I have purched a wrist watch of rs. 753 from amazon company on cash on delivery mode but i got effective piece. When i replaced that product, i got my money in my gift voucher. This company is totally fake.
Again i ordered a halmet after that of rs.1125 added from gift voucher and rest from my debit card...
After 6 days it automatically got cancelled. And again rs. 753 refunded in gift voucher. Rest money will be transfered in bank in account told by them..
Why they don't refund that amount in bank account directly.
They are fraud and harshing the customers..

My citi mastercard ending in 9324 has a charge dated 11/24, for $100.00 to Amazon.com. I have no knowledge of this transaction. Please credit my card or provide me with proof of purchase.

        I ordered OnePlus 3T from Amazon on Dec 12th. It reached bangalore courier service on Thursday 15th Dec and it was out for delivery on 16th Dec. The delivery guy called around 5:30 and gave me an address to come and collect. I told him it has to be delivered to my home address which is given, he cancelled the call. And the tracking status was updated as 'Customer not reachable'.
        I called Amazon customer service on 16th and informed them what has happened and ask them to deliver asap. They also promised to take action. After that till today (19th Dec) 9:00 PM I have contacted them atleast 10 times and no action has been taken yet.

            I had bought the mobile(8th aug 2016) in amazon when their is an cash back offer of 10% through sbi debit.As per terms and conditions i had to recieve my cash back on OCt 10th 2016, but i did not recieved my cash back yet.when ever i am calling them they are simply saying that they are checking why it is not credited.And i had also shared the bank statement also. Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible.

              Hello.. I placed an order on Amazon and received it. I have been struggling to get a copy of invoice since past 20 days. I contacted Amazon's customer care service n they are continuously misguiding me, giving me false assurances n hopes. Should it be that much frustrating to get a simply copy of invoice. Amazon is saying that it is a seller fulfilled order and they are unable to provide me invoice. Pls look into this matter. I want to take an action against them.

                I had ordered some seeds of worth Rs 137 and gave my office address for delivery, the courier person tried to contact me on 14th Dec 2016 for delivery at 3:25 PM. I was on leave on that particular day and could not pick up the call. To my surprise I got a message stating order is delivered at around 9:37 PM.

                The delivery person no is [protected]

                I had contacted amazon customer care and gave all the details but they are saying item is delivered to customer with signature.

                I work for a corporate office where in the courier person's are not allowed into the office, usually they call us to come to the gate for the delivery. They will usually check ID card before delivery.

                Usually at 9:37 PM in the night there will not be any person in the office.

                Customer care people seems to be dumb to understand my logic and they keep rejecting my claim.

                This is the last email I got from them

                "Although we understand your position, we have reviewed this claim and we stand by our decision. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this claim."

                I request others to buy items only by cash on delivery, do not give the cash upfront and be on the mercy of the delivery person.

                Dumb and stupid fellows are sitting in customer support, I keep telling them that I had given my office address for delivery and they keep saying check if any of your family persons had received the courier.

                I had forwarded the email to the higher authorities in the email and they have resolved the issue. Thank you
                I have ordered a mobile on Dec 3 and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 5th Dec 2016 and still it's not delivered today (11 Dec 2016) and when I escalated to customer care and they are not very helpful, Amazon India is misleading people on delivery of the products. Please take necessary actions against Amazon India.

                  The amazon delivery office in Kaula park. Sangrur The amazon send me a no to get the my package delivery. When I contact on that no. That was switched off. And when I go to their office for inquiry they starting abusing me and try to beat me. When I shooted their video they snatched my mobile. And said do whatever u want.
                  Mene Amazon se mobile ka glass order kiya tha lekin glass mere mobile ko fit nahi ho raha tha usaki size kam thi.phir Mene glass return kiya lekin muzhe abhitak uska refund nahi Mila. Mene glass 7 December ko return kiya.
                  If Amazon did not deliver to specified address, they should mention this. Delivery guy comes and ask to pickup parcel at 20-30 blocks from pick address in a middle of busy day. When asked upon, got very rude reply, no manners at all. I think, no one shouldn't be ordering anything which comes through "Courier: Amazon Transportation Services"

                    Seagate harddisk purchased on dec 3 2016 isn't working. Return and refund was booked on the very next day but still pick up wasn't made. I have brought this problem to customer care's notice several times. people attend the call gives same positive reply without change in words. pls check call log of so that you can know how many times we have approached your customer care.product worth is Rs 4150. I cant lose my money.
                    selling a faulty product and not returning my money.this doesn't sound ethical. we have lost the trust on amazon and amazon prime products.

                    help me out. whom should I contact to resolve the issue?????

