It is very big concern and need to address immediately by the hospital as well as Govt. some thing is wrong going on in the whole country as we all know that our Govt. Health Services are not in a good condition, due to this big corporate seen it is one of the best sector available to earn big profit. there is no control what they are giving and what they are charging. patient are totally dependent on Hospital and hospitals are taking the full advantage of it and looting as much as possible

      In apollo hospital sarita bihar there is my grandmother is admit about 5 months when we took her to admit in apollo hospital when she was ok by health and about evrything.
      And we sad to the doctors that she has the heart problem (About 8 to 10 years) but they ignored that. And then we said
      She has just pain in chest and just weakness she had but after treatment we got that she has (Chest infection by lung, sugar, b. P). But as i sad that they ignored the heart problem and they treated her as the report that came. But they ignored heart problem
      And they sifted her in (Goverment i. C. U) in that hospital. And after (10 to 15 days) they sifted her in goverment ward. But she was not ok to shift in ward but they shifted in ward and result was that the chest infection of her body began to grow and she was going to big trouble about chest infection
      And also about (Heart problem) but the doctors ignored that problems
      And sift her in ward. And now she is going to die. But 10 days ago doctors was saying to us that you pateint is ok and keep her to home. But now she is going to die.
      Lastly i want to say that they play with the pateint like they are earning of source for them and hospital.

        One of my family member was admitted in the hospital. There were nany test taken. I want to know all test what was taken and in every test how much money taken. We want a hard copy of the bill with all test name their report also.in hospital there are two doctors which treat name are dr. Kavita babbar & dr. Jayant kanaskar. I need a hard copy of bill.

          I came for my wife's treatment and saw a known person who is an employee of the hospital on 16/12/17. So had a conversation with him but suddenly the supervisor who was in front of the emergency came and misbehaved him and mee too around 12 noon. We are not in front of the emegency room. So, a patient couldn't be a known person of an empliyee and did not allow to talk??? Please have a look.

            We are at apollo hospital delhi, and the price o[censored]ltrasound kub are very high 1700 inr and cost of same test in delhi is showing 400-1000 inr in delhi.

            I request the concerned authority to put a upper cap on the the test across hospital for all test so the the general public should not suffer.

            This is a serious issue and patient are suffering a lot because of this and we had to get the test in the same hospital because that is more practical and convenient.

              Hi,
              I am suresh my wife is pregnant and i have visited apollo hospitals karapakkam two three times but when i ever i am visiting the gynaecologist doctors is not availabe. I dont know doctors are availabe which time in receptionist when asking about the doctors availability there is no proper response. At the same time so many times the same doctors are not available in this hospitals i dont know why and what happend.in apollo gynaecologist doctor secretary are talking unwantedly with me like some personal issue about my family. Due to this i am facing unwantedly family problems with my wife. Who give these types of responsible to talk with the patients your apollo hospital gynaecologist doctor secretary are talking too much unwanted things with me. If its a nurse means we can accept but main thing is ununiform and unknown persons are be in your doctor secretary in apollo hospital. How do we identify its a your apollo staff or some other person are in your secretary without uniform.

                On 23 october i have raised a complaint but now status is resolved, apollo management what have u solved did u change the cots & beds or did u changed dailysis units which r older nearly 7 to 8 years or did u improved your food quality. What have you solved, is it not cheating without resolving your showing resolved. I didn’t expected this without solving any problem. I still don’t understand why apollo management keeps hoardings of world class facilities & treatment, apollo management please go to other hospitals and see there then you will know whether your hospital is having world class facilities or low class facilities. The only reason to come to apollo is doctors & technician are very good. After posting the complaint on 23 oct i expected just a phone call but not till now. Please don’t cheat the patients, we come to your hospital for world class facilities and good treatment, my uhid 165789, why difference between jublee hills & secbad hospital’s in service and facilities when the amount is same in both the branches

                  This is to bring to your notice that I had admitted my mother Pratima Mukherjee to Apollo Gleneagles Hospital on 25.11.2017 as she was suffering from serious physiological difficulties regarding speech deformities and other subsequent symptoms. In this regard this is to further inform you that she was admitted in this hospital earlier in the same month (from 31.10.17 to 04.11.17) (AGHLIP61935) and as well as she was undergoing treatment under Dr. Tridib Chowdhury (Neurologist) in the OPD (UHID: AGHL.[protected]) during the last few years. But, during discharge on 30.11.17, after critically examining the bills I had found some serious anomalies and inconsequent facts which are very much incompatible to the morality and ethics of any institution basically which are involved in a profession dealt with human health. There are several incidents happened in the last few months in this hospital regarding some illogical and inequity claims. But, I think the Hospital Management isn’t in a position to accept any change to their attitude regarding claiming of such unethical and amoral bill amounts from the helpless, stressed patient parties. I do hereby mentioning few such facts and observations found in my mother’s bills which are as follows-

