Hello,
This is sachi from Kolkata, Westbengal.I have received my prcel on 28th may 2016.after opend my parcel I saw that the box is empty.The product is missing.I did not get my product.I have requested for return and refund my money.now amazon closed my account without reason and they refused to refund my money.Please look into this matter and refund my money..the order id is[protected]

In India Amazon has policy of not provide service after warranty in case of any kindle. I used kindle for 17 month but during update on 16th may 2016 it got stuck. Then I contacted kindle India they said as your product is out of warranty so we can't replace it and we don't have any repairing service center. So now it is of no use. And indirectly said throw it in dustbin.

Dear sir,
I received the packet reg my above detailed order and i paid the sum of Rs.1151/- on demand. When i opened the packet i was surprised to find that it contained only one combo of Sony 16gb and 8gb pen drives and there was no other combo. Please look into the matter and arrange to supply the other one.

I ordered the above mentioned product from your website. And at the time when i was ordering it. It was showing available. So it's your fault not mine.
My bank also deduct the money from my credit card. I also got the email from your side about the order confirmation. And also from my bank about the payment.

I have ordered product on 23rd may 2016. it was an offer and I placed order. Based on my personal experience, amazon.In is only fit for ordering low priced products. They are not able to manage delivery of laptop that i ordered. The stock status says available but after charging me around 45k they automatically cancelled my order after a week without any prior intimation. The product was out of stock.


Be cautious and don't believe on the stock status mentioned in the site. The supplier it seems...

The way munazza took the call was excellent and more over she gave me a proper resolution with an email as a proof.
