My 70+ Aged parents went for their second dose of vaccination (first dose was Covishield) at Apollo Clinic, HSR Layout, Bangalore today 1st July, 2021. I had registered them on Arogya setu asking specifically for the paid covishield 2nd dose. The Apollo team did not even ask them what vaccine they had previously taken and gave them the Covaxin. My mother even enquired before her shot and the nurse did not respond or bother to reconfirm. After the vaccination, they were unable to generate the certificate and told me to delete beneficiaries from my Arogya Setu app so they can directly upload from their end. My father's details were erased and only one final certificate for Covaxin is now showing. My mother has registered with her own number so this process was not effective and she is now left without a certificate. We tried talking to the team at apollo who were trying to blame my parents for asking for Covaxin. This whole incident has caused alot of mental agony and my whole family is trying to talk to various doctors to understand implications of this mix up. I expected alot more responsibility from a group like Apollo and i am disappointed with the whole experience.

    I want make complain point wise
    1. i wnt to opd on 22june 2021 to examine my mother with spine compressed fracture . dr s n singh shaw my mother without mri he said operation required
    2. we went there with hip join lateral x ray . report says no fracture but dr singh assure fracture and advice me that he will take orthopaedic advice but orthopaedic Sargent said no fracture
    3. 25 june give ot time at 10 am but make patient ready at 12 pm . patient was pron to hypoglycaemia i told several times in spite of that one day before operation all food are stopped but suger medicine was on . my mother suger always with medication main tain 95 to 97 during period 22 to 24 june
    4. without bedside suger test they bring my mother to ot
    5. after some time dr sing came back from ot and said my mother had a cadiac arrest before operation . and said it can happen to anybody because my mother age and patient of suger and pressure . i told doctor why you advice us for operation inspite o[censored] know my mother age and comorbid
    6 . mother shifted to ventilation and there after icu and at 3 pm she got consciousness
    7. next day 26thjune 2021 mother shifted to general word bed no 518 . and wbc count 23400 approx it was developed during treatment of dr singh but he ignore it and said to take home the patient on 28/06/2021
    8. but suddenly when we went over their help desk said hold the release because some blood report said some irregularity.
    9. without taking my concent he transfer patient to dr subha banerjee inspite of ct scan report of heart and brain no complain identified and eco and ecg normal as per report
    10. new doctor suggest angiography without examine the patient .
    11. already they taken almost 20000 without surgery
    totally we are in dark about the treatment

      Hi am swamy from mysore last week I visit a appollo hospital with my wife she s a ulcerative collitis patient someone suggest consult Mr Rajkumar P Wadva so we came n consulted but we r not satisfied with his communication he behaved lik nonsense anyway as a educated s we controlled ourselves after examines of all tests of my wife like biopsy n all he gave us a medicines n he s not ready to tel us how to use medicine tel us ask assistants but literally they don't know how use dat medicines coz of those people I lost 20 thousand n above with trust on appolo hospital pls tel dem to behave cool with patients n pls recuite wel doctor as his assistants ...finally trust we wl get solution for dis complaint ...your faithfully middle class patient

        Hi this is to let you know that I did order medicine from Apollo 247 few days back. I had ordered for seloken xl 50 mg tablet. However what I received was 25 mg. I requested a return but no resolution has been given to me up and until now. When I call them it's ausual somebody picks up and say the team is looking into my concern. I need them to deliver the medicine which I requested them for or give a refund. I have attached both the order details as well as the complaint number below in the attachment section. Please kindly take action against Apollo Hospitals.

          I have taken vaccine on 1st June in Apollo Jayanagar 3rd Block. While asked for certificate during vaccination, all representatives said it will be uploaded soon and will be available online. It's almost 20 days and certificate is not uploaded. While calling to customer care, they are saying they will give the certificate of current date which is almost 20 days late and affecting my next dose date. I can not risk my health due to representative mistake. I have a receipt and appointment details with me. Please update my vaccination details with correct date.

            Dear sir/mam

            It is with high regret I report the Improper duty and unprofessional behaviour shown by the PRO (incharge-Mr Babu) at Apollo Main hospital located in Trichy. My daughter got vaccinated on June 9 and the Vaccination team has failed to update the same in COWIN/MoH. When my wife and daughter visited them and contacted on June11, they were poorly responded. The PRO defended his negligence and showed rude behaviour. I have never seen such an improper behavior earlier in any good private hospital. Our experience for vaccination at Apollo Perungudi is so organised. The PRO issued a new Vaccination confirmation on June 11 and it is a violation on the part of hospital ( giving detail on a wrong date). I will submit all documents by email to The Chairman, Apollo group.
            I request you to give a stern warning for those who are not delivering the duties properly.
            Moreover, it is highly unprofessional to show rude behaviour to two women to cover the mistakes.

                  I have ordered vaporizer and mask from Apollo through phonepe with order id[protected] on April 4th 2021. for almost 1 month i am unable to see my order in my ordered folder. i have contacted apollo through this consumer complaints. they said that order will be deliver lately. recently in my orderd is showing that i have bought vaporiser and mask in hydernagar (smr vinay) apollo pharmacy. but i have ordered in online mode through phonepe switch. since 26th april 2021 i am raising issue in consumer complaints and apollo help in apollo app, my issue was not solved. its almost 40 days i am trying to solve about my order. but my order was not solved. how many times i am raised ticket, customer care doesnot responding. they are not calling me for solving my case. i am orderd through online mode then why it is showing as offline mode with different order id and different date.(23rd april 2021 at 09:23am). i have ordered on 26 april 2021 eve time. please sove my issue as soon as possible. how many days do you take to solve this issue. if your unable to deliver then stop taking online orders. please refund my money. every pic will be attached for your reference. from starting date. in phonepe switch and apollo app.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have Religare OPHC medical card. As per agreement network hospitals should accept 80% from this card for vaccination.

