HI, I Have a Home Loan Account in Andhra Bank, Bapatla Branch, Many times i requested Branch Manager to provide a Provisional Certificate on my Loan Account. but unfortunately i didnt get the same, , Bank Manager/field Manager is telling that they dont have any format like that to issue, , So they will not provide the same for the running year.. but they are providing the statement for the previous year.. please help me to get the provisional certificate to get the Tax benefit.. Thanks in Advance Regards Anil

    I have a Home Loan in Andhra Bank, Bapatla Branch, , I requested branch to provide Provisional certificate for my existing Home Load to avail the Tax Benifit.. But they are not providing the same.. They were telling it will not be provided due to Float Intrest Model..

      Dear Sir, I am NANDIPAMU ABRAHAM, holding SB account [protected] in Andhra Bank, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District. My friend has sent me some money on 5/8/2014 through WU in to my account. But sadly the amount was credited in wrong account with single digit mistake on 8/8/2014. The amount was credited in to [protected] by mistake by the sender and, I and the sender have been asking the local manager to adjust this with the proof and details I have from the sender. The sender also contacted by email with the local manager. The manager said that it is to be adjusted at Head Office. It is been couple of days that the problem is in the same stage. I request you to look in to the issue favourbly and kindly do the needful to adjust and that the funds are redirected in to my account from the wrong account. Thank you.

      I have provided all the details and proof of my sender and MTCN code... to the manager where he says it should be corrected by the HEAD OFFICE, HYD.
      Would you do the needful in reversing my amount in to my account mentioned on my name.

          Sir, This is rajanikanth budha has taken home loan at pendurthy branch in may 2010 vide a/c no: [protected], actually frm last 3 months i am not paying emi regularly due some personal problems, i inform every thing to branch manager who is currently working now. Today morning at 10: 15 around he was call me and i told to bm sir in this month i clear the total amount or part amount sir, so i request him time to give time, for that request he was agreed. But unfortunately i received another call from ravi his number [protected] he told i[censored] are at home we come stick a board this belong to Andhra bank pendurthy, for that i put objection and ask under what reason u will do that, and also he was using bad language to threat me . So my sincere request was u people must have right to ask in proper manner not to threat client was slave. For that insult if any thing happen to me, mr.Ravi and Bm sir has pay price to my family.

            Please check with your bank (imps ref. No. )'. Then the amount was debited from my a/C but the beneficiary a/C was also no credited. When I contacted my branch they are not responding, moreover they are not having any interest or knowledge regarding this service, provided by their bank..

                  My uncle lost his atm card of andhra bank on 22/06/2014. When he went to the branch of the bank for this issue, the bank manager gave him a toll free number [protected] to complain about the.issue and block the atm card. From that day we are trying to contact the number but it either gives a busy tone or no one picks up the call. The main problem is that thr atm is not blocked till now and who will be responsible and who will compensate us in case the atm is misused by anyone. The atm will not be blocked untill the tollfree no. is contacted. The bank manager always tells to contact that no. And do nothing for locking atm card and issuing new card. How will this problem solved ? please help

                    Dear Andhra Bank, Hope this complaint is a routine affair with your bank and the services were absolutely without courteousness and timely services. As advised I have submitted Net Banking Application in my service Branch at Vanasthalipuram more than 10 days ago but till today no communication or correspondence and even we enquired in the branch but to our fate no use no proper response. To my surprise my wife also submitted the same day and she got the PIN in a weeks time, and the rest of the service and response is as above. Not only by and large there is a vast difference of services between a public sector bank like Andhra Bank where I have utilised the same above services within a stipulated time of their commitment.                       This is manohar reddy, my account num [protected], today[protected] my friend deposited rupees 2000/- to my account, before that i verify my account it shows ledged amount rupees 465/- and available balance 4/- after depositing amount it shows available balance 1525/- and ledged balance 2004/-, what is this nonsense every time i lost my money regarding this same, i want to quit from the Andhra bank accounts, compare to other banks its very worst maintenance... please help me regarding this...

                        My father has been getting his pension from sub treasury offfice tirupathi payable to his pension account which contains number as [protected], which was kept as E or S with names of service pensioner and family pensioner. This facilitated both my parents to operate according to their requirements. Now suddenly my father wanted to close this account and transfer his pension payment to another account opened at visakahapatnam and with no:[protected]. My father mental condition is not good for the past 10years and also due to his old age (now he is 77) he could not maintain his pension account properly too.So his pension papers and bank account pass books and all other important documents were kept with me. But recently he was forced by some other people to transfer his pension account to visakhapatnam.instead of maintaining at tirupathi with his wife. His wife approached the bank authorities and treasury authorities and requested them not to allow him for transfer. Without asking for original ppo/ bank pass book the bank manager issued no due certificate to my father ansd treasury people simply transfered this to his account at visakahapatnam. Now i wish to know the following: 1) As far as my knowledge is concerned, pension account shall not be continued as ordinary account without changing old pension account number. Because every account has got special numerical in the account number which denotes that it is savings/ abhaya gold/ pension ...like that. But here, the old account is still continued with same number. 2) Pension accounts must have special numericals 13 in the account number. But the new account number to which the above was transfered is not pension account. So i think this not correct. please check. 3) when own family members complained about mental condition of pensioner, why bank authorities have not considered it when the pensioner approached the bank for no due certificate. 4) Now if the service pensioner is not giving any amount to is wife and running away from any responsibility and completely neglecting her. What is the position of wife.? is it not possible to add wife name to single named account to make it convenient for making transactions by both parties. please guide me what to do now without causing any invonvenience to wife. my mail address is [protected]@gmail.com

