This is very angryfull moment sir I am a nit Agartala student sir I ordered a t-shirt on the Amazon at 6 September 2016 but my delivery is very very late today is 27 September sir your delivery is very slow next time I and my friends didn't order Amazon site because this have careless behaviour for his customer this is wrong for a customer thanku sir.

    It is not ethical to send an apology letter when a promise can't be kept on Order#[protected]. Due to delay in delivery huge losses have been incurred to me. I couldn't attend my online classes because of I trusted amazon company over flipkart. It has hurted and hurted like hell. One thing i realised that customer service executives have been given scripts and according to the scripts they are playing their roles. I'm really disappointed with amazon's services. Many times I have contacted though no positive responses from their side. Weird services indeed..How can it be possible"Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company"! If customers are deceived.
    This is not expected from a company like amazon.
    Worst services i've ever seen till date. Beware of amazon ...

      I have bought laptop from Amazon as part of "Amazon Dhanteras Sale from November 8 to November 9, 2015 using your American Express card". As per the sale, i was supposed to receive 15% cashback. The total cost of the laptop is around INR 17, 000.

      I havent received the said mail and post raising the issue with Amazon, they responded saying that the mail gift card would be sent by Amex (the bank). I have reached out to Amex and they responded that it is a campaign by Amazon and the gift card would be sent by Amazon.

      Post this i have raised this issue multiple times with Amazon, they still stick with the same line that they are not responsible for sending the gift card. If I state the amex response, then there is no response from them.

      Need your help to get my entitled cash back (in the form of gift card as proposed).

      I have got call from [protected], stating they are from amazon and asked for some domestic debit/credit card number and expiry date for transferring the cashback amount, seconds after i posed the complaint.

      Is it genuine or a scam?

        I bought moto g4 plus mobile on sept 07 from amazon. But on sept 20 my mobile was dead. It's not even charging. I want refund my money back. Please provide better solution for me. And customer service also not taking proper action. I am fed up with this mobile. I need my money back. The problem with the mobile is, mother board problem. Within 15 days i am getting this problem. Please refund my money or replace with new mobile.

          I had ordered a book in amazon.in based on amazon fulfilled label on it which is been told genuine products. But the product is not genuine. It is having worst paper quality i ever experienced. I ordered only because it was fulfilled product by amazon. But i was completely cheated on this. Very worst service by amazon. Unfortunately i can't return the product. But i am not placing an order again in amazon.

            My name is debdas debnath. Regarding about my courier charges not refund by amazon.

            I am send my canon e510 colour multifunction inkjet printer by courier on 24/08/2016 and amazon recived it 01/09/2106.

            After so much time finally i received my refund rs 4900 from amazon for canon e510 colour multifunction inkjet printer (Refund received on 16/09/2016). And courier charge rs 100 partly recived by check (Total courier charge rs 1120).

            But till now i not get my total courier charge rs 1120 refund. Already request for this but no one care my refund.

            For this i am send my courier charge bill photo copy.
            So i complaint about this. So request to amazon arrange my courier refund.

              I have purchased a speedlink xeox controller for pc in july but it was not working well and it has warranty of 1 year. I have asked for my refund but i have not received any reply from the company or the seller. Although the company replied and they asked for copy of the invoice. Even thoigh i have given them the invoice copy they haven't solved my issue and haven't replied yet. Please solve this issue as soon as possible and provided my refund for the defective product which i have received.

                I order redmi note 3 from amazon.in order #[protected] and it was defected so i returned it. i self shipped the product as pickup service is not available in my city through aramex international and the product already delivered to them on 10th august 2016. now around 1 and half month passed but i didn't get my refund. i also send them the proof of delivery of my shipment but no response from them yet. i want my refund back as soon as possible. i have to buy another phone. i am facing difficulties due to their poor service.

                  my self tushar bhole and I have ordered Samsung on 7 pro(mobile) on 21 july 2016 order no Order #[protected], #[protected] and when i was not satisfied with this phone I have ordered a request for the refund. As per the process of amazon 1st they picked the Samsung on 7 pro (mobile) and then they will provide me the refund. When amazon came for picking my Samsung phone by mistake I have given my My phone Trio Superfone - T5000 (white colour phone) on 3/8/2016 and I did not get my phone till now. I have return the Samsung 0n7 pro gold and i had also received the amount for that but the concern is when i will get my old phone back which i have given on 3/8/2016 it has been now 2 month when i will get my old phone back?amazon told me that they lost my phone and unable to provide refund.my phone cost is rs 1599 and I want refund last time when I spoke with amazon they told me that they will provide me the refund but I did not get n now amazon is not replying to my mails and calls. Please help me

                    I purchase moto g4 plus Mobile rs; 14999 from Amazon and they give me defective product when I realised then I called on help line number and told them the problem they say ok we will return your phone and give you your money in your account . Now they are denying for the same .. I am totally mentally frustrated from this guys.