                      As i was returned my product(mobile) on December 11 2016 ORDER NO #[protected] and then it is said to me that your refund will be reflected in your account in 2-4 business days(As returned on your Return/Replacement time line slip see slip below) but today is December 19 2016 and expected delivery to the seller is december 16 2016 and there is no update regarding this...one more think is that i have not found any of your Amazon Representative who give me a correct solution for this i called more than 10 times to the helpline number but every representative have there different opinion for the same issue i don;t know why every representative is trying to make me fool...I'm not satisfied with amazon...please tell me the possible thing what i have to do and how i can get my money back and i don't want to talk to your representative's anymore...Please solve my issue ASAP and return my money so that i can purchase some other mobile phone ...thank you...:(:(

                          Sir, I had purchased one woolen shirt Beize colour, Arihant make, 42 size for my father for his birthday vide order no. (#[protected]. The shirt has been delivered and the same is found defective. There is a cut in the shirt which is is stitched (i.e. rafoo) at the right lower side. This is the first time I have purchased any item from Amazon and my experience is very bad.

                            The above mention reference orders are not come to my address where I was cancelled second order before reaching and first order gave me a mail that they come and contact me but actually no one come and contact me. This delivery problem I also get before this so I cancelled this and Amazon is not well online purchasing centre. Fake promise, fake delivery mail.

                              I have placed an order for Dress Material on Amazon on 13/10/16 Order Number:[protected], it was delivered on 19/10. The material which I received was not the one which I have placed order for and that too it was a damaged piece. I have returned that material on 20/10 itself and I have placed an refund request.
                              I have spoke to Amazon customer care Many a times, even with Senior executives, they always say we are trying to resolve your issue give us 3 - 5 working days.
                              Its more than 50 days now they didn't even generated Refund reference number and my concern is still unsolved. I have experienced a WORST service from Amazon.

                                I had ordered a product on 16th December which under guaranteed delivery, and had to be delivered by 17 th December. I got a sms stating Delivery couldn't be completed because customer wasn't available, which was a lie, I have been at home waiting since 16th and today is 18 th December. And they should have made an effort to call me, which never happened. Even I called them too many times, but they didn't picked up the phone.When contacted to customer support first I was told that I'd get the product by evening as they have prioritized it, later at 14:30 finally around 4pm I was told to wait for 24hr. It was cash on delivery, but I have wasted my 1days already waiting. Each time they replied that they have told courier service to deliver it with high priority. If this is how they treat a high priority then its miserable. ORDER #[protected]I I want to raise compensation for wasting my time, for providing false information, and not fulfilling your "guaranteed delivery".

                                    I placed the order for One Plus 3T on 12thDec, for some reason inspite of being a prime member the delivery date given was 19th. I thought it might just be the maximum time frame given. The order never reached me right till the 16th. I spoke with Rohan who assured me that the delivery will happen on the 17th before 11am, that did not happen. Called up Amazon again on the 17th spoke with Sumati R who seemed to be confused and more interested in using condescending statements. I asked for a supervisor, was transferred to Himanshi who was rude, condescending and absolutely unhelpful. I told her that people who placed their orders after me hv received their orders but not me to which she rudely tells me to stop comparing myself with others. She also tells me that if i had seen that one day delivery was available I should have cancelled the order and placed it again, she was stubborn, not ready to take accountability and did not bother understanding the situation, just kept honking her horn. Then I received a callback from Rohan as I had given a bad feedback which registered in his name, he promised he is checking on the delivery and he will make sure it gets delivered today. I tried using the call option on the app which conveniently stopped functioning, then i called up the Customer Service line and spoke with Tejas who brought to my attention that my order has been cancelled and only a replacement can be setup which will only get delivered by the 24th of Dec. I am flabbergasted at the audacity of Sumati and SUPERVISOR Himanshi to have cancelled my order without my consent just coz I sent a bad feedback. This is hooliganism at its worst. This is the worst customer service experience anybody can have. I am am left stranded with no answer. This is a gift for my brother who is a shippie and will be sailing on the 20th. I want concrete action take and I want to be kept in the loop. If necessary I am ready to go to your Mumbai office but I want action taken. This is as good as a crime in the Customer Service world. This is bullying of the worst kind. This is not expected of an organization of Amazon's repute known for its impeccable customer service worldwide. I guess in India even Amazon has lost.

                                      I purchased moto g, 4th gen (Black, 16gb) with order number #[protected] on 11th july 2016. I should have to receive the 10% cashback.

                                      I did multiple conversation with customer care teams and here what i received theire feedback based on the converstion

                                      1) initially they told me that you should receive the cash back please send us the bank statement history, which i send over [protected]@amazon.in

                                      2) after not getting the cashback i started another discussion with customer care and then they told me that your item is not eligible to get cash back by purchasing mobile. Their feedback "i've thoroughly checked your previous correspondences, i have checked and found that 10% cash back on standard chartered bank credit (Including emi) and debit cards on purchase of below products: a. Desktops b. Laptops c. Tablets"

                                      3) after not getting any good response i again started another channel and they they tell me that "i have checked with the leadership team and they have confirmed that there was only hdfc offer in july. There was no offer for standard chartered offer for cash back. I am so sorry, you are not eligible for the cash back for this order"

                                      Means you see that every steps they just want to cheat. And if you still want to know the truth then you can just visit "http://www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=[protected]&tag=couponmahagur-21"

                                      Do let me know when should i get the cash back, otherwise i will claim case in court with total cash back amount and changes for my time spent in all above procedure.
