If i didn't got any satisfactory response then i can go any other higher community, i have already reported to concern team after that no any communicated but they ignored to deliver my issues.     Dear sir/m'am,
    This is venus sharma, daughter of dr. Suresh vyas. I would like to register a complaint against rajshree apollo hospital, sector d, scheme no. 74, indore. Where my father had undergone a knee surgery about a month ago. His case is completely ruined by the surgeon doctor mr. Sunil rajan.
    For which i would like to share the whole incident with you.
    Our journey of bad experience started with wednesday (July 3rd 2019)- the scheduled day for his right leg knee surgery. My father had the same surgery an year ago, when his left knee got replaced (It was not tkr but just a component got changed). After some days of first surgery (Left knee) my father started experienced that it is bending a little in one direction, for which he talked to dr. Rajan and went to meet him twice but when my father showed him his cause of concern, he actually avoided it by saying there is nothing wrong in your knee, it's just your assumption because your other knee also is dislocating and needs surgery that's why it seems like that and soon it will be fine once your other knee got replaced. With this valuable advice of dr. Rajan with all his faith he tried to resume back his normal life with prescribed medicines and suggested physiotherapy. However the bend of operated knee remained the same.
    My father is a reputed physician of our town and is also very familiar with all the medical terminology happened to be discussed in between my father and dr. Rajan on his every visit. Still he trusted dr. Rajan n went ahead on his advice.
    Now after about an year when we went for another knee replacement the routine for whole operation was quite familiar and same to us. So we all including my father were quite calm n confident that everything will go well. We arrived in apollo rajshree hospital on 3rd of july wednesday at 3:00 pm, a day before the scheduled surgery, as it is needed for a patient to got admitted a day before so that all fresh tests and investigations can be done. But in night after 9:00 pm, one of his assistant came and examine the knee which is scheduled to be operated on another day, but luckily he paid attention to my father's another operated knee which got replaced an year ago. He clearly understood that it was not straight and not on its place rather it got tilted in other side. Then he immediately called dr. Rajan and hurryily they scheduled one x ray in night approx10:00 pm - 10:30 pm for left knee, which already got replaced about an year ago. And the very next day thursday (4th july 2019) when my father was all hungry n thirsty for the whole night and half of the day and waiting for his knee replacement surgery, dr. Rajan called us in his cabin and asked to call off the scheduled surgery instead he insisted us to go for a corrective surgery, when we said we dont want it to be done he told us about the risks n consequences involved and how important it is to us to go for it. Well we again trusted him for his decision and got ready. So the surgery which suppose to be done on thursday and that too for right knee got changed and rescheduled for friday (5th july 2019) for the last and already operated knee only.
    On friday they got him inside ot and did surgery for more than 3 hrs but when they came out, we got shocked by dr. Rajan when he said surgery could not be completed and will be postponed till the clear reports come. Actually during surgery only he and his team found out that there is some infection in the operated knee so they took out some fluid and sent it for culture (Biopsy), so for the next 24 hrs as it is a protocol to keep the patient in an icu, they shifted my disheartened and nervous dad to icu, where because of local anesthesia's effects, his both legs were numb, and he could not feel any sensation in both operated and non-operated knees. Our whole night was nothing but a nightmare to us, where we were only praying for his goodness and reports to be normal. Next day according to dr. Rajan, reports are normal but his knee needs longer lower component to be more stabilised, so we are planning for tkr (Total knee replacement). I asked him about the cost on which he said you have 2, 90000 rs claim so only 30, 000-40, 000 rs extra would cost to you and you are sorted.in such situation i did not care about the cost but to my dad's wellness i decided to go with dr. Ranjan's treatment. So next day, i. E., saturday (6th july 2019) they did tkr for which again my father was in ot for more than 4 hrs, needless to say again a shot of local anesthesia got penetrated into his tale bone to numb his already numbed legs. So post surgery he again