Delivery status got changed to "Out for Delivery" but was not delivered. Called us customer care next day and informed on missed delivery. Amazon does nto have any system to track missed deliveries and they were not aware of the issue or nobody from the Amazon team was following up with delivery/transportation till the point I called them.
I was assured delivery next day. Again missed. After 2 days called up helpdesk again. Reached out to new person. Again new person told me that he will ensure that the delivery happens in 24-48 hours. I insisted to talk to the supervisors. Spoke to Shama from Leadership team, promised delivery in a day, did nto happen again.
In between this, status of delivery chaned to "Delivery Attempted, Custome was not available"
Again called up Customer care after 2 days, Again reached out to new person and new person from Leadership team. Leadership team confirmed that delivery was never attempted and is a technical issue but refused to change the status on the site or put it on email in writing for obvious reasons. Again I am promised delivery in 24 hours.
I think this story will continue, everytime you will reach a new person and everyone if trained to swear by god that they will be on top of this and this particular order will be their only priority. In reality nothing happens because they know how the customer contact is designed - Everytime you call - a NEW PERSON and NEW PROMISES with no TRANSPARENCY.
