Hi,
I need a help from you,
I travelled from kurnool to kadapa on 25 jun 2022 by bus.
The ticket price is 330/- and bus conductor told me to collect 65/- change after reaching my destination i.e, kadapa. But I forgot to collect my change in a hurry.
So please tell me how to collect my change of 65/-

Also there is an issue about ticket printing. It's not even visible to collect some details from it. Please make sure the tickets are printed clear so that the details in it are clearly visible.

I took a ticket from Annvaram to Visakhapatnam from Apsrtc bus number TNA99331 . Driver issued a ticket for 200 rupees, but i could not find any seat. I had to take another bus and paid extra to reach Vizag.

I need refund for this and assist me how to do it.

Today am travelling Hyderabad to the Anantapur it's A.C bus . Ths bus condition is worst and especially few seats of places literally leakage and it's looking like the lake and facilities also not good and we are spending the too much of money to this bus am sending the sleep less night today.is there any refund provided bcz it's a horrible journey to me in the entire life. It's looking like a hell to in this night. Booked a luxury bus and buy the luxurious problems. Literally am frustrated to this APS RTC services. This is the worest experience. Reaming my life won't book any A.C buses.

We had booked tickets from www.apsrtconline.in for the service 3560 from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on[protected] at 10:35pm and bus fair was 2688/- we had reached the boarding point before 30mins and had waited over their till 11:45pm and we get zero response from the driver and also the helpline employees had gave us the wrong information that bus will reach the boarding point in next 10mins at 10:35pm and we had waited for the bus and the bus driver number which was provided by the helpline employees was switched off and at 11:20pm again we had tried to connect with the helpline employees and one of them and told that bus was at uppal and we are unable to get in touch with the driver due to his number was switched off and please help me to get the refund amount and also for your reference I'm attaching all the call history and our cab book screenshot to let you know our presence at the boarding point at the mentioned time and please help me to get the refund amount back at the earliest.

The complaint regarding about the bus this is charging 580 rupees from vijayawada to hyderabad which to too cost but i paid because ifs fast and good after getting in to bus i realised that bus was slow compared to other ordinary buses all the ordinary buses are moving overtaken this bus then i spoke to buss driver he told me this is the limit of bus. so dont fool’s public.

This compliant is regarding more than MRP price in Tirupathi Busstand. I went to purchase water bottle in Busstand shop person was selling more than MRP on water bottle at platform-13. So went to an another shop he aslo said 25INR for 1 liter water bottle so asked him why he is selling more than MRP he said like in Busstand they sell like this. Im travelling from singarayakonda to tirupati in Garuda AC 06/06/2022 in service no-85935 unfortunately it has been delayed by morethan half an hour and badly these are not in a position of providing atleast a water bottle or other aminities saying cock and bull reasons and even other passengers are rumoured in the same way ..I didn't expect such a worst service by apsrtc.it has been delayed late and due to cargo issue till 10.00pm.just entertes bypass..as u know u can expect at what time it reaches tirupati..god knows..
Especially this occurs in andhrapradesh only. ..hoping u should take serious by apsrtc for a greater andhrapradesh values of transport..
Even for a few time no television also..nonwater...no stuff of basic

The bus conductor's behaviour is bad towards passengers. If a passenger doesn't have sufficient change to buy ticket, he is shouting at them. His behaviour is not welcoming. He is watching YouTube while in duty. Please warn him once before taking any serious action on this issue.

Bus - From Machilipatnam to Vijayawada

Time of complaint - 10:30AM, June 5th 2022

We have parcelled mangoes from Annavaram to Hyderabad Bhel through ApSRTC on[protected] delivered to Hyderabad BHEL cargo office on[protected]. Parcel almost damaged and no proper response on late shipment. After tracking from the of sending, received call after 5 days and product become useless.
For 10 hours journey taking 5 days to shipments causing the product become waste.

( Bus Number: AP11Z 6314 (300M) . From Visakhapatnam to sabbavaram I used my Metro bus pass. From Sabbavaram to Vijayaramrajupeta I Take a Ticket. sir, I ask the driver to stop at narasayyapeta village main road on the way to Vijayaramrajupeta. he said this not the stop and I will not stop... after that I question to the conductor about bus timings and start time.. the Driver Shouted on me and he didn't stop bus and he said u can give complaint to anyone.. I will not stop... one thing I would I like to Explain that everyone is working salaries.. I am a Private employee from 7 am from chodavaram I am Starting and evening buses are not there for every 30mins Compared to last government and previously we ordinary buses are there now we don't see even one bus. the ticket Prices are Increased .. No problem we can understand the current situation of government. Because of that Driver at that Night time 9'clock I walk 3km nearly and one bike guy gave me lift.. at that there is no auot's buses from that route... On[protected] I Enquired about that Driver he is basically angry man with arognat manner with passengers. some passengers said that he has alochol habit also.. this information is taken from passengers only. Please make Enquiry on him. My family worried because of him he take my journey upto 5km long. my question to APSRTC is the rules are following geniunely... From past 7 days I am Travelling From Visakhaptanam to Chadavaram... And All Drivers are accepted my request to stop at Narasayyapeta Main road. On[protected] this AP11Z 6314 driver stop the Bus at 8:57 at Vijayaramrajupeta... I called to waltair DM manager at that time he said give a complaint he will take the action.
Sir please make an Enquiry on him and suspend for 3 days.. These type Drivers should know how behave with passengers.. Everyone Frustation but we have control on working hours.. Moreover we have less buses at evening timing after 6pm... Mostly bystanding we are going to home not seats are there... we facing so many issues with Bus timings and lac of buses... ticket price is increasing day by day but when Should Buses count Increased? Hopefully from APSRTC Department Take an Action On him.
