I ordered one kurta. And i didnot get the refund till now. I filed a charge dispute already. Didnot get any reply also. Please do the needful urgently. And find my attached reference number also.27th jan 2020 i got a payment initiated mail. How long i have been waiting. Please do urgently

I will purchase the product but not received in 2499 amount I will the slowe the problem
My complain is my payment not refund but Amazon say all ready refund process done but still not show in my account credit amount 99 rs
