I have not received yet payment of my fd of rs. 75000/- vide deposit no. 85761 matured on 17/1/2016, folio no. 0068363. i have already submitted my original fd duly signed in february, 2016, and receipt is with me. despite our various visits at delhi office, no firm reply is given. as we are inurgent need of money, please refund us the same urgently.

In 2006 it was promised that we can take hold of our possession by 2008 . However we are been handed over of our possession in 2011 . Now I would have to complaint regarding the material which has been used to build house . From tiles on the floor, the electricity cable wires, even the doors windows are of extremely spoiled material . A blow of wind has damaged window.

Its only been 4 years we have moved into our property, the electricity cable has damaged. Maintenance department is asking for Rs10, 000 to fix the fault . Its not our fault that Ansal has used cheapest quality material. Its ANSAL API INFRASTRUCTURE who needs to compensate and repair and do whatever to fix the issue.. How can a Armed cable wire gets damaged in 4 years . That's ridiculous. Ansal needs to fix the fault they are responsible for.. We will not pay for it, , Its Ansal who have to pay for their cheap quality product.

I made a FD deposit of 2 lakhs of my hard earned money in sept.2013 got matured in sept.2014.I did not get anything on maturity, on inquiry l got to know as CLB order they postponed payment by 2 years. In 2015 I got 35%, now on inquiry to their office they say, they don't have money to pay.I am helpless woman, Tell me what I will do.This is my hard earned money.I have a lot of liabilities, my father suffering from heart desease and a lot of money required for his treatment. If I will not get this money in time I am shattered. Please help me.

I have been sending emails to you but to despair, you do not revert.
While collecting money everybody are available but later no one.

Even after the clb order[protected], which has been attached in your website, you ignore the fixed deposit holders - which shows how you abide rules and regulation.

This is not my last complaint here, thereafter i will reach sebi scores portal and eow and reach all social portals to display how a company who does not pays the fixed deposit holders (And not reply them too) - can give you the houses to their customer. Simply put, the company is a cheater and they will not honor any of their commitment.

I have taken a flat in ansal api-1 sector 114 mohali (Punjab). It has becoe nightmare for us. The quality of material used is very poor. Only sand has been used in the walls. Just put one nail and whole plaster comes down. The roads have not been laid yet even after 5 years. A big potholes are seen every year. After every 10 days under ground water pipes cracks and no water supply is there for 3-4 days altogether. Electricity cables shorts every now and then. Walled colony was promised but there is entry fro all the sides. Security is very poor. Ny body can come inside unchecked. Thefts in the flats is common phinomina. Maintenence office is for name sake. There is no body to listen our greviences.

I am living in ansal escencia sector 67 gurgaon and i am completely unsatisfied with the service . condition of security is not good, at night there are no guards at the checkposts and no one comes for repairing for days . This problem needs immediate action . People are very unsatisfied with the cleaning staff also, garbage is thrown at the sides of roads .

I am radha raman residing in f/1/0059/gf, sushant golf city lucknow. My ward bicycle stolen from my door and ansal security in charge mr manoj yadav told me "sir him kuch nahi kar sakte security agency we baat kijiye". When i ask to security in charge mr srivastava he told me "him log guard ansal ko de dete hai baki ansal samjhe"

Can ansal told me who will take action. What about future security.

Dear Sir, I am purchased a flat in aastha apartments, lko in SUSHANT GOLF CITY constructed by ANSAL API, but the project is holded for more then 6 yrs now with assurance everytime that it will be shortly starting.

I have invested Rs.50000/ in FD vide Deposit No 96393 dt.07.02.2014 for the period 12 months after expiring of maturity date I have send original Receipt to company on dt. 10.02.2015 for maturity., meanwhile i have received a l copy of General Notice stating that the maturity payment will be paid with a delay of 12 months i.e. Feb.2015 .
Please do the needful for early reimbursement as the money is critically required by me for payment of a loan installment.

sir, more than one year has passed and I have not received FD amount. I mailed several times to the Registrar

I booked pinewood villa in Sector N (phase 2 )ansal api lucknow in mid 2011.4 years passed till now no construction has started yet & they are not giving any concrete construction plan

There is too much delayed in Ansal Sushant City Meerut project.I and many other buyers booked flat in Aastha apartment but there is no sign of delivery after 5-6 years.
There is no labour on site.
Everytime they promise different possession dates.
There is no penalty clause in Agreement thats why they are delaying it more and investing it somewhere else.

Ansal Api Sushan Serene Gnoida — No settlement of my account

Settlement of our CAR parking is due since last 2 years. We have request to remove car parking and also approved by Ansal but still showing as due in our account. Lot of complain done but no resolutions.

I also bought a plot in Sector 4B in Sushant City Ansal API. This project is delayed by more than 6 years. Every time they give us a different possession date. Please help me or let me know can I file a complaint in National consumer forum so that I can get back my money with interest or plot.

I booked my plot through ansals housing in year 2009. The plot was booked in ansal town agra and i paid the emis based upon their schemes. I paid all the emi in year 2012 (Around 30 emis) and expected that ansal will give me possession soon. Till now i have not received any confirmation regarding the possession and whenever i try to contact them they tell that possession will be given after 2-3 months.

It's been more that 6 years since i applied for this plot. Finally i reverted them that i want to surrender my plot but still there is no response from their end. My hard earned money is lost and i don't know whether i will ever get that money.

I have all the e mail communications and receipts and other documents for the same,

Kindly help me on this matter. If required i will also send this issue in written.

Ansal has given permission to erect mobile tower to ATC inside Park area in residential area in Sushant Golf City in F Block without the consent of residence, which is dangerous and health hazard for all residents. All residents are opposing but for small gain Ansal is playing with the health and safety of children.

Hello, I just want to know the progress for Paradise Diamond in Ansal API -Sushant Golf City Lucknow and I want to know the expected possession date for the same. I had booked a flat in the above tower A in January 2010 and expected time for possession was 36 months but even after 70 months no flat has been handed over to me. Now I think the project was a good choice or I had make mistake. I don't understand why they are delaying the project. Please help me.
