Order showing delivered without delivery, it was already paid.

As per the status on Amazon site the order has been delivered and more surprising is that as per them it has been handed over to me...personally, On 14 Aug 2016 at around 12.56PM. Now it is
more than 24 hours, whereas I have got nothing.

Order contains 4 items worth approx. Rs 2 thousand, which are already paid.

    Regarding order xxx-xxxxxxx-0969957. Seller name is "shop your world" had cancelled the product with an excuse that they received it in damaged condition but the fact is same seller is selling same product at higher price which clearly amount to opportunism, cheating and unethical practice on which amazon seems to be having no control.
    Despite couple of reminder from amazon, seller hasn't bothered to contact me even one and amazon also seems to be no mood to take any action against such seller.
    Now this is virtually to force a customer to buy product at higher price. Now every where price of this product is high and i have to bear loss because of this malpractice.
    Product name:mio fuse heart rate training with activity tracker, large (Crimson)
    Price at which i ordered is 6192
    Current price by same seller on amazon.in is 9301
    Elsewhere it is above 11000.
    Attached pic clearly shows that seller still has product available and sellign at higher price but refused to deliver it to me with false excuses.

      Amazon.in making endless excuses to refund since Feb for 1729, 499 & 776 etc INR. Its August now. Sometimes they reply that transactions failed, deposited refund in somebody's else account, sending cheques which are non trackable & never recieved.

        Hi sir/madam,

        I purchased product "attache 1021r climate proof 75ltrs blue & grey rucksack"
        From amazon india. After purchasing the product i see that it will deliver after the date at which i needed so 10 minutes after purchasing the product i called to amazon customer care and ask them to cancel the product, they confirmed that they will cancel the product.
        Next day morning i got call from amazon seller to process the product, i told them not to process the product as i don't need the product and to process the refund.
        Even after this product delivered to my address and when my family refused
        To take the product he said you need to apply for return then we will take it back... Now after that still it is one month no body is picking the product and amazon is saying i need to self return the product.

        Now the point is :-

        1. Why amazon did not cancel the product when i called just after 10 minutes of order placing and even order was not confirmed by seller.
        2. Why amazon seller process the order even when i said i don't need it.
        3. Why even deliver guy did'nt listen us.
        4.in the end after doing all mistakes by amazon, why costumer should go and do the self retun.

        Please help me because now when i am calling them they are not listtening me.

If it available on other site flipkart we are eager to buy but it is exclusively on bull amazon and not there fron 3 months

              Amazon please refund back my money... All the details i fill are absoluetely correct... U are taking so many days to refund the money and on other hand promise the customer to give back their money in 5 buisness days... Everyday i used to call customer care and they reply the same thing that u will get it tommorow. Now after 16 days of returning the package for the refund i get no refund... Either u are fooling the user or u do not want to return back money... But remember one thing u will get nothing by cheating with ur customers

                I did booked a air ticket from paytm vide order no # [protected] on 7th august from delhi to munbai, travell date - 8th aug 2016 and i missed that flight as got delayed in reaching the airport. That time only i spoke to paytm customer care to refund the tax amont of inr 1266 /-. After lot of argument and they also taked to jet airlies officers where in jet airlies said that they will refund 100% of tax amont to paytm and they should return to you but now its been a week time and i am still awaiting refund of 1266 rs. When today 14th aug, i called the customer care, the person (Throiu das) who picked up the call said that he had no clue and it normally takea 15 to 20 days for refund. They people are so useless that without knowing anything, they give the fake promises and when i asked him to talk to his manager, he denied simply saying that they are busy in their work and can not talk to you know.

                Please help me to refund my money asap

                  Ordered geonee elite e8 mobile ( order number 403 [protected]). I have received email saying that it is delivered but I have not received it. Delivery person is not taking phone calls ( phone number [protected]). This number I received from Amazon through SMS. Kindly help me get delivery of this mobile as soon as possible. I have already paid entire amount through credit card.

                    I got a duplicate, damage and used Reshape shoes from Amazon. I requested to replacement but they did not replaced. I requested so many times also shared pictures of product and they agreed this is genuine complaint but did not replaced, please take necessary action against. When I asked for refund they are denying at the time, This is second time when I going through with this kind issue with Amazon, they made policies which is not so easy to fullfil and very annoying for customers.