                  A) Section : Consultation

                  1. It is mentioned in the bill that room rent (standard) for 5 days @ Rs. 3000/- per day is Rs. 15, 000/-. But, actually it isn’t the room rent, it is the rent of a single bed only inclusive of the food charge and monitoring of some simple physical parameters like BP, pulse etc. Even an attendant’s service was not provided with this bed charge which is most surprising!
                  2. I couldn’t understand what is “Assistant Doctor’s fee”? Is it not the minimum responsibility of such a super specialty hospital to provide a general medical officer’s service within its bed charge? (Whether Rs. 3000/- per day for a standard bed without having any special support is not enough to include such an obligatory service?)
                  3. Except Dr. Tridib Chowdhury no other specialist doctor visited and examined my mother during her course of hospitalization. But, it was quite unfortunate to notice that the fees of Dr. Sanjay Chatterjee had been included in the bill for his visit on 27.11.2017 at 10.00 a.m.
                  I strongly belief that this fact is very much unlawful on behalf of the hospital authority which should be taken care of following proper investigation in this regard.

                  B) Section: Investigation

                  1. The charge for CT Scan Brain claimed by your hospital is Rs. 4, 810/- which was done on 25.11.2017. But, the same CT Scan Brain was charged for Rs. 2, 790/- on 31.10.2017 when my mother was admitted here for the first time.
                  I’m quite astonished to find such a huge difference in the amount for a single test only within a period of just 24 days!
                  2. The charges for majority of the tests were also very much abnormal; the best laboratories in Kolkata have almost half or even 1/3rd of the charge claimed by your hospital. For eg. TSH (Rs. 2, 560/-), LFT (Rs.-3, 030/-), Urine Routine + Culture (Rs. 2100/-), ECG (Rs. 820/-) and so on.
                  Claiming such amount of money for these simple tests are nothing but a forced loot on behalf of the authority simply by taking the opportunity of hospitalization.
                  3. I couldn’t understand what is “Medical Records” fee for which Rs. 600/- was billed.

                  C) Section: Ward Pharmacy

                  1. This section of your bill is also full of mysterious entities. It has been found that total ward pharmacy bill amount is Rs. 8173.86, of which Rs. 3639.66 is the cost of medicine and the rest i.e. Rs. 4534.20 is the cost towards different auxiliary items. After observing the bills thoroughly, it is quite clear that most of these items were included with a simple intension to raise the bill amount by any way.
                  It is very much indecent to note that a patient without undergoing any surgery or any typical life support system rather, just accompanying simple conservative mode of treatment for just 5 days was billed with almost 55.5% of the total pharmacy bill with such accessories.

                  And lastly, I have also complain regarding your Insurance section, which I think is not much competent in handling different issues enquired from the concerned TPA authority. Most of the times they practically bypass or hand over the responsibility of solving such problems over the patient party.

                  Therefore, under the present situation I seek your kind intervention regarding the issues raised through my letter and hopefully you should look into the matter with due responsibility and care to satisfy my grievance with proper justice.

                    I was working with apollo hospitals bhilai as a nuclear medicine technologist my pf amount was deducted every month but it is not deposited to my pf account i left the job on 2015 i claimed for the amount of 2yrs from[protected] but they r not giving me and as well not giving me right telephonic answers they directly said we don't know when it will be deposited but it's my right i gave my time to them to serving them.

                      My father went to Apollo Hospital Chennai for consultation after having a problem in his heart and feeling heaviness in his head. He consulted with Dr Bharathi Visveswaran on 17th Nov 2017 and the doctor prescribed few medicines. But after having the medicines he is felling sleepy which is normal but he is felling sleepy for all the day and he is not able to concentrate in his work. He tried to contact the doctor after few days and got a answer from the other side that she is on round for in patients. The secretary asked for the UHID and the contact number and told that the doctor would call him back, which never happened. Even after several and repeated attempts for the last six days to consult the doctor my father is getting the same reply that the doctor will contact him. Since we reside in Assam it is not possible to visit again to the Hospital.
                      It is my humble request through this forum to provide for the solution to this problem/ complaint.

