For some reasons i have cancelled tb test after the bill is generated. This thing happened around june. The new bill is also generated and i have requested for the refund of my money rs 4125.
I have been following up the the staff and i’m not getting any response till now...
Really frustated with your behaviour.. Need my refund request to be processed asap

I have visited a Gastro doctor at apollo hospital bhubaneswar on 14.09.2018, problem of kidney stone & fatty liver.When I met the doctor he write down Blood test, Endoscopy test & ultrasound.After I have deposited the money Rs 3700, then I have seen the bill of blood test one of them is the HIV test.This HIv test has no relation for problem of kidney & Liver.When I talk to the concerned doctor that as there is no relation between the HIV test & my diseases, he told me that it is for the preventive checkup.I told him that if I will opt for preventive check up at apollo hospital, then I will not able to provide money for these test.
Secondly when the doctor write down the medicine, most of the medicine belong to Cryzer company with high MRP. Interestingly when I talk with the doctor, a medicine representative came, the doctor told the medicine representative that he needs a Particular model of Sony mobile, which he needs that day.It will be the responsible of that representative to give to that particular doctor on that date.

We have came at 9am for scanning but still at 16hrs no one is giving a proper response and staff is giving a harsh answers
Doctors on the way just wait for 10mins
We have lost our patience and finally scanning section staff has rudely said you have to wait or you can go come tomorrow
We are unable understand that a corporate hospital can behave

The data collected from the accoplying person is not correctly brought in whereas i am not suffering with hypertionsion but it is mentioned as if a patient of 5 years of hypertension history, it reuirires correction for my insurance ans otherewise,

This is Mrs. Tahmina Akther who went to Apollo Hospital Chennai from Bangladesh and made her treatment under Dr Revathy Shanmugam from 18 August 2018. Her UHID number is AC0 1.[protected] and patient identifier number is CHMOPP5126874.

In this connection I would like to inform you that the following medical tests were completed for this patient as per her advice:-
• USG
• Endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
After getting all reports including USG from Apollo Hospital Chennai, Dr had told us that the patient has gall stones and it should be removed by laparoscopy and she also told us that if we would delay in laparoscopy then a major operation would be needed for removal of these gall stones. In Apollo Hospital Chennai, there are available to make laparoscopy and it would be cost around 1 Lac Rupees. We looked for her suggestion whether we could made laparoscopy in Bangladesh and she suggested us it should be as early as possible either in India or Bangladesh.

As soon as we came back Bangladesh, we went to Dr. Nurul Quayum Md. Musallin, MBBS (CU), FCPS (Surgery) for laparoscopy of my wife. Before this laparoscopy I asked doctor to reinvestigate this matter. First time he sent me Dr. Mustaque Ahmed Bhuiyan, MBBS, MD, FCPS (Radiology and Imaging), Associate Professor of Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital. He reported that no calculus or sludge is seen.

I became surprised and could not believe his report because so far I know that Apollo Hospital Chennai is one of the best hospital in India and they could not get me a wrong report. So, again I requested her Dr. Musallin to send me another best doctor for ultra sound investigation. As per my request he sent my wife to Dr. Md. Mojibur Rahman MBBS DMRD (DU) for second time ultra sound investigation. Dr. Rahman made this investigation and reported that GB is outlined with normal wall thickness. Lumen is clear.

Under the above circumstances, now I am looking for your kind suggestion about the same. I enclose my wife all ultrasound reposts in Apollo as well as in Bangladesh.

Therefore, I hope you would understand my matter and what will be lost by my wife that would not be recovered in her life.

Dear sir/madam,
Service section at apollo hospital, nellore is very poor, especially food and beverages. If you wanna join alone means, it will be horrible experience. Medication will come in time, but no one will care about your diet. You have to be hunger all the time and your time will go in waiting for food. Seems apollo standards degrading... Bit worry about it...

We are from odisha and tratement in appolo vishakhapatnam. The billing sections are not supporting us and not giving proper data about our billing.They billing nearly 12 lakh in one month . I am a sub inspector in odisha police bt due to shortage of help we felt helpless in vishakhapatmam appolo hospital health city.plz help us sir..

It is very unfortunate that even after repeated try throughout the day can not connect dr. Madhan thiruvengada, sr. Orthopedics surgeon.
That, after receiving my telephone by your reception, there is none to receive their extension line repeatedly as to why failed to talk with the dr. Who will perform arthroscopy procedure of my patient on or from 13-09-'18, which makes me very anxious.
Please solve.

Dr. Mukherjees secretary, i don't know what's her name but things is she don't want to listen anything. Her behavior is also very fealthy. Whenever we want ask something then she told us come after some time, you come atleast four hours keep in your hand. She doesn't have, time value also. We r so feadup. Pls do something. Patient is also patience less.

Mr dhaval parmar at apollo ahemadabad, is the concerned person who was supposed to provide us with the reports of the tests done for my father in law for bone marrow biospy. There were three tests conducted, report for two has been given but one is still pending. Sample for test was taken on 30 july 2018. It has been already more than 10 days..in spite of reminders no satisfactory feedback is provided. Request for appropriate action.

We have done multiple follow-up to get the dsa test report but every time they say that will send it by evening. But till now we didn't received the report. At the time of discharge they told that report is not yet ready and taken my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in and told me that they will send it to this email id.
Test was done on 24 july and doctor refered it is balamurgan m.

