I've orders a mobile on 21st July 2016 and Amazon send me notification that my mobile will be deliver on 26th July 2016 till 8 PM.

Buts its not deliver till yet.
I've called twice to their customer care but no action taken from their side.

I bough this mobile for gift it someone on 27th July 2016 but i was not able to gift it just because of Amazon's poor delivery service.

Please take some strict action and impose fine as well if they are not able to deliver product on promised time.

    I ordered one item, amazon.In order #[protected]. Delivery time is 27july2016 but they are not delivered the item, simply send a mail unable to identify the address, if so they should call to the registered mobile number. Even the address is very clear & popular place also i. E bank street, koti, hyderabad (Location).
    This way they simply escaping.
    Worst service.
    Come to the registered address & call on registered mobile number.

      Amazon is a very big brand but is service is very very poor, 2 months ago i had order one dress… but some reason i return the dress, amazon team said dress return service not provided pls courier the dress.. I said okk fine. I dress the courier. After the courier wait my refund amnt for 2 months & also courier amnt. Then i made lots of calls but amazon team didn’t proper reply... Than i made continuously calls for amazon team …. Finally refund amnt received. This matter is close with lot of problems. My second matter is i had again order one product on 15 july. But still i have not recevied the product. My tracking details is ;piyush gupta m.         I am rajat thakrey, i had booked a product on amazon dated[protected] and the product delivery date was[protected] but still my product is not delivered. When i called to customer care they said that your product definitely delivered on[protected] till 20:00 but not delivered. Snapshots are attached herewith regarding delivery of the product. When i asked to why are you delaying my product they said some kind of problems from courier team. But they don’t tell me what the reason is. I had booked the phone because i urgently needed it by[protected] as i had to go out of delhi on[protected] night but due to delay in my phone delivery i had to postpone my visiting plans which affected me monetary, i am very harassed.

        My product details are - product name - lenovo vibe k5 (Gold), order id[protected], tracking id[protected]

        I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. Please do the needful as soon as possible and revert me.

            I ordered tempered glass for my apple watch on 18th july 2016 and amazon committed they delivered the product on 25th july 2016 but today is 27 still i didn't get my order. I call them twice but they maid failed to delivered the same.

            Today is 28th as they committed to deliver the order but still not get that. Is my complaint acknowledged.

              I have claimed my refund request on 9th of july, but they are not responding at all. i have all call records of your service providers saying that request will be cosidered by tomorrow but till now they havent responded. today also i called a service provider which was a female, she told me you will get your refund in 3 mins but till now i havent got any reply from them. they are cheating me from the very 1st day. every call receiver says the same thing, but i am not getting my refund back. so i have decided to file a claim against amazon and sellers.

                I had placed an order for a wildcraft backpack and have not received the product yet. On calling the customer care i was provided incorrect status of the order where the agent mentioned twice that the order has reached local courier service. The actual delivery of the product was supposed to be delivered within 23 july and was extended to 27 july. On calling back again to customer care i was informed that the order has left today from delhi and it would take more 4 5 days to reach me, which means a delivery time of about 2 weeks for one backpack.

                Amazon has not lived up to their expected delivery date and has failed twice for delivering just a single backpack which can be easily available even in bad weather conditions. There is no agent giving true tracking details and i am not able to track the product.

                If other orders placed on amazon can reach the same zip code within the mentioned time then why is my order still not delivered??? Why is there so much delay???

                Need answer to my questions for providing bad service.

                    Hi

                    I have placed a mobile ohone order of moto 4g plus on[protected] eod and accepted to pay express delivery charges extra. On 25th july 2016 @ 18.30 hrs i received the parcel and the amount was collected through swiping card and when i open the box to check i had found johnsons baby wet vibes packet packed in that box. When i called the courier guy and asks him he says you speak to customer care i dont have anything to do with the same and disconnects the call. Now the when i go online and put a return and pick up request the guys comes on 26th and when i explain him he says i cant accept this return pick up as i have to pay from my pocket for any fraud and walks away.

                    When i speak to customer care they say the same gyan story we are sorry and bla bla bla.