                        Sir, iam highly disappointed with treatment meted out by mr. Saroj at rkpuram sector12 delhi outlet. As i wanted to exchange facewash that was hal[censored]sed and taken full payment. I bought it on 5 th dec. Around 8 or 9 oclock and found it half filled at home as it was late night cd not come back thought to return in morning considering past expetience. But in morning he not only denied but accused me of extortion. I am daily customer of store since 5 years its 1st time i am complaining. If big repotated company will do such to consumers were will they go. Kindly redirect them and redress my concern

                          consultation not done properly for the money paid

                          On 2nd of saturday i met dr shaker urologist @ apollo speciality hospital, omr, perundui, as i had a burning sensation behind my right side hip above the pelvic area. And i also informed the doctor that i was diagnosed with splenomegaly two years back. The doctor did a physical examination just for 5 sec and he asked me for a whole abdomen ultrasound and x ray. When i had the report done i went back to see the doctor but he wasnt available...

                          We suffered a lot with dr. Chinababu in oncologist department.
                          My father was a cancer patient we approched with dr. Chinababu and he said that surgery was necessary, and stupid doctor done surgery. Unnecessarily dr chinababu done surgery to my father.

                          After the completion of surgery, the doctor was very careless in my father's issue even though bleeding after surgery from anus and my father suffered a lot with his behaviour.

                          Don't play with people's emotions and their lives.

                          Worst worst experience with apollo jubileehills hyderabad.

                          This type of doctors attitude will be punishable with hospital higher authorities and money minded hospitals will not be encourage by people.

                            I am very much disappointed because i was humiliated by one of your security guard, even security manager intervened but he could not made him convinced him to apologise. How he misbehaved i can’t explain and i don’t want to remember again and even in my own country i was not allowed to sit in international waiting as i was with my friend who is my partner also who came from united kingdom for his relatives brain tumor surgery and i came all the way from dubai to assist him. I recommend apollo because this is the best hospital in country with all international amenities but i am sorry to say apollo isn’t anymore what it was, as an international patients we can’t accept misbehaviour from your security.

                            It was real inhuman when he said indians are not allowed to sit in international waiting area and he said me to get out otherwise he will call police this really made me upset. Still i can’t believe that even i my own country i wasn’t allowed to sit in somewhere.

                            Your security need real counseling and even your security guard don’t have badge name on their uniforms.

                              Patient is suffering from heart disease, angiography has been done, other tests like echo and rr thallium done in fortis escorts.
                              Ef-20%
                              100% blockage in 2 arteries.
                              Met dr. Bhaba nanda das in apollo as we heard that he takes critical cases. Paid rs.2000 consultation and doctor welcomed and gave a good package for the surgery. Approx.6.5 lacs (May increase).
                              Due to financial issues, the patient got the letter from the health ministry and went to free opd in apollo, ref. To cardiologist. Then referred to same dr. Bn das.
                              Faced the worst meeting with doctor, rudest way he talked to the family in front of patient already suffering from such heart disease.
                              The doctor says you can take the patient to aiims or anywhere if you money problems as i cant do the surgery for free. He says he cant waste a whole day on free patient, not being paid by the hospital through free opd.
                              Heard he is one of the best surgeons of heart. Honestly he is one of the rudest person and greediest doctor we have met. The way he behaved with the patient and the tone he used was very inhuman. Are the doctors only doing surgeries and treating patients for money?
                              Is there any place for people having serious monetary issues and suffering from diseases in private or govt. Hospitals in delhi.?
                              Does the government takes any action against the doctors and hospitals treating the patients with financial problems and approaching them for the treatment to save their life?
                              Are the doctors working only for money in the hospitals and doing the best of surgeries of the rich and the powerful people of the society?

                                Meri mummy ka 1 year ago gallbledder ka leproscopy operation apollo hospital ahmedabad mai kerwaya, aprox one lac rupees mai, but now operation wali jagah mai pus bun rha h... Hospital se check out k time bhi hume koi proper instructions bhi nhi diye... Stitches katwane k liye wapus apollo aane ka bhi nhi kaha gya... Proper bill bhi nhi bataya... Staff k log bhi bilkul careless h... They dont give proper attention to patient... Hardly disappointed by service...