This is an worst hospital ever seen My father has been admitted in the Apolo grenegal Saltlake branch on 05-Jul-2018 and he was there till 12-Jul-2018 he was suffering from Lungs infections he stayed in hospital bed no 272 around 8 days but doctors were not able to diagnose the exact Problem

Apolo has a big name but Doctors are very casual. According to them my father was in critical stage but there is no critical approach in treatment.
He was under treatment of seva rashmi unitthan the lady doctor has great dedication on her approach but test reports said different.

ICU staffs are very casual once i have seen Byper Oxygen mask is attached in the face but oxygen tube was not connected with the cylinder for around 30 minutes.
They spent so many times for experiment rather than provide treatment to my father Last day (12-July-2018) they were saying suspecting water in lungs where as the reports that we extracted before admitting my father was showing water in lungs. It seems they were more interest on money

At last we take out my father from this hospital due to their casual approach

I Kalidas would like to state herein that on 06 07 2018 I took my wife
Mrs Malliga K ( patient) to Apollo Hospital Chennai for EAR problem.
I was directed by your OPD department to consult Dr Babu Monohar ENT,
after a check up he immidiately adviced surgery and to pay an advance of
Rs 10000/= (Rupees Ten Thousand only) but he did not wait for any test
report.

Receving the test report on 07.07.2018 Dr Bau Manohar Ent Surgeon said
that Surgery cannot be done as the patient is diabatic with high thyriod.

Patient Mrs Malliga was refered to Dr T S Boochandran Diabetologist and
Dr S Vasantha Kumari Anaesthiesia after consulting them ENT doctor decided not go for the operation.

Dr Babu Monoghar ENT delth this case unprofessionally gets very irritated being in the Hospitality Industries they should be polite this conveys a wrong image of the hospital.

We approched the ENT doctor for refund of the advance of Rs 10000/= paid vide reeipt no 19263197 dt 06.07.2018 which was refused that will be adjusted next time.

please note that we are comming all the way from Siliguri West Bengal and decided not to for any surgery at Apollo Hospital hence you are requested to refund advanced paid at the earliest.

Pathetic service, untolerable in stroke unit as all the stroke patients are dependent. Witness to rough behaviour to patients for dressing, no time for feeding the patients, dirty underwear not changed, only gossiping, less of staff, massage not done in proper intervals. None of the sisters listen to any patients of stroke unit of apollo gleneagles kolkata.
Bad behaviour with guests coming to see patients. As they are being monitored and corrected.

I came for hospital for 2 days for health checkup for my father i noticed staffs always using phone not responding to the paitents and paitent waiting for doctor but the doctor is not there and the staff also not telling about that doctor is not there and i have noticed in hospital all are common person but in ur hospital common person are avoiding and vip person treating like owner of the hospital totally it reduces the name of apollo hospital

I am a ckd patient and attending dialysis process at your apollo hospital situated at healthcity, arilova, visakhapatnam. During my dialysis as per the doctor's advise, ihave given blood samples for rp2 before dialysis process and another sample for post urea result on 28th of may 2018. When i collected the report i was shocked, the results are totally wrong, because the creatinine result is 3.1 which is never seen during these 9 months. When i told this with the lab people, they argued with me, telling that the results are very much correct. But i shown this result to my attending doctor dr. P s vmsudhar, he also expressed that the results are wrong. Next day i went to another lab and the results are very correct and the creatinine is 9.3, another day on june 13th after discussion with the technicians in dialysis lab, again i have the samples which is given result creatinine is 9.9. So now i request your good selves to probe in this matter and a solution. If the same trend and negligence continues in your prestigious organization no body can believe you. And the medication on the basis of the wrong reports also affect the patients which is not good for any one. So save the patients who comes to your hospital with great belief.

My mother recently had undergone a surgery for Uterus removal(Hysterectomy)
at Apollo hospital, Noida on 14th June 2018 . As per doctor the surgery went smooth and they discharged her from hostpital her on 16th June 2018.
But unfortunately from next day onwards she started heavily vomiting and gastritis and other symptoms so we were very terrified and went to Apollo Hospital again and they readmitted her and started intravenous glucose diet. 3 days later when they were unable to control the vomit they inserted rice tube to release vomit from tube.
After 5 days of readmission my mom started heavy water discharge from ### and once this came into picture the doctor started panicking and saying that you have 3 ureters and everyone has 2 and few excuses….She thought she has mistakenly stitched one ureter or ruptured it. Then we were referred to urologist to take the case further.

Then they asked us to goto Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar(27th June 2018) and Noida Apollo did not have enough machines and get cystoscopy done and then get a stent inserted to stop the discharge .When we came here they performed cystoscopy and the report showed that the doctor has cut both ureters from one KIDNEY completely. And now it requires another big surgery to repair it . This is a pure negligence from the doctors end. As she did not realize that she is cutting both the ureters while surgery.

Please intervene into this matter and request you to provide us justice.

Doctors are not performing their job properly and doing negligence during surgeries and misguiding the patients and on the top of that looting them as well. We don’t owe even a single penny because everything has happened because of her sheer negligence. She should have read the examination reports properly and should have taken care while performing surgery.
Apollo hospital should realize their mistake and take the responsibility of their action and provide remediation of this act.

They were charged money which treatment they have not done. Today i am demanding report but they are saying now, that test has been rejected
They r not giving proper report which they have done. Now i am facing problem for report. One thing let u know they have done improper treatment... They r not ready to give service.. My main problem is that how they could done excess bill.
