me that they will take it back and will give me the refund. So they scedule the return pickup on 17th of this month (I. E 17.09.2016). That day morning i got message "your return pickup for[protected] has been scheduled for 17-sep between 8:00am-11:00am. Details: http://amzn.in/4OpEItE". After sometime got another message "your return pickup of moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32... Has been rescheduled. Details: www.amazon.in/orders". After 11.30 am got another message "your return pickup is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 5:00pm-8:00pm by amzagent ([protected]). Details http://amzn.in/iOXXYLV". After 5.30 pm i got message "your return pickup of moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32... Was cancelled at the time of pickup. If you still want to return, please contact amazon.". Then i tried to contact on that number, but when i called to that number at 8 pm, i just heard that the guy was abusing me without any reason, i just dropped the call and contacted to amazon customer care, they told me that they will take action against the courier boy and they will re schedule my pickup. Next day same thing happend, got message of schedule, reschedule and cancel, again and again i contacted with them and they are just gave me assurance to solve my problem, but has done nothing. The strange thing is that every time i got the schedule pickup message, the same mobile number was there and every time it has been cancelled autometically. I contacted with them over the phone and through email, but no result. They are just doing the same mistake again and again. One of there floor maneger took that courier boy number to contact with him, and told me that the number is unreachable, he will contact within one hour and will inform me, but i have not got any information about that, so contacted with them again, honestly speaking i was rude that time, so anaother floor maneger blamed me that i am cancelling the pickup from my side, i am not attending there call from courier. So this is the thing happening with me, i am paying bank emi for the unusable phone, they are harassing me when i am calling, i requested many time to call me back to solve the issue, but i have not received a single phone call from amazon. Now i don't understand how i can handle this situation. Even today 29.09.16 i contacted with them, they assured me that they will solve the issue, but same messages with same number came and pickup cancelled autometically. If there is any suggestions to get rid of these situation please let me know.

                  I ordered a phone cover worth 245 inr it took 10-12 business day to ship at my place due to some issues with address but than when it came it was damaged it had scratch and it looked too old like used product and i complaint amazon for cash back and ask them to take their product back they said they will send theur person to take cover next day it been a week but no one came and their policy is they dont take product back after a week so unfortunately i kept that cover and wasted my 245 inr i dont have issue by wastage of money but product and service provided by amazon
                  Hope i get some good response by this sitre for this issue

                    I ordered a dress from amazon, and it got delivered to me, but i was not satisfied with the material, and i raised a return and refund request, after return and refund request, the delivary boy collected a dress from me, but nearly one month has passed still there is no updates regarding refund and the site is still showing the message "your refund will be processed when we receive the item" after one month also there are no updates ..Amazon is a reliable site, please don't do this with your customers.

                      I purchased a D500 Wifi Router from Amazon. The product stopped working after 10 days. I called up Netgear, they told me the product is 2 years old and nearing warranty expiry. I called up Amazon and their executive have been too unhelpful. They just straightaway told me to deal with manufacturer, they can't help me. This is really frustrating for a regular customer and for a person who is actually suffering because of Amazon. I trusted Amazon that is why I purchased online. Very unhealthy and rude transaction from all three, Amazon, its seller and Netgear.

                          Hi, I bought an LED tv in amazon on 14thSep, got an defective product. within a week itself I registered for refund or replacement, amazon committed a date to pick up the product on 19th Sep. but yet now I didn't get any information and we couldn't find any way to reachout them. in between once they(amazon executed) called and excuses to for the delay, he committed that EOD itself replacement will provided.

                          but untill now i didn't get any update from them, even when i tried to check with them, i couldn't find any way to reachout them. please resolve this, i'm really frestrated lot because of this amazon people, seems my money is not useful and am scared to did lost my year savings in this cheated amazon fellows.

                          please help me to get my money.

                            what reason vipin(amazon executive) gave for sending the wrong order was.it is a seller fulfilled product.we dont take guarantee.they advertise 20 amazon checks.if there are so many checks.why cant they even read the name of the wire.this is fake advertising.they sent it in a amazon pack.they packed cudnt check the name of the product.they just want the money.they dont care what the customer recieves.

                                    It reached on the next day.

                                    As i opened the box, i found it to be a used/repaired mobile. From that moment on i have been trying for refund through amazon.
                                    Mailed the dealer about the issue. They replied to me saying contact amazon for refund.
                                    I had previously brought mi phone and returned the next day as the quality is really bad.
                                    Re-ordered the moto g4 plus, which was worst.

                                    Just want my 14, 999/- refunded back. Please help me get my money back.

                                      The item has not reached so far and no whereabouts and failed to give any concrete answer and keep on fooling with one or the other reason that too when peruse. Their communication methodology is they talk from the hidden remote place and feel handicapped and left to explain the same concern with multiple useless executives every time.These companies are making money on bank interest on customer paid principal amount and manage to sell their product slightly cheaper price but has no ethics in business terms other than doing kind chummy talks.

I came to know were orders placed in amazon at 13.23 [ Rs.9850 and Rs 16590] Idid not place any orders. I have blocked the card and gave complaint in police commissioner office C 4219 dtd 21/9/16/c no, 3032 dtd24/9/16 . I request you to stop delivery of the items.                                       Somebody hacked my mail and oredered 2 prodects from you on 20/9/16 at 13, 14 from my icic card[protected] to the tune of Rs 27550. Complaint has been given in cyber crime branch. pls stop delivery of the 2 items.

                                        My name is rahul das i have ordered a nokia black 105 dual sim phone from amazon in the dated 22/9/2016 and the same was been delivered on 26/9/2016 but after opening the box it was the same phone labeled as dual sim 105 nokia but it was not the same the phone i received was single sim phone nokia 105 have then only complaint against this and has initiated for return/ replacement and for the same i have received the confirmation sms also along with the executive number who will initiate the pick up on 27/9/2016 but no one has came for the pick up for my wrong product and executive who was supposed to pick up my order executive number ( ([protected]) has repeatedly disconnecting my call and also post this he blocked my number too post this have complaint regarding this at amazon customer care executive name (Mustafa s) he has not informed me as why the pick up was been cancelled without my confirmation he then requested a pick up for the next day between (2 pm to 5 pm) on the dated (28/9/2016) but again the result was same as no one has came for the pick up, post this have to call again at your customer care today 28/9/2016.. And the executive has confirmed that no pick up request was been initiated by the previous customer care executive he then initate another pick up for the dated 29/9/2016... Kindly resolve this issue
