I have taken an appointment (Appollo 247) by paying Rs. 1000/- with Dr. RGK vide Appointment No. 684259 for online appointment for 17th Feb 2021 @ 6.45 PM and have got the confirmation through SMS for the same. In the SMS, it is asked to fill up some data which would be useful my consulation for doctor.
When I click the link given, I do not see any appointment nor I am unable to fill up any informanation as required, as I am not prompted...

I am Ch.V.Ramana Reddy who has been admitted in Apollo hospital, Nellore in emergency on 27/01/2021 around 5:30 pm. At the time of joining I had a gold ring on my right hand, But the hospital staff did not return to any of my attenders along with my belongings. When I called to the Apollo complaint care they connected to the emergency, they said that they will enquire about it and call back to me but I did not get any response till the day. When I came to hospital for my checkup on Monday i.e., 08/02/2021, I again enquired about it but no one gave response. Due to the irresponsive behaviour of the staff, I have left with no other option other than bringing it to your notice. I hope I get response from you unlike from the staff members. Will be waiting for you to take an action against it.

As stated in the complaint the patient is not wearing any jewellery and same has been evidenced in the attached document and signed by the attender.

The patient has reached Apollo Nellore on Life Support, as soon as they have reached all relevant things are educated to the attenders, any valuables are not found on patient body

​He is Admitted on 27th of January and discharged on 1st of Feb(AC01.[protected])we have not received any information during their stay .

With refence to your reply and telephonic disscurtions had your personnel's we are not satisfied which is mentioned in the reply,
the staff did not told anything regarding the ornaments. Doctor only communicated to attender regarding only the health condition of the patient and asked to sign the document for further treatment. So the attender has signed all the documents in which the document which you mentioned in the reply might be included. But no one informed her about the ornament or any valuable things.
The patient joined the hospital on 27th jan 2021 but he is in unconscious state for 2 .5 day and he is in ICU for 5 days where attenders are not allowed to spend much time, so we did not notice it. When we notice it on 1st feb 2021 and enquired about it with all my attenders. Once I conformed with them I immediately called Apollo customer care and also met several staff members during my visit to the hospital. I waited till 6 pm to get any response from them. even I asked them to show CC footage but they refused it. I don’t understand why they refused to show me CC footage.

The document cannot be taken as evidence as no one has informed the attender regarding this. So, I am not satisfied with the evidence provided by you.
So, I insist you to show the CC footage for clarification. And your personnel also assured me to show the cc footage by telephonic on 14th feb with concerned approvel I hope wil get clarity on this. Please I hope will take positively and reply soon.

    This is for everyone before going to Ravindra Mehta Apollo hospital one of the worst hospital life threating I would like to mention few name dr hari prasad he is not fit for doctor he is pure business minded selfish guy this doctor doesn't even know what to share front the patient he talk like MBBS MD professor he don't even have much experience only thing they know is threating pull out money only lacks no thousands this is my second review this Apollo digital marketing removing my review they this very smart I have all prof bills micu pass the nurse not fit anything because of there missuse I lost my mother main thing I want talk about is every morning u wake up u see message u r outstanding is this much it's only lacks my dad is 60 year old he is standing the account manger is around 32 year he sitting floding legs answering my father in account section the account manger telling us why did you bring to this Apollo doctor not fit for anything this Apollo advertising this doctor they don't even have experience see any doctor of Apollo there are not marketed other company only Apollo will all digital marketing gimae put there doctors are best you find more best doctor MBBS MD professor in other hospital they only know pull money threnting kalyug is stared please don't take u r loved once they won't be back alive from this Apollo hospital every doctor in Apollo getting paid more than 15lack moths every doctor has minimum target 5croer they only to threating achieving the target every time u talk to doctor concealing u see this Apollo hospital doctor they won't even look at u r eyes and talk .

