I have ordered redimi note 8 on 21st oct 2019 with prepayment.
My product goes out for delivery today i. E. On 23rd october with otp.
But at 10:44am i got message that your product is delivered.
How could it be possible that without otp one can do so.
While contacting on agent no. He is saying he have delivered.
Direct case of cheating.

I had order two products and my money was deputed from my account and my account stopped working and i am stuck there's no response from Amazon call centre 1800 300 09 009 i called them 5 times Still didn't get a result they are trying to calm me by not resolving my problem
Amazon agent called my parents for delivery, my mother asked him for total amount, he was not ready to answer the question and replied in inappropriate manner. As an agent he should speak to consumer politely, but he shouted like anything.

    Order for this item was placed on 26th august 2019 with payment through card. On a phone call on 29th august 2019 conveying that payment is failed and need to make payment through imps to account details sent to my email id. Same day another payment was made for same item. It was assured that payment made through card will be reverted to account in couple of days. But after lot of persuation, customer care chats, emails, phone calls the amount was credited to account on 9.10.2019. Further even after payment through imps, the order was cancelled by seller on 13.9.2019 and despite customer care chats, phone calls, emails, the same is not yet refunded.

    No response from Amazon or from seller so far. Its 2 months now my money is blocked.
    I buy laptop 3/10/2019 lenvo company. but my order cansel seller. i will pay amount 39990/- threw dabit card idbi bank. but my paymet not refund till now.
    amzon refund reference #878980 date 11/10/2019.

      For the above order, i wish to make an official complaint.

      I ordered phone samsung m30 on 15th oct & the delivery was expected on
      17th oct. He came with order a day in advance on 16th oct, i told him,
      Being a working day i am not available & he can deliver the same on
      Saturday 19th oct.

      Now on 19th oct, to my surprise i get a message that this order is
      Delivered at 5.20 am, however i haven't received it yet. This is extremely
      Frustrating!

      Please note that i bought the phone in exchange of my old phone, as i
      Told him to come on 19th oct morning at 10 am, i had uninstalled all the
      Applications & formatted my phone too. Now for past 2 days i am feeling
      Completely handicapped.
      I called your customer service team thrice in last 2 days & i have not
      Been provided with any solution.

      How can the order be marked as delivered when actually it is never
      Delivered??

      Not an experience expected from a professional organisation like amazon!
      More importantly, not an experience amazon wants to have for their prime
      Customers!

      Please update me on order delivery if possible, else i am feeling
      Helpless anyways!

        September 28th i have ordered mobile from amazon its a emi order, they not attempted to delivery and without knowing me they returned the product. But i also contacted the amazon customer support. They told me your refund initiated you will get it in your payment method.

        But when brought from amazon side they gifted the cashback. That the cashback amount deducted from my previous payment.

        I have contacted the bank they told me your emi is not cancelled.

        Now, i not received the ordered product but i need to pay emi amount including.

        Amazon totally stealing my money using high tech fraud concept.

          I was done the oreder and by some folt i have return that order but i still have not got my refund back to my acount
          my refund from amazon on 15 oct 2019 was done but still i have not got my refund to bank
          i spoke to bakn but they dont have any idea about my refund
          And ist been 5 to 6 working day has been don to my refund from amazon

            Tv has been received on sunday and local technician fro hyderabad has come today for fitment on opening package it is found that the wall mounting bracket which is to come along with the tv is not in the package and hence not possible to fix tv. Company was approached who says that amazon has to be approached and compliant lodged. Pl assist earliest as 20) day delay has already taken place

              I have placed an order for book on amazon on 14th sep 19, the expected delivery was not later than 17th oct 19, in between requested amazon for early despatch, they expressed their inability,
              Finally showed the product was despatched on 12th oct 19 stating will be delivered by 17th oct 19,
              Order no : order #[protected]
              Blue dart-tracking id: [protected] (The wrong id it is not @ my specified address in mumbai, belongs to someone else of jaipur)

              But finally, the track id was not giving any results on blue dart tracking, believe the id provided was wrong, when i approached amazon, they said they can't help, just they processed the refund on 12th oct 19.
              No concern about customer's interest, no responsiveness, i have lost my eagerness to study by cia because of the amazon and his seller-sunrise book store
              How come despatch and refund processed on the same day?
              Reasons unexplained by amazon. Asking to make a new order

              Who will be held responsible for the loss of my time and the incidental cost incurred by me in anticipation of order (Book delivery)
              How can i loss be compensated?

              Adding One more image, it states how the seller and Amazon, cheated by giving a wrong Waybill/Courier Number to me. my delivery address is at Mumbai, whereas the POD is given of someone else, which was despatched and duly delivered at Jaipur. this is intentional misleading by Amazon to me.