                                  I am ratna bati dey, uhid.3615608. My both knees were operated on 26.10.2017. After dressing (3 days post surgery), i wanted to visit doctor and for that i had to wait for 5 and half hours to see the doctor after dressing. I was screaming in pain but the secretary, usha intentionally denied me to see the doctor. Ms usha does not have/know the abc of humanity. She is not professional at all. She talks much and works less.
                                  I visited dr rakesh reddy on 30.11.2017 and repeteadly requested dr rakesh shetty to prescribe physiotherapy (As prescribed for other patient, mrs. Thakuria, operatd on the same day with me and the problem was also same. She was prescrived lots of physiotherapy by dr rakesh shetty), but he did not pay much attention to me. Dr rakesh shetty told that he would come down to guwahati on 05.11.2017, so, we came back from chennai to guwahati on 02.11.2017 and i had to travel to jorhat in assam, as it would be very difficult to stay alone upto 05.11.2017 at guwahati. With dr rakesh shetty's consent, i went to jorhat and got the stitch removed by local orthopaedician. I could not be present at guwahati on 05.11.2017 as it is 300 km from guwahati and travelling up and down with both knees operated is very difficult. Dr rakesh shetty pushed pain killer injection to other patients on 05.11.2017, who came for stitch removal etc and who was operated in both knees same as me. I was suffering from severe pain, so i requested dr rakesh shetty throough sms to prescribe the injection for reducing pain as pushed to other patients operated at the same day for same reason. But dr rakesh shetty replied me as "u know u and ur problem. Ur visit is due in dec 9 in guwahati. Call me 6.30pm for any queries". I am very upset with dr shetty's behaviour as i came to jorhat after taking his permission only. If the operating doctor behaved like this, where can we go.. We become helpless.. Even after operation, doctor never talked to us.. My drip was stopped.. I had to call the nurse myself to make it operational.. Secy usha is very uncooperative.. The whole team behaved as they are running after increasing the no of operation cases.. Very upset with the serices..
                                  I was prescribed a medicine called nitrophage sachet by dr. A t mohan. On 1st day, it was not available in the main pharmacy in ground floor of main building. Pharmacy people told that they would arrange it the next day. We again went to the pharmacy on 2nd day, but the medicine was not available. Just the staffs in the pharmacy were asking one to another. Atlast they told it would be available next day (3rd day) positively. We went on 3rd day, but medicine was not available. We went two more days to the pharmacy for vain. If medicines are not in the stock, they can contact the doctor and can give other brand with same composition. You know, for a single time, going to the pharmacy and taking medicines took around 2-3hours. Imagine how much time was spent in vain. The service of the pharmacy is very poor, almost all the patients are very unhappy with the service of the pharmacy. Why apollo can not open another pharmacy in the main building...
                                  I have narrated everything, now please tell what to do. I can not walk properly. I have more pain in the right knee. Will somebody help me..
                                  We went to see dr madan mohan reddy, but we could meet him only once. Even after surgery, he did not meet us. Whenever, we were sent inside, we found dr rakesh shetty.in the prescription, other paper, dr madan mohan reddy’s name is there, but these are being used by dr rakesh shetty. After dressing also, when we went inside, dr madan mohan reddy was not there. Our purpose was to see dr madan mohan reddy. For this purpose only, we went to apollo, chennai from guwahati via flight. We paid a substantial amount for airfare, the purpose was to get treated by dr madan mohan reddy...
                                  Now, i am in a precarious position. Both knees operated, left knee is little ok but there is too much pain in right knee... I donot know where to apprpach.. Since dr rakesh shetty has replied in a negative and avoiding way, where should i go now.. Please advise... Thank you

                                    My id is ac01.[protected] and since 2012 i am under your treatment.
                                    Recently i have visited your hospital on 10.12.2017 and after so many examinations completed through dr. Deepak raghavan (Urologist), dr. Balaji r (Ent) and dr. P. Senthilnathan (Oral & maxo).
                                    On 16.10.2017 i went to the pharmacy for the purchase of medicine and deposited at 7 pm but till 10.30 pm my medicines were not delivered. I was complaining to the person concerned but was not responded due to heavy rush. At last, they checked the computer printout of medicines which was put through by operator and delivered the medicine. But my prescription was not there. They advised me to take next day. As my flight was at 5.20am on 17.10.2017 i informed my inability accordingly they kept my official address and assured to send by speed post. Till today i have not received the copy of which i am not able to take the medicines though it was purchased. If i don't follow the medicines my health may deteriorate. Moreover, i am not able to submit the medical bill to my department for reimbursement.
                                    Request to send the prescription immediately through email or any other digital forum followed by hard copy.
                                    As i am a fan of apollo chennai, i request to improve the service of the pharmacy.

                                      My wife got admission in hospital and the bill was 56000 around after all the settlement of the bill they again took 3600 for insurance claim of 18000 which is settled in the bill, they have not informed us that if i do cash less from insurance then 17 % on insurance i have not been informed.
