    I ordered muscleblaze fat burner it was supposed to get deliver on 31st August at 8pm but nothing came. No calls from anyone nothing they just returned my item and order status is now showing that it is returned.. What kind of service is this.. Your delivery person does not even call once.. I am not going to order anything from now onwards from Amazon.. Pathetic site with very bad delivery service..

      Dear Amazon Team,

      I am frequent buyer of Amazon.in of e-marketing portal. I have order Epson L220 printer twice & in both cases it has cancelled from your end. You have initiated the refund but we are not shopping here for refunding. On 13th July i have ordered EPSON L220 printer (Order No.[protected] Seller - Online asian Seller, which was canceled & amount refunded. Again on 26th Aug i have ordered EPSON L220 printer[protected]) Seller : Mason I Tech. same like last order today my order got cancelled.

      I Don't understand how you people enroll such seller who cannot fulfill the requirement of customers. What's Amazon Tag Line 100% Purchase protection??? does cancelling customers order comes under this?? What is use of such Tag line?? & Now new Concept "PRIME" another way to make money & fool the customer.

      Now listen i don't want refund amount i want my product which i have order. If you are not able to do that, then please refund my amount with an Interest amount for above mentioned orders.

      Please don't force us to contact appellate / tribunal authority / Consumer court regarding above issue.

      Requesting to you provide good services to customer & raise the standard in e-commerce industry.

        I have booked a cool pad mobile phone in amazon.in website and later i have decided to cancel the order after seeing the poor reviews.
        I have tried to cancel the order within 10 mints after the booking but i have got error unable to process.Then contacted[protected] amazon customer care and their customer care person assured me to cancel the order from their end.Today morning again i tried for cancel the request and it was sucessfuly accepted.But when contacted the CC for refund amount they are telling i have to wait till the delivery date which i have already cancelled.

            Hi, I placed an order on Amazon with order no #[protected] on 03-Aug-16. It was a Rakhi order (Rakhi on 18-Aug-16). But the product was not even dispatched till 16-Aug-16. While tracking the order, it was showing product not dispatched yet. This is very unprofessional. Due to this I was not able to send Rakhi gift. Finally I cancelled the order on 16-Aug-16. This is truly unprofessional from Amazon side. If they can't deliver the order, the just don't accept it. You guys can spoil somebody's festival. Not at all trust worthy. How can a customer trust you again in future if you can't deliver a product on time. Even I didn't receive any sorry mail or call from the company.

                I have ordered New Balance DC 580+ English Willow Bat on 17.08.2016 vide Order #[protected] with a promise from Amazon that it will be delivered between 22nd Aug to 25th August 2016. However, while we contacted Amazon on 25th evening it was wrongly communicated that the item has been delivered while the delivery was still pending and it was finally delivered on 26th August. On opening of the packed, it was found that the item was damaged so once again we contacted Amazon and communicated to replace which was agreed to. But today while we contacted about replacement, it has been told that item cannot be replaced. Therefore, we told them to return the item.
                Now Amazon is forcing me to dispatch the item via courier, instead of they themselves arrange the return. On my insisting they gave me Gati pickup service No. as [protected] but astonishingly it is not being connected and coming as wrong number. Therefore, kindly arrange returning of the item and refund my amount immediately Repeat IMMEDIATELY.

                  I applied for a refund in amazon for a t-shirt i ordered and returned firstly they gave me refund 4 months after me returning the product that to a cheque
                  I applied the cheque in the bank and it got rejected and i had to pay extra inr 172 for cheque return
                  I gave a mail to amazon and they replied back that both the amounts will be given back but i only got the extra charge of inr 172 and my order money inr 399 is no where to be seen

                    I have ordered a product in the month of may but next day i returned it.. from that day onwards i have made end numbers of call to amazon customer care for my refund but every time either they as one new formality or they just say it will be done in next 48 hours...
                    it has been 3 months since than but no solution... i am sure in future i am never gonna type www.amazon.in, by the this was the final one...

                    shame on you amazon

                        I have placed an order for shoes Order#[protected] on 22/08/2016. Item was despatched by Amazon Transport services (ATS). Earlier ATS had no problem in locating my address. But for this order they are unable to find the address, so they have returned the item which was urgently required by me. There was no call from ATS to locate the address. Communication was through SMS and email. Contacted helpline 3 times, always polite reply that problem will be resolved the next day but not resolved

