We have admitted my sister for her normal delivery in apollo cradle on[protected] and on next day my sister's new born girl was delivered. they hav sent a registrar for vaccinating her BCG that was supposed to be given intradermal but the junior doctor gave it subcutaneously and was not successful. when i escalated the complaint to the higher authorities they behaved very rude with me and answered me to complaint whom ever i want to. Im a pediatrician thats the reason why im very sure that was not the exact route of administrating the vaccine.

    I appointment Dr ganapathy h. online for 14 January 2022.and appointment also confirmed from your end.so I came from West Bengal today.but after reached appollo hospital, I known that no one ent doctor including Dr ganapathy h is not present in hospital.now what I do???????why online is not informed me? from West Bengal I came for that purpose only.

    My wife was admitted for galbllader stone operation on 09th july 22 at 4th floor room no 402.

    At the time of mediclaim process by your TPA team is not given proper resolution for query raised by insurance team hence insurance company is not given that amount. As result i have payment to your hospital . If your team was resolve the query properly then i have saved money. If you are not look this complain then i have a bad impression on your hospital and never goes to your hospital and never refer any frnds

      Today (jan 13, 2022) I paid Rs 249/- for an online doctor consult for Covid using Apollo 247 app. I paid through Gpay. When I came back to the app there was no consultation lined up. I would like an immediate refund. I am dismayed by the poor design of the app and inability to register a complaint.

          I made a doctor consultation on 26th December 2021.
          After payment and consultation, There is NO invoice available and no details present in website/app.

          Upon contacting support, they are sending me false invoice with date as October 11 2021. I was not associated with Apollo247 anytime before December 2021.

          They are also not providing support via call. Even after numerous emails and tickets, they are still not sending me correct invoice.

          Some of the tickets numbers I have raised: 307526, 281314

          They also keep closing tickets without any resolution.

              Dr. Chitra Ramamurthy should be banned from practicing medicine immediately.
              I visited Dr. Chitra for the treatment of hydrosalphynx in 2013 after my first miscarriage. She suggested surgery ( laproscopy), where she tied the effected tube. But after the surgery during my period I got a severe pain and when I got back to her she adviced me to take paracetamol whenever I feel such pain. She insisted on IVF again and again.
              In the year 2018 I started getting a severe lower abdominal pain. This time I went to other doctor she asked me to conceive immediately. I did conceive but it was a miscarriage. In 2020 I started getting the pain again and the diagnosis revealed that with time the tied hydrosalphynx has grown in size and it has pushed my uterus to the left. Even I have grown endometriosis. I again visited Dr. Chitra with the report. First she called me to her fertility clinic and adviced to go for IVF. After a long and tiresome repeated visit she told me that the uterus is not in a good condition so IVF is not possible go for surrogacy. Then she introduced me to another surgeon, she suggested removal of tube and introduction of merina. Which I agreed to but moments later her version changed she started counting all the things that may go wrong during surgery such as surgeon may end up damaging intestine and the patient may die. I got so scared that I went to Fortis. They did IUI but I got pregnant naturally under the medication. The pregnancy continued till 4 months but again it ended in miscarriage. And I am back to square one with pain. As I wright my sufferings I am lying all awake on my bed with pain. My quality of life has degraded. And recently I have been diagnosed with degenerative tumors. I don't know whether I live or die. But please don't let it happen to other ppl. Beware of Doctors like Chithra and what they are doing to you.

                  The person appointed as health check up in morning shift as appointment desk labour is highly arrogant . The person involved in such a career is behaving like this is highly pethatic and he is just a receptionist and such attitude towards patient. I met the most pethatic employee of my life . I called 15-20 times for appointment but he didn't picked my call and after that he picked and cut my call.
                  What should i expect with such person.

                    I suffered a few issues while staying as mentioned below. Unprofessional, Mismanagement and Un-hygiene treatment for New born baby.

                    Newborn Hygiene Overview Newborn hygiene care, including bathing, New born babies’ clothes and mattress is important for our baby's health and comfort.

                    After the baby is born, he is wrapped in normal green clothes like a green bedsheet, there is no mattress in the cradle. When we asked for the same, they provided us with a cushion cover. Where I had paid 1.21 L for 3.5 days. After reach home baby got eye infection where my family suffered mentally and emotional stress due to un-hygiene treatment.

                    IT related issues We did not get Wi-Fi ID and password for four days where we continued to Guest dial no. 44, 3437 and 3537. They are giving us excuses.

                    Billing Department issue At the time discharged I have received the final bill where there is no bifurcation but I had paid the amount as per bill you charged without any cross question on the basis of trust.

                    Now we need bill bifurcation for medical reimbursement, and I had request to your billing department. Mr Mudit is a concerned person to give to me. I met him and he said, he will provide on 13th Dec 2021, Monday via email. But the same is not yet received.

                    I personally visited on 15th and 16th December at the billing department but he is not available in the cabin, almost 2 hrs waiting every day outside in the cabin. The staff doesn't know who the concerned person is in the absence of Mr Mudit. Still we have not received bill bifurcation .

                    Literally i personally followed for 1 week and finally we have received bifurcation on letterhead one pager where not in detail and specific. . We need specific with in detail bifurcation for the same.

