I am a ckd patient and attending dialysis process at your apollo hospital situated at healthcity, arilova, visakhapatnam. During my dialysis as per the doctor's advise, ihave given blood samples for rp2 before dialysis process and another sample for post urea result on 28th of may 2018. When i collected the report i was shocked, the results are totally wrong, because the creatinine result is 3.1 which is never seen during these 9 months. When i told this with the lab people, they argued with me, telling that the results are very much correct. But i shown this result to my attending doctor dr. P s vmsudhar, he also expressed that the results are wrong. Next day i went to another lab and the results are very correct and the creatinine is 9.3, another day on june 13th after discussion with the technicians in dialysis lab, again i have the samples which is given result creatinine is 9.9. So now i request your good selves to probe in this matter and a solution. If the same trend and negligence continues in your prestigious organization no body can believe you. And the medication on the basis of the wrong reports also affect the patients which is not good for any one. So save the patients who comes to your hospital with great belief.

On 25th June 2018, I had an appointment with Dr Sanjay Dhar to remove my Plaster but I was shocked when Apollo Hospital told me that there was no Cutter to cut my Plaster.
My 1000 Rupees were wasted as I had to go to another Hospital to get my Plaster cut. I expect Apollo Hospital to reimburse my Money.

My mother recently had undergone a surgery for Uterus removal(Hysterectomy)
at Apollo hospital, Noida on 14th June 2018 . As per doctor the surgery went smooth and they discharged her from hostpital her on 16th June 2018.
But unfortunately from next day onwards she started heavily vomiting and gastritis and other symptoms so we were very terrified and went to Apollo Hospital again and they readmitted her and started intravenous glucose diet. 3 days later when they were unable to control the vomit they inserted rice tube to release vomit from tube.
After 5 days of readmission my mom started heavy water discharge from ### and once this came into picture the doctor started panicking and saying that you have 3 ureters and everyone has 2 and few excuses….She thought she has mistakenly stitched one ureter or ruptured it. Then we were referred to urologist to take the case further.

Then they asked us to goto Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar(27th June 2018) and Noida Apollo did not have enough machines and get cystoscopy done and then get a stent inserted to stop the discharge .When we came here they performed cystoscopy and the report showed that the doctor has cut both ureters from one KIDNEY completely. And now it requires another big surgery to repair it . This is a pure negligence from the doctors end. As she did not realize that she is cutting both the ureters while surgery.

Please intervene into this matter and request you to provide us justice.

Doctors are not performing their job properly and doing negligence during surgeries and misguiding the patients and on the top of that looting them as well. We don’t owe even a single penny because everything has happened because of her sheer negligence. She should have read the examination reports properly and should have taken care while performing surgery.
Apollo hospital should realize their mistake and take the responsibility of their action and provide remediation of this act.

    Doctors Name : Chitra Setya
    Department : Gynaecology
    Hospital : Apollo Noida

We are Boeing treated by Dr.Muralidhar Rajagopal for past 1 year. In the whole year not even a single day he kept his appointment timings. We should wait for hours and hours even after getting appointment. The receptionists outside is so lethargic not responding to queries. Making the experience more miserable. We had an appointment at 2 pm. But we never had a chance to meet the doctor even at 4.11 pm. This happens every time with this doctor alone. He is so much into his mobile than into patients. May be he is a big doctor but for Wat use? Without discipline and ethics.

On 16 may 18 i came for health check up with my husband. After doing several tests at around 3 pm i have been referred to counter no 4b with appointment time 2.00 pm on 17.05.18. I have showed dissatisfaction about next days appointment as i have an infant baby with me and just for the last test remaining to complete the process.
Accordingly in counter no 1a has given us appointment at 12 pm on 17.05.18
Today while i have approached counter no 4b they asked us to wait till 2.00 pm and before that it is impossible. When we said that, if so then why 12.00 pm appointment was given. Their reply is like we are misleaded by counter no 1a persons.
This type of thing not only make harassment of the patient but also loses your reputation.
Therefore we request your prompt action and satisfactory reply in the case.

