I'm brought / buy from amazon. india order no#[protected] [ original nokia/ microsoft lumia 1520 touch & lcd display assembly with original battery - company pack worth rs-9, 999.00]

This order placed on 2-june-2016 total: rs-10, 119.00 from delhi local seller...
Order delivered to my hand on 9-june-2016 afternoon around 1:30pm something, then after i'm opened the parcel and checked on my mobile a twice, the display is very clean and in good condition but the display is not working and the back side battery is looks like already used and assembled from another mobile (the used sticker mark is there) then i'm returned immediately to the seller of amazon. india,
Then the amazon local dealer pick-up my return product, from the next day of 10-june-2016 afternoon,

I wait 3days for my refund 13-june-2016, but they don't refund so i called costumer care then i asked to connect tamil costumer care, because i'm from tamilnadu, then the call connected with amazon-india tamil costumer care executive, he resolved my problem that why they not refund, because 13-june-2016 evening only the return package reached delhi...

1week later still i don't receive my money cheque then again i make a call to the costumer care and spoke with amazon-india tamil costumer care executive this time he said saturday and sunday is not working day for this process and even government holiday, so i'm wait for more than 3/4 day's, on 29-june-2016 i received my cheque :) but the problem is i login amazon. india by my face book id. so the cheque name is not my bank passbook name, then again call the costumer care and explain everything to him, he said tare the cheque and send to the costumer care mail id and also change the correct name on your amazon id. then i do this all and the process starts on 2-july-2016 again.

After 1 week i called costumer care he said in process...
Then after 4 day's he said in process and he send some mail to the amazon billing team,
1 weak late i called costumer care this time also he said he said in process and apoligized me.

See today the date is 30-july-2016 still i don't receive my money cheque, really i'm tired and heart broken : (:' (

I don't know about this site if this is true please take some action. please : (

    had a call with customer representative regarding a sugg of different product are refund/ later the same person promised to get the money refund doesn't take any request against this.
    could you please help with this what should be done?
    even got a call recording of the conversation had with amazon person

      This is to inform Amazon that I purchased a book " handbook on law, ethics and communication" by muniah bhandari.

      The order number was[protected].

      I placed the order on 22july 2016 and I was assured delivery latest by 29 July. I am also being charged₹75 as delivery charge.

      However, I haven't received delivery as yet. I would like to mention that the ordered book needed urgently for study purpose. Such inordinate delay is beyond reason. I am highly disappointed and I barely think of transacting on Amazon again.

      Amazon really need to speed up its delivery. Even the tracking details shown on internet are very ambiguous. The package is in fact moving away from my address.

          I purchased "petslife cockatiles fruit mix food-200 gms" from amazon. Mrp of item is rs.120/- and i was charged 220/- plus shipping. This is clearly cheating of customers.

          This is a planned cheating by amazon as you can clearly see screenshots on website are take in a way that mrp is not seen. Not expected from amazon atleast.

              Hello team

              I have purchased a mobile through amozon on the 6 month emi installments. my mobile has been delivered and i made payment through our credit card (kotak mahindra bank). on the time of purchase, the advised emi is rs. 2588.05 for 6 months. attached emi advised details for your record.

              Now, i have checked our bank statement and there is some extra amount debited from our account. please see and attached the bank emi advised details. there is some extra charge i am supposed to paying, which you had not advised, on the time of buying the product.

              This is a very bad experience which i never expect from amazon. please dont hide any information regarding the product and price to your customer. please take my issue on the priority and advise soon.

                Sir i have ordered alexvyan®-genuine accessory with 1 year warranty - usb wifi 600 mbps wi fi dongle 600mbps wireless adapter adaptor 802.11n/g/b with antenna antena 8th july 2016 bt item is not useable to us... So i return product on 22nd july 2016 and amazon courier boy taken off the item but till now item amount is not refund into my sbi saving account... So pls verify and credit it money into my account...

                    This is to inform you that i bought a mobile moto g4plus on launch day and various offers were running alongwith this buy. I have attached the invoice & promotional schemes documents. The last date to offer the freebies was 15th july. However, till date they have not responded with a new date despite of reminders including their facebook platform.

                    Amazon india is not fulfilling the launch day offers on moto g4 plus. Amazon does not even giving proper reply on the concerns. Many mails (Including ceo – [protected]@amazon.com) & call to customer care could not resolve the issue. There following were the freebies offered;

                    3. Buy motorola pulse 2 headphones at just inr 499

                      I had ordered a unic uc-40 projector from amazon on 12/07/2016. However i received a fake e-gate gp-8s/g8 projector which was a toy projector much inferior in specifications to the product i had ordered.
                      The fake different branded item was received on 21/7/2016. I immediately ordered a return. The item was picked up the next day but i am yet to receive either a refund or a replacement. After much harrassment and complaints to amazon i was issued a refund on the 26/7/2016. However i have neither received any money nor any amazon gift card balance which i had opted for. I am extremely worried about my money now.

