I have been following up with appolo hospital kolkata for over long time to provide me with the breakdown of the invoice or receipts and so far i am not provided with the proper breakdown of the same which is causing me trouble to get my insurance claim for the same.
Hence request you to get the needful done.
Am an nri residing in dubai.

And they are not helping me send the same.

    I visited apollo hospital on 3rd of december and was explained the entire surgery and gave an estimation of 1, 50, 000. Before admission, we got a confirmation that pre-apporval amount is approave of ra 65100 and rest of the amount will be paid after surgery as it was a cashless insurance, i admitted my father to the hospital on 5th of december.
    Discharge full and final was processed on 8th of december at 11:30 am. Till 4 pm we had no update on the status of the claim. At 4:30 we got an update that total of rs 86535 has been processed and the estimation of the operation was changed to 2 lac rupees and they asked us to pay rest of the 1 pac 13 thousand rupees. When i asked questions they insisted to contact tpa na doctor as they cannot do anything. After checking with doctor they said that revised bill is 1, 70, 000 and asked us to pay remaining amount.
    When i denied they called the security gaurds and surrounded me. My father was suffering from pain on the hospital room and was denied to be given any more medications as fnf has been processed from hospital.
    After fighting with them for another hour they said that they would be resending form for approval to insurance company and insisted to pay 20000 as depository charges otherwise they said we cannot leave and your patient won’t be given any more medications and if anything happens to him in hospital we would not be help responsible.
    I had to pay rs 20000 to them to get my father home safely and provide him with the medications.
    Next day i got a call from apollo that from the total of 2 lac amount, 1 lac 24 thousand has been approved and rest 75, 647 has to be paid by you.
    The form i received had clearly mentioned that the deviation amount not to be collected by patient. When i said the same, they disconnected the call.
    They resent the claim to insurance company again by decreasing the total amount from 2 lac to 1 lac 47 thousand in less than 1 hour. Which was the exact amount which was promised before the start of the operation.
    And then i received a call from hospital to share the bank details so that they can process the refund of rs 13400 as only 1600 is payable by you (Non medical expenses)

    So, the point is if i would have paid the total amount to them, they would have never accepted the mistake.
    I had 3 people in the duration of 30 minutes which has the similar issue and they were scaring them to take actions if they don’t pay the amount.

    I am attaching all the claims which i mentioned above which proves how they treat a person in the emergency situations and only thing they are bothered about is how to charge maximum money from thr patient.
    Also i am filing an harassment case on apollo for the same

      Kirandeep singh patient had been operated for liver transplant on 23rd sep at apollo hospital jubilee hills hyderabad. Afterwards he had complications three times. I am sorry to complain that he was admitted to icu liver transplant on 18th of nov with some complications & had acute stomach pain since yesyerday night & swelling in body. Inspite of asking duty doctor to call senior doctor for advice & proper treatment. No senior doctor have visited icu since last 24 hours. Total spending on the patient is more than rs 45 lakhs. Pl ask concerned doctors for immediate action. As dullet attendant & relation of patient

        My daughter anahita (2years old) was advised to take thyroid test for blood sample was to be taken at nicu. Nurses advised me and my wife to wait outside. We requested that we will be accompanying with our daughter while collecting the sample but they refused to take inside. We waited around 15 min outside and the whole time we were able to hear crying of the baby. When after 15 min they took the sample and allowed us inside, we found lot of blood in the cotton. They told that first time the needle got out so blood has come. If they do these kind of mistake with my 2 year old baby, i cannot accept that. If they are not trained then they should in hired in nicu. They also not allowed either me or my wife to be inside for the whole 15 min. When they got out baby was shivering in fear which was unacceptable. For this i will also be filling complaint in consumer care.