                      Yesterday I Checked My Gift Card Balance of Amazon ..It was Showing Rs.11000/- ..I just clicked the Snapshot and Sent to the [protected]@amazon.in. That I m facing a Technical Issue.They Said that they will look over the matter..I did not got the positive Response...Today When I checked My Gift Card Balance It was Rs.0 ..I clicked the Snapshot and Sent to Again at [protected]@amazon.in ..I got Reply That please Contact The Customer Service Associate and I contacted..They Said We Will escalate this issue to Investigation Team...

                      They Are just Fooling the Customer

                      I have Asked for RS.8000/- Compensation..But they Regret It...I have also Warned Them...Now I am Asking For Compensation Of Rs.15000..

                      I sent the mail to [protected]@amazon.in for making my Gift Card Balance Rs.0.00 ( It was their Technical Problem)..But I Did not Got the Reply from them...When I Talked To Them ...They are not giving the satisfy reply..I also ask for Compensation( For Wasting My Time) of Rs.50 ..Their Agent ( Name - : Loheswari ) agreed to provide me the compensation of Rs.50 Within 24 Hours But I did not got they compensation amount yet..I also Chat With Their One More Agent ( Name - : Vishaka) For the this Matter.. She also Did not gave me satisfy Reply...

                      I Am Asking For Compensation of Rs.3000 ( As Gift Card Balance for Making my Total Sum Money Rs.0.00) and also Asking Additional Rs.500 (As A Gift Card Balance For Fooling Me And Not Giving Satisfy Reply..

                        I had ordered a product from Amazon India on 8th September 2016 but has still not been delivered.
                        On contacting Amazon, they say to check with the Seller. I had also requested for refund as the date of delivery of 15th September was missed.
                        Still there is no confirmation of refund.
                        When they take money they should owe responsibility till product is delivered.
                        Even in this fast world, they take can't deliver product in 20 days, that too in a city like Mumbai?
                        Please help to get my money back.

                          I purchased India gate feast rozana 5kg rice at Rs410/- from Amazon which was shown at 40 percent discount. But when I got the product the MRP itself is Rs380/-. I l raised the issue with customer care but to my shock they are telling that amazon is not responsible for the products sold by individual sellers . The same can be viewed in amaxon.in site . Pls take strict action as it us big online fraud .

                              Dear amazon,
                              I had order a product cash on delivery 23 august 2016.
                              Product name was "beevee mens 100% cotton solid khaki elasticated cargo 3/4ths pant with drawstring (fmbr1821khaki_xl)".
                              Product order name is order #[protected].
                              The courier man has reached my address on 29 august 2016.
                              I had paid amount rs 1399 through debit card swap machine. my amount had been deducted on spot same time from my bank account. but courier man told me that amazon transaction failed. he has not received amount.
                              He has not handover product to me.
                              Still i had send several mail to amazon customer care and talk to amazon customer. but they not any action. i had send my bank statement several to customer care but he has not return my money.
                              Amazon please return my money rs. 1399. still one month i am waiting..

                                On 15st september, 2016, i had ordered a panasonic 32" led tv which turned out to be defective within 10 minutes of its delivery (received on the 21st of september). after phoning amazon india the first time to request return (not replacement), they stated that the tv could be returned, it has to be replaced. however, i did not want a replacement, i wanted refund, but even after explaining this to them several times, and even after my return order had been scheduled, i received a message on my mobile saying that the return order has been rescheduled. this kept happening for 3 days straight. the last time i called amazon india, which is only 5 minutes ago, they accused me of refusing to return the item. till now, after 3 days of phoning amazon india and requesting refund, no delivery man has yet arrived to take back the tv, and my cash amount of rs. 21000 is also on hold.

                                  Hi, iam neha srivastav i hav ordered one dress material on 21st sep. and i got the confirmation via order num[protected]... today i got a call frm the delivery boy via phone num [protected].. and informed me dat it's not covered under his delivery area and later he said that the delivery address i given is not complete i hav gvn the address as 1-2-84/1, prasanthi arcade, kothapet, hyd-35. i given the delivery address of my bank, as iam an employee der which is very well located evn wt ot door num.. if the ppl like amazon giving these kind of service to the customer it's too bad frm ur part and harassing a customer like this manner..

                                    I have ordered Moto G4 plus it was supposed to be delivered 24 sep. I have waited whole day for the dilevery but didn't got any call or message . I contacted the customer care also they assured that it would be delivered by 9 PM but I didn't receive after that when I contacted customer care they said it can't be delivered today. Even they were not talking properly on the call.

                                      I had purchased the samsung s7 from amazon.in for 12503 on 23rd sept but they had refused to provide me the handset playing excuse for it being out of stock . I had paid the money online via debit card . Even after i had confirmed thrice from customer care about confirmation of my order but still after all that stuff my order had been cancelled even deleted the record from my amazon account playing mischief . Pls help me out they had declined the order even after offering the deal and received the payment from my side

                                        I have ordered Items vide[protected] and I paid full amount vide Internet Banking, but within 10 min I received mail stating Payment Declined, where I reached my Bank and found that payment has credited to Amazon India. I later called and they confirmed that they have not received payment, so I cancelled order and now they are not co-operating for refund.
