on 19.07.2015 i got call from [protected], she represented her employee of andhra bank, she told my name, my husband name, my younger son name and their andhra bank account no and balance and ATM card no. with expiry date, and then on 20.07.15 to 21.07.2015...

I have tried to transact an amount of 8000 rupees at POS. Money was deducted but not credited into payee machine. I troubled a lot to raise the complaint, even after the complaint was raised they are not at all responding to my repeated complaints. My complaint ID with Andhra bank :[protected] I could provide you mails and conversation with Andhra bank team and prove how they turned deaf to my concern.

          Dear All,

          I have applied education lone for my wife on KPHB MIG flat as surity and it does not have BPS but we have paid the amout to GHMC we have that check as proof and based on the bank has asked to go for legalization and valuation it amount to 9000 INR and other charges are around 2k and completed all the other documentation and bank AGM
          given confidence that i will get that lone and i visited many times to meet the manager for lone status and after one month they told me we could not proceed now as theird party is not allowing them to give the lone without BPS.

          My question is if the Bank initially know there is no BPS but we have paid amount to GHMC for BPS and its in pending from GHMC then how they asked to go for legalization and others and wasted 1 month time and money and how can they reject the lone stright forward.

          I lost my trust in Govt bank by this incident. Govt should help for education lone instead they are using the people and wasting their money and time.

                  Sir I am mr laxman Singh my account number [protected] and branch banjara hills raod no on 25 june I withdraw money in atm 10700 rupees I didn't get money that time. Atm showing out of service that time my account to money debuted I get message also at that time .actually I didn't get money 7 days finish still I didnt get my money please help me refund my money

                    Hi sir, I took a duplicate statement copy of my account no : [protected] on 02/06/2015. I got a message that I've been debited with Rs.1483 for the same which wouldn't have exceeded Rs.100 if I take online statement. I was not told about the charges and the staff told that the charges were system generated and they cannot rollback. Kindly help me in this regard.