        I am Dr MANSHA DASWANI admitted in Apollo First med kilpauk Chennai in active labour pains on 30/11/2020 and discharged on 2/12/2020 after normal delivery of my baby.
        1. NICU DOCTOR for labour ward was not present at time of delivery.
        2. NICU staff brought my baby greater than 1 HOUR after his birth. I know that your policy is to initiate breastfeeding within 15min of normal delivery.
        3. NICU staff who brought the baby to me in labour ward was infected with cough and cold.
        4. NICU staff shoved only my nipple into his mouth creating a shallow latch, did not give him to me for skin to skin contact to initiate feeding on his own ( baby's inherent nature to suckle was was not initiated which led to a series of distress for me for the next 3 weeks )
        5.At due to shallow latch and extreme nipple pain I started using nipple Shield- none of the doctors or staff came and helped me initiate deep latch inspire of me telling them I am using nipple Shield for pain during feeding - consequences after discharge and removing nipple Shield ( it is not right to interfere feeding with plastic device) caused me and baby emotional distress, visits to various other consultants as babys weight was dropping.
        6.Mr arumugam ( your admin staff) while submitting birth certificate form has put my name wrong which is a significant error. He has not yet rectified his mistake. I am still waiting for the Certificate with my name correct.
        7. Baby's measurements not included in summary. Head and Abominal circumference and height.

        Overall very dissatisfied with the experience. I chose your hospital for good service in spite of knowing the high expenditure for my pocket.

          Ur staff from General nefro ward, Alpesh and have use abusive words, and they have said that I am mental and psycho and very politely I have asked them that what is my condition of discharge and please let me talk to my concern doctor, but very rudely, he annoyed on me and that lady has said Miss Guitee was really painfully for me, I think being patient, u need to some humanity and being humble towards ur patient.
          Please take a strong seviour action against them, so that in future, they should not behave like this to anyone in future.

              Dear Apollo Team,

              This is to bring your notice of Apollo Spectra Kondapur team negligence of Wrong treatment due to an incorrect diagnosis and False Report

              Just to give a Heads-up, This is Naveen Kishore A, Age of 37years. And my UHID is CKON.[protected] I was suffering from breathing inconvenience on Oct 1st 2020 and approached Apollo Spectra Kondapur Doctor Mr. P.V. Raju the pulmonologist advised me to get a health check up report of X-Ray chest PA and PFT.

              My X- Ray Chest PA was normal and my lungs were good in condition. But my PFT result is low as FVC (L) FEV (L) falling between 60 to 65. Based on the PFT report Doctor said I have Asthma and prescribed me medicines for 3days Course.

              After 3 days of course completion as there was no improvement again I consulted him and he said I have acute Bronchial asthma and my lungs were weak and needed to be admitted in hospital and undergo an antibiotic course of 3days.As he knows that I have corporate insurance he insisted me to admit. I am 37years old I never had a previous history of Asthma and I was more worried as this is the first time I heard that I have Asthma and keeping in view of outside pandemic situations I Choose to be admitted in hospital.

              They said it is a 3 days antibiotic course but the treatment went for 5days and as there was no much improvement before discharging me they referred to Gastroenterologist Mr. Somasekhar he advised me to go for a Barium swallow and the report is good and again they did endoscopy where in they found RUT Positive

              The Pulmologist Mr. P.V. Raju, said you have Asthma and also RUT Positive because of that your asthma is aggravating he suggested me to take Gastric and Asthma medication and discharged

              But still there was no improvement after discharge also I have been running around Gastro and Pulmologist in your hospital.

              Again I consulted Mr.P.V .Raju on Nov 5th 2020 and he asked to get the report of my X ray chest PA and also X-Ray PNS. As usual my X ray Chest PA was normal and my X Ray PNS shows that I have mild DNS and sinus.

