I purchased a headphone. The headphone received faulty. I requested for return the headphone. And called to amazon customer care. The customer care officer told me that there is no pick up facility available at your billing address. And the customer care officer saying that the product to be send on my end and on my risk.
I am agree with amazon customer care, but if i will send the product then i have to charge in troubling and courier charge. And i have to spent my time also.
The amazon customer care officer saying that he give me only courier charge. Please solve my problem.
He is also wasting my time...

    Sir i had pucrchased a laptop from amazon.in worth rupee 52834/- on date 10 may2016 order no "[protected]". i receive wrong product whatever i orderd, i complaint to amazon toll free no they asked me to return it back on my behalf and said we will refund your money when we will receive it. i had corior the laptop by bluedart by paying 1240 rs (they also promise to give back my freight charges also) on date 25may2016, they receive it on 28may 2016 but till now they did not refund my money. plz help

      We ordered spare parts for computer such as ram, motherboard and processor. Each one of them came at different time. We cannot test these unless each item comes. Once every item came we tested and came to know there is some problem. We could not identify which part was giving problem. We then called technician who for various reasons took time to come. He checked and told ram is not working. Then we contacted amazon customer care. They told that return window expired and asked us to go for warranty service and gave us some phone numbers of corsair. But there was no response from corsair. So finally we landed with defective product which we cannot use.

        Hi friends,

        Here i am looking for your valuable support for some issue related to amazon company's online purchasing issues and making customer fool policy.


        Your customer care services and cancellation of any product policies are totally waste for indian customers.
        I had order one mobile by mistake thru amazon - we were trying to buy one mobile thru amazon first two three time we were unable to buy this because of transaction fail.
        But then also we had kept the selected items on add cart. But after that we had change our mind not to purchase product from this site so were removing this product from cart but instead of removing they deducted the amount for purchase because what amozon app did, they had saved your detail in site and without that they are not allowing us order something or return from the page.

        So when we checked and found that some purchase order already done. After that we had immidiataly contacted the customer case for cancellation of this order. But the customer care person unable to cancel this product and trying to give diffirent option for other purchase but then also we stick for cancellation. Then he suggested us to wait for 24 hours for cancellation, we had agreed for wait for 24 hours. He also said that he ia updating comment order for cancellation.

        After what happin you don't belive after 24 houra we again call to amazon customer care, they said order is diapaching then only you are able to cancel and we we asked them for why this was not cancelled then they said this is not our policy to return or cancel any order i was total shocked how this is possible then he start arguing with us for the same.

        Then we requested for transfer the call to suppervisor, then they transfer the call to mr raj for same issue we explained him as well but again we disappointed after hearing from him that he is aware for the case but can't cancel this order as this is in process of dispatch, we again asked him why this is in dispatch status we are already chasing for 3 days for cancellation of this order but he didn't listen our request.

        Again he said when you get this order at your home you don't take this order. We said how this possible why you are not cancelling our order in starting stage. He didn't give any answer for solution.

        Seriously if this kind of waste services are provided by amazon how they will serve our country for best services and so much diffirence in services as compare to other countries.

        You are not helping customers and better services just you are interested for how to attract customers with some discount and after that how they make fool to them.

            Sir/madam

            I am completely disappointed with amazon site. i lodged a complain yesterday against the hp laptop which i received was without the charger and i didn't open the laptop. today when a person from amazon came to take the replacement he told that it's a damaged laptop without a charger all o[censored]s were surprised to see the damaged laptop then immediately i called at your helpline number and asked for the replacement. he said my replacement will be done tomorrow as its a new complain of damaged product received is registered now.
            I have spent rs. 43643/- on this hp pavilion laptop. i have clicked the pictures of this damaged laptop which i received in a pack carton of amazon. please find the attachment below. this is such a big thing which i never expected from a big site like amazon
            Please i request to either change this damaged product with the new one or give me the refund. it's a big disappointment.

              Sir i book mobile back cover for rs500. but you gave 5.5inch cover but i ordered 5 inch cover so i returned my product. the delivery boy came and took product back. but still i am not refunded, i returned before 2 months but still didnt receive money back. this made me to hate ur sevice. pls refund my money soon as possible.

                    I have ordered an item on dated 17th of june from amazon website, and they have committed me to placed the order till 27th june, however today when i am login this complaint my order still not delivered to me. This is really not acceptable at all as i have already made the payment to amazon from my bank, amount has been with them since last 1 month and order for me still not delivered.
                    This is really frustrating for me since i have to gift the item to one of my relative on her birthday, i was really very upset and feel embraced in front of her due to the item was not available when it was needed.

                        I bought one pair of shoes on 4 - feb 2016, description are given below :

                        Cat men's whittington coffee leather sneakers - 8 uk

                        Issues : shoe sole has been devided into 3 layer as pasting was very bad, seems like its local not original.

                        As they already knew that they will deliver duplicate item not original one that's they have mentioned warranty period of one month where as cat company provide 1-2 years of warranty depend on product.

                          I had cancelled an order. Refund cheque was issued in the name of my house instead of my name which is rediculous.

