Hi,
This is to inform you that Amazon.in which states that they do not save the user card details has deducted an amount of Rs. 6, 638, without my permission on July 1, 2016 11:22 PM for Amazon prime membership, ehich is utterly no use in India.
And the next very day, I contacted Amazon.in for the same and they even denied that my account itself does not exist, the agent here was Mr.karthik! and after all the drama I was asked to contact Amazon.com & Amazon.co.in. so as suggested, I contacted Amazon.com and had a chat with Ms. Kaityln and she strictly denied that such transaction info is not available and was asked to contact Amazon.in again.
And when I again sent a mail to Amazon.in they did not even care to call up instead sent the same response stating kindly contact Amazon.com.
And after all the drama, I had to call the support and they made me wait for a frigging hour on the phone to get in touch with the supervisor who gave an email ID to contact regarding the payment as that mail ID would make me get in touch with the payment team, but unfortunately again was not at all surprised to see the same response - "Kindly contact Amazon.com"!
My question here is, Y the hell is there a customer support when they don't even have the basic knowledge of addressing the customer's issue ?|
Finally, as it's already 9 days from the date of deduction, I've decided to file a case and sue these worthless company and let the world know about their "secure payment" or whatever the hell that is?
would be posting this o other sites and make it go viral until they learn a lesson!
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
