My concern is yesterdays issue of patient zainab. She has hospitalised in apollo belapur hospital. But while getting discharge to claiming the bills by medical policy. So the point is untill and unless getting approval of the amount whuch has been claimed by the hospital. They will not forward the msg or mail to the holder of policy card. But after got the approval of all amount v got the mail by the bill statement which has been claimed. But your claiming department is saying false that full amount has not been cleared. But the policy gai which they spoken he is saying already given the approval of all amount. I feel like ur department or excutive which is handling the policy documentation. He or she want do some gambling. But in this case the patient has suffered to much bcoz she only handling the things. So kindly do the needful action. And hopefully it will not happen again to any other patient. Awaiting for ur positive response.

I took my 11 months old baby for urine sample collection using foley's catheter. This was supposed to be an out patient department procedure but my child was taken inside nicu without seeking my permission by nurse raj abraham and i was locked outside the icu. The procedure took more than 15 minutes and i could hear my child crying uncontrollably outside the door. Being into medical profession myself i knew this was unusually long time. Even after repeated pleas they refused to let me enter or give back my child. Finally i had to barge in to find my child covered in vomitus. I consoled my child and was told that enough sample could not be collected. This incident was terrible for my family. The nurses were rude, uncooperative and inefficient.

My name is vidya mamgain. My son is admitted in your hospital, his name is shreyash mamgain. He faced an accident in orissa and i was refer in your hospital. On 7 nov night 10.30 i admitted my son in your hospital and he was treated by mr. Mahapatra one of the best doctor in india. I was shifted to the ward few days back. I am in 4th floor room no 406.
But very sad to say that yesterday night my son was not taken care. Nurse did not give him medicine. Due to her irresponsibility my son face problem. He was rest less and then dr. Wamsi handled the situation very nicely.
I would request but to take the matter seriously as patient responsibility is completely on hospital. This type of irresponsibility may lead to some problem. Pls take this to a serious note and take the action against the nurse.

I am rahul kumar rai from bilaspur, chhattisgarh. Today (12.11.2018) morning at 09:15 am sharp i came to apollo hospital bilaspur with my wife mrs. Neha rai to make general consultation with doctor rashmi sharma, md. I am waiting since from two hours, now it's 11:22 am already but still waiting. Reception personals are telling that she is coming but no one is giving satisfactory answer.

This is the way at which the brand hospital like apollo is treating with their patients/customers.

I am also a existing customer of apollo munich but what i am experiencing today seems, i have done a big mistake to choose a brand like apollo.

My sister mithosri dey udih no apji2000745 have undergone left ear tympanoplasy after digonosed csom at chennai on 20.06.18. She have gone for synysis problem at chennai. Before operation she was not having any problem of hearing or ear complain, and she was able to hear every thing and the hearing test shows she can hear 80 percent earlier in left ear. But as per the direction and suggestion of dr babu monahar she agreed for surgery to avoid complications later. Now more than four months have passed by she cant hear any thing form that ear and she is having occasional dizziness which is so severe that she cant stand, and lyi in bed. Today after conducting test at sichar ent told that a big hole is still their and she cant hear now from that ear. I am utterly dissoppointed and i want the doctor should be made accountable for unsuccessfull surgery.

I have taken the appointment to dr. Bohra at 1:00pm and as i reached there i came to know that he was on round so i submitted my file with receptionist. Soon after, she went to lunch and left my file at her counter. Mr. Bohra came at 2:45 pm and after seeing one patient whose file was also lying on reception counter. Then i picked-up my file from counter and requested him to come-in. At that point without listening me he said come at 5:30, your file was not with me so i can't see you and you. Go, come tomorrow. I was totally amazed by this behaviour of a doctor. I requested him and said i came here from 15 km away and it cost me at least extra 1000/- (Other than medical charges). Then he without interest saw all my reports and further recommended some more tests. I and my my wife both kept standing during this, he didn't even asked my wife to sit who is pregnant and taking regular follow up at appolo hospital.
The behaviour of dr. Shrawan bhora is very disappointing. Is he not thought to be sensitive towards patients? What kind of service your hospital is providing?