                          I booked Blackberry Z3 for my mother, as a birthday gift, which was suppose to deliver on 29th Aug 2016, my mothers birthday is on 31st Aug. But the courier was not delivered because the courier guy was unable to find my location. Is this justified that he did not call me on the given mobile number and returned my parcel, to the seller. I called to Amazon customer care on 27th Aug regarding the same, they assured me that they will make the delivery on time. Today it is 30th Aug, I called to Amazon customer care, they are asking me to place a fresh order as they had canceled my previous order. Amazon not only wasted my time but also feelings

                            My name is rohit butail, residing in new delhi.
                            I had ordered a mobile cover (Iphone 6s) from amazon on the 12th july 2016 which is not delivered till date. Amazon india claims that the product was delivered on the 18 july at my office address (F-284 lado sarai -110030).

                            On my constant follow up with amazon india has refused to entertain my request and denied giving any proof of the item delivered such as delivery reciept / challan/ docket number or the signature of the recipient.
                            I have infact recieved a mail from them which reads as follows-

                            Although we understand your position, we have review this claim and we stand by your decision. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this claim.

                              On 20th august ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold, 32gb) paid through credit card, on 24th august i received the item, on dispatch note product details is correct but when i unbox the item i found a samsung keystone2 box and inside it i got dead micromax phone.

                              Immediately i escalated this to amazon customer care and since then im chasing to take this item back and refund the money or provide the correct product which i ordered.

                              They sending the courier boy but he is not accepting the item, saying he wants same product which is mentioned on dispatch note.

                              From last 6 days the customer care keep promising me that they will accept the item and process the refund.

                              Have already recorded all calls and emails communicated.

                                Dear Sir/Mada,

                                Complaint # 1:

                                I have bought a laptop from amazon.in on 7th October 2015 with order no Order#[protected]. Recently i had problem in my laptop so i went to the service center for the problem, there i got to know that the invoice given by the amazon is not acceptable to the service center. They are insisting on US Bill for the laptop since it is imported by the seller.

                                After contacting Amazon on 22nd August 2016, they assured me that within 24- 48 hrs i am going to get the bill but it has been 7 days but still i have not received the US Bill for my laptop which i require it to produce it to the service center.

                                Complaint # 2:

                                As per service center the laptop is under warranty till 1st September 2016 but my warranty should be till 07th October 2016 since i have bought it on 07th October 2015.

I am coordinating with Amazon help desk team but they are not arranging any solution . So I am advising & Social media on Facebook / Twitter do not purchase any material through amazon .

                                  The order details are:-

                                  It was jewelry item.

                                  The courier person did not deliver the product and put the status it has been delivered and mentioned i have signed it off. i was at home waiting for the product. i raised the complaint that very day when i got sms that product have been delivered.

                                  I have raised a a to z claim, but it seems amazon service and looking into the issue is very poor. they say you have signed it off and denied the claim. how amazon can do that without validating the signature. i guess amazon is not in mood in resolving the issue even after calling several times.

                                  This is like duping the customer. it is amazon responsibility to look into the issue.

                                  We have checked with security and we have CCTV footage also. Our security never receives any Amazon parcel. Generally the courier person call the buyer before delivering. But this time courier person never called me nor delivered. Can Amazon bring the courier person to my apartment or validate my signature or can track the courier boy's mobile GPS on 26th Aug. I raised the complaint within 30 min of getting the SMS that parcel has been delivered. Can Amazon share the signature which have been put in for receiving the parcel. Amazon is only closing the case saying the parcel has been delivered and signed off.

                                  The complaint is still open, everytime we raise a complaint Amazon just closes the complaint by signing off that the parcel has been delivered ...can Amazon reproduce the signature I have put into while receiving.

Though they regularly told us that they will pick up shortly. The same is yet to be done.                                       On 25/07/2016 i ordered fastrack watch and lenovo k4 head set and i recieved it on 01/08/2016. The fastrack watch is good and but the problem is with lenovo k4 headset. I discovered that it was damaged in the following way(Please see the attached file)
                                      The condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point. I received it and accordingly i am entitled to a refund / a replacement. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide this remedy and that you will cover the cost of the damaged item being returned to you. Should i not receive this confirmation i will have no alternative but to raise a dispute through the amazon buyer dispute resolution process or to consider court action.