          I have in here at apollo for last 15 days. I have found that there is not appropriate time management by the doctor secretary specially.
          From my experience, i have visited doctor mohan a t on thursday. My appointment time was 10.15 but got the serial at 1pm.
          Again on 11.11.2019, monday, i came for the report investigation.
          However my serial was at 1pm. I came at 10 because of the delay experienced earlier. Doctor secretary told me to come at 1pm.
          I came again at 1pm.
          But i got the serial 32 which i guess will take me to evening 6pm.
          So is it the main theme to wait patient for at least 3 hour. I don’t know what types of policy has been taken by the apollo hospital.
          It’s pathetic.
          Not but least, this is every time case here.

            Hi,
            I had follow up with my dermatologiest in hyderabad. They hospital charged me a600/- as fee and once i paid the amount, i dont find doctor's proper analysis for my condition. He was not in position to listen to me and my issue. No proper analysis and discussion.

            The doctor behaved very rudely and no proper diagonis has been done. I demand a completed refund of my money.

              Hi, i went to a local clinic for food poisoning treatment. Doc diagnosed and told that patient had to intake glucose drips. Consultation fee is rs.250. Medicines he gave for rs.50 worth as confirmed by nearby pharmacy. Patient had taken glucose drips that includes needles, glucose pack and syringe added. It was hardly for an hour. Might be rs. 200 max. Doc certificate can be charged for rs. 100 maximum. But we have been charged a whooping amount of rs.1050 with no proper reason. What can be done at this point?

                Hello, i work in a private company in bangalore and i have a icici lombard's health card from the company. 1 day suddenly i have a problem in my ear, then i went to apollo hospital seshadripuram to consult with the doctor after seeing my ear the doctor said the problem is much bigger and for this you will have to have an ear operation. Well i agreed and i discussed in the company at icici lombard. Took approval of ₹ 12000/- hospital staff told me that your operation related all work and medicine related all will be cover in your card limit, you will not have to pay any extra money just for room rent, but after my operation, they made my ₹ 137300/- bill, out of which the company passed the ₹ 94629/- only. And i had to pay ₹ 42671/- from my pocket to come out of the hospital. After that, i studied the bill very well, and saw that these people have charged a lot o[censored]nnecessary charges. I want to have an inquiry on this and i want my money back, either give by the company icici or give it by the hospital. Kindly help me.

                  Please be informed that my wife mrs tapati guha, whose uhid no - salw.[protected] got admission to your hospital apollo sprectra hospital, alwarpet on 17/09/19 for a surgery under dr. N. Ramamoorthy. We could not avail of cashless facility as we did not bring her medical insurance id card with us. After returning home i have to reimbursement the claim from insurance co. To lodge medical reimbursement claim i have to submit the papers form - b which is required to be filled up by the hospital authority and doctors advise for admission to the hospital is also required. For this i have sent a letter on 28/09/19 to your apollo sprectra hospital, alwarpet to send me filled form - b and doctors advice at an early date. I also sent a self address envelop with that letter. But after long time has passed no response received from your hospital. After that i have again sent a mail on 07/10/19. But the result is same. I am informing your insurance cell over telephone many times, but no response is still now.
                  I again request you to please look into my matter so that i can claim insurance reimbursement from insurance co.

                    My father mr. Kalyan das was admitted to the hospital with some stomach problems. His bed number was 3515, ghdu 1. After investigation he was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (Mctsi-2/10) with other problems. He was admitted on 10/10/2019 and was released on 20/10/2019. After his discharge we were shocked to see the condition of his lower back portion and his pennies and its surroundings. Those parts are badly swelled with infections as those areas were not properly cleaned and checked as he was in diapers 24hrs. We tried to convey the problem with the hospital authority over phone as per discharge certificate but nobody cared to help us and turned down. We are feeling helpless making this complaint even after paying a humongous amount of rs. 347000/-. We are looking for some assistance from the hospital. I further need to say that please make sure that the patient party get some help and relief from the hospital.

                        The lady who manages dr. Jairamchander pingle's appointments is highly inefficient and mismanaged. Despite taking an appointment for every visit, we are made to wait for a minimum of an hour everytime we come. Having had my surgery done here, i visit the doctor on a regular basis and for this i have to spare a minimum of 3-4 hours on every visit. She sends the patients in according to her wills and fancies.