आया था, मेरे पास से 300/- एडमीसन फी लेकर प्रोसेस को पुरा कीया गया मगर स्टाफ ने यह कहकर मना कर दिया की आपको इमरजन्सी मे दाखिल कीया नही जा सकता आपको ओ.पी.डी मे जाना पडेगा और मेरी एडमीशन फी भी वापस नही की उसके बाद मुजे अन्य होस्पिटल मे ले जाना पडा जहां तीन दिन होस्पिटलाइज रहे,

मुजे मेरी एडमीशन फी वापस दिलाने मे सहायता करे.

Hello my father got admitted on sep 22nd c sitaram reddy under dr venkatesh munikrushnan. The post operative care was inadequate for which i have already written a letter on 31st september. The nurses acknowledged it was their failure and the cardiologist did not have any explanation when i asked them why they did not come and check. Whatever said and done i lost my father on sep 4th in ccu ward in apollo creams road. I was not happy about the treatment especially when we trusted it for 35 years. Now in ccu ward they told me there is one report lab report that i will get on sep 10th. I am desperately following on this with ccu ward mr surendran. There is absolutely cold silence. I wanted to have access to the report.

At the outset, I would like to state that my brother was diagnosed with chronic Pancreatitis and was rushed to Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar in emergency ward. Being a tall heighted guy, he was laid down on a stretcher of small size with uncomfortable body posture. After several complains, not a single person listened to give a bed at least.

Secondly, the cleanliness of the surrounding is very poor. Sweepers are not coming on time to clean due to which the bad smell remains more than hours and it creates unhygienic situation.

Thirdly, the staff members and nurse are doing their works on delay. My brother's saline was over and blood came out and not a single person was there to change the saline on time Even after calling so many times. You cannot return back the blood my brother lost due to carelessness.

Fourthly, Respective doctors are not punctual and visit very late than the said time.

I got admitted to Apollo Belapur for severe asthama. i got admitted into the Emergency Room at 10.15.the initial nursing staff there was brilliant and provided with me with all right medications . the first nebulization was given at 10.30 am. after that by 3 pm I was made to sit in a wheelchair for about an hour for non availability of rooms. then i was moved to the standard room at 6pm. no medications given. I was nebulized only once in the morning at 10.30 am. the medication protocol very clearly stated that I had to be nebulized every 4 hours. despite asking the nursing stuff here in the standard room she was very and unresponsive. at 8.30 pm she nebulizer me. the IV hydro cortisone and the antibiotic was completely leaking. she pushed medicines in a five minutes time frame. Never seen this kind of rude behaviour.

Sir, on 02.10.2018 from 09.00 hr to 12.45 hr, i was in apollo hospital gandhinagar. During this whole period, i was under cctv surveillance. About 11.45 hr my samsung mobile galaxy a6 imei no. [protected] was stolen from pocket of my t-shirt at emergency counter. After 15 to 20 minutes when i knew about this incident, i report to security room immediately during checking of cctv footage, i see a suspected person in these cctv footage and told to security but they not do anything. I went to 03.10.18 and 04.10.18 to hospital and meet with security but no clue was found about my stolen mobile and thieves. It is strange that my valuable mobile was stolen under cctv surveillance at sensitive area of hospital like emergency but no action was taken by hospital security. It shows that hospital is careless about security of patient and their goods. It is shameful to the hospital. It also shows that hospital security employees are untrained and unprofessional and not capable to give security to patient and their goods. You are requested please take suitable action immediately in this regard.

Dear sir/madam,

My mother is a diabetic and has high creatine blood levels.
One week ago, she suffered from serious vomiting and unable to engulf any food item. She was diagnosed with fungal infections by apollo guwahati experts. Her treatment started with high antibiotics and other medicines which increased her creatine content from 4 to 9. Now she has to undergo dialysis.
Can you kindly help suggest if we have any other alternatives and help know if this could have been prevented anyway. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi i deliver my second child in apollo cradle moti nagar i called up there to inquire about my baby photo shoot the staff in reception misbehave with me she talk to me in very inappropriate manner. No action was taking against her when i discuss the matter with
The head. Apollo cradle moti nagar is worst place to deliver child i had a very bad experience the same scenario is with nurses also. They don, t come whenever you need them. This nursing home only charges money and don, t provide facilities.

