I would like to bring to your notice that during the bus travel from dwarakatirumala to Pulla journey (TPG Depo bus) the bus conductor was behaved very rudely with passageners and me also and he spoken to me bad language and man handling with me as well.
He doesn't ware the mask and rudely behaving with passageners while taking the tickets.
Date and time of travel:[protected] Time 03:00 pm starting the bus from dwarakatirumala and bus no: AP37 TF 2000

Kindly take the appropriate action on the conductor misbehavior and hope to hear from you soon.

I have booked for service no.6138, time 8:15 pm, for the date 18/02/2022. Bus has delayed by 2 and half hours but no information about the delay, to contact the driver apsrtc not providing the phone numbers. After a long tme i told them that i will catch the bus in between i.e. shadnagar. Driver told that don't ask to stop in between the stops, but they can make delay without information. Because of like this persons apsrtc loosing the reputation and income. Driver talking with rash words, like this drivers i think not required for service. How many people can come directly to the stops, what is the problem to stop on the way, there is no waste of time instead of thier ego.

I bought 2 tickets from kadiri to anantapur. I am given 500 rs. Actual ticket cost 240 rs but The conductor punch the tickets and write the remain balance as backside of ticket. I forgotten that balance .please refund that balance....

Resident Of A Village Near Narsipatnam ( VSKP Dist.). I daily Travel to Narsipatnam For College Studies. The Arrival Of Buses Are so Impunctual. Being A UPSC aspirant I know The Value of Time. I need to Study 16 hours A Day.

Today I Waited 2 hours For Bus Which Is operational for every 15 mins.
Moreover, Due To Less Quantity of Buses, students Hanging Out of The Entrance Door, increasing the Risk Of fatal incidents.

I Request APSRTC, to Make Your Passenger Vehicles Utmost Punctual, Because we (students) have to Move On time to time as There are So many Aspirants like Me.

Either You Make The Bus Timings Punctual ..or Increase the number if operational buses, we would be Familiar with Both.

So Much Dis-satisfied with APSRTC as This Process is Going for nearly 3 months.

I'm Srinu Vishwanadhula, I witnessed shop vendors in Guntur, Andhra pradesh. APSRTC bustand are selling all the products more than MRP prices. They said water 25Rs water bottle costs 30Rs, 20Rs biscuit packet 25 Rs.. they were okay to take actual MRP prices after huge argument. Please look into this issue. And let me know if any additional information is required.

I tbsn murthy booked ticket from ravulapalem to tirupathi in rajahmundry bus station on 18/02/2022 the bus service no 2621
but while trying to book another ticket on that day the route is diverted from kakinada via rajahmundry instead of ravulapalem.
While contact over phone to rajahmundry no proper reply received. While trying to contact customer care they jumped to give proper reply and they block my phone number also.
This is the service of great apsrtc.
So i request you to give proper reply to me.If fail i approach apsrtc md to get the solution.

I asked for sprite half litre which was mrp 38 ₹ but the vendor sold me for 50 ₹, when I asked for the difference amount he didn't give it back

I have booked Apsrtc tickets through TPSL government. However, PhonePe transaction was completed successfully but tickets were not confirmed. How can i get refund.

On Wednesday 2nd February 2022, Evening Bus Perur To Kambadur Bus Conductor Disrespecting The Ladies And Behaved Rudely With An Government Teacher in the Bus. Conductor Duty is To go near passenger and Give the ticket but He Scolded A Respectable Teacher And Told You must come to my Chair and Take the Ticket And Also You Should not Get in The Bus On the Way. You Must Wait In The Bus Stand For the Bus And You Get in the bus, Its Warning He said to the Teacher. What's This Insult To The Passengers. Take Serious Action On Him Otherwise I Need to File the case On him in the Police Station or Meet to Mahila Mandal To Punish Him.If You Don't Punish Him Seriously..I Hope You Will Take Action On Him Very Quickly And Punish Him.Bye

Conductor is arguing with students why you are getting to the bus in running if they stopped the bus why they step into the bus in running

I’m about to travel on bus Service no 2781 from Tallapudi to SR Nagar. Scheduled time is 8:26 pm and now the time is 10:00pm. Still the bus is not arrived to stop. Even there is no contact information to know the live status. I’m going lodge a complaint on APSRTC for this problem if it is not solved

Please increase the Buses at morning Duty Hours 7.30 and Evening Home towns 5.00 From Dhone To Gooty To Dhone Daily

11J and 54 buses are coming very late hardly one bus is coming for every 1 hour especially evenings...
This is making us to go home very late...
Please look into the issue...

Iam Mohan, recently i travelled from Vizag to Srikakulam on Rtc bus.when i reached the Rtc complex Srikakulam, I met some of my friends and we are talking, at that time one hijra came to us and asked money, one of my friend gave her 10/- but she demand us more.we refuse to give her money as we have no change and then she started bullying. she used so many abusive words and we are so uncomfortable.
iam requesting you to take some action about hijras at complex area.
