On 28th September the patient came to hospital as he was having fever. So hospital took Ct scan and kept him in suspected ward with three other fellows. It's been more than 24 hours no covid test has been taken yet. I think apollo is doing this intentionally so that he should come covid 19 positive. Cbc test done yesterday but no reports came yet

Now every thing completed. Doctor also advised to discharge
We found insurance processing delay at apollo hospital and we are unnecessarily staying at hospital until 12.05 pm on 13th sep'2020 and processing yet to submit to the insurance team
We request to kindly look the issue on priority and expedite the process on urgent basis

Apollo defied sc order to provide treatment to poor patients. Many social and rti activists have alleged and criticized apollo on this issue. Now the apollo team is taking advantage of corona virus (Covid-19) and charging additional payment of rs 25, 000 in the name of dr fees which is highly objectionable and un justified resulting deprive many patients to take treatment at apollo hospital. At apollo hospital, banargatta road, bangalore management is openly demanding rs 25, 000/ for any type of surgery. They used to say that either take treatment or go anywhere else, which is highly inhuman behavior of apollo hospital. The whole scam must be investigated in light of court orders and the amount already taken from patients must be returned back to them immediately. Any one may ask this information through rti, so please be careful and stop this illegal practice at once.

Well yeah, i will provide all the information as much as possible but the thing is, will you take action against it?
You people are just disgusting, who can stoop ao low for money and in return don't give a damn types! Why are you even running this hospital with such low graded, unproffessional, unethical & those who dont even know how to behave with the patients kind of staffs?
This is highly pathetic. Everyone knows the situation of entire nation and at this point when the whole nation is almost treating you like god, here you people are making us believe that you shouldnt be respected at all. Exceptions, am not talking about the entire health care community, i am just complaining about the staffs of apollo trichy i was conpletely aghast by their behaviour. If you people have so much problem then am sorry you shouldnt be doing this job. You people are thought to be warriors, but you stand nowhwre in that.. Apollo trichy, some action needs to be taken.. Especially the nurses.. Look after the problem and try to solve it.. Otherwise this email is going straight to mci.. Medical council of india...

I have requestedd apollo hospital for tele medicine for an urgent health issue for consultation for 4 th.. I checked the available doctors august. Dr. Sheela nagusha general physician was available for consultation in chennai chennai for consultation. I paid rs 999 and got receipt and appoinment time through mail. And phone message. As per the message iwas witing for call from 2.30pm on 4th august2020 as appoinment time was 2.45 pm [details attached]. As it is un urgent health iussue i wanted timely consultation in ths lockdown period but did not receive any call from apollo hospital chennai till 3.15. I repeatedly requested the info unit over mail and phoine. But it only on deaf ears. I details attached. Also i made a complaint cell about this and the receipient on the apoolo hospital asked all the details and will look in to the matter. But but in vain i took the patient to a local hospital due to covids. There was no response from consultant side although i was available for the same. After repeated call i got the information that the doctor is not available for consultation. So i requested to cancel my appointment & refund my fees which i had deposited in advance. I repeatedly called...

My wife name is Minu Joshi .

She started suffering from breathlessness and restlessness issues along with pain in the chest three weeks ago. We visited to Indraprastha Apollo hospital many times during this period. She got admitted to the hospital also 3 times during this period. Every time, they were not able to identify the issue and as of now the situation of my wife is not good. Finally, I had to take a discharge from there. To rule out the heart issue, doctor suggested for an angiography. During the procedure, it was very paining to my wife on her hand. Doctor said it will get settled down in a day or two. Its been 8 days now, the pain is keep on increasing and not settled.

Worst thing is Apollo don't share the doctor number with patients so every time you have to visit and waste your time there. You just have to take an appointment again there and pay a huge doctor fees every time which is between Rs[protected].

We went there for the resolution of our issues instead they have introduced more issues. My wife is still in the same state of breathlessness and restlessness. Having a 5 star facility does not mean they have the qualified doctors as well.

In the nutshell, we have had a worst experience. They are just making money.

I have booked at 27th june through apollo 24/7 app in midnight but as i have selected wrong catagory i have cancelled my booking from then still i have not received refund.

This hospitals has most inhospitable staffs... Specially securitas security guards... They should recruit some well behaved security guards...

Why is apollo hospital at 100ft road, indiranagar, bangalore charging 100 rupees for sanitation. This is mindless. Shouldn't the hospital take care of sanitation. Isn't this looting the public.

We have had health insurance policy, I had to pay 20000 for just processing fee for my Mother surgery.

My mother was told to do colonoscopy and was advised to take 2 bottles of stomach cleansing liquids along with fasting for 5 hours and was asked to come to do the procedure at 11am. We arrived at 11.00 but the doctor didn't turn up until 1pm. My mother is 65 years old and we are doing this testing to detect whether she has cancer in the colon. How can the doctors be so pathetic and not considering the patients situation.