                    I think this amazon company is doing fraud and cheating customers and collecting money.

                    People take the money through online saying that no cash on delivery& tell dat seller has cancelled the order. Our money is still with the amazon.

                      But till now they have not give me refund. When i call customer care they tell me wait for 24 to 48 hrs. Please help me i this.

                        My self sachin shashidharan, i have ordered 4qty. Of vr headset virtual reality 3d glasses from your amazon site on 18th july 2016, by id: [protected]@gmail.com. But unfortunately i have received a mail for my order got cancelled from your end. May i know then reason for cancelling my order, even though i have maid the post payment through credit card?
                        If you were not happy to sell your product on discount rate then why the discount offer is giving by your end? Was this an trick to grab the attention towards your web side.? If there was an policy to sell one product to one customer then why 4qty. Of production request got accepted from your end?
                        If seller have raised the price then was it my fault?

                        I am realy not happy with this kind of your service your giving.
                        I want my order to be issued to me as it was mention on the day i have ordered.

                        Else i will ask all the friend and family and their friend and family to stop shopping from amazon.

                          This product ordered on 22nd july'16.
                          Sms received on 25th informing the person with mobile number [protected] will deliver my mobile.
                          Urprising this number is always switched off...
                          The delivery was neither attempted nor anybody called and they have cooly mentioned in the tracking that this was attempted and addressee was not available... Do you think we are fools..
                          When informed via chat, phone to amazon customer care... They had stero type answers, that we will look into the problem and this will be delivered today i. E. 26th july 2016 the estimated delivery time mentioned in the order.

                          Owners of amazon, please awake and see the messages and see how your own staff fools the public and if you still interested in your reputation make things straight.

                              Dear sir,
                              Please note that i had purchased a home theater of philips from amazon on 05/07/2016 its order id was[protected] amount was rs. 7549/- through cod. on 10/07/2016 it was delivered (late after my follow up) and on the same day i requested for its reverse pick up because the product was not as good as it was expected and mp4 were not supported while playing. on 14/07/2016 i also requested for refund through mail.
                              Regarding thisamazon.in arranged reverse pick up six times but after waiting for hours no one came to pick the same. so many calls were placed to customer service of amazon and to its courier service but to no result. one of the representatives named shashwat on 15/07/2016 told me that if three times reverse pick up is scheduled and no one pick the item then customer can keep the item as well as his money would be refunded to him. but on the next day a different customer representative denied by saying that mr. shaswat told lie to me and he gave me wrong information (is this the way of amazon to deal with customers?) now i want to file a case against amazon in customer forum and i want compensation of rs.5000/- for all the mental agony and time waste which happened due to amazon’s carelessness and lack in customer service. they have also not provided rti officer’s detail and owner of amazon’s detail (mail id a and phone no.) in spite of requesting for several times through phone and mail.
                              This is for your information and required action please.

                                  Hi all, this is in regards to the television which i ordered on 18th july, 2016 "philips 3000 series 40pfl3750/v7 102cms (40 nches) full hd led tv (black) at an offer price of rs.20473/-. two days later, i received a text stating that your refund is initiated for this product. i was confused as i never requested for refund and return. i contacted the amazon customer service and spoke to a lady named"riya". i explained her the situation and after keeping me on hold for 15 mins, she advised me that the product got damaged before delivering to the address. i was shattered as i was never informed about it. the lady then contacted me after speaking to the seller in 2 hours and promised that she will replace the product at same cost on website. the next day when i was going to order the product, i was getting a higher price of 29000/-. i contacted the amazon once again, unfortunately could not get through the same lady even after asking for her and the phone got disconnected. i called again 3 times but did not get proper response.
                                  Today, i contacted again regarding the issue and spoke to supervisor praveen. he said that he will not replace the product as the offer is no more there. the current price is rs. 28900/- and i can get my refund or order it at higher price. as i was upset and annoyed, in order to insult me he said he can give discount of rs 500/-.
                                  I am very shocked and disappointed by this behaviour. i have been suffering on this from 4 days. as this is not my fault, i would request you to provide me the same tv at the originally offered price of rs 20473/-.
                                  I really expect a outcome from you.
