I have lost my 1000 rs. due to the pathetic support of andhra bank.

I have lost my card on 26/05/2012 around 11:00 PM and when i call the customer care to block my card no one answers the call

Next day morning 27/05/2012 at 8:14 i got a message stating 1000 INR Transaction has been done on my Andhra bank account.

Even at that time i could not block my card as no one was answering my call.

Finally when i got connected to some one at 10:35 on 29/05/2012 i told them that there has been a misuse on this card and very annoyingly the lady

told me that there is nothing that they can do about this. """ PATHETIC """

Help me Sue this bank for its stupid service.

    I have logged to the Andhra bank online account, i got a page to change the password. After changing the password and clicking on OK i am getting "Java disabled on Browser" message box.
    I tried many times and ended up with the same issue.
    I came to know so many people facing the same issue.
    Can someone suggest us how to resolve the above issue.

      I have a home loan in Andhra Bank.I asked the respective bank employees to provide me Provisional interest certificate for financial year 2012-13 to avail tax exemption.But as per bank employee they are not providing these kind of certificates.But all other banks are providing these certificates.

      Request you to help me in providing Provisional interest certificate.

            I WENT TO ATM ON[protected] TO DRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHILE WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM ATM MONEY NOT CAME TO MY HANDS AND AFTER SOME TIME WENT INSIDE TO THE MACHINE .SO PLEASE SENT A REMEDY SO THAT I GET MY MONEY BACK.......

            Andhrabank — Poor maintenance of ATMs!

            As we know most of the public sector banks were worst in case of knowing customer requirements and improper response.
            Being a one of large public sector bank, Andharbank's worst
            maintenace of ATMs u may never seen in ur life.
            Most of the ATMs always show a play card with "this ATM temporarily unavaibale/not working".Its nothing but negligence of management.The officials not recognizing the importance and urgent requirement of people or customers, especially in our locality where ATM is the main source for money withdraw.
            In india, i came to conclusion that u cann't expect even basic public sector banks.

            Yes it is true...I dint noe much abt Andhra bank ATM but i noe about SBH ATM...Kakatiya nagar ATM is the most useless ATM i think...Once i asked the manager od same branch "ATM dose not work properly do you noe what".He replied..."If you want to take out money there are timings for it, most of the people take out money from ATM so we will have shortage of money".It seems 2 times a day they get money to put in ATM and a costumer should take out money during that period only...And the staff of the bank do not coprate with costumer if i go to take out money manully they say go to ATM...The staff of that bank is arrogant..Only work can be done if you directly go to manager...That to for 15mins work he take 2 hours...

            Up to before 10 days i can withdraw money. But now i cant withdraw now when i tried to withdraw means its is showing that un sufficent funds so please help me ..
            I transfeered 5.5k ammount from the andra bank account to paytm
            Bt i didnt got money to paytm and has been deducted fro the account.

              I V.Madhu babu A/C No: [protected], Debit card no: [protected] , Andhra Bank, Rajupalem, Guntur district, (State) Andhra Pradesh would like to bring to your kind notice that on 13thFeb 2012, at State bank of Hyderabad branch Piduguralla, Guntur district state andhra Pradesh, I tried to with draw an amount of Rs 3500/- rupees three thousand five hundred only but due to server down problem I could not get the amount when I checked immediately, but my balance shown in withdrawn (indicate mobile alert) hence I retain letter to Andhra bank, Rajupalem branch complaint on 14th Feb 2012 hence when I contacted the Andhra bank officials they phone to me saying that he would check the balance in the case I could supply the slip which I was unable to secure the same from the machine of atm.witness by the atm acknowledgements the same the request time Rs3500/- back to my account.

It has not been delivered till date to the said address.on tracking it shows the status that it was despatched to NEW DELHI on 19 Jan 2012. After that no status is available.kindly look into the matter and arrange for delivery of the same at the earliest.

                      I have one Andhra Bank Credit card. [protected]X ., it is in the name of Suresh, Anantapur Town . Andhra Pradesh ... from past 3 months my email statement pdf file fonts are not visible all fonts are in dots only, I am unable to read the content in that bill. While it is so, I complaint several times through phone calls, and email, no body is take care. After getting information by manual approaching to any branch and getting info and paying bills. Today strictly I want to settle this issue, after calling to andhra bank phones, they are directing me to several other numbers. It is true that I called to nearly 6 numbers, one after another, every body directing me to call another number, finally I catched the final number after double confirmation and they said that their number is not meant for credit card technical support, again they are directing me to the first number. How many times I have to call them to solve this issue. Please ask them to send the visible pdf bill file and settle this issue sir. Thanks in Advance.                         Dear Sir,

                        Sub: Request for refund of amount debited to my account - ATM Card (Andhra Bank) [protected] - IRCTC failed tkt transaction id: [protected].

                        On 8th Jam 2012 I have booked train ticket (e-ticket) through irctc.co.in. But the transction was failed as the irctc have not received payment from bank. This irctc has also confirmed by their reply to my email. However, on net banking I found that an amount of Rs.910/- for the above transaction has been debited to my account. So kindly arrange for crediting the failed transction amount of Rs.910/- at the earliest.

                            Its very ridiculous to talk with people of Andhra Bank. They behave indecently towards customers. Both Manager and Asst. Manager who must help customers are insulting the customers by their harsh words. We got annoyed of their action. Needless to say they abuse us with ceratain words which are unfair to speek. We went to check our belongings at the locker facility. They abused us that lockers were given to such people who are wothless and there are many people waiting to pay us lakhs of rupees for lockers. The same way with the family members of the deceased ones when they try to close accounts of the deceased relatives. So I'm lodging a complaint against their rude behaviour.
                            Do take action from higher authorities.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have opened a account in the andhra bank, baghamberpet (0132), and deposited a check of Rs.3,35,235. They asked me to come after one week for the collection of check book. I went to bank and request my check book on 10-08/11, they said the signature was not scanned and come after one week, i waited for a week time and requested the check book and the answer was the same, scanning was done, what is this sir, pathetic services, iam very much need of check book, but they are delaying as much as possible, and giving rediculous answers. kindly issue the check book immediately, otherwise i have to approch the cosumer court, i donot have any other way.