My mother was admitted in icu on 24th april after experiencing high palpations and tremors. She was in very distressed condition and was visibly very uncomfortable but nurses ignored her for many hours in icu. My sister was able to reach her after few hours and found out, from nurse on duty, that the doctor is sleeping on job. My sister then woke up the doctor and requested him to actually do the work what he was supposed to do.in icu she was given unnecessay treatment of high doses of antibiotics, steriods and lasix inspite of the fact (After doing all necessary tests - echo, ecg and blood) that there is no evidence of heart failure, kidney problems or any bacterial infections etc. After this unnecessary treatment she almost went into coma but recovered only after my father complained and managed to change the doctor. The new doctor continued high doses o[censored]nnecessary treatment of antibiotics, lasix etc but he at least included the treatment of side effects caused by those drugs. At the end, after 15 days in icu and hospital stay she was nanaged to get discharged. She is still recovering from after effects of the medication but at least now in a good care of a doctor from different hospital.
Based on my experience, it seems apollo hospital only care about the money and not patient. They do their best to prolong the stay by giving very high doses o[censored]nnecessary drugs and then treating its side effects. There seems to be good evidence of medical malpractice.

Waiting room and water is not available at night while doctor advised us to wait at night because our patient is serious. Not a single glass is not available for patient party at night. This is very much unexpected from a renowned hospital. And the behaviour of the security guard is also not good. We are really shocked. Expecting your call regarding my grievance and necessary action needs to be taken. This is regarding apollo hospital, kadapara, kolkata

Sub: complain against negligence attitude of the hospital authority.

I shri chintamani sethi son of rajkumari sethi who died due to negligence in delayed dialysis

Name: rajkumari sethi, age:64 yrs. Ward name:micu ii-2nd. Floor, bed no:240 (Private)
My mother was a ckd stage –iii, patient and was undergone dialysis for past 3 yrs.in your hospital. On 30/0/2018 she got sleeped and broke her right femur. Subsequently she was operated on 04/04/2018 by dr. D padhi (Ortho.) and dr. B. P. Panda (Nephro.). As per doctor the operation was success and she response well towards recovery. On 08/04/2018 she was advised to be released following one more dialysis at about 1:00 pm. At 2:30 pm. I was contact dialysis department for dialysis as the patient started breathing problem. By observing the condition of the patient i was rushed and persuade several time for conducting dialysis but i was denied by the dialysis staff, because at that time there was no vacant bed for the ward patient. Time was running fast and my mother was started breathing problem with sugar drop and decreasing oxygen level. After severe altercation with the staff and intervention of the doctor in charge, the hospital authority finally agreed upon to conduct dialysisn in 2nd floor in critical condition. After 15 minutes left my mother shifted to
Micu bed no-240 due to decrease in oxygen rapidly. She was finally undergone dialysis at 4:15 p. M at micu after that she had severe cardiac arrest at 4:20 pm twicely. Then she was intubated and put on ventilator support.

Now in this juncture my question is who was responsible for this irrecoverable loss. I am strongly blame the staff of of dialysis department who was unable to access the situation in spite of several approach. This was a gross negligence from the apollo gleneagles hospital, and their negligence attitude. We seek equivalent compensation for this negligence and huge loss.

Time was running fast and my mother was started breathing problem with sugar drop and decreasing oxygen level. After severe altercation with the staff and intervention of the doctor in charge, the hospital authority finally agreed upon to conduct dialysisn in 2nd floor in critical condition. After 15 minutes left my mother shifted to MICU Bed no-240 due to decrease in oxygen rapidly. She was finally undergone dialysis at 4:15 p.m after that she had severe cardiac arrest at 4:20 pm twicely .Then she was intubated and put on ventilator support. Had this bed been provided in time she could have survived. Finally on 10/04/2018 she took her last breathe at 7:15 am. Now in this juncture my question is who was responsible for this irrecoverable loss.I am strongly blame the staff of of dialysis department who was unable to access the situation in spite of several approach. This was a gross negligence from The Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, and their negligence attitude .We seek equivalent compensation for this negligence and huge loss. Hope you will go through this application with great care, emotion and feelings .We will waiting your positive and determined response. we want at least total waive of bill amount after the arise of complicacy. Scan copy of the bill attached Thanking you. Yours faithfully Chintamani Sethi, Ashok Kumar Sethi and family.

