I added rs.399 on amazon pay balance via upi. Payment was successful. When i check amazon pay it said money will be added in a few minutes. Then i got a message saying

We cannot accept your order because we have closed this account. You may not use a closed account to place orders with amazon.

So i replied them
"but what about my money? My money is deducted from bank"
But they said

I attached all the proof so plz check it and refund my money