to be kept inside icu for 24 hrs observation. But he again got this feel that his operated leg got the sensation but not the non-operated one. He, me n my mom all were tensed and keep asking every other dr. Of his team including dr. Rajan when they are happened to pay visits, that why this another leg got effected. And why its sensation not coming when the operated one got its sensation. To which every dr. Of his team said the very same reply, that because of two consecutive shots of anesthesia for 2 continuous days, his left and right leg got numbed, and it happens quite often that because of local anesthesia one will get sensation soon and other could take time. But nothing to be worried about, it will get better in sometime. But when after 2 days of surgery too his non-operated leg did not get any sensation especially the lower foot, on insistence of my doctor dady, they called dr. Bhagwat who asked them to go for emg, in which they said reports are normal, and diagnosed in reports - the term neuropraxia (The trem used by the doctor and his team), which will take another 6 months to recover completely but yes it will recover completely. My question is if the reports are normal than why foot drop happened just after surgery, and why he lost his sensation?
    After sometime dissatisfied with his avoiding behaviour we decided to go to visit another neurosurgeon of the city and did emg and ncs, where it was found out that his perineal nerve is completely damaged.
    Well also during making an exit, the doctor and hospital management did not co-operate, and could not let us go until we pay the whole 2, 70500 rs in cheque or cash.
    Sir/ma'am, my father is the only earning member of the family, also under the wrong impression of doctor we didnt go prepared that this huge amount we will have to pay, we went with the given amount which was about to cost on us. My father is a well known physician of his town also keep sending lot of patients to dr. Sunil rajan and rajshree apollo from his town and surrounded villages. Being a fellow doctor, wasn't it dr. Rajan's responsibility to atleast give him a day so that he could arrange such huge amount. But no instead they unnecessarily kept us in hospital where the staff also started behaving so weird as if we are staying there for free.
    After all this incident i have few questions for your management and dr. Rajan:
    He already was known to my father's health condition that he's a patient of rheumatoid arthritis, so shouldn't it be his responsibility to check if his body is ready or not to bear such 2 major surgeries?
    Shouldn't he done all the necessary tests that are needed before surgery like bone density test or others?
    Shouldn't he gave us a clear picture of cost that is going to come upon us rather than giving us a false thought of bearing a cost of just 30, 000 to 40, 000 more, however the actual cost was far more than our imagination?
    Shouldn't he pay attention on my dad's left knee when just after surgery twice he went to him and asked him that this knee is tilting on other side? But instead of paying attention he completely avoided it and make him felt that he is taking unnecessary stress.
    He again completely avoided his another good conditioned knee and did surgery twice without thinking that his body is too weak to bear such effects.
    He completely avoided his another good conditioned leg which perineal nerve is damaged due to his negligence.
    After all the tough time when we reach back to our home, there is some formation happened in operated knee, which dr. Rajan took out with a niddle, then he said there's nothing to be tensed of, he will completley be fine. But soon after 3-4 days again the operated knee got swelled and fluid formation happened in cavity, when my dad went again to see dr. Rajan, he again avoided it and said now no need to do anything it will get better. All you have to keep your knee straight. My question to this is when after tkr surgeon generally ask to keep moving your leg and walk why doctor asked him to keep the knee straight and for how long?
    I want to ask you as a patient and pain bearer, who is going to suffer now?
    As a patient we come with whole lot of trust on you and your doctors. But due to such negligence my father not only has got infection in operated knee but also has lost sense in his foot, which never happened to be operated. So in crux if i say he is in lose-and-lose condition where his one leg which got operated twice has now got infected and other leg has got permanent foot drop problem because of complete damage of perineal nerve.
    I want answers to my questions and a clean judgement. As i believe that being a big organisation in the field of health care apollo is patient oriented firm, and alwys think for its patients first.