              He again concluded that I have RUT Positive and mild sinus which aggravates my Asthma. Advised me on medication and wait for 15days. But still now there is no much improvement

              Now here comes the Twist, I went for a second opinion to my known family physician while he was looking at my PFT report he identified that it is not my report some other patient report given to me by your medical team and says that it was mine.

              i got the report of some other patient, the patient name is V Naveen Kumar and his Age is 23, Date of Birth is[protected] and weight is 56Kg


              But my Name is Naveen Kishore A, I am 37 Year old and my date of birth is[protected] and I am 80 Kg in weight.

              It shows that your hospital and medical team is so negligent while sharing the reports to the patient. My entire treatment went wrong based on incorrect diagnosis. Though your doctors know all my reports including X-Ray chest PA and HRCT scan is normal and Covid test is negative. But they have unnecessarily given wrong steroids and antibiotics to me for 6 days and they made my health more vulnerable than previous. And your doctors did breach the duty of care of the patient.

              Being such a reputed brand that Apollo has. I never expected this level of negligence and breach of patient care and trust from you.

              i wanted to have a proper justification for this

                I book appointment Dr Kulkarni Gajanan Psychitrist Jayanagar benglore apollo.doctor don't consult so I cancel appointment but I don't receive refund.it is more than 15 days.

                  My Mother has been under treatment under Dr. Shyamasis Bandyopadhyay for the last 9 years. Currently Dr. Bandyopadhyay has referred my mother for an opinion of CT release. I have taken an appointment with Dr. Ranadeep Rudra and he has prescribed for an operation. I have gone through all formalities for admission as per his advice on 1st day review, needless to say he has taken only 2min and was not willing to hear the patient's concerns. However as per his advice I have done a test of Rs. 7, 450 (Excluding Dr. Rudra fees of Rs. 1000) from Apollo Hospital Kolkata. I have received all the approval from the Insurance based on a doctor signed and written for admission on 7th Dec 2020 and released date on 8th Dec 2020.

                  I called his assistant on 6th Dec 2020 at around 8.15PM and confirmed the admission, he advised me to call him on tomorrow ( 7th Dec 2020) post admission, however before taking final admission I personally reached out to Dr. Rudra’s assistant for the confirmation. As per him Dr. Rudra is busy and will not talk, so take admission and come at 12PM. I have followed the same instructions and admitted patients after a long time.

                  When I reached out to Dr. Rudra, he told me that I did not advise to admit the patient as he has written in the prescription that ‘ Review report’ although he mentioned the admission date and released date in another paper and signed.

                  I requested him to review the report and leave a note for admission but he told me very arrogantly to release the patient first and then he will leave a note for admission.

                  After following the long process he has written a note for admission.

                  I wanted to clarify about the food restriction but he shouted at me very badly in front of other patients and refused to operate, also mentioned I am an uneducated person, so blindly followed his instructions. He strongly humiliated me and my mother who is patient (55years Old) and came today from Krishnanagr.

                  From this pathetic journey My Mother is not feeling well now.

                  After that we reached out to Asst. Director of Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals and shared the same. He advised me to take admission and he will help to very smoothly process the admission process but when we came to the admission counter the associate told me ( at 4PM) Dr. Ranadeep Rudra advised to take admission at 8PM. Is this something jokes going on with patients?

                  After that we reached out to Dr. Bandyopadhyay and as per his advice I have taken dr. Appointment in Columbia Asia Hospital Salt Lake.

                  I believe Apollo Gleneagles Hospital trusts and follows the respect of individual methodology. I have paid a high amount for good treatment and reverted with harassment, waste money and humiliation. Apart from that my mother's health has deteriorated for the 10 hours historical journey in Apollo hospital Kolkata.

                  My request to the higher management to take appropriate action against Dr. Ranadeep Rudra and give my Money back of Rs. 8450 immediately.

