The complaint regarding about the bus this is charging 580 rupees from vijayawada to hyderabad which to too cost but i paid because ifs fast and good after getting in to bus i realised that bus was slow compared to other ordinary buses all the ordinary buses are moving overtaken this bus then i spoke to buss driver he told me this is the limit of bus. so dont fool’s public.

Dear sir,
This compliant is regarding more than MRP price in Tirupathi Busstand. I went to purchase water bottle in Busstand shop person was selling more than MRP on water bottle at platform-13. So went to an another shop he aslo said 25INR for 1 liter water bottle so asked him why he is selling more than MRP he said like in Busstand they sell like this. Sir I request you take action and save passengers money....

Im travelling from singarayakonda to tirupati in Garuda AC 06/06/2022 in service no-85935 unfortunately it has been delayed by morethan half an hour and badly these are not in a position of providing atleast a water bottle or other aminities saying cock and bull reasons and even other passengers are rumoured in the same way ..I didn't expect such a worst service by apsrtc.it has been delayed late and due to cargo issue...

The bus conductor's behaviour is bad towards passengers. If a passenger doesn't have sufficient change to buy ticket, he is shouting at them. His behaviour is not welcoming. He is watching YouTube while in duty. Please warn him once before taking any serious action on this issue.

We have parcelled mangoes from Annavaram to Hyderabad Bhel through ApSRTC on[protected] delivered to Hyderabad BHEL cargo office on[protected]. Parcel almost damaged and no proper response on late shipment. After tracking from the of sending, received call after 5 days and product become useless.
For 10 hours journey taking 5 days to shipments causing the product become waste.

In Tanuku RTC Bus Station, Retail store owners are selling the packed food products at far more price above their maximum retail price.
It's nearly 20% to 50% more than MRP of the product.
As this is not fair for your passengers,
I kindly request you to take proper action on this issue and the same.

I have booked mangoes in APSRTC logistics, It really unavailable quality.
APSRTC logistics tracking number: 34924350.
I have raised APSRTC logistics complaint has no: 136187.
Date logistics booked: 24/05/2022.

My courier box missed/not delivered. On 25/05/2022 it should get delivered but it is not delivered also there is not good response from complaint team.

I have raised mail...

Bus Number 5831 travelling from Hyderabad to chirala cancelled without notice. We had to wait at bus stop so long and finally we came to know from a representative that bus has been cancelled. Being ladies it's hard to handle such unexpected situations. Please take action to not occur these situations or provide a new alternative bus....

I think they have got some special status given by Jagan to sell the products above MRP . They are taking an Additional 5rs on each biscuit packet or cool drinks etc...
Thank god... Indian Railways hasn't started this cruel thing.
I don't know what the officials are doing.
Come to office and sleep and get your salary....