At the same time I wanted to transfer money to the account holder of the Andhra Bank Gudiwada branch with account number [protected] V.Prashanth kumar amount 5000/- is also delayed by 3hrs.he needs money to pay fee or else his seat will get cancelled .this much inconvenience facing by customers .Bank Managers response was very irresponsible he replied in an arrogant way that the pending cases are more than 102 in the same day on 2nd December .So kindly take action

                              I was complaint about internet banking transaction password yesterday after that one call call has came he said he is the costumer care executive of Andhra bank and he asked all details of of A./c activities etc, and he asked about debit card No. also. Then I asked him what need of debit card. He said this is for information about your self you are the correct person or not this prove your self actual account holder .then I said I don’t remember card no. card is in my home .we will get back in evening you must tell me the card No. I said ok ...After some time I was try to login net banking then login password also not worked then I will try to reset the password by providing forget password facility when I submit the user id and registered mobiles no OTP has to be come but OTP is not received upto 30 minutes I wait for 30 minutes during this period web page will expired then I get back to reset it but web page shown as you exceed maximum attempts after that I post one more complaint in consumer court about login password and OTP processes after some time at evening one again called from that person who said I am the customer care executive of Andhra Bank we was trying contact you but lines are busy and asked that you got the card No. and all details . I said yes the he asked about card No. validity cww No. name on card etc at lost time he asked about transaction amount last done I said I don’t remember then he asked Balance in Account I said that also not remember exactly approximately I can tell you. He tell me I said I think above Five to six thousand he said ok all information is done you will received your password tomorrow I said login and Transaction password both will receive He said yes these will receive on your registered mobile only ok .I said ok Finally I asked What is your Name Please He said Om Prakash yadav, Andhra Bank Customer care executive is No. which received calls is [protected] all 3 to 4 times he called with this No.only …After 9 Pm night I received 5 messages from Andhra Bank “MD-ANDBNK” all transactions through card First Transaction for Rs.10/- Second for Rs.500/- third for Rs.4000/- fourth for Rs.500/- fifth for Rs.500/- so total amount Rs.5510/- this is miss use of that person who will see my complaint about transaction password in consumer court and react me as costumer care executive of Andhra Bank. I think that response of taken the consumer court against my complaint and forced to connect with Bank costumer care service they asked question and I gave answered and cheat me for Rs.5510/- from my A/c who is responsible for my lose my self, who post the complaint for help, consumer court who display posts or Andhra Bank ……..I don’t expect it when I consult the consumer court for help to improve Bank services I will lost my money from cheaters this is so ridicules I need my money back from the Cheater all information I provide the phone number which is used No. is not incoming facility please take a serious action against these kind of Cheater who is using consumer court also...                                 As per my previous complaint respond the customer care of Andhra Bank but they ask me user id and debit card No.the same time I dont remember my debit card No.I said I am in office when I went to home for lunch I will see No.get back then he said I will call back to at 3 pm I said ok.during the calling period he asked you will received a message of reset password but didn't received any messages after some I will trying login my A/c the same time login facility also removed then attempt to reset login password through provided facility then I submit request but OTP is not received I wait for upto 30 minutes but OTP is not received after that web page was expired then I was try once again for reset login password but reply will come that you exceed maximum attempts. I think was trying to call the No.which I was received call of customer care but incoming calls were not allowed to that No. What can I do now My actual problem was the transaction Password after the complaint Login password also not working reset facility also withdrawn what is solution for this problem I think Technical problem OTP to mobiles OTPs or not came..Please resolve my problem Immediately

                                  I was applied for Transaction when password was expired so many time called for costumer care and bank staff they should reply me you will receive within a week and bank staff said not came.after six month I complaint to head office through Email for a complaint and suggestion of for issue of transaction password. then immediately reply will came that we will sent your password in month of June you can contact the branch.same day my branch Asst.manager and Manager also called me your password will here come take it.so I went to bank and taken the password when i am trying to use it should'n work it has expired because i was applied so many time which password i should receive don't know any thing once again email to head office of internet banking they will reply wait for one day and try again if work you should apply once again through the bank. what is this...why should I...? I don't have any work...Many other banks are provide the reset facility through Registered mobiles, Email, security question etc Andhra Bank why not provide these kind of facility this is poor service I want to suggest Andhra Bank that Please provide the facility of reset Transaction password also as well as Login password Note: this facility is the best for customers RBI permission also available so many other banks also provide reset facility through Mobiles service think about it.                                     I am using the Andhra Bank Debit card from past 3 years. I want to use my debit card for the online transaction or ngpay purposes so it is asking for the CVV number for that verification but I dont have the CVV number at the back side of my Debit card.My Debit card is Visa Electron.So please make arrangements for my card.My details are mentioning below..                                       I SK.NURJAHAN have an credit card having no.[protected] and it was closed on 13.4.2007 , and the amt was recovered by recovery agent by name sri ch.srinivasarao and told the amt was cleared and given a receipt. but to my surprise it is noticed that the credit is in live which was shown in cibel information which was troubled me very much after a long period of 10 years. please intimate the particulars of the credit card and what is the reason for non closing the credit yet. and i request you sir to kindly close the credit card which is very much troubling me.