                      I have purchased a sreen guard for mobile phone. The item bought through Amazon was broken. So I requested return of the product. While I waited for 2 days for pickup but nothing happened. I called Amazon customer service twice and both times they have assured that the item will be picked up next day blaming the same on their courier team. Nothing happenned. I feel this is a ploy by Amazon to cheat customers. SO DO NO CHOOSE AMAZON FOR YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING.

                        On your site, it is showing that material is dispatched on 4th aug. 2016, and i am not getting any sms of tracking this material.

                        There is no tracking details available on your site of this equipment.

                          Order "Philips HL1645 750-Watt 3 Jar Super Silent Vertical Mixer Grinder+Blender jar with Fruit Filter Blue" with Amazon Prime (1 Day Delivery Guarantee). ORDER #[protected]

                          Delivery status got changed to "Out for Delivery" but was not delivered. Called us customer care next day and informed on missed delivery. Amazon does nto have any system to track missed deliveries and they were not aware of the issue or nobody from the Amazon team was following up with delivery/transportation till the point I called them.

                          I was assured delivery next day. Again missed. After 2 days called up helpdesk again. Reached out to new person. Again new person told me that he will ensure that the delivery happens in 24-48 hours. I insisted to talk to the supervisors. Spoke to Shama from Leadership team, promised delivery in a day, did nto happen again.

                          In between this, status of delivery chaned to "Delivery Attempted, Custome was not available"
                          Again called up Customer care after 2 days, Again reached out to new person and new person from Leadership team. Leadership team confirmed that delivery was never attempted and is a technical issue but refused to change the status on the site or put it on email in writing for obvious reasons. Again I am promised delivery in 24 hours.

                          I think this story will continue, everytime you will reach a new person and everyone if trained to swear by god that they will be on top of this and this particular order will be their only priority. In reality nothing happens because they know how the customer contact is designed - Everytime you call - a NEW PERSON and NEW PROMISES with no TRANSPARENCY.

                            Dear, I have given a order of Rakhi gift pack which was Rupee of 189 through online payment on 8th of Aug. Today at 8:37 Am, your message has come to me that your product is delivered but actually that product is not being delivered to me till now. So please help me so that I can get my product easily.
                            By the way this activity is very dangerous and you should not do that type of activity through which consumer can go away from you. please give me feedback very fast.

                                    On 1st of August 2016 I ordered 11 products from Amazon... 4 days prior to that I got a message/email from them that 3 products will be delivered today.. At E.O.D I again got a message/email that "Order was not delivered because receiver was not available" though I never received a call from any of the delivery agent or any unknown number... I happened to call, email them but no positive response was provided to me... And same thing continued till next 5 days until then I started receiving products.

                                    Later down to today, I have received 9 products out of 11 and as per their email 2 products must have been damaged while transmit and in return to this a refund will be initiated... but till date there is no refund...

                                    Apart from this when I ask them to let me speak to their supervisor... they didn't let me... I still have some amount left with me in Amazon wallet and I am willing to delete my account... but they won't transfer my amount and as per them the only way out is to order something from them again... Which after such experience i won't be able to...

                                    I really need help... these guys are pathetic... all they say is sorry and this won't happen again.

                                      I have got a damaged selfie stick and nobody is there to take the product back. I have sent the product using courier facilities after discussing with customer service team. now they are not reversing the courier charges and product refund is still pending.

                                      can someone look into the issue and reverse the complete amount I have paid amazon for returning the product.

                                      kindly process the refund so that I can repurchase.

                                        We purchased One plus 3 mobile handset from amazon mobile application because it is only available at amazon. On 11 august 2016 Delivery boy called from +91 [protected] and promised to deliver next morning as our payment mode was card swipe. On[protected] at 12:59 pm, i filled issue with customer care (Mr. Sai) and received cntct number of new delivery boy (i.e. +[protected] and filed complaint against previous delivery boy. I have received a sorry mail on behalf of amazon. This number couldn't be even dialled (it seems call receiving was blocked). On[protected] at 06:22pm we again contacted customer care to get our order tracked and know status. We were again promised to deliver within confirmed date of[protected] even if delivery has to be made at 1:00am. Suddenly at 8:38pm I received text message from amazon that delivery cannot be made due to additional address requirement. I didn't received even single call from delivery boy to coordinate to reach my location. I immediately called customer care where they expressed their inability to deliver due to lack of information about nearest landmark and asked me to wait till next day 2pm for delivery to come that too without any guarantee of delivery date and time. It is inacceptable that during 1st delivery attempt address was found and delivery boy could call us and during second delivery attempt suddenly address was incomplete and nobody is taking responsibility.
