here i am just want to tell you that this Apollo International ltd.is a very big brand but there is a issue which we face last 3 days continuously that is Poor House keeping and even i am not comfort with some kind o[censored]nhygienic things so please its really humbled request to make these issues quickly solve.

I have admitted my father in law in Apollo Bhubaneswar Branch.

He was admitted there for almost 2 weeks due to Paralysis stroke. We had took a twin sharing room.

He was not like the hospital food and he didnt ate the food for 2 days so he became so weak. Then we have informed to doctor about it then doctor suggested to give apple daily... As it was not provided in hospital we bought it from outside and bring to hospital. But the security guard and lady harrases us badly with some bad words. Outside food not allowed. But we said doctor only suggested still they saying bring doctor here..

I never felt insulted in my life like this.. This guards are working for us? or they are boss for us?

I want you to take strict action else i have recorded there scolding and bad words will file complaint against it..

My brother is admitted in the apollo spectra hospital kanpur due to dengue, the Apollo spectra hospital of kanpur is very bad they charge us for a room but they give us a vacant room which is used by staff or even they don't clean the room properly we have to call attendant for many time then they'll come and check the patients, also the washroom or the ward not properly clean i experience worst from Apollo hospital.. I want strict action against this please take some action and solve the issues and i am not the only one who are facing this every patients are suffering from this condition.

19th Sept my 16 year old had a head injury due to a road accident and later findings were that it was a traumatic brain injury. The head had staples and sutures which in 13 days of stay was always neglected.Nowhere on the discharge summary the sutures or staples were mentioned. The attending doctor Akhlesh Tandekar had no idea of how many staples were put and stitches of what type. after 13 days (1st Oct) of hospitalization my daughter was given discharge with the sutures not removed. Today 6th Oct when I went for a second opinion with another neurosurgeon as Apollo I was informed that the sutures are still there and need to be removed. This is case of Sheer negligence on part of the doctor and his team and leaves me with no confidence in the treatment

Hello my patient has been adviced av fistula
By dr amit gupta nephrologist and he refer the case to surgoen dr aditya sharma he gave the date 4 oct for av fistulla
I have booked the ot 3 days before of operation that is on 30 sept but on the operation date on 4 oct the patient is admitted at 10:00 am and operation was not done till 4:30 pm it was a day care plan and after operation the patient will be discharge within 3-4 hrs but the operation was not started till 6-7 hsr
I have asked the dr aditya sharma he said that ot department was not given the ot because of some case
My patient didn’t get food water etc in that 6-7 hrs
So pls in future take care of these things that when the operation timing was given in that time operation will happen .

Wash room provided for collecting urine at madurai apollo hospital, testing lab, no.27, zero maintenance
why ? lab charges are collected in thousands but washroom not maintained well and induces vomiting due to very very bad bad bad smell

Very insensitive behavior shown by receptionist towards me while collecting my mother's report at Apollo Heart centre Hospital. Plus the reports are delivered late.

I can't think this type of low behaviour man will work in any hospital
So sad to say they don't know how to talk they talk like basti

I gone for calls us complaint in my left leg great fin bottom side. But he done surgery on top of my finger wrongly

Apollo BGS mysore . To whomever it may concern to . My cousin got accident and taken to Apollo wer they taken to observation . No operation no surgery . They have kept for observation. They are giving a slip called "outstanding slip for estimated billing" last night we paid 50k and by morning they are asking to pay 30k due amount if we ask they what for they are charging this huge amount there is no proper response from hospital faculty . Whn ppl are paying bill amt inside hospital they have rights to know how much they are charging and what for the amt is paid for . But they never tell that .such an bad Image on big hospital . Hospitals should not be a business place

My mother was admitted on 20/09/2021 in Apollo hospital, Trichy with covid suspection with chest and stomach pain and dizzy feeling. We had submitted CT scan report with 60% lungs affection and subsequently covid negative certificate given by Government hospital.
Further to above Apollo hospital took swap test on 21/09/2021 and informed that covid tested positive but report was not disclosed with us. We got confusion whether covid positive or negative and hospital not taken any steps to diagnose reason for other problems faced by patient such as chest, throat and stomach pain and dizzy feeling. We are also not able to contact the hospital in case of emergency. Kindly note that bPatient is illiterate and she doesn't know to contact us through mobile. Kindly take immediate steps to find out the issues faced by her and keep always inform the position of patient with us.