                    We opted 4 COVAXIN from network hospital (Apollo Greams) on 28-May, but they denied to accept OPHC medical card.

                    Bill No - CMH-OCS-4796200, CMH-OCS-4796185

                    As per IRDA guidelines, you are not supposed to deny payment from an OPHC Medical card.

                    Could you please justify why OPHC medical card has been denied?

                      I had a neck lump and consulted DR Ganesh ENT vanagaram in the month of March 2021...he suggested me to do take CT scan and blood test ...I was diagnosed with TB in left side of neck with FNAC and started the treatment as per his advice with AKT 4 tablet...but after two months my condition become worse and I tried to consult him but he was unavailable due to lockdown and then proceeded to Apollo Greams Road and consulted DR Ramasubramanian senior Doctor in infectious diseases and he told me I was in wrong medication for the past two months...I should have been suggested Akurit 4 for my condition...only bcz of wrong treatment from DR Ganesh ENT in Vanagaram...my condition has become worse today...I do have all proof and need proper response and compensation...

I tried to get the final certificate downloaded many a times but it was in vain. Hence I request you to please mail me the said

                            The above doctor's behaviour was very rude. My brother in law admitted to Apollo hospitals Guwahati and my sister is waiting as attendant.Today the doctor was about to come for visit, but he didn't came . So, ultimately my sister called up the reception and asked why the doctor didn't visit . After few hours the doctor finally came and scold my sister badly asking why she need to call again and again . If it was soo emergency, then she should have done it herself. So, i just want the management to take strict action against him on immediate basis and so that he never repeat this behaviour again.

                              Irresponsible staff of APOLLO hospitals LUCKNOW

                              My 81yrs old father had been given appointment by apollo hospitals
                              for PSMA CT PET SCAN for 30000INR on 08/04/2021 and accordingly advance towards the scan was taken.
                              I receive a call from the hospital at 3 pm to come immediately for the scan but on reaching prestigious APOLLO hospitals and after waiting for 30 min I was told that the medicine has not come and SCAN is being rescheduled for the next week.

                              Hi have given COVID 19 RT PCR test sample on May 9th in Nirmal branch. I was tild that it takes maximum two fays to receive the test result.It's been 3 days and there is ni response from the customer care number, its not connecting to agent, also no reply from customer care email .

                              Since this is very critical situation where we take proper treatment based on the test result, this delay and negligence from Apollo Diagnostics causing more worry and impacting my health. They have given false statement saying the result would be available in two days also playing with the lives of people.

                              We could take proper treatment if we get positive.

                              Also, they have charged 1500 rs but the bill is saying 750 rs for the test. Why they are charging more ?? Why the bill is not showing that amount. This robbery during this pandemic not at all acceptable.

                                On 24.03.2021, I bought some medicines & One Insulin Delivery Device from the Apollo Pharmacy located at Kadamtali, Krishnanagar, Agartala, PIN-799001. Total amount of bill representing the cost of Pen & medicines was Rs. 1320/- which I paid by Debit Card.
                                Later on, the Pen has gone defective. As per Warranty Card, I approached the Depot on 01.05.2021 for replacement of the defective pen which they have refused because of insistence on Cash Memo. I told them that the Cash Memo has been misplaced and had requested them to verify the authenticity of the transaction from the system or by reference to the Office Copy of the Bills. But they have turned a deaf ears to my request.

                                  Myself kapil ahmed choudhury done surgery of L5 S1 on 02nd nov 2020 by DR Vijay kishore Kondreddy.
                                  before surgery i was ok only pain was on my hip.i had done L5S1 transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion surgery.
                                  From Nov 04th 2020 onwards i was complaning doctor that my left leg is paining then doctor suggested me to take rest till 6 months.from january onwards i am trying to contact doctor, i texted him, called him not even a single time doctor responded me.i called many times since january.now i cant even walk properly, even sleep properly.24 hours is pains on my left leg which is a new problem after surgery.
                                  I think doctor has done some mistake during surgery.
                                  so please help me out what to do.
                                  i had done MRI last month which shows that misplcement of disc
                                  now doctor is not giving me any response

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    We have requested for some blood tests on 23.04.2021 for collecting samples from Aditya Hotel room no 212, Ameerpet, Hyderabad and your representative Mr Jarpula Santosh came on 24.04.2021 and collected the blood sample and requested for payment of Rs. 8400/- and we have transferred the amount to his account online, on asking for receipt he assured that the receipt and reports will be received on your mobile. We have received the reports through your representative Mr Rakesh Reddy at Aditya Hotel on 24.04.2021, but in spite of several reminders to Mr Rakesh Reddy & Mr Santosh, rhe money receipt is not received till date. Please look into the matter and arrange for money receipt for Rs. 8400/- immediately. It is unfortunate that, such things happen in a highly reputed Hospital.
