I ordered a gold coin from amazon on 2nd august 2016 order id[protected] bluestone bis hallmarked 20 grams 24k (995) yellow gold precious coin for 67000 rs. It was dispatched after 2 days and after 6 days i got the msg that it is being returned to the seller back beacause of some problem and i will get my refund. I waited for 5-6 days but didnt get refund. Then they filed a to z guarantee. A to z guarantee investigation period also ended but they did not issue refund. I talked to their customer care team as well as leadership team. All of them just tell me to wait 2-3 days more. Whats the meaning of a to z guarantee then. The product didnt even reach my doorstep so why do i have to wait for their mistake. Neither the bluestone team is giving any response nor the amazon team. Both of them are harassing me and blocking my money. They are not going to pay me any interest also.

After a to z they told me they have escalated the problem. After 2-3 days they told me they have escalated the problem to higher level. Then after 5 days they told me a troubling ticket has been raised. But even then nothing has been done. They just keep escalating the issue but no result. I need my money badly !

    I bought the subject product from amazon online in june 2016. The size of each shoe in a pair was different, so i decided to return the order, i filed return and the very next day pick up for return was initiated by amazon and i have given back the product to them. Now since then it has been more than 2 months i have not received my refund of 498 rupees. The order id is[protected]. I have multiple times contacted amazon representatives to initiate the refund, every time they say it will be done in 24 - 48 hours. It consumed a lot of time of me all the time talking to new representative telling whole story to them and then with no results from them. One person initiated a to z claim against seller still i have not received the amount. The last time i talk was with jalesh, he said he will wrote to investigation team and they will contact me in 24- 48 hours, its one week now, no one contacted me.
    The representatives are giving fake responses which are never implemented. Please help me in getting my refund back from amazon, i am a regular customer, never expected this from amazon, very disappointed. Thank you

        Amazon gave me cheque that i gave in the bank and i came to know after few days that the cheque gave by amazon was not been cleared and bank returned the cheque and cut inr 172 from my account
        I submitted a complain to amazon saying that i want my refund money (Inr 399 of the product) and the extra cost that i beared because of amazon (Inr 172)
        Amazon gave me a reply that a sum of 399 has been issued on[protected] and it may take 3-5 days to get transferred, today is the 5 th day but i cant see my inr 399 in my account
        They gave back inr 172 but inr 399 is no where to be seen
        This is disgusting that a company as big as amazon is not taking customers seriously at all and they dont care what they have promised
        I am putting the image of the mail also in this

          Have ordered Redmi note 3 phone from amazon.in on 20th aug.

          On 24th aug received a wrong item, a old box of samsung phone and a dead micromax phone inside.

          Immediately have escalated this to customer care and they told pickup boy come to take it... since then im chasing the amazon customer team to get this BS return.

          End numberd of calls, emails but unable to get positive response.


          Anyone please suggest the legal way,

          I doubt they will refund my 12000.

            Sir,
            You have despatched the article on 31st July 2016 and track number which is speed post number is AW[protected]IN showing the information on or after 11th of august 2016 but the main problem is bag was not received till today at my destination (Himachal Pradesh, 176096 ) and on tracking at India post website it is showing that bag was delivered in Haryana state somewhere at bhalgarh SO and at Amazon site bag was delivered on 13/08/2016, so where should I go . Kindly deliver the article to my destination which is Himachal Pradesh 176096 or give back my money to my account number.

              Hi,
              This is to inform that i have received my order against the product with incomplete quantity today for the order id[protected].

              I have ordered for the product - tinycare hooded cherry printed baby wrapper 532a for 2 quantities online but today the delivery found with only 1 quantity inside the packing.

              But charged me the amount of 2 quantities amounting to rs 962 against the invoice number ka-qsbj[protected].

              Now kindly arrange do deliver the pending quantity of the product or refund me back the amount of 1 quantity which you had wrongly charged.

              This is a negative impression against the product i purchase from amazon.in.

