I have ordered a product through amazon.In & paid for it in advance, i was waiting for the delivery of product but i didn't receive the product & their site is showing it delivered. After complaining about this n following again n again they are now declining my claim for refund by saying that they have delivered the product. Everyday i am getting false messages that your package is out for delivery and at evening i receive a message saying "the addressee not found at delivery address". Website took the order and thereafter issued the order no., later cancelled the order saying limit exceeded. they should have basically not allowed to select if limit was exceeded.
I was not informed about the same on my mobile number as i registered with them on mobile.