Simple case referred to incompetent Dr Ramulu as OP. Though a senior the General Physicians are all incompetent with criminal intentions. Attached prescription cum bill, a total waste. My emergency case referred to crooked Doctor named Ramulu. Apollo Hospital yet again showed inhumanity and criminal intentions towards a single status woman patient. Resultant my life is cut short. He specifies to inject in the gluteal region. Also the antibiotics is over dosed. Why refer me to OP General Physician who took time browsing before writing the prescription.

Worst doctors in nephrology department and horrible dialysis staff at apollo specially dialysis unit head dr rajshekar and dialysis technicians koteshwar rao. When we compalined about rude staff and lack of proper service and care to dialysis patents, they just ignored it. We even gave written complaint and no action was taken and all doctors/management protecting their own staff.

There is no justice for housekeeping laddies staff. Sanjeevini working in night shift from long time, please change her shift from night to day, is there any recommendation for her ?
There was audit in the hospital and Dialysis department made sure they misrepresent crowded dialysis facility by not booking any patients during day time, instead they were making bookings in evening sighting audit.

Some of the technicians are so rude and some senior doctors are not humble. Standard have gone down considerably. All experiments are done on patents and if you have no medical knowledge, then hospital will do anything to grab as much as money possible. Any complaint against anything is thrown in dust bin with no action taken. There is no humanity at all. That's why it is saying to pray to Almighty to keep us away from White coat(Doctors) and black coat(lawyers)

The assistant of Dr. Shampa Mitra Pahari, Ms. Arpita should be trained properly regarding patient dealing. She has often misbehaves with us when she was asked about any sort of information. She has dealt very unprofessionally with us and has always given preference to the people known to her. She gets very irritated and haedly bother to provide any sort of proper communication which conveys an absolute wrong image about your esteemed hospital and its rules and regulations. She should be very strictly conveyed to behave properly in the first place since she belongs to the hospitality industry and secondly she should start acting impartially so that the patients can get proper service. One more valuable suggestion is people like her should be removed from healthcare services.

Last year i had visited apollo navi mumbai to get 3 moles removed from my legs. I consulted doc charita pradhan from the navi mumbai facility and regret it due to the following happenings -

                                        1) first she didn't educate me during the consultation that this mole removal is going to have a downtime for me of more than a month!
                                        2) i was scheduled to travel to europe and this procedure took a toll on my entire travel plan as i had to take utmost care of these wounds that were so sore
                                        3) i wasn't informed that i would be taken into an operation theater and this would involve me getting numerous stitches on my legs.
                                        4) i wasn't even informed about the aftercare of these stitches either. I had to visit another doctor for dressing as i was quite upset with doc charita pradhan for not keeping her patient informed in detail about such procedures. She just seemed like she was waiting for any patient to come through and get busy and rake in the money.
                                        5) my current situation is even worse and i am in distress as every other person asks me about the scars that have formed on my legs. My moles were small in size, could be measured in cms and now the scars on my both my legs left by this laproscopic surgeon can be measured in inches! The whole purpose of the removal was so that i don't have these moles increasing in size but the surgery that the laparoscopic surgeon performed as left my legs looking ugly and i am questioned by everyone as to what has happened to my legs.

I would like to have attached pictures of the scars so that you can see for yourself what a shoddy job this doctor has performed. I would like to hear back from the hospital and given a solution to my ugly looking scars.