Myself, being a very senior doctor, i would like to share my experience as an attendant of a patient (My wife, also a very senior doctor) at apollo hospital, bhubaneswar. I went from sambalpur and reached at apollo in the evening of 17th march, 2020 after she had symptoms of cad and getting treatment from local cardiologist. She was admitted to icu under the senior most cardiologist of apollo. The next day in the evening 6 pm she was taken for angiography but came out of cath lab around 12: 30 am after angioplasty. After my wife's angiography, angioplasty was done after two other cases. The person had to stay in cath lab for 6 1/2 hrs. Before angioplasty she could sleep well in lying position. After the intervention she was comfortable only in sitting position. After 4 days she was shifted to cabin. She was shifted back to icu after two ays again as she had malaena (Black stool). Her haemoglobin came down. Endoscopy was done twice to reveal minimal problem not enough to determine cause of lowering of haemoglobin. She had mild pulmonary hypertension and mild some other heart problems previously. I was told that those problems have severed by then. I was astonished to hear that the treating doctor was unable to know why the haemoglobin was coming down. There were some more senior cardiologist (Atleast two). None of them were consulted. Hemoglobin was stabilized to 7.5 after seven bottles of blood transfusion. She was shifted to general cabin after 5 days in icu. By then she had already developed generalized edema and pleural effusion along with breathing problem. She was discharged on 30th march, 2020 night with an advice for check up after 1 month. Even after tking all the medications and advices, herrespiratory distress and edema didn't subside. We brought her to apollo again on 15th april, 2020. She developed severe respiratory distress at the hospital prior to admission as there were corona fighters who didn't take her into account for her bad condition (Even after showing all the records). She was not provided oxygen on time which detoriated her condition. She was finally admitted again to icu in critical condition after the investigating cardiologist intervened. Corona swab test was also done which came out to be negative. Two bottles of blood and five days of stay did nothing to keep her alive and she left us on 20th april, 2020.
During the second phase of stay, the nephrologist didn' t come even till the 3rd day (A resident doctor of the same department was available). 9 litres of fluid was removed from my wife's body by dialysis even though the renal functionality were normal. The consulting doctor didn't have any fixed time for visiting the patient. The doctor didn't have time to take into confidence neither the patient nor the attendant. The doctors there in general donot have humanity, sentiments and emotions. They are mean minded indulged in financial gain only and extremely egoistic. Egoistic in the sense that they are reluctant to even consult senior doctors or specialist if there is something that they themselves cannot decipher.
Both myself and dmy wife have served at village level and district level for more than 30 years in government sector. We know what a doctor means to a patient. One thing i must say in lay man terms, the patient was brought in a good condition (Apparently) which worsened after treatment and couldn't be revived due to complications. There should be more experienced nursing staff atleast in the icu. The fooding service of patient and attendant is probably the worst. Food is being served in plastic trays which is most repelling. The behaviour of security guards is unbearable. They don't have humanity even after patient expires.

If my experience is such, i don't know what might be happening with the general people.

I have been trying to book appointments on apollo 24/7 app. For dr nitish ku mohanty. Nephrology. But unable to proceed. A technical error is coming as invalid hospital i'd. Also esacalated hospital operational manager bbsr and shared screen shot of the error. But no response till now.

Would like to escalate this and request you to resolve this asap.

As i am not able to visit clinic during this corona situation, please provide me alternate solutions if any.

Hi. Recently i went to apollo hospital in tondiarpet with my wife for check up. The doctor suggested to take anomaly scan. Next day i called to the hospital to fix the appointment they asked my detail when i said my address that is i'm from royapuram. They denied us to give the appointment and they said covid 19 cases are high in your area so we won't give any appointment who comes from royapura..
This is very hurting behaviour. Kindly take the action against them..

Sub:failed virtual consultation advertised by apollo hospital.

I had a virtual consultation appointment with dr. Suraj susheel lunawat on 27th of april at 9.30am, appointment id 184521. I was to receive a call from the doctor which i did not and it became a failed consultation.

I had used their app askapollo to fix the appointment and had made a prepayment of rs. 1199 for the consultation.

Since the appointment did not take place, i had asked for a refund of the amount paid by me but has not received any reply from them.

My brother met with an accident and was admitted in apollo hospital, karur on (16.01.2020) which was the nearest. He had a fracture in his left shoulder and there was swelling. Dr there did not stabilise his pain and cornered us surgery to be done immediately. We accepted and he did a wrong surgery, for a major fracture instead of fixing plate after proper reduction, he placed k-wires. Everything done with money mind, due to their lethargic act and wrong surgery we went on a re-surgery after consultation with leading hospitals and specialist. My brother for the past two months has undergone more pain and tension due to this hospital and dr. Worst service never expected a dr to do like this, will never suggest anyone to go there. They use our emergency and make money out of that. Worst in everything