                          I have been following up with customer care executives and they are not providing me proper informations from past 1 month and i have not yet received my refund.

                          The executives have no knowledge on the queries they are assisting for and every time different executives are attending the query and providing me incorrect answers.

                          Amazon CUSTOMER care service is very WORST

                            You guys are such cheat. my order number: #[protected]. i ordered passport travel sling bag. what the bloody hell, the sling is missing only bag delivered. if i had to carry it in my hand, i would have used a wallet instead. i leave for travel on friday night! just bloody deliver me the sling, hanging loop, or else i will write to consumer complaint. check image from your site, you are deceiving people. even though its a petty thing, the passport bag is useless without the sling. i want that sling delivered before friday evening! ph: [protected].

                              As we odered the mobile phone lava x 10, so when we odered you said the product includes with gorilla glass. for the dameges purposes. so our phone has fallen down from a 1 feet distance but our phone has dameged when it fallen down our phone sreen has occured problem..
                              Actually we purchased for the purpose to overcome our damages by gorilla glass. as we have good impression on your service. please rectify our problem and solve our problem as soon as possible.

                                On 8-jul i ordered moto g 4th gen (black) order id[protected]
                                This was ordered by express delivery with 100/- extra with standard charted credit card offer of 10% cash back, means it was supposed to come on 9-jul, not received. i called to customer care after 8 pm and they told me that will get delivered by 8 pm on 10-jul, still not received. again i called up the customer care on 11-jul and explained that ‘stock was not available and your order difficult to deliver and cancel the order’ she cancelled the order and suggested to book a new one and she will activate the ‘standard charted credit card offer of 10% cash back’ offer, i’ve done the same and she confirmed the order number (new order) also. later on i checked the order number and the order number she has given was old order id[protected] which means totally fake information given by executive (meena).
                                Again after noon we called to customer care and escalated to talk with senior and they connected to sr. executive (rishabh). i’ve explained what happened in past few days and he promised me that he will give a call in 24 hrs. (which was supposed to get on 12-jul) and he said that “you can book same order again and cannot provide the ‘standard charted credit card offer of 10% cash back’ but can give 1500 /- (10% cash back offer) in amazon wallet which booking the order while he was in the call.
                                Again this was also fake promise and i couldn’t get any call in 24 hrs.
                                Totally i lost the cash back offer for 1500/- and the mobile couldn’t get.
                                I am very much frustrated with amazon services provided to customers and totally unsatisfied with the executives, no one have the exact information and every one providing different information even sr. executive also.
                                Request you to kindly check the same and provide me the exact resolution of the issue.

                                I have done a order on 7th July, it should be delivered on 8th July as per Amazone commitment. But after many follow ups and call i have not received any massage and mail for delivery. Today i am very frustrated and my work got hamper.

                                  I had bought lenovo zuk z1. The mobile is very bad in performance. I was getting red border on my screen blinking when i got it. There was no proper response from amazon or lenovo. I formatted the phone. Now that issue has been resolved, but the phone hangs a lot. Also after every call the phone screen becomes unresponsive and unusable. Then i have to wait for the complete battery to drain and wait for recharging again. This is worst thing. Now amazon is not giving me refund of my money, it is still under 10 day return/ refund. I want a refund of my money. I no longer want lenovo zuk z1.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I ordered one laptop battery and the warrenty period is 1 yr. But after few days the battery didnot provide enough back up. There fore i contacted to customer service of amazom but they told me they didn't help me on returning or replacing the item for another and told me to contact the seller. But in my location the seller have no branch offices.
                                    Therefore i request to take necessary action against amazon.In, so that again they didnot cheat any body.

                                      Respected sir i have ordered for a bedsheet product from amazon.com website, which was paid by me on the time of ordering on date[protected], but till date not recieved by me and the website shows it delivered on saturday[protected], after that i had an enquiry to the company and they provided assurance that it will be refunded but after one day they emailed me like this :greetings from amazon.in.

                                        Hello, this is chitwan singh, my account registered number is [protected]. I bought products worth rs.2092 on 1july. I bought only because there was cashback of rs500. I had horrific experience with amazon. Firstly, i received forever aloe vera gel, it was filled with 90% water. Then i called customer service, i told them to change it, they said, they can only refund the amount. On asking out cashback amount, they told, first you will get rs300 cashback and then call us we will give you another 200. I said ok. Then what happens.. I do not receive courier with 5 items, which was due on 8 july. I called almost everyday to know its status, but always they respond we have made it priorty and will deliver by today only. One executive told me don't cancel it at your end or else you wont get cashback amount. I said ok.
                                        Now, its 13, still i have not received products. I contacted customer service, i was told, what you want refund or replacement. I said full refund along with my rs500 cashback amount. He said we can only give rs150gc + refund. This is most disgusting thing i have ever heard. After harassing customer for 13 days, you have not delivered what you supposed to deliver and now even denying cashback amount. I will not settle with this.
                                        Either you pay my full refund along with rs500 cashback amount or i will go to consumer court for harassing me for so long and wasting my time & money.
