Hello, this is chitwan singh, my account registered number is [protected]. I bought products worth rs.2092 on 1july. I bought only because there was cashback of rs500. I had horrific experience with amazon. Firstly, i received forever aloe vera gel, it was filled with 90% water. Then i called customer service, i told them to change it, they said, they can only refund the amount. On asking out cashback amount, they told, first you will get rs300 cashback and then call us we will give you another 200. I said ok. Then what happens.. I do not receive courier with 5 items, which was due on 8 july. I called almost everyday to know its status, but always they respond we have made it priorty and will deliver by today only. One executive told me don't cancel it at your end or else you wont get cashback amount. I said ok.
Now, its 13, still i have not received products. I contacted customer service, i was told, what you want refund or replacement. I said full refund along with my rs500 cashback amount. He said we can only give rs150gc + refund. This is most disgusting thing i have ever heard. After harassing customer for 13 days, you have not delivered what you supposed to deliver and now even denying cashback amount. I will not settle with this.
Either you pay my full refund along with rs500 cashback amount or i will go to consumer court for harassing me for so long and wasting my time & money.