In billing section all employees are making a fun with patients, they are doing nothing. If people ask about delay, simply replying system is slow, since last one month my wife is under the treatment of dr. U. V rohini. Every alternate day i am coming for testing, and seen the same scenario created by them, you have a such big system but not in order due to which people are suffering, here no difference between nirmal or emergency on billing counter, everything is fine except billing counter (In-patient services). Every one is frustrating here because of their attitude. This is only happening due to lack of contemplate of administration. Apollo is a big name and beand, but because of the low grade employee goodwill is getting demolish.

At around 4.00pm
I face many problem from the minute of admission

1) bad air conditioner in lobby of emergency
Done the complaint at reception but they answer air conditioner is ok, the tempreture was 26-29 degree
2) i shifted for general ward room no 6039
Same issue with air conditioner in ward
Due to this i taken private room for patient
3) i shifted to private room in 6012
And many problem i faceing from different services,
A) i taken admission at 4.00pm around shifted at 6012 around 6.30pm and their is no dinner provided at night for patient
B) pateint haveing heavy blood from his nose i complaint 4-5 times to no44 from telephone of room for tizsue papper or cotton
I dint get it for 1 hour
C) they forget to given dinner on 2nd oct 2018 night
D) their is no morning tea or coffee from till 10
I ask 6-7 times for tea or coffee but they didnt send and ascusses me for they didnt get any dietian plan to their team
E) i have taken permission for food from home as their is no good sense of humour for patient food
F) as pateint is on blood transmission as sister didnt put they instrument proper the all blood out from insutrument to bedsheet
Its very bad experience for the first time after 3 admission in hospital
"charges are heavy and patient care is less"

My uncle is admitted in apollo hospital gwalior since 29th september. His name is mr. Pankaj mathur having ward number 1204. He had fever and his platelets on 30th september were around 1, 02000. His all reports i. E dangue, malaria, typhoid was negative. Doctor has again ask for bood test to check platelets. On very next day ward boy came around 1 pm and collected sample for tlc and platelets i. E on 1 st october his platelets count is only 27, 000 which is not final and there is no one to suggest on the final report. The guy who is sitting in laboratory saying their madam may be will come tomorrow by 10 am then she will provide final report.

We also visited laboratory to confirm about the report but the guy is saying that sometime our report creates problem.

Also note that patient is absolutely fit and fine. He can easily walk. On the basis of wrong report the doctor will not give discharge. Again we have to wait for the one another day only to get the report finalised.

I can't understand how come the hospital is dependent on a single person. Please note that tomorrow is 2nd october a public holiday.

Anitha patient my mother has just undergone through chemo port insertion, recovery of the patient has been compleated 1 hour ago and the clearance is not given to us and the ot activity card is not send to the day care by your staff. The ot activity card is given to me and i have have bought it to the day care and the activity card is incompletely filled with the ot activities and the day care counter is not accepting our activity card and we are waiting hear for one hour...! Please accept my complaint and take the necessary action so other patients can have better service

Respected sir, guwahati apollo hospital treatment quality is very poor, because my father undergoing b/l hernia surgery from dr albert khente ms. He was doing a simple surgery for three times. All the the times he was done wrong surgery. I paid for this surgery 10lacs. But my father health day by day detorating, when i consut this doctor they give false commitment. Now what i can do. My father is suffering from CKD AND HEART problem. He has been getting treatment at Apollo since past one year.gradually the services at hospital are becoming worse. The wards are unhygenic and dirty. Nursing staff is rude and not trained. But still we continued in Apollo because my Nephrologist is a very nice doctor. He is the only reason we continued there. Yesterday my father had severe attack of breathlessness and congestion. He was very unstable. We called apollo hospital for ambulance because he required oxygen support. The response from Apollo hospital was shocking. They refused to send the ambulance and said our hospital is full of patients. There is no bed in ICU OR EMERGENCEY WARD . So we wont treat your patient. How can a hospital deny treatment in case of emergency. At present my father is in another hospital in ICU.