                      I want to explain about the harresments and problems facing by the patients, as my mother is admitted in the apollo hospital bilaspur for the surgery of the the uterus, she has been operated in the afternoon
                      12''o'clock but she has not shifted to the ward or room due to insufficient bed in the hospital yet because they dont have beds empty, this is totally very bad experience with the apollo hospital, i want to tell that if they dont have beds for the patients then why they have taken the patients admitted in there hospitals, for today itself they have operated 14 patients and everybody are getting harrased.but i only want solution and answers for the problems the patients and there attendent are facing.please help as soon as possible.

                        My father was admitted in apollo medics super specialist hospital lucknow for CA tongue operation. Afternoon 3 days his tracheostomy got blocked that cause hypoxic brain injury to him. From that day onwards he is in persisting vegetative state.

                        Reason for treastomy tube blockage(as per doctors of other hospitals)- improper suction by the nursing staff in the ward

                          1. Given for used and dirty blunkets with out wash.

                          2. In bath room waer floating on floor, i dont know when cancer get fell down on floor.

                          Today I admitted in chemotherapy they given used blunket for patients.

                          If allergy comes to cancer patient, that is bad situation in your reputed hospital.

                          I think you keep up your name and care about cancer patients.

                            We had a blood test for PTT and APTT done on 15/11/2020 for our 8 year old son at Apollo diagnostics located at the below address,

                            Apollo Diagnostics
                            No:9, Bharathidasan street, RGN colony,
                            Redhills
                            Chennai-52.

                            The test was done as prerequisite for a hernia surgery. The report given by the above said centre showed elevated levels of both PTT and APTT which paved the way for the doctors to suspect some kind of serious liver disease or cancer. So we had to immediately rush to Chennai and consult various haematologists and oncologists. The tests done at 3 centres in chennai revealed both the values to be well within normal range. But the kind of mental stress and trauma that we understand for 24 hours cannot be expressed in words.

                            Just because they said it is Apollo diagnostics and they had your symbol and logo, we went ahead . But not only did the surgery got postponed but also the agony we underwent was terrible.
                            We request you to take immediate action and dismiss the said centre so people are safe.

                              I had a booking with appollo navi mumbai, after having prior appointment at 12:30 pm on 23 Oct 2020, got call from appolo to reschedule it as doctor will be available at 1:00 pm onwards, I agreed for 1:30pm slot. After reaching appollo and paying the bill doctor was not available and appolo staff forced me to visit another doctor, to which I denied. Now appollo denied returning my amount and forcefully reschedule it on next day. I want my money back

                                On 28th September the patient came to hospital as he was having fever. So hospital took Ct scan and kept him in suspected ward with three other fellows. It's been more than 24 hours no covid test has been taken yet. I think apollo is doing this intentionally so that he should come covid 19 positive. Cbc test done yesterday but no reports came yet

                                  Dear sir,
                                  My father mr. J. Ganesan (Uhid: aha1.[protected]) was admitted in apollo speciality hospital - vanagaram

                                  As per dr. Swatee albee advice we have admitted on 12th september 2020 for cerebal angiogram and discharge by 13th september 2020.
                                  Now every thing completed. Doctor also advised to discharge
                                  We found insurance processing delay at apollo hospital and we are unnecessarily staying at hospital until 12.05 pm on 13th sep'2020 and processing yet to submit to the insurance team
                                  We request to kindly look the issue on priority and expedite the process on urgent basis

                                    Apollo defied sc order to provide treatment to poor patients. Many social and rti activists have alleged and criticized apollo on this issue. Now the apollo team is taking advantage of corona virus (Covid-19) and charging additional payment of rs 25, 000 in the name of dr fees which is highly objectionable and un justified resulting deprive many patients to take treatment at apollo hospital. At apollo hospital, banargatta road, bangalore management is openly demanding rs 25, 000/ for any type of surgery. They used to say that either take treatment or go anywhere else, which is highly inhuman behavior of apollo hospital. The whole scam must be investigated in light of court orders and the amount already taken from patients must be returned back to them immediately. Any one may ask this information through rti, so please be careful and stop this illegal practice at once.