                          I have visited to Apollo Hospital during period from 23 Nov 21 to 02 Dec 2021 for treatment of all my family. I have checked personalized health check from Apollo Hospital for the Rs.7300/- on 25 Nov 2021 my wife full body checked up has been for Rs.13000/- on 26 Nov 2021 . My wife has given all tests on 26 Nov and informs her to collect the report on 27 Nov, before report counter receptionist intimate her to meet with Dr Shiva Singh on 3C chamber. After met with Dr, she forwarded to woman hospital for one test. Accordingly I and my wife went to woman hospital with auto. On arrival at woman hospital report to reception and asked about test and suggest to deposit to amount at counter no 07.When I asked at counter No.07 about test and show all the documents including yellow card and I told him that we should get 30% discount in total amount and show him clearly mentioned him in yellow card, but he denied to give us 30% discount and told me bring the receipt copy of bill and total expenditure from hospital. Again I have came at health check up hospital with auto and asked to hospital receptionist regarding discount, receptionist intimae me that not required any bill because already 30 % discount mentioned in yellow book. Again report to woman hospital, counter No.07 and brief all the matter again refuse to give me discount lastly I tell him that not required discount I will give full payment. Lastly he agreed to give 30% discount in test. Now my request that such type of receptionist never helps of patient and gives only harassment. Now my request to you please take necessary action against receptionist of woman hospital counter no.07 and if possible discharge him from service so that in future nobody patient will get harassment from such type of receptionist.

                            I'm not a resident of Guwahati. I visited the Apollo Hospital for my mother's treatment from my hometown Silchar. I'm a girl and I'm the only person who takes her care alone. He prescribed us for tests on 16th Dec and went for leave on 17th of Dec assuring me that he will see the reports on whatsapp. After collecting all the repots I went to my hometown and when I requested him to see, he denied bitterly. Than, I again went Ghy and show him all the reports, he suggested for USG of my mother . I again requested him to help me out by seeing the reports online because it's tough for me to leave my mom alone at Silchar and visit him at Ghy on regular basis . He again gave assurance that he will see and now not responding on my requests . This is really irresponsible behaviour and I will definitely try not to go there in that hospital again and also prevent my known persons from facing such difficulties . My point is, if you won't see than why give such assurance . It's not good at all. Irresponsible

                              We have visited the Appolo Hospital Koramangala for 1 day giddiness(Vertigo Issue), Dr Anushiya Suggested to get the Ultra scan done to check if there might acidity issues, The receptionist informed charge will be 2k we agreed for it but the receptionist forced me to get full body check up done and she said only 1k will be extra so that should be 3K totally but later she is asking us to pay around 8K forcefully.

                              Muralidhar took treatment since 2013 to 2021 for heart and twide done angio and tmt etc., Through Dr pc jain .
                              Unfortunately I lost all relevant documents and reports.
                              So I requested many times through mail and also through phone.
                              Yet they are not sent so far. If it is hard copy I know it takes time to send
                              But to email, it is difficult to believe 38 hours and more to reply and each time tells they will be sending.
                              Now since chest pain last 2 days I need to get those reports for further evaluation.

                                You guys don't have the basic sense on how to treat a senior citizen. You are so casual and rough with my mom. Your staff nurses in radiology department are also so inconsiderate. If anything happens to my mom, if I even feel a little bit of inconvenience from her end, I will make sure that all you are punished. I will go to any length possible by a human, if my mother is hurt by your staff again. Such inconsiderate and irresponsible behaviour. And you are running hospital ? How can you guys treat a human being when you can't behave like one yourself ? I am documenting everything. One day I will speak.
                                Why do you charge extra for a reaction. When you give pet scan. Isn't it your job to take care of the reactions to it too. Why do you send the patient to emergency and put a bogus bill on them again for it ?

                                  Hospital has requested us to immediate pay INR 200000 before the oparation.in that time patient havent indian rupees to pay by cash.then from srilanka deposit the money to hospital account. So now patient will discharge this Saturday. We requested many time to payback our refund money to patient hand . But still its not done and anyone not attend to this matter.as a international patient we fave big trouble for this.
                                  Can you please anyone attend this matter and give patient to this cash in advance. We can not stay anymore in india after discharge for waiting this payment. We do not have any indian account number also.arrange cash to patient hand immediatly

                                  Euro thai insurance company has already conformed the payment guarantee to apallo insirance department . But still thay not refund the deposit amount to patient

                                    I had an extremely horrible experience at Lucknow Apollo hospital. Me and my family have been visiting Apollo from a very long time but such an experience made me completely loose trust in Apollo.
                                    DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:
                                    We went in for a simple case wherein one of my family member had 3 to 4 times vomiting. For such a case many irrelevant tests like ECG were done. The staff sort of kidnapped my family member and said that no one could visit the patient as per protocol in emergency section. We were completely unaware as to what Apollo doctors and nurses were they doing in there.
                                    After saying to them that if such a behaviour continues then we may inform district administration, they came to talking terms and became a bit transparent as to what they were thinking and trying to do and then they released my family member from their arrest after approx 3 hours and with a bill of approx. Rs 7000.
                                    REQUEST THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME IN A TIMELY MANNER OR ELSE I WILL ESCALATE IT TO THE FORUM/PEOPLE AT HIGHER DEGREE OF INFLUENCE.

                                      I am really sorry to say that being one of the best hospital in kolkata you cant manage for beds for chemotherapy Day Care patients. I had booked the chemotherapy Day Care 2 weeks in Advance and today 08/12/2021 i get a call from the First Floor Oncology Department, that the beds are unavailable and due to which my Dad's chemo has to be delayed by one day and the funniest part is after booking so much in advance the next dates that i booked wont get adjusted.