I got an SMS from Apollo that they have add 100 hc but it is not reflecting in my account

Firstly I want to say before go to applo hospital please check all the people complaints .
The patients who are submitted genuine complaints I am telling about them only how much they face problems from doctor, nurse and other employees in appollo hospital.
I am also faced same problems from appolo hospital.
Now in online genaration we can get every information from online .
We are the people making hospital revenue, buisness everything.
If we stop or avoid to go appolo hospital they are finished.

Myself, a 66 yrs old Sr. citizen booked appointment for Dr. Sundaram Raman on 11th Sep at Apollo Medical Centre in Kottupuram Chennai at 5.30-5.45 PM through ASK Apollo 24x7 the same was confirmed http://bit.ly/2ul2oCw by sms immediately.
I got a phone call at 5.00 PM from the hospital that the Doctor is not available & had stopped coming for about 2 yrs now. When I questioned as why the appointment was confirmed they said it IT dept. mistake This indicates poor patient service. The caller was not able to fix any other doctor also for that day.
So I rushed to another hospital to take care of myself.
The above incident shows absolute poor IT enabled services, My self & my family are regular patients of the Apollo hospital where I have several friends & I had recommended for many friends & relatives.
Now I am thoroughly disappointed with this casual approach & negligent attitude.

My sister is a post ceserean patient in appollo hospital, vizag...on 12th September night she suffered from severe chills and was shivering..the duty doctor misbehaved with my sister with her arrogance and refused to treat her for shivers...she failed to respect the patient and inturn demanded respect... during the course my sister had an emergency urination but the doctor refused to allow the changing of bedsheet..plzzz do react for it or I need to file a a case against her

Reception staff at Apollo Navi Mumbai denied booking same-day appointments of a new patients in OPD at first floor. Behaviour of the staff was also very rude and even not to listen to the patient.

We have taken vaccination in Apollo hospital. We have got handwritten bills. My company has rejected the same as asking for computerized Bill. I have sent a mail to Apollo Hospital ([protected]@apollohospitals.com) and I didn't get any response from them on the same.

This is regarding my father Mr Bishwanath Jha. UHID ANM1.[protected]. and is under the treatment and observation under Dr. Sunil Kutty at Apollo hospital Navi Mumbai. My mother and sister took my father to the hospital since I was out of station. At that time he told them that fluid has been stuck in my father's brain and if they don't go for surgery patient would get paralysed and they scared my mother and sister. After surgery my father became unconscious and its been two months there has not been any progress. Everytime they shift my father from ICU to HUD. I asked doctor why there has not been any progress he replied me in a rude manner to discharge my father and said why did you came to this hospital. Apollo is a reputed group and we come with a hope and trust to get the best treatment but after having such a worse experience. Also the nursing for the patient was very poor and when I told them about this they asked me to get my own nurse for the patient as they are having shortage of staff. Also today they asked me to bring blood for my patient as their blood bank has no blood. Such a big group having shortage of facilities is not expected. My father when he was admitted he was able to walk and now from two months he is in unconscious condition. I would kindly ask someone responsible to look into the matter as soon as possible

The doctor has no patience. He did not even bother to listen to the problem. Instead he was insensitive to talk about taking my father to check for other issues when all I wanted was to give a background of the problems my father had. This fellow is unfit to be a doctor and does not understand that doctor is a service. Totally uncouth and insensitive!!!
