I went to bilasapur apollo for my baby delivery. However they did not provide me with correct documents and my insurance money with uhg is stuck to the tune of 25000.

Could you please help me getting the correct documents so that i can get my insurance claim.

I work with microsoft and they have their insurance tie up with uhg.

Apollo hospital is the worst hospital in terms of its doctors. Specifically gastroenterology dept. Where doctors are money minded. They fake in front of attendants and try to pull out maximum money they can. They are unable to diagnosis the disease. My experience with apollo hospital was unbelievable and i lost my beloved dad. Rude staff and nurse in charge. They we're arguing regarding the visiting hours in ward.

They misbehaved and said the rule is only one attendent which we accept as apollo rule. But that should be same for everyone. I have been observing in the same room where me and my father weekend staying many people were coming and going for the other attendent.

It is with utter regret that I would like to bring to your notice that one of the doctors in Apollo Gauhati by the name of Dhruva Jyoti Choudhury from the Nephrology department is ill-mannered and behaves in a manner not professional.