      My mother mrs rajalakshmi was admitted in trichy apollo hospital on 14th august for stomach pain. Ct scan was taken at 3 pm for which the report is to be issued within 2 hours. But they did not issue the report till 12 pm of august 15th. Her attending doctor is mr. Muralirangan, gastrologist. His visiting time is till 11 pm only. Since the report was not ready he said he can't continue the treatment and went. All the other reports are ready but the reason they are telling for this delay is that the technician is on call. The whole day got wasted due to this with both mental stress to the patient and economic stress to me. Please try to rectify such types of problems and start treatments on-time.

        My uhid is apd1.[protected]. I was operated by dr. Girish raheja on 10.11.18 at apollo hospital delhi. At sleeping time i took breath from mouth and snoring problem, i was assured by dr. That it will resolved, which is not resolved till date. I visited dr last time on 08.12.19, but he could not satisfied me. This is deficiency in services, it brings bad name to your esteemed organization. I request you to take corrective step, otherwise i do not have option except to file complain with consumer court.

          Aplollo channei's 'personal health checkup' building: we couldn't get into the lift the whole day as one of the two elevators were out of service the whole day and there was toomuch crowd pressure in one lift. Me and my parents (The patients) had to use the starecases even to go to the 2nd+3rd+5th floor multiple times. When me and my tired parents were waiting in level-1 waiting area, we were very tired of all the movement we had to do so we were sitiing upright with our eyes closed, but a rude security guards came to us and asked us we cannot sleep there. Please note, we were not sleeping. We were simply waiting for our appointment with our eyes closed because of all the starecase hopping we had to do. If we have to wait for long it's obvious to sit with our tiring eyes closed. We went their to get treatment for the sick people. We were bot there to chill or relax. This should not be the way to treat sick patients visiting there in hope of good service. We are paying & we have patience to wait.

            My mother is a patient. She is under dr. M. Padmaja bhattacharya at apollo gleneagles hospital, kolkata. As per advice of the doctor, tvs - pelvic organs has been done at dept. Of radiology - ultrasound, apollo gleneagles hospital, kolkata on 13/07/2019. But actually normal ultrasonography of pelvic organs or usg of lower abdomen has been done. My mother couldn't understand. But after few days when i visit website and youtube, then the hidden truth come out. Please, take necessary action please.

              Sir/madam,
              Blood sample of my father was collected on the day doctor had recommended and the laboratory personnel told us to collect the report the next day. On the next day, when we came to collect the report with the receipt, then they told that we have not given any blood sample. After arguing and giving many evidences they told that they found the blood sample. What are this? We come to apollo because we believe it's one of the best. But these kind act embarrassed us. How those personnel can play with someone life's? So, i request the administration pleassssse look into the issue.

              Blood sample of Mr. Bidyasagar Kuli was sent from Phlebotomy unit to the Lab, but due to some software issue the technicians were not able to make sure that the sample had been received and hence it went to the stored sample rack. Next day when the patient came for the report the software showed the sample as not received . Hence the technician reported it as such. However the technician searched for the blood sample in stored rack and found it. It was processed and report released.
              As corrective action, the technicians have been counseled by HOD Labs to repeatedly check for all pending blood samples, so that such complaints do not arise further. Moreover the technician will be provided with soft skill training for dealing with patients and guests

                Hi i wnt to apollo noida today for gtt test. The person at the sample collection was very rude. He was repeatedly shouting at me. I told him that this is the first time i am at apollo noida for blood tests and my experience was pathetic but he was highly unapologetic! I think these people should learn how to behave with the customer. They charge so much n people at these sample collection centre behave like those in govt hospitals. I have had my blood test at max n dr lall.. Those guys are 100 times better.

                    The tpa department is pathetic.

                    Patient admitted at 11.00 am and still they have not send the pre auth request to insurance company for approval.

                    Tpa charged 1500 as claim processing fee. They are suppose to perform given duty on time. Tpa assured me that they will send the request within 2 hrs.

                    Plz escalate this issue and let me know further step to escalate this at next level.

