I have ordered Mot g 4 gen 11 days ago and receive friday 02/Sep/2016. Phone from amazon.in and its ordered no is[protected]. but unfortunately there was a connectivity issue in this phone..it connection was break after 1-2 min. and this problem was continue and for this i have contact amazon customer care department they told me to contact moto main technical department .so i contact to main mot technical department and from there technical person check my phone through resuce plus and found problem and also they reset my phone but problem not resloved so after that i again cont to amazon care but they forwarded my call to moto amazon dept. they told me to go to service centre and he also told to to no need to put there phone and tell him to check and when i goes there they deny to give me service deny certificate and told me to put there phone so again i contact amazon dept. they again told me that there is no problem but till now i getting problem and they also install smart check app in this phone and i know very well that the got disconnected due to wifi signal lost but they don't agree. In all these process amazon people waste my 3-4 hours and didn't give me any solution and also in your policy there is nothing mention like this that you have to take service deny certificate from service center. please check video attached herewith there is a proof of mistake in my phone I am sending you a recorded video where clearly seen that from same hotspot two device are connected one mot g 1st gen and second new mot g4 but moto g 1st gen connected constantly from hotspot but moto g4 disconnnected 3 time that is very big problem, please do needful.

    Maine ek moto e 3rd generation phone amazon se 8590 rupees ka buy kiya wo kharab nikla to mene return ki request daal di unhone mujhe speed post karne ko kaha jo maine 14 aug 2016 ko bhej diya aur 20 aug 2016 ko wahan pahunch gya aur unko mene kai bar paison ke regarding mail kiye phone kiye har baar bolte hai aaj bhej denge and mail kar denge but 8 sep 2016 tak paise nahi bheje mene consumer court me complaint karne ki bhi bola but koi fark nahi pada

      I have paid Rs 249+80 for order of Vansh Six Straps Padded Bralette costing vide Order Id:[protected] dated 23 Aug 16. Amazon has not delivered the item till date nor the company has informed me about where about of my order. On calling on toll free number I was asked to cancel the order. The Invoice details is attached.

      I refused to cancel the order. I want the company should immediately deliver my order. Thanks

          I ordered Motorola power bank
          Company deliver by GATI Currier.
          Package was not received but message sent by Currier your pkg was delivered
          I call the delivery boy he asked me your pkg deliver after 3 days . Then I call customer service Amazon and they assure me your pkg rec'd. Within 24 hrs.
          But I got my pkg after 2 days (48) hrs.
          So GATI Currier servIce is very very bad

            I purchased moto g 3 handset from amazon, but after few days, it started to showing problem of touch display, also that handset was already used by some another person, when i contacted service centre, they although submit it but still the problem was continue and this time sound was not coming good while receiving calls, such as i have many time reported my problem to motorola centre but they failed to solve it also denying to replace it, this was the concern about motorola but firstly amazon sold me faulty product n used product, so now it becomes responsibility of amazon to replace handset, i want to make complain against amazon india, at last i want a replacement of my handset, the invoice details are attached as image, my contact no is [protected]

              I had ordered my Moto g4plus on august 17th and requested for a quick delivery by paying extra, I got a call from the delivery boy on 18-aug as my phone is out for delivery and he will deliver it today, but I received the item only on 21-aug even after paying the extra delivery charges, I see that the phone is not working properly I had issues with software and charging I tried reaching Amazon for help, I could not reach them because of Amazon app issues, I called the customer care on 2-sep asking for a help and explained ms.mahalakshmi(customer care executive) she promised me to exchange the phone as replacement and delivery boy would call me, Amazon dint even bother to check about their customer. Really disappointed.

                Placed order for Mobile, before payment it was showing delivery within 48 hours and after payment changed to 7 days, its unfair and asked for cancellation & product cancelled on 31st August 2016 and refund not done for other two products, Himanshu from Amazon team confirmed over mail as he is going to cancell and initiate refund ( attached mail copy from Himanshu)

                even thouh Multiple calls with customer care nothing has worked, especially todays call with Executive ( Santosh), conversation for 1hr but he didn't done and disconnected the call without confirmation.

                  1.Refund of order[protected] for Rs 3397/- issued on 18 aug but no credit in the account 2. on 28 Aug statement of act asked by them which is sent. 3.on 4th Sept conveyed that account not credited due to error, contradicting their own words of 18 sept.Till 9th sept no credit in acctt.These people use to drop the mail telling to look into the matter.
                  I hope to receive the refund soon.Thanks

                    I ordered "Jollify Mens Sports Shoes from Amazon last week. Yesterday on 6.9.16 I got the product. When I opened the packet I got "Spelax Sports Shoes". I made request for replacement and pick up schedule was confirmed on 7.9.16. But today on 7.9.16 nobody came for pick up. When I opened my Amazon account there is no order history. Amazon deleted all my order history.
                    I request Amazon please replace my wrong product with the actual product which I ordered.