                          Bill's submitted on 30/8/2019 to apollo munich hyderabad through thane branch. Bills for 14192/55/9907 yet to be settled.
                          Mental harrassment. Member i'd [protected].
                          I have a chronic kidney disease disorder and apollo munich health ins. Company has decided to reimburse dialysis cost with dialyzer cost and eligible medicines under day care. Eventhough sent many email reminders to settle my claim but they are simply passing time.
                          I am short of funds and depend upon reimbursement proceeds.

                            Hi cradle,

                            I am just sharing my bad services experience with apollo cradle kondapur, care manager and support staff behaviour was not good in response.

                            My wife was admitted to the hospital on 30sept2019 and delivered a baby girl (Normal delivery) but at the time of discharge when i was received a settlement bill.
                            Package mentioned in the bill was instrumental delivery, care manager doesn't explain to me about that package, till the deliver i was into the impression that its a normal delivery and equipment was used in that, according to explanation by her, if extra equipment was used during the admitted time extra 15000 amount added to the bill same is for when patient is went for painless delivery and total amount will reach amount 85000.

                            I had word with my insurance agency and they told me they had only two kinds of pregnancy insurance covered 1) normal (54000) and 2) c section (640000), and the settlement bill sends to the insurance company was the same package mentioned in (2)

                            Below are the queries and kindly provide me with an explanation on that.

                            1) kindly provide me with the breakup on instrumental delivery charges in detail ie 85000, i need to claim the insurance but it will only happen once cradle provide me with the 85000 breakups.
                            2) if there is an instrument package why the same bill was not sent to the insurance company?
                            3) support staff services are extremely poor.
                            4) no support on holidays by a care manager

                            I am extremely disappointed with the complete process underwent during the whole pregnancy, i selected the appolo cradle because we had good experience in past with my niece in koramangala bangalore. They had a clear and precise process and also detailed billing explanation by admin.

                              I got my patient admitted for a surgery. The patient was admitted on wednesday and surgery scheduled for monday. Within 4-5days u have set up a bill of above 1lakh today when he is getting operated you don't even take care of responding to patients relatives asking the status of the operation. I saw the dr moving out of the hospital and the patient is still in ot. Can you clarify what is the patient doing without a dr. Who the hell will update me on my patients status. Why can't the reception people call and ask in ot.

                                  I’m here to complain about food quality and hygienic issues in so called apollo sindhuri hotels at apollo medical college hospital, jubilee hills hyderabad.
                                  It supposed to provide healthy and hygiene food for hostlers and day scholars of apollo medical college ge. Day by day the food quality is decreasing. And recently food poisoning was also happened. Many students are suffering here. We complained to the mess incharge. But no one is actually trying to solve our problem.
                                  So i’m sincerely requesting you to solve our problem. Thank you.

                                      I came with my father for consultation and blood test in trichy apollo on 11.9.2019.. I paid money for test and consultation fees. They doesn't have any 100 rupees for balance. They told us management doesnt provide enough cash.. So go and get change from outside with horrible voice... I argued why are speaking like this.. They asked me why are you come here.. What a management..

                                        I went to apollo hospital chennai for my father heart check-up and i consulted with cardiologist then the doctor gave some test like healthy heart package under this package came to some blood test, ecg, echo, and tmt. I got the report next day again consulted with the doctor and he said there is little bit doubt in tmt report and doctor again give the test of engiogram which cost 17, 600/-.
                                        Again next day i got the report and doctor said everything all right and he also said wrong test reports given by tmt.
                                        So for this wrong report i charged extra 17, 600/- and now i want my extra amount refund.

                                        Lethargy negligence and damn care attitude of Apollo hospital nasik. I am not able to get cashless facilities for my max bupa policy as the hospital didn't renew the contract with maxbupa in time.