                We have ordered for eco water purifier on 6th octoober 2019. The item was delivered on 20th october. We have got installed on 15th october. However the purifier is not working properly. There is a problem in cooling system. Water is not getting cooled. Please send technician to rectify the problem.

                  From last few days i am facing so much of harassment from amazon that i am have compelled to do complain against. Amazon simply taking money from customer and not delivering the order on time. If you not able to pick your order they simply return to the seller in spite of making the full payment.

                  The order were exclusive in terms of the availability and have spent so much of time and effort to make the order. So customer is deserved to treated correctly in terms product getting delivered.

                  The two orders which i faced tremendous amount of harassment and felt fool of ourselves placing the order with amazon: ORDER #[protected] / ORDER #[protected].

                  In both the scenarios the product is not delivered in spite of making payments and sent to the seller instead without notifying the customer, when contacted the amazon associates, they simply promised that the product will be delivered. This is what ?? a game of hide and seek or what???

                      I purchased 2 set of amazon brand 15 piece container set abd 1 generic hair care steamer cap worth rs 1788/ from amazon on 14th oct. I still did not get my package but site is showing package delivery on 20th. Despite various complaints on customer services, i only got fake asssurances from company. It was total wastage of time money and energy. I bought this package as a diwali gift for someone but now they are saying for refund system.

                      My simple query is whether i am getting my package or not. Secondly if amazon is producing fake delivery reports on site. When i have not received any package how can you get delivery report.
                      This is a complete fraud with customer.

                      I had a trust in name of amazon but really disappointed with services this time. It seems amazon is loosing its credibility as a shopping site.

                        A refund has been made by amazon on 3th of october regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action. Big amount 15475+990

Due to some reason, item has returned and Amazon India has refunded amount 564.00on 9oct 2019 vide ref no[protected] to my SBI acct. and successfully processed as per amazon customer care information.but refund not yet credited my account.please do needful to get back my refund.

                              Ordered samsung galaxy m30s cost of rs.16999/- and got ghadi surf soap with karbonn smartphone box same above was conveyed to amazon customer care same day they assured us that we will resolved the issue on priority with in 5 days but today after taking 7days they replied that they can't replace the product as it is secured by them so, i raised complaint against amazon and seller in consumer complaints forum india. It's a heartbroking response. I am a prime member of amazon since last 9 years.

                                I purchased a Hometown Vento Study Table and got it delivered on 17th Oct'19.
                                As the technician from Amazon India came to Assemble the table he found the product is damaged/defective and suggested to be raised for refund/replacement.
                                On the same day i took the same with Customer Care and they assure me action within 48hours. Meantime Technician who came to assemble the table also raised the issue with Vendor/and Amazon for which i received a mail copy (attached).
                                On receiving the mail copy i again called the Customer Care- Amazon India and they provided an option for replacement/or refund and i opted replacement.
                                MAJOR ISSUE : Since then everyday a Return Pickup is scheduled by agency (DELHIVERY) for which i get the message but by evening again i get the message that Pickup Rescheduled. As i try to approach the Delivery Executive on the mentioned contact in the text, it is either going Switched OFF, or Busy with no revert at all.

                                It seems they are just making us engage and passing off the time.
                                Ridiculous, seems AMAZON INDIA has to work on such Sellers who are making fool of customers and making us feel that it's always a Big mistake to order on e-Commerce platform.

                                  I have ordered my product on 26 th september, and i have returned the product on 30th september cause it was not of my size. Amazon picked my return on the next day and issued the refund of rs 1839/- on 2oct.. They say, it will reflect in ur account withing 2-5 days.. Its 22nd october.. I havent got any money in my bank account..

                                    I have ordered two products on 4/10/19... I have tracked the tracking i'd given by amazon... There it is declared that the parcels are delivered already... But i didn't get anything... The name of the delivery boy is sujit mandal whose phone number is provided by amazon delivery... I think the delivery boy has stolen the parcels... Please take necessary step as soon as possible...

                                      Sir i have booked 01 microtek inverter at the rate 4530/- rupees on dated16/10/19 on prepaid basis. My amount is already deducted for booking said item. I have to given delivery date on or before 22.10.19 but suddenly on 21.10.19 when i checked my order on amazon website, show me that your order is cancelled and amount will be credited in 4 to 5 days. Without my permission how amazon cancelled my order. Please see this case.

I am already complain in bank but bank is not responding. I am complain in both bank,. Uco and sbi bank but both bank are not responding. So request you to kindly grant my complain. Thanku