                      My mother c sudhavathi, ip no. Aynip51984 admitted at apollo specialty hospital, vangaram, chennai on 08.07.2019 and discharged on 10.07.2019. I have paid deposit amount rs.65, 709/- (Rs.10, 000/- on 08.07.2019, rs.30, 000/- on 08.07.2019 and rs.25, 709/- on 10.09.2019) at time of discharge they confirmed that the balance amount will be refund after settlement of health insurance claim. The insurance company settled claim rs.65, 709/- same day. They refunded me rs.15, 709/- only instead of rs.65, 709/- i contact them over phone several time but no proper response and some time they disconnect the phone. I sent email two times no response from them.

                        Hello, my name is evarihok i have resigned from apollo vanagaram but regarding pf money i was told to contact apollo greams road pf section. Everytime i told the main reception to connect me to pf section no one picks the called. I have tried to explain to the reception but they were not listening but just connect directly to pf without hearing me out and waited for someone to pick up my call in pf section. It's been days i tried calling no one responded. I hv no where to approach that's why i wrote here. I want to withdraw full amount of my pf but it not possible since my date of exit from the company is not yet updated. Kindly respond.

                          Please give attention of our matter early already one complain given to you against dr bhaskar md of chennai greams road apollo hospital, because of 2016 we went there for treatment of my mother due to gall bladder issue, but after checking their dr bhaskar told that nothing to worry only shadows in gall bladder whenever feel any problem then come to review, but till june 2019 no problem occurred but 4 july 2019 have stomach pain and felt jaundice then we visited local dr of siliguri and they refer to tata cancer hospital mumbai, my complain is that if we went there for treatment then why they not carry it positively, now how i treated to mom at mumbai we are not richest person so please i request to you please give them also punish and they have to treatment of whole of my mother because we are not able to bear that much cost,

                            Today with so much pain i am writing you this mail, this is really a painful for me to inform you that due to carelessness of one of your doctor, today i have lost my son he lies in bed in paralyzed condition, let me tell everything thing in detail what happen in, i had admitted my son amit kumar shrivastav at indraprastha apollo hospital delhi to cure some minor weakness in muscle on 25 april 2019, he had been immediately took under the observation of dr. Anoop kohli (Neurologist) for the treatment, mr anoop kohli and other doctors were trying to find out the exactly disease and problem faced by my child but they could tracked out the exact problem since the day of admission into the hospital they had tried for 3 days and carried out many testing even though they couldn’t find out the exact problem then they assume that patient has gbs (Guillian bare syndrome) and they have started treatment of ivig, due to this ivig treatment patient condition became so critical instead of improvement. We were keep informing to doctors and staffs that patient’s condition is getting so critical, but all the doctors and nurse staff got duff they were not listing and ignore us, i was so disappointed with your services.

                            We have to discharge my son looking to services and care provided at hospital when we discharged my son his hand and leg’s muscle totally paralyzed. My son was feeling pain very badly just because of one mistake of your irresponsible doctor mr. Anoop kohli after discharging my son i have tried many time to reach mr anoop but that irresponsible fellow was not answering the call and ignore my call and instructed his staffs not to allow us to meet him, this is really the height of non-humanity that he shown us.

                            Further i took my son to dr. Rajendra at sarvoday hospital on 18 june 2019 for advice and he analyse my son and took necessary step and diagnose and informed me that patient has porphyria not gbs. Patient has been given wrong treatment since the beginning and we have been charged 4.90 lac for the incorrect treatment, this is happened with us that we have paid to hospital to get my son paralyzed.

                            We want explanation about the irresponsible and careless behaviors of doctors and staffs of the apollo hospital and how they can provide the wrong treatment to the patient without knowing the exact the disease.