                      As soon as I ordered an item from Amazon after accepting payment it logged me out...later cust. Care told me my account was put on hold and the money will be refunded...They told me to write an email to Amazon's cust. care address which is [protected]@amazon.in...I have emailed them 3 times without any response and it has been a week and no refund has come to my account...customer care no. Ppl say only email guys can help me and they are not even responding...absolutely pathetic

                        Totally fraud company. I have a gift voucher of rs. 500 and when i tried using it its showing already applied and i didn't used it ever i called up customer care they are saying its already applied i asked them to help me as i didn't used it so please tell me what should i do and who used it they are not even talking or listening to me just saying we can't help you and disconnected the call. Please help

                            I placed an order which consists of 2 items. One item was delivered on time but other one has not been delivered yet. Its been already delayed by a week.

                            I tried to contact support team but they didn't update me till now.

                            I daily receive a message "out for delivery" but that don't have any contact no of delivery boy and later in evening i get message "could not be delivered as customer was not available." they don't even contacted me for delivery.

                            On august 25 2016 i ordered a book from amazon. But till now i get not my order bcuz amazon missing my order because its price on auguat 25 it @75 rupees with dilievry . But now this same book @130 with dileivery. I need my book @75 only aa soon as possible

                              Never place a prepaid order on amazon.

                              I have ordered a laptop sleeve from amazon (protecta memento laptop sleeve for 15.6 inches) on 16th of august 2016 but till now 7th sep 2016) it’s not delivered to me.. i tried to contact amazon customer several time always they are saying to contact the seller. now i am feeling that i have done a big mistake that i have trusted on amazon and make a ‘prepaid’ purchase on that site who is not taking the responsibility. it’s very frustrating and disappointing moment for me and no body care about customer, i have sent lot of mails… but no answer...

                              Very pathetic service from amazon.in, i never expected this kind of service from this renowned site.

                              My suggestion to all the customer that:
                              1). never place a prepaid order on amazon. and
                              2). never buy any product from 3rd party vendor on amazon

                              Even I am facing the same issue.
                              The delivery team is sitting on my order. It has reached the Destination and false information is updated on the website.
                              Pathetic service.
                              Infact in case the prepayment is made then either you will not get the delivery or the courier team will run away with your parcel mentioning that the parcel has been delivered.

                                Again you are giving same fake "app treasure hunt" on 8 sep 2016. You can see your clues already been cracked, you can see on tomorrow. Why are amazon not finding that persons that can take so many product in 1 rs, seriously amazon system are too much weak or amazon giving only these offer to their employee, or there is someone in amazon who is leaking out the clue and product, if you want to give the product you can give discount to 70% in lighting deal, that all amazon customers can take benefit from it not for that person that cracked your all clue already or some amazon employee leak your code or script editors, all customer will be happy if you give this deal on lighting deal, you can see all your clues cracked in "spot the moto g4 play" within 1 sec, how can you say your system is secured??                                     I had the worst customer care service centre experience which was not expected from amazon.
                                    I bought a motorolo g4 plus device from amazon whose bluetooth was not working after having conversationwith your customer care service centre they suggest me to go motorola service centre to get the job sheet i spend more then 4 hrs to get that job sheet from service centre after i share it with them first they agree to refund my money back after some time they say do not accept the job sheet they don't have this kind of process. After more conversation, they said that my job sheet is not genuine its fake that's why they are not accepting. When i said i can reget it from centre the said they cann't help me on this now. Even the guy is not giving the call to senior guy over there and they are putting me on hold over and over for more than 20 mins.
                                    I have attached the job sheet imgage please find out the attached copy. Hope i will get back response of this mail.

                                      I am “amazon prime member”. I had made payment & placed order on 5 september 2016 for logitech m235 wireless mouse (Grey) and while ordering i was promised delivery by 06th september - 8pm (Prime)

                                      The amzagent ([protected]) called me today at 6:52 pm and informed me that he is standing downstairs near my apartment & due to traffic he cannot deliver at doorstep and requested me to collect the parcel from him.

                                      I told him that i am in office & anyway he is supposed to deliver the parcel at doorstep only. I informed him to park the vehicle and deliver it at home and being in traffic is a silly excuse. He disconnected the call & updated a fake status on order id:[protected] that “customer was not available”

                                      My concern:

                                      1. Why amazon is acting so cheap with its prime customers?

                                      2. Courier guy is supposed to deliver the parcel at doorstep. Why bullish excuses then?

                                      3. What’s the use of prime membership & the value for money?

                                      Pathetic service!!! No “amazon prime” next time…… seriously!!!

                                      Beware: do not subscribe for amazon prime service; as they lack quality delivery service. No value for money, indeed.