                Ref Order id#[protected].Expected delivery date was 24 Aug 2016.The courier boy falsely updated status that customer is not available.He didn't call me even once.I many times contacted customer care and they promised that you will get your order within 24 hours.I kept on waiting whole day and many times contacted customer care and asked for mob no of courier boy but they didn't give me. Next day courier boy updated status as a bad whether.Again i contacted customer care, but they changed my order no.when i recorrected my order no then they cancelled my order.Finally i am empty handed.I kept on waiting my order for four days, but all time promises by customer care and finally no result. Worst experience by Amazon.Please help.

                  I had a Oneplus one phone last year which got stolen so i complainted it in police but after tracking it came tocour attention that the IMEI no printed on ONEPLUS One box and on bill and amazon box was different.

                    We purchased lenovo vibe K5 dated 13th July 2016. On 13th August phone stopped working. We approached Lenovo service centre with invoices downloaded from amazon.in site but service centre denied to accept the downloaded invoices and asked for VAT invoices.But original invoices which were received with product are misplaced from our end.But we dont have received any mail containing PDF copy of VAT invoice. Also we approached to amazon India customer care but they told us to contact seller directly.If this is the way then we will call sellers for our orders also why we need Amazon as mediator.
                    Kindly provide me my VAT invoices and also arrange to replace faulty mobile received.

                        I have returned the material on 13th of aug'16 vide order no.[protected] however till 27th no refund is initiated in my account. Poor service for not delivering on time and again no process for refund. I have contacted over mail thrice but used to get auto mailer. this is disgusting. such a big company behaving like this. what can be expected from others.

                            i got 21 rods laundry hanger against my order for 24 rods...quality is poor..il is light and un stable.rods remain loose --even it is tightend.it is not worth the money i paid..please arrange to replace it

                              I'm not receive my first order Amazon order Samsung galaxy a7 with order no. #[protected]
                              So i contact customer support and told him a total story. After hearing my problem the customer care executive decided to give an another same phone with order no.#[protected]
                              After 2 days use of this phone i found some fault in this phone and again i contact customer service.
                              So he advice me that you return this phone and we give refund.
                              So i do as customer service executive inform me and i return this phone
                              But before i get refund my account is blocked and I'm not getting my refund since yet.
                              Plz help me

                                Amazon announced my name as Winner of OnePlusThree Mobile and then on July 6th sent a link that the mobile was shipped to wrong address in Chennai and to rectify they have a Social Media team which would fix this issue since then till today have followed up by Email, Call and on Twitter however Amazon has always responded stating Some internal team in looking into it, working on it and Escalation Team will contact you and fix it. My efforts are all futile. If Amazon has announced in Public and sent email and confirmed as a Promotion or Advertising they should promptly and honestly give the declared Prize but looks like I am cheated now. I have all screen shots email conversations with me. Please help Amazon India deliver my promised One plus Three Winners mobile.

                                  Amazon.in announced 10% cashback for using Visa Cards. However, the Delivery boys demand cash and refuse to use their credit card swiping machines. Every time they cite problems with their equipment. I had to pay more than 10, 000 rupees cash on the above two orders. I did not have that much cash at home and had to run to the ATM to pay the delivery boy. Why do you guys announce such schemes when you are not equipped for it. Anyway I have decided that I will not use Amazon and will spread the word around about your malpractices. You are cheating your customers.

                                      I had received a product on 12th August, and due to size issue I had returned the product on 16th August by courier and requested for refund. Company has a weird policy that: "If the product is sold through the seller then the refund will be sent in form of cheque as the amount was paid in cash.

                                      I asked for the refund to be processed in form of gift card as they are not ready to transfer the funds in the account, which is still under process and the process looks like will never complete and money will be digested by Amazon.

                                      All the executives keep giving vague promises stating that they will personally follow up on my email, however every time I see a new executive responding to email. Team is totally discourteous who doesn't even take pain to call the customer. I would be filing a case in consumer court if it is not taken care off in this forum.

                                        I have placed an order of a new Lenovo phone. I wanted to gift it to my father on his birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on 24th August 2016 but I haven't received it by now. I have called customer service 3 times but haven't received any response from them.