                            I have all the reports and details and want to discuss this matter

                              My patient name - master sibayan santra, age 8 yrs, today his parents consulted with dr. Amitava pahari sir regarding his fever.
                              As per advice today morning his blood samples drawn and they told to come back tomorrow for further treatment.
                              After we came back to home in kharagpur by afternoon, from apollo glenaegles, kolkata it was informed over phone around evening time that his all samples got haemolyzed and told to come back to give samples again.
                              Is it possible to come immediately again from kharagpur to kolkata just to give samples as samples haemolyzed because of processing error from laboratory technicians of your own hospital?
                              Kindly take care of this matter strictly. I am expecting support from hr dept of apollo glenaegles hospital, kolkata immediately.
                              Tomorrow again that child has to come back early morning with fever just to give blood samples and that also early morning so that by 2 pm as he can show reports to doctor as per prefixed appointment schedule.
                              Just contact my patient shibayan santra's parents, they will go tomorrow to apollo glenaegles hospital for consultation and giving samples again. Provide good care.
                              It shouldn't happen to all patients, not only with my patient.

                                To whom it may concern:
                                My nephew admitted at your hospital (Apollo, guwahati) has fractured knee and unable to walk.. When he wanted to urinate, a ward boy came with the worst possible attitude and threw the urinal pot on the floor uncover after he is done. When asked about the situation to the concerned nurse she gave a silly/funny response as, "he was in a hurry". Pls look at how the pot was thrown by your ill-mannared staff. Your hospital has so many signboards regarding hygienic concerns but we are disappointed by your staffs.
                                Ps. I have no issue with the respected dortors and/or other staffs.
                                Your prompt response has be highly appreciated.

                                Met the attendant who has raised the complain against the ward boy on 9th June from bed no 301-A.

                                The concerned ward boy has been identified & necessary action has been taken also briefing has been given to all staffs so that from the next time it will not be happen again.We personally apologized in front of the patient & attendant & gave him assurance that this kind of incident will not be repeated.

                                  Sir my mother name is rekha choudhary, we/o amresh choudhary r/o nagrakata west bengal, we went chennai In 2016 and I did treatment of my mom from chennai apollo hospital, they suggest finally that in gall bladder only shadow and dnt worry but for that big mistake nw I am in Mumbai Tata cancer hospital with my mom so I suggest all patient dnt go apollo
                                  Because of that time they did ct scan of abdomen and found problem in report but told us no problem, so before one week ago mom got fever and jaundice so we went for checkup in neotia siliguri dr nadeem parvej they told for usg of abdomen after getting report all we shocked that she suffered of cancer third stage, so we are belong from middle class family after that how we can treatment of so highly costly disease so due to dr of apollo we are suffering very big problem, so please sir justify it and complain against dr bhaskar md general medicine of gream road chennai hospital .

                                    Yesterday 30th june i was admitted for 1 hr due to high fever and they gave me saline and injection. But due to lack of proper training they were not able to put the cannula on proper vein and the whole area on my left hand blood has clotted and i am having severe pain. They have asked me to conduct all unnecessary tests and charged me 8000 to take money and when i refused they deducted 2 tests and charged me 6000. After paying 6000 if you don't get proper service that is insane. I don't understand why they always play with the life of patients.

                                      I am a doctor by profession and went to see dr. Meenakshi sundaram (Gynaec) on 27/6/19 with already confirmed appointment at 4.30pm by the hospital. I reached by 4 pm to the hospital, receptionist one guy named thameem took our details, and asked us to wait in waiting area. Me and my husband we both were repeatedly asking him whether madam was there, he was constantly telling madam is there and finally after a long 40 minutes of wait for op registration, he sent us to doctors op, by then doctor left 2 minutes before.. We wre sitting and wasting our time for 40 to 45 minutes because of this guy thameem s irresponsibility, when asked abt this he was not bothered and was not ready to accept his mistake. One relationship manager came mr. Solanathan, he was standing there without even asking anything, didn't even ask why he made 30 minutes delay for just registration. When i asked about refund of my registration, he told me to wait again for another one hour more.. So apollo staffs are very bad and very arrogant. I request you to see to this and take action immediately.