                        Dear team,

                        I was shopping online through your website (www.amazon.in) and i was shocked to notice that you guys are selling products higher than the mrp of the product. I am talking about the delmonte pitted prunes, 130 gms pack. The mrp on the back of the pack is inr.100 but the website is selling it for inr.150, which is 1.5 times its mrp. Look at the scale of marking up a product with printed mrp. This is just one product that i was incidentally browsing through and found a discrepancy in. I wonder how much you guys would be marking up the price of products with mrp not written or printed on them.

                        I am jolted and now am wondering how many times in the past i must have perhaps paid higher than the mrp while shopping with amazon. This is highly irresponsible and not expected from such a huge global e-tailer like amazon. This incident has definitely created doubts with respect to the pricing on your website and am now speculating as to how can you guys be so casual and let your customer pay higher than the mrp of a product? It has dented the image and respect that i held for amazon.

                        I hope you guys will take corrective action and take things seriously, especially when it directly affects the customer. I await a brief explanation for this incident.

                          I ordered a product on july 16. Still tdy (Jul28) it has been not delivered. The shipper is from delhi and the reciever is in mumbai and the courrier is amazon transport services. Tried contacting the customer care 5 times. First 3 times they escalated and asked me to wait 24hrs.. Last two times they asked me to cancel the order and order again. What is this? I have ordered more than 10 product in amazon since 2014

                                  My name is niraj. I have ordered a buckaroo shoes from Amazon.. As shoes was not up to my expectation I placed a refund for Rs 2100..cheque was initiated on 2nd of July and now they used to say that despacting or tracking id will be given on or up to 2nd of August. Thus from initiating to despacting it takes upto 5 to 9 days.. But in my case they used to take one month.. And I have doubt that they will either give me my tracking details on 2nd August.. Amazon used to harresed a lot.. I want strict action against Amazon. Please help me..

                                    We had ordered a gear vr before and we wanted to replace it because of some issues. We had returned the item and asked for money refund but we instead received one more gear and it was refused so it is pleased to you to refund the money as soon as possible
                                    i make the call again to the customer care but the amazon executive are so rude that didn't even answers properly. they just waste time.

                                      This is in reference to an order which i placed on 18th july 2016. The estimated delivery date was 25th july 2016 and till now i have not received my package. I called customer care around 8-10 times to track my package with correct details the last time it was updated on wednesday as courier has left the package from delhi till now it shows the same. Every one told me to wait till today they will track the parcel and it will reach on 25th july. Now my order shows that it will reach before 30th july 2016. Never expected this from amazon. Raised a query through all possible way but no response. Can you please help me. Till today i have not received my package.

                                        I have placed order for purchasing the product mentioned under 'complaint subject. I have received msg (Sms) at 11.15.09 in morning from amazon customer services that my above item will be delivered by amzagent (Amzagent's phone number is [protected]) today i. E. On 27.07.2016.
                                        Amzagent has not called me over his phone up to 3.26 p. M. Then i called to the phone number is [protected], given in my sms (Msg).In response to my ph. Call, amzagent has told me that he is hatibagan, he does not shyambazar. I have given him the road direction to come to my residence for delivery of my above product.
                                        But he behave badly talked shouting with me and replied me with roughly it will take to make journey 2 hrs to come from hatibagan to shyambazar where as it actually take to make journey only for 10 to 15 minutes.

                                        Due to my preoccupied with some of my urgent works, i told your amzagnt i have to go out from residence within 4.00' clock. You come for delivery of my product within 4.00 o'clock. But your amzagnt did not came up to 4.15 p. M. Your amzagent has not co-operated with me for delivery of my product.

                                        Now, i have received a msg (Sms) at 19.25.32 (P. M.) from amazon customer services in my mobile, wherein it is mentioned that "my product was refused at the time of delivery", which is completely wrong and the amzagent has given you wrong feed-back.
                                        You are requested to kindly asked your amzagn whether he himself has called me on 27.07.2016 for delivery besides my phone call. If amzagnt tells that he has called me over his phone for delivery purposes, kindly very his phone call to my mobile phone no. [protected].
                                        I am a bonafied customer who used to avail amazon's product since long years. But this type of behaviour from your agent i faced for the first time. My impression about the amzagn's behaviour is not at all satisfactory.

                                        I am fully willing to accept my item/product. Kindly deliver it me as soon as possible.
                                        It is requested to kindly tell your amzagnt to call me in advance for fixing of time of deliveryover phone so as to enable me to keep my self present to accept hand over of delivery. For delivery kindly note my time of present: upto 11.30 a. M. And after 3.30 p. M, be advised to your agent to come at this time, if possible or kindly tell him to call me over phone.
